My husband Wayne’s Epic Birthday/Retirement celebration was amazing on March 7, 2020. Ms. Diane was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The staff was so outstanding. You will not be disappointed if you choose this venue.

Ms. Diane is a ball of energy. She responds promptly to any questions and always one phone call away!

Our daughter got married on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Presidential Palace. As proud parents, we are still in awe and enjoying the life lasting memories that were made at this wonderful onetime event at a well-designed, studding venue. As Christians we know that the Lord lead us to The Presidential Palace so this elegant wedding and reception would take place. My daughter researched other venues when planning her wedding and after browsing them, we visited one particular venue but she was not drawn to it. I mentioned to my daughter about Presidential Palace. We showed up at the place and we were received by the owner with a humble smile, Mrs. Diane Daigrepont, who showed us around. She was so helpful and answered all our questions. You could clearly see that she takes great pride in her establishment and it's all about the customer. We knew that this was the place. It felt so right and perfect. This was the confirmation. My daughter was captivated. It went so smooth and perfectly. Not all good things are from God but all good and perfect things are from God. She did not take long to book.
As parents we were given the privilege to participate in helping in organizing my daughter’s beautiful wedding. As mother of the bride the venue made is so easy and less stressful for me and my daughter. The decorations are gorgeous and with breathe taken backgrounds for the wedding portraits. It also includes high quality tables and chairs. "This place has secured off street parking. The venue is very elegant and beautiful place with delicious food and excellent service. Extraordinary job Chef KEVIN! We had the opportunity to taste the food before the wedding and that was awesome. They coordinated all the details with such precision and took care of all the highlights (cake cutting, etc.) so that we could enjoy the reception. At the end, they prepared boxes for us of food, one with cake and the other with various food items. Words cannot describe how wonderful the wedding and reception was. The owners and staff went above and beyond to please us.
Every bride deserves to dream for that extraordinary wedding and this place will make all your dreams come true! Our experience at Presidential Palace was outstanding. We are so grateful and honored to have met Mrs. Diane and staff at Presidential Palace and for them to have been part of this beautiful and joyous celebration. Thank you for the generosity you gave to the entire party. Thank you to Mrs. Diane and all who were involved in making my daughter’s wedding night one of the best nights of my life! Our guests were complimenting the beauty of our daughter’s wedding that same night and are still complementing the wedding and I agree. For sure we are looking forward to be using this place for other coming events. My husband and I and the married couple is full of gratitude. The praise goes to God first and Presidential Palace. We highly recommend. I rate 5 stars. We forever will be thankful.

I had my quinceañera here and all I can say is WOW!! The organization and the responsibility was amazing... the service was spectacular and really worth everything penny. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate this special occasion. THANKS to Ms. Diane and her whole staff who treated us with much care and with much love. LOVED EVERY SECOND OF MY PARTY.. thanks to the whole presidential team!

We want to extend our deepest gratitude and sincere thanks to Mrs. Diane, Mr. Phil, Kevin & all the staff of The Presidential Palace!e The whole experience from the atmosphere to the delectable food was just over the top! We have had so many calls and texts from family members and friends who attended Lindsey & Beau's wedding telling us how absolutely beautiful everything was. Service was amazingly attentive to us and all of the guests. Everyone who attended ate and drank merrily the entire time of the celebration! Food was absolutely delicious! Hats off to Kevin for providing our guests with some really amazing food, very plentiful. Highly recommend the Presidential Palace to anyone looking to provide their daughter an a night she will remember for a lifetime!!! Thank you again, amazing job! I rated this venue a 5 star!!!

My daughter's ceremony and reception were held at the Presidential Palace. Phil, Diane and their staff were awesome. Everything was well organized. The food was delicious and offered a terrific New Orleans flavor. Food variety was fantastic too. The place was perfect in that it offered an all inclusive package, well decorated and classy venue, great food, and courteous & professional staff. Awesome venue! Phil and Diane, you rock!!!

My wedding was a dream come true Twice. Ms. Dianne , Chef Kevin, and my husbands' new uncle Mr. Phil and their staff were EXCELLENT! My famly, friends, and guest gave the Presidential Palace rave reviews. My parents, new in-laws stated you guys have excedded their expectations! I almost forgot my husband is expecting a event at least twice a year at THE PRESIDENTAL PALACE.

I had my reception here on April 6, 2013, and it was so perfect!! The food was delicious and the service was great! Phil, Diane, and Kevin are the nicest people! They helped us from the day we booked them and all throughout our wedding night to make sure everything ran smoothly. So much was included for such a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend the Presidential Palace to anyone getting married! My friends and family are still talking about how wonderful everything was that night! We are SO happy we chose Presidential Palace for our special day!

Omg. I cannot say enough about my day. The Place is gorgeous. The food is plentiful, New orleans themed and tasty. I had my ceremony there also and thanks to Mr Phil everyone knew just what to do and when. He made sure everything went smoothly and on time. I loved my candlelight dinner with my husband in our private suite. So romantic and so much food to sample. My colors were blue so all the columns in the room were lighted blue so the atmosphere was perfect. Miss Diane and the staff were attentive to all my guesrs which made them feel special too. Everyone should definitely check out this venue for any party or wedding. The price was very fair for what we got. Thanks so much all of you. Deborah

Where do I even start!? This venue was absolutely amazing. I booked my wedding reception with them in January of 2012. They were supportive and there for anything I needed every single step of my wedding planning process. They are professional, flexible, open, honest, and of course showcase Southern Hospitality at its finest. My wedding reception was everything I've dreamed of and more. We had a very diverse guest list of Louisiana people, Boston people, and people from all over the country in the Navy and I received nothing but compliments from all of them. However, most of all, my husband and I had the time of our lives. Thank you to Presidential Palace!

