Would book again !

We used Premiere’s white trolley for our wedding this weekend and had so much fun! The trolley was clean and spacious and the driver was fun, accommodating and prompt. Would recommend to future brides !

Smooth, professional service

We hired Premiere #1 for our September wedding (about 80 guests). Hiring Premiere #1 was extremely easy and straightforward. We simply visited the website, chose the shuttles we wanted, and chatted with a representative to determine pickup/dropoff times and locations around Carlisle, PA. The day of the wedding, everything ran on time and guests were extremely appreciative of their reliable and comfortable transportation service. Would hire again!

Great Service

The service was great!. The drivers were early at every location and always professional and friendly. They verified every pick up and drop off with parties.
No on glitch and spot on in their service, time, and personalism. We couldn't of been more happy with our experience.

On time and the driver was super accommodating.

We got the 40 passenger trolley. It was so unique and different. We loved it.

Best price and best service

I used Premiere#1 for a shuttle service for my guest to and from the hotel we had a block at and it worked great! Scheduling them was so easy and the drivers were so nice and professional! I got quotes from a few places and they blew them out of the water! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Service

I was so impressed with Premiere #1! We rented a limo bus to transport our wedding party to the church and also to the reception venue. The bus was very clean and modern. Our chauffer, George, was very professional and nice! He arrived on time and we didn't have to wait at all. I really enjoyed spending time with the wedding party on the bus before the busy-ness of the reception.

Excellent Service!

Premiere #1 Limousine Service was excellent to work with. They had fast and easy booking and they were on time for pick up and drop off for my wedding. I was able to book a larger shuttle to the venue and a smaller one for trips home. Their hours are amazing for communication at the customer’s convenience. Great service and I highly recommend their team!

Super easy wedding shuttles

Premier 1 was very flexible and helpful when it came to our originally scheduled 4/4/20 wedding. Rescheduling for July and then finally celebrating in October, everything was super smooth and easy to move. All transportation was timely, clean, and the drivers were all super professional and kind! The limo bus was awesome for the bridal party!

Great Company

So glad we used Premiere 1 Limousine. They were very easy to work with. I wasn’t sure what kind of transportation I needed but they were able to walk me through the logistics and give recommendations. I would definitely use them again.

Worked with our schedule

They were willing to work with our schedule of needing to leave the venue at 10, go to the after party, and then go to the airport at 1:30am. The only complaint was the buttons didn't work in the limo, but the driver did great to adjust on the spot. We also hired a 55 passenger bus that was a huge hit!

Totally fun D.D.

We used Premier Limosine for a bachelorette party, a trolley for family and a car for us (bride and groom) for our wedding. They were very professional and had excellent communication with us through the entire process. They also only “start the clock” when they arrive and do not include their travel time, which is a big plus in my mind! I definitely recommend Premier!

Prompt and Reliable

Wedding Shuttle Service

We reserved the services of Premiere #1 for our June 29 wedding in Carlisle, PA. We wanted a shuttle to transport our guests from a local hotel to our venue and then back to the hotel as needed at the end of the reception. Premiere #1 consistently had stellar communication, and the ease of paying online was incredibly convenient. Every customer service representative that I interacted with during the planning stages was always kind, helpful, and professional. Our driver that evening, John, was personable and flexible as well. Many of our guests complimented his fun personality!

I shopped around quite a bit for local transportation services, and Premiere #1 ended up having the best prices. Many of the other vendors would begin charging time when they would leave their garage. However, Premiere #1 did not begin their time until they arrived at the pick up location. Additionally, Premiere #1’s time did not end until the last guest was dropped off at the end of the evening and not when the vehicle returned to their garage as was the case with other transportation vendors. All in all, we were incredibly pleased with the service provided by Premiere #1.

Small wedding in the city

Best money spent ever - our 12-person van was super clean, cool, and even came with water on a hot summer day. It transported our wedding party and guests between the ceremony and reception seamlessly. Called to confirm service, super professional, and even dropped us off closer to our venues than we thought was possible based on their years of experience in the area!

