We used the 38 passenger shuttle to bring our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue, and bring them back to the hotel at the end of the night. Getting a quote and booking was easy, and communication was good. I received an email when the shuttle was at the hotel, when it left with the guests, and when it dropped off at the venue. Great system to keep the couple in the loop if they are not taking the transportation as well! They were on time and professional and everything went well. -

From the bridal suite in Delmar to the church in ALbany, from the church to the reception and then car service home? Amazing. This company are wonderful to work with. The bridal party enjoyed the ride and it was nice to know that we were in safe hands for such a special day. All staff, a pleasure to work with! -

We used Premiere Transportation to pick up our guests from our main hotel and take them to our wedding ceremony/reception site. In addition, they also did a 3-hour long shuttle service for our guests to get back to the hotels (note: our hotels were located across from each other, however, we didn't want guests to try crossing the busy road that separated them at night). They left on schedule and insured that everyone got back to the hotels. I received zero complaints from anyone related to their service & schedule. Premiere insured that this part of the wedding planning and wedding day was 100% hassle and stress free.
Initial scheduling was easy. When I needed to make changes to the pick-up times/locations, they were very accommodating and sent me a confirmation with the revised schedule. For the service that we received, the price was a great value.

The hotel and venue's wedding coordinators recommended Premiere Transportation for our son's wedding. After a long conversation, Verna and members of the office staff wrote a precise, detailed transportation plan to meet our wedding schedule. We used an SUV Limo for the groomsmen and bridal party and two coach buses for the 75 guests. There were many trips made back and forth picking up different groups. At the after party, one coach became a shuttle driving guests from the bar to the hotel. Every driver was on time, accommodating, pleasant, and friendly. They helped carry items into the vehicles and ensured we were accommodated in every way. Special kudos to the office staff, Verna, and the three kind drivers who drove us on August 19, 2022 from noon until 2am. Every guest arrived safely to the wedding, after party, and hotel. Safety is Premiere to us and this Transportation company. -

Exactly what we needed great for getting our guests too and from the hotel to the venue. Their timing of the package is great as well, 1 hour to get guests there and 2 to have them return during the reception. -

We used Premiere for our wedding in the Catskills with just over 100 guests. They were an absolute breeze to work with from the very beginning. Literally zero stress. The service was absolutely perfect at a very fair cost. The drivers were punctual and professional. We had a large 60 pax bus expertly navigated on a rural dirt road with zero issues. Can't recommend Premiere enough!! -

Premiere Transportation transported 60 guests from Hudson to Hillsdale for my wedding. They did an excellent job all around. They were easy to communicate with before and during the booking process. They were on time to pick up and drop off guests, and they got everyone home safely at the end of the night. Highly recommend using them for group transportation! -

We would highly recommend Premier Transportation! Even though we did not have a lot of our guests use our bus, the driver was super accommodating and even came back to pick up one other person who missed the shuttle! Very easy to work with! -

I chose Premiere Limo as wedding transportation for myself, family and bridal party for a wedding in January. I found the cost to be appropriate, the service to be excellent and both vehicles to be in excellent condition. In addition, we traveled in snow from the ceremony, to photos and finally to the reception. The ride was smooth, we were punctual and the itinerary was flexible; we changed our plans for photos when the cold and snow became too much. Go with Premiere! You won't regret it. -

For our wedding, we hired two large luxury liners for hotel shuttles and a medium luxury liner for day of transportation for the bridal party. The planning process with their office was a wonderful process and they assisted with all of the logistics to ensure we had everything we needed. They even recommended options to save us money and streamline some of our transportation needs. Each of the beautiful, clean, luxurious liners arrived early, transported us to our exact locations, and allowed us to have a stress free day. Premiere provided the contact information for each of the drivers prior to their arrival in case there were any concerns or questions. As the bride and groom, Premiere was a perfect choice because they were exactly where they needed be, transported guests to the proper locations in a timely manner, and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making our day run smoothly! -

The driver was very patient with us and excellent service! He was very helpful getting us after ceremony to Washington Park to take pictures . We also had a champagne bottle to toast to our wedding. It was very nice! Great drive , great experience! I recommend them, and they have reasonable pricing . Extremely punctual as well! Great service . -

