Exceeded our expectations
Party Time Rentals helped bring our dream wedding day vision to life. We wanted something unique, with bright and bold colors, and with their vast selection of rentals it was easy to accomplish this. They make the process of selecting rentals easy and fun, and the consultants were very helpful in assisting us every step of the way. We rented linens, chargers, china, flatware and glassware and my guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Party Time Rentals truly exceeded our expectations and we look forward to renting from them again in the future! -

We are so thankful our planner Heather recommended this vendor to us! They provided us with beautiful table cloths, gold-rimmed charger plates, and a few other things. The tables looked so beautiful I cannot wait to get pictures back from my photographer. This vendor was great at communicating and flexible when it came to getting what we needed. We had a decrease in numbers was expecting so we didn't need as many table cloths, and I asked if we could use the credit towards other items. They were very upfront and honest about the limited items that had since it was so last minute but we made it work and added a few different hand sandtantiers throughout the reception which was great. -

Wedding rentals
Cannot put into words how wonderful this vendor is!!! This company literally brought my vision to life and made my wedding day so incredibly special and beautiful. I rented charges, napkins, linens, silverware, and glassware. I also rented antique tables, bar back shelves, some gold lanterns, a cake stand, and a boxwood hedge. Everything was perfect. Working with Brandie was easy and enjoyable, and she immediately understood my vision for my wedding. 10000% recommend!!! -

Party Time Rentals was a pleasure to work with from start to end. From helping us make decisions about colors and textures, to making suggestions that would help bring our vision to life, the consultants truly helped me feel confident throughout the planning phase. After COVID hit, they were so helpful and flexible each time I needed to make adjustments to our numbers. Delivery and pickup was seamless and helped make our wedding day stress-free! Finally, I have to share that the first time my mother cried on my wedding day was when she walked into the reception hall and saw all the lovely decor, largely thanks to the linens Party Time Rentals provided. I will forever be grateful to them for their role in making our special day perfect. -

Samples are exactly the same color. Customer Service is beyond compare and definitely made my stressful event less stressful. Even when I messed up, they helped fix my situation to the best possible outcome. I would have cried if they didn't help me fix my order that I did incorrectly.

Party Time Rentals was an excellent vendor to use for our wedding tent, chairs, and linens. They were very responsive to all my needs, questions, and they are very courteous and profession with the set up and take down of our tent. And the tent and lights were so beautiful, everything I'd dreamed of! -

We worked with Lauren.... She was great! Super informative and she was able to see my vision! She proposed several different items/colors that we weren't even thinking about but still LOVED! Everything arrived as described and looked phenomenal! The quality of the linens, chargers, outdoor heating lamps, etc. were all in great condition. Ask for Lauren F.! -

Madison Sent on 12/07/2015We had the brown/black garden chairs for our outdoor ceremony and it was gorgeous! The only problem I had with PTR was the young lady I worked with over the phone was short with me and it seemed like she couldn't WAIT to get off the phone. It really made me feel bad and embarassed. Plus they don't deliver on Saturdays (apparently) and that really stinks wedding-wise...The only reason I stuck with them is because they were the only vendors in town with the chairs I wanted.
