    Gary was excellent. He was prompt and professional and took us where ever we wanted to go. He has a hummer limo option. The only thing I caution, is if anyone has allergies to dogs. He brought his mini poodle along in the front (although there was glass inbetween).

    They were awesome!!! Beautiful limo! And complimentary champagne and limo ride for a date of your choice! Great music great driver!! We were able to bring our booze and cds along!

    My sister used Prestige for her 21st birthday party. She booked for the H2 hummer. However we had more guests than originally planned and they upgraded us to the luxury coach bus for free. And the driver, Jo, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great time. I'll recommend Prestige to everyone who wants to have a classy and affordable limo option. Its why I'm booking with them on my wedding date

    We used Prestige limo for our wedding. From the onset, communication with Gary was so easy, courteous, and professional. Gary met with us to show us the limo we were interested in using, so that we can estimate the space we will have for our bridal party. He discussed pricing, our itinerary, and was accomodating of special requests. On the day of the wedding, the original H2 Hummer we agreed on was not available, which was even better because we got a more spacious Luxury Coach Bus instead. Gary was very polite and thoughtful, and most importantly, he got us to our ceremony, pictures, and reception safely and on time.

    We had a great limo service experience with Prestige limo. Everytime we left the limo to go take pictures, the driver cleaned the limo so it was nice and neat every time we stepped into it. He was also very flexible on taking us places. We had an extra hour to do something so he took us where we requested.

    We booked Prestige for $500 and put our deposit down with a credit card, they proceeded to charge us $700 on our card and had we not called the credit card company might never have gotten our money back. On the day of the wedding, however, the driver was there properly attired and drove us around in a nice Hummer limo with champagne.

    Good experience gone bad. Gary, the owner and chauffeur told us at the end of the night that he had to charge extra for going over the contracted time. Totally understand that; however, why not tell us that earlier in the night (or better yet, put it in your contract so we know that when we sign the contract). Gary, told the bride that it was going to be an extra $50. Of course she didn't have the cash with her (because WHY would the bride be carrying $50 around on her wedding night???). He then said she could give him her credit card number (which she did) and she authorized him to charge the $50 and ONLY $50! My son found out the next day that Gary took it upon himself to charge $235!! When we called about it he said that he added in the gratuity (which had already been paid to him a month prior to the wedding). Gary knew darn well that the gratuity had already been included. After several emails and phone calls, the $160 was refunded to my son and daughter-in-law. Let me also add that at the end of the night Gary was crabby and obviously didn't want to be chauffeuring wedding guests around anymore. It was just such a negative ending (thanks, Gary) to what was an absolutely perfect day for my son and daughter-in-law. If you book with Prestige, be sure to check your bank statement to be sure you weren't overcharged.

    Didn't not fulfill their end of the contract.

    This company is extremely unprofessional. Once they have your money getting them to answer their phone is nearly impossible.

    My friend booked this company for her wedding this weekend. She has sent messages/emails asking them if they needed her to fill out a new contract (prior contract was during covid) they never had her resign and said that her new date would work.

    She confirmed with them about the pickup/drop off times this week and they told her that those times no longer work for them and that she would need to change her wedding times to accommodate their schedule.

    They can no longer accommodate her times but also refuse to give her her money back. Now we are a few days away from the wedding and the bride now needs to contact a lawyer and file a claim against this company.

    Run as fast as you can from this company!

    The bride has an email confirming that she booked this company from 12:30-6 from Appleton-Kaukauna April 16th of this year.

    That means we should have the limo for that time. Not just for a quick drop of and pickup and for them to CHANGE those times to fit their schedule the week of.

    If I could give them NO star I would. As someone who never does reviews online, and trys to see the good in all situations, I feel as though I need to warn others before they hire this company for any event. I had been in contact with Gary and his wife (the owners) multiple times to ensure that everything was set for our wedding. They seemed like great people, and it was a local company, which was a plus. From the moment Gary (yes-the owner) picked us up, he was completely rude. My wedding party made several comments about his attitude and how disrespectful he was... which was very embarrassing. Besides the awful service, it was FAR from a party bus. We weren't aloud to have a cooler on the bus- but brought one anyway because we were not informed of that beforehand or we would not have hired them... I mean come on!

    Also, when we were in the process of hiring Gary, he mentioned that he wouldn't charge us if our alloted time ran over- just to tip the driver better. Well, Gary failed to mention to us that he booked another ride after ours. When we arrived to our wedding reception 10 minutes after the scheduled time (because we were told not to worry about it) he told my wedding party to get the F*** off because he had another pick up. If he would have communicated that, I certainly wounderstand have made sure we were back in time.

    I sent an email the next day to let them know my concerns and how disappointed I was in their service. Especially because I had worked so hard to ensure that everything went smoothly. I didn't ask for anything in return, but simply wanted his wife to know how extremely disrespectful Gary was. I did not receive a "sorry" or anything remotely apologetic. Instead I was told I was being charged an additional $75 for being 10 minutes late. Ha.. so here I sit writing a review. And this is just skimming the top of my long, long list.
    Beware, and stay clear!

    We rented this company for our wedding in Door County. They were hired to transport guests to and from the reception back to hotels. The limo left us 2 hours early...stranded at the reception. It took us 3 hours to transport guests back to their hotels from the reception. Plus the driver took off with our cooler full of liquer and beer. When we called the company they said we told them they could leave early. Really?!? Then we had to spend 3 hours escorting carload of people back to their hotel because the limo left us stranded...will never use this company again!