Premiere were really easy to work with. They accommodated all of my requests such as putting signs in the windows and changing pickup times and locations last minute.
On the day of, they arrived on time and delivered at the right times. The charter buses themselves were really nice quality, leather seats and blue mood lighting.
The only thing was that one of the drivers was a little confused when he made a local pickup and turned wide into the driveway knocking over a trash can, but he could've gone the other way, so he should've called to ask if there were alternate routes. Overall, I would recommend Premiere for this service! -

They were perfectly prompt and the Exec-u-Lounge we booked fit the entire bridal party comfortably. The guys were picked up and dropped off first, then the ladies- and it was great for traveling as I could stand in the back and not get my dress too wrinkled before its big debut! Much easier than ducking into a limo; and the leather seats were very comfortable. With 15 people in the bridal party, we could all travel together to the reception, had extra room, and could drink champagne safely with the built in tables and cup holders – it was perfect! -

We booked a party bus limo which was perfect- seated 20 people!
John was our driver and he was there to pick me up on time, was very professional, and very helpful when we got to the church!
He did more than the "coordinator" from the church, straightening out my train, put my fur in the limo for the ceremony, reminded my to hold up my dress! you name it!

My father in law booked the limos initially, and when my husband called to adjust timing after the reservation there were no problems. -

The limo itself was very clean and polished. It was a tight squeeze to fit 12 people in the limo, but we made it work. Would definitley recommend them! -

We used Premiere for our getaway town car after the wedding (for just the bride & groom) and our driver was so nice and made our trip to the hotel very enjoyable...he even played some Sinatra for us! We also got a party bus from Premiere, and although the outside of the bus wasn't too attractive, the inside was VERY nice. Our driver was very nice and handed us champagne as we walked on the bus, and provided champagne for all of the other guests while on the bus. It was spacious and was nice for me as a bride because I could stand on the bus on the way to the church so my dress didn't get wrinkled. All of the wedding party loved the bus as well. The only negative comment I have is regarding the price...it was a little expensive for what we used it for, but the quality was great and we didn't have any issues at all!! -

Aleksandra Sent on 10/06/2025Mixed Experience – Some Major Letdowns Despite a Safe and Timely Outcome
At the end of the day, all of our guests got home safely and on time, which is the most important thing — and I do want to highlight that the buses were very clean and punctual throughout the day, which we appreciated.
That said, if I had to do it over again, I don’t think I would hire this transportation company. We had a short engagement and limited options in our area — only three transportation companies serviced our venue, and the other two were already booked by the time we began planning. So we went with Premiere.
My two biggest frustrations were:
1. Itinerary Planning: We paid an additional fee for Premiere to create the transportation itineraries, but instead, I found myself receiving repeated calls in the weeks leading up to the wedding to collaboratively build them. I had already sent over all the key details — addresses, guest counts, and timelines — and had expected them to take it from there, especially given the extra fee.
2. Onsite Coordination: We also paid for an onsite logistics coordinator, but unfortunately, this person acted more as a driver than a true coordinator. Rather than greeting guests or providing guidance on shuttle routes, they were unavailable during key transition times, which led to some confusion late in the evening.
Additionally, a number of guests mentioned that the drivers themselves seemed somewhat scattered. One even told passengers she wasn’t sure where she was going, which naturally caused some concern.
While I’m thankful everything ran on time and the vehicles themselves were in great condition, I don’t feel the service lived up to the expectations set — especially considering the added fees for coordination and planning. I’d recommend getting very clear details up front on what’s included if you choose to work with this company. -

We hired two large buses for our guests and a smaller bus for the wedding party. Throughout the process they were very difficult to communicate with, and their contracts were very unclear. We were frequently confused about what we had already paid for and what the remaining balance was and when it was due. We also realized later that we would need the small bus for two hours before the ceremony and one hour at night, but they had us down for the opposite and stated one hour before and two after was the package we paid for, if we wanted two hours before we would need to pay for the additional hour. Also the air conditioning was broken on the small bus, so I was immediately hot and sweating right after finishing my hair and makeup.