My husband is from New Orleans and I'm from Atlanta, so we had our Wedding and Reception in Atlanta, but we decided to hold a reception in New Orleans as well. We chose Presidential Palace because it was affordable and all inclusive, however we had an outside caterer because our event required ethnic food. Even though we had an outside caterer I was unable to eat the food due to severe food allergies. Knowing this Kevin, the chef, decided he would make a dish just for me and he ensured that my food did not have anything I was allergic to and the food was delicious. Phil, Diane and Kevin did everything they could to make sure that my event was spectacular and I would highly recommend Presendital Palace.

The owners of Presidental palace went above and beyond for my husband and I. Presidental is a beautiful reception venue inside and out. From the time we walked in the door until we left we were treated like family. Also, four months after our wedding we still hear about how beautiful our wedding was and how delicious the food was. We would recommend anyone and everyone to get married at Presidental palace!!

I got married 12/04/10 and I could not have picked a better venue for my wedding reception. The owners Phil and Diane are wonderful people with big hearts. They worked with me and my husband to make our wedding day spectacular and all we could ever have dreamed of. I loved everything about this place, from the gorgeous marble floors to the flat screen tv that displayed our baby pics and engagement pics during the ceremony!!!! People kept coming up to me during the reception and telling me how wonderful the food was and how beautiful everything looked. I did not have to worry about a thing, all I needed to do was show up on time. I truely felt like a princess on my wedding day and the presidential palace was my castle!!! Thank you Phil and Diane from the boottom of my heart you both made me feel like family!

I could not have picked a better location for my reception than The Presidential Palace. My wedding was held on October 10, 2009 and it was such an incredible experience. One of the main reasons for this incredible experience was due to the fantastic service from the staff of The Presidential Palace. The food was absolutely delicious. The guests from my wedding are still talking about how good the food was. Cudos to the chef! The venue itself is luxurious with a marble dance floor and crystal chandeliers hanging throughout the building. The name, Presidential Palace, is a great description of the venue. Everything was handled to ensure we had the best experience. My husband and I did not have to worry about anything.

If you ask anyone what makes their wedding day special, many would say the smooth running of it all. This day almost didn't happen for us, manly because i put my faith in man and not god. However there is one special man and his wife i have to take my hat off to and it was the owner and staff of the Presidential Palace. It was beautifully decorated, the food was exceptional, the service was steller, Mr. Phil and his wife and staff catererd to everyone of our requests and demands. As well as made our guess feel welcome and at home. That's very hard to do, because as u know New Orleans is a family town and when we get together someone always seem to be a Negetive Nancy and try to find fault, here they couldn't complain about nothing, the food was plentiful and continuous so were the cocktails, and security was in full force. My challange in this all was trying to please the professional caters that was in attendace at our wedding. I must admit i was ready for them to find fault in every little thing and gratfully this staff answered there skeptisim with flying colors, no one could give a negative report, they raved on how beautiful the hall was and how delicious the food was. The Caters food was magnificent, i was almost tempted to lick my fingers but didn't want to get caught by a stray camera. The most drama i had for the day came from the reverend that was suppose to marry us, he never showed.........so who steps in and saves the day ......Mr. Phil he adlived the ceromony and no-one knew the difference. I think Mr. Phil should think about becoming a justice of the peace so that he can do weddings on his own. This will be a day me and my husband will cherish for many years to come. I would advise anyone if you don't want the pressure of running all over trying to find different vendors, The Presidential Palace is definatly the place. Hassle Free, Worry Free. You need only be on time.

My ceremony and reception was held on June 19th at The Presidential Palace. Phil, Diane, & Kevin went beyond my expectations to cater to my every need and make my night memorable. The food was amazing and the service was great! I really enjoyed the private room they offered for my husband and I. I highly recommend Presidential Palace to any future bride.

I absolutely loved the Presidential Palace! They really took care of me as the bride and my groom, and both our families. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to book a reception hall.

I had such an amazing experience at the presidential palace for my 2006 wedding!! The food, the service & the size of the dance floor would be my top 3 things that I loved the most!! My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing because it was all taken care of!! We ate & danced all night! The staff was there for me before I could even ask for anything!! All of our guests raved about the food they were served & said they were stuffed when they left!! If you are looking for a reception hall ... Stop in & take a look at the presidential palace. It's sooo much better than a hotel & a much better deal too!!

Remember when I got married, I would be very excited, but Mike was and I said, do not have a good wedding services, then it will become a very bad marriage. So I found them, their service really is first class. In the wedding, they offered me the perfect program to make my wedding for a very smooth, so I thank you, yes you helped me a great favor. I would highly recommend you, because you are the best.

Gorgeous place with great customer service for the money!

OVERALL THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. I WAS NOT PLEASED THEY RUSHED THE ENTIRE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION, HE CUT MY SONGS SHORT, AND WAS VERY VERY RUDE TO MY PHOTOGRAPHER. MY GUESTS STATED THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND EVERYONE NOTICED THE RUDENESS FROM THE OWNERS.

I don't understand how they have all these great reviews. I bet money they wrote half of them. I never post reviews online but I made this a priority for all you folks getting ready to tie the knot. My wife and I were on a budget, touring all the venues in the New Orleans area to get a good deal for what we can afford. As soon as my wife and I walk in, a sweet lady approaches us. She informed us that her husband will be available later on that day. When we finally met to talk prices with him, he asked if we looked at any other venues so of course I listed the names. This man had the nerve to bash all the other venue owners in such a disgusting manner. I understand he wants to run his business, but that immediate moment I felt very uncomfortable with going any further. Around a month later, I find out from a co-worker that he tried filing a lawsuit on one of his customers. Please be careful when dealing with this man. He's a devil in disguise.