Awesome Party Bus

Premier 1 limousine was on time, courteous, and listened to every request we had! The party bus was clean and so cool! Our driver was fantastic and helped us hook up music with the bluetooth, and navigated the busy city streets so well. It was raining during parts of the day and not only did he help each and every girl out of the limo but he also escorted us to and from the limo while covering us with an umbrella.

We hired a 27-pax mini bus to transport our wedding party to the church and to the the reception venue. Communication leading up to the event was EXTREMELY fast. We always received replies within a few hours of inquiries (and usually within an hour)! Service was punctual, courteous, professional, and very comfortable bus in good condition!

I was hesitant to book with them because at a bridal show tje person there did not seem interested in evem trying to earn our business and just kept talking to the other person there with him. We ended up booking because they were the best price and had the better limo options for the size of oir bridal party, we needed a 14 passenger limo. John E went above and beyond during our time with him. He not only was on time and got us everywhere we needed to go, he was able to drive in tight areas like at the church and he helped us to get everything out of the limo when we got to the reception. We also had a problem with one of our groomsmen getting drunk and sick and he helped to get him out of the limo and even kept him up front to keep and eye on him and to let him lie back. We had a really great experience and i would definitely recommend them.

We booked a shuttle FOUR days before our wedding and they were flexible enough to accommodate us. You receive online confirmation of the shuttle stops and timeline before your event. The shuttle was timely, the driver was professional, well dressed, and polite. I was also shocked at how affordable the shuttle was on a such last minute notice! Once again Jonathan and his team provided great customer service.

Our party bus was absolutely awesome! Premiere not only had the best prices around, but they were great to work with. They let us bring alcohol for the bus a few days before the wedding, and had it chilled and ready for us the day of!

Premiere Limousine went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding day. They were kind and cooperative on such a busy and crazy but special day. They picked the bridesmaids and groomsmen up from two different locations and made sure all of us were at the church for the ceremony on time. After the ceremony they then took all of us to our destination for pictures before dropping us off to our reception venue. They were timely and professional throughout the whole day. They even chilled our champagne that we dropped off the night before so it was ready to be popped when we got in the limo! Everything went perfectly and I wouldn't have wanted to count on anyone else for our big day! I would recommend them a thousand times!

Rented the Tesla for our wedding night! LOVED IT! It was so cool to leave our reception in a Tesla. Great value, easy to work with - flexible and took an additional trip to take my not so mobile grandparents back to the hotel earlier in the night when they were ready to leave prior to the end of the reception. Very pleased.

Premiere was great! We hired them for our October 2014 wedding. They have such a great selection of limos. We stopped over at their location and they gave us a tour of all their vehicles. We rented the limo bus for our wedding and it was perfect. We had a wedding party of 12 plus the groom and I and it was the perfect size. They were on time and the driver was great. The price was great too. Very happy with their services!

Bob was a great driver and help my sister plan my SURPRISE wine tour/girls day 9.20 (a mini-bachelorette party before my SURPRISE wedding on 10.3) We had a great time from start to finish - even just my best friends surprising me with a Limo at my house (them inside with balloons, goodie bags, wine and didn't know until Bob opened the door) We went to 3 great wineries including inside the PA Ren Fair - all 5 of us had never been there before and we got our faces painted - added to the whole excitement of the day! Our chauffeur was the most wonderful woman ever. Jamie was professional yet relaxed and easy to talk to. She added to the limousine experience! The limo itself (Pinky you have to check it out) was beautiful. The guys loved it, I loved it, the guests loved it. It was clean, big, and BEAUTIFUL!

From the moment I called for a quote, until we stepped off of our party bus to go to our reception, Premiere #1 was incredibly helpful & professional. Every time I called with questions, I was answered by happy people who knew exactly what they were talking about and I never had to worry about a thing. We rented both an executive coach to transport the wedding party and a Cadillac for the bride and groom to exit. The company communicated very well notifying us within the 24 hour window and when the vehicle was in route. The drivers were very professional and accommodating.

