Great place for Men’s Formal wear

I’ve used President Tuxedo on several occasions and every time I’ve been well taken care of. My entire party was helped by Leah and she did a fantastic job through the entire process. They are very flexible with getting items in on time and ensuring they are correct. I would recommend them to anybody!

Incredible and accommodating customer service

President Tuxedo offered us some of the best customer service. Their service was beyond accommodating from the moment we walked into their store through even the day after our wedding. We had last minute add-ons and adjustments that were catered to immediately with such a kind attitude. We will always recommend their store and services. Thank you

Excellent Service from Beginning to End

We went to the President Tuxedo in Okemos, MI.
Scott was amazing from beginning to end. When asked about any deals they had available at the time, he outlined them very clearly and made sure we knew what was included. He gave us clear-cut instructions for when suits should be fitted, when groomsmen and groom needed to return their suits, and the pricing for late fitting/returns. There were NO surprises at any point. He made sure our expectations were met. Please go have a consult with Scott if you are considering renting a suit any time soon.

We chose President Tuxedo in Okemos, MI for our November wedding that took place in East Lansing, MI. Scott was extremely helpful and accommodating, and was very organized and responsive throughout the months leading up to the wedding. The tuxes looked great and everything went perfectly. Definitely recommend!!

Overall good experience with the Lakeside Mall Location

In the beginning there was quite a bit of confusion and the people were not quite labeled properly. But after going over everything again at a seperate time we were able to fix everything. Having the option to have the guys pick up at different locations was fantastic. The groomsmen looked so handsome on our wedding day.

Men looked amazing

So happy we chose president tuxedo for our wedding. It was so helpful that the men didn’t have to get measured at the exact location! There was one thing that was ordered wrong for one of our groomsmen but they had the correct item over nighted and it was perfect!

Extremely Accomodating

Tuxedos were fantastic, service was excellent, and overall everyone was very happy with how the groom and all the groomsmen looked! They were able to provide fitted tuxedos as opposed to just some standard rental off the shelf, which really made the appearance over the top!

Rented tuxedos last week for my wedding, staff was very professional and accommodating. We had all of the information up front and were told exactly when we needed to pick up. This is my second time using President and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Everyone on the team at the Novi store did an amazing job throughout the entire process. My wedding was in Italy, so the wedding party and myself were obviously unable to return the tuxes the day after the event. The team was very accommodating knowing we would be abroad, and gave us leeway on our return timing. Also, we requested a second shirt just in case if anything spilled on the first, or maybe obtained some sweat, and without a blink, they ordered a second shirt for us and was available the next day. What a great company and I would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely return for their services in the future. Attached are a few pictures of myself and Father in Law wearing our tuxes in beautiful Italy!!

Kirstyn was super fun to work with and very informative whenever we had questions. We got ahead start on our planning and Kirstyn would check in every so often to make sure all the information was still correct. Cam and his groomsmen looked stunning on our special day! Bryan Fraser, along with the other workers were extremely helpful! I especially LOVED the communication through President Tuxedo from Bryan. I never worried about whether or not we were going to miss a deadline. They were so great at color matching the bridesmaid's dresses with the ties. The slim fit navy tuxes were a huge hit at our wedding. Every single person who rented looked amazing in it. The overall experience was great and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tux!

The young who help me at the Oakland Mall president was outstanding , he was so very helpful when it came to my grandson and his fixing. He wear men bottom, but kids size in everything else, he was so helpful and made the process easy and not very expensive. Plus, it was a last min fitting!

The employees were great! They kept contact with us and made everything very simple! Wish we could have returned the suits two days later, the day after was kind of a rush, but I know this is a company policy not through the store. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for weddings or prom!

We had an amazing experience! Including getting some last minute tuxedos and having to pick them up with only a day in advance rather than two. We would highly recommend going to President for all your formal wear needs.

When I say we had a ball Saturday for this wedding. We had a ball. I cried watching her walk down to her husband. We had a few issues with the wrong size jacket and it not being shipped to the store. It finally came in on my wedding day Its self. Bryan went above and beyond and delivered the jacket to the church. I came in a d did a quick switch and everything was appreciated and perfect.

Our experience with President Tuxedo (Oakland Mall Michigan location) was great! There were no complaints! Every staff member was friendly, especially Derek who took the time to fold and pin the pocket squares to our liking in a very timely manner and free of charge! Jessica was also very informative and a great help. All of the groomsmen, the fathers, and especially my husband, looked absolutely handsome.

The tuxedo rentals were exactly what we wanted. The employees were very attentive to our details down to the socks and shoes. They had all the colors we wanted for our wedding colors and handled our out of town bridal party member’s fittings with ease.

I can honestly say that my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff was easy to work with and didn’t add any stress to my plate during the wedding planning process. When the staff called me because the location I did my first consultation at close, they were empathetic and offered to accommodate me for my traveling time if I wished to still due business with them. They have gone above and beyond to meet me and my groomsman’s need and I️ appreciate everything they’ve done from the bottom of my heart.