I had gotten multiple emails verifying the pick up and drop off times which made it easy for me being that I did not have to call and confim. The Premiere #1 drivers followed our directions perfectly. They were very professional in how they addressed our guests and the wedding party. They were punctual, personable, and flexible throughout the evening. We ordered one 24 passenger minibus and two 40 passenger luxury shuttle coaches for our wedding. The vehicles themselves were great. They were extremely clean and I particularly liked the layout of the minibus. I highly recommend Premiere #1 as a limousine company for any occasion.

Transportation was something that was extremely important to us for our wedding because we wanted our day to be a celebration and we have a lot of family & friends who are big drinkers. We blocked off hotel rooms and rented a shuttle and the party bus for our guests to be transported to and from the reception. It was more than worth it! Our guests were able to party all night long and not have to worry about calling a cab, DD or worse, driving under the influence. Thank YOU Premiere for keeping our guests safe the night of our wedding!
Our bridal party took the party bus from the church to the reception and we rocked it out the entire way!! I truly believe it made the impact for the rest of the evening. Our bridal party was hype the second they made their entrances to the reception which created a mood for the entire night that this was going to be a fun night! And it was! Our guests were grateful for the transportation and so were we.

Premiere #1 did an amazing job transporting the bridal party on our wedding day! JD was early arriving to pick up the ladies and was kind, friendly and helpful to everyone.

We used the 14 passenger mini bus and it was super nice!

I have used Premiere multiple times now, for both limo services and car services, and have been impressed each time. 2 of the times were wedding related (a limo trip for dress shopping and a car service for honeymoon transport) and both were excellent with timing and professionalism. The booking and coordinating of services with Premiere is flawless and simple and each staff member that I have worked with has been wonderful! I plan to use them each time that I am need of airport transport or any other transportation needs.

We hired Premiere for our wedding transportation on May 18, 2013. They were absolutely spectacular! \r\n\r\nFirst, their rates were the best we found in the area and their selection of vehicles was larger than many of the other limo companies we looked at.\r\n\r\nSecond, the week of the wedding they called to confirm all our details which I really appreciated since I didn\'t have to try to remember to do it myself!\r\n\r\nFinally, the day of our wedding, our driver arrived 15 minutes before he was scheduled to. Not only did he check in with the front desk of our hotel but I received an email on my phone letting me know he had arrived. Our driver, Bill, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He helped me and my 50 lbs of dress get in and out of the limo multiple times and knew exactly where to take us for the ceremony and pictures afterwards without us having to give him directions. The limo was very clean and well stocked with glassware for our celebratory drinks. \r\n\r\nI would HIGHLY recommend Premiere for any event, especially wedding transportation. They were great!

Premiere #1 was fantastic to work with from the beginning. We rented the 30 pax limo bus, and it was awesome. We were able to drop everything we needed for the ride off the day before the wedding to ensure there was no last minute running around. The driver arrived on time, and was great at stopping for pictures when needed, and getting us where we needed to be on-time.

Our limo driver, Tom, was awesome. Not only did he transport us all around all day, he took pictures of us on his phone and then emailed them to us. This was fantastic because we have to wait for around a month before we get our photographer's pictures so his gave us a "sneak peek" at what to expect. Tom was awesome and I would recommend requesting him for your "Dream Wedding" too.

Let me start by saying we got the 30 passenger limo bus for our HUGE wedding party. Premiere Limousine was just AMAZING in their timeliness, service and pricing. We contacted Jonathan Snavely a number of times throughout the process to work out plans, details, and address questions/concerns. Jonathan was always attentive, patient, and worked hard to meet our needs. Booking details and payments were always processed quickly and we received records of them in like manner.
The Premiere #1 Limousine Service team knows how to run their business smoothly and efficiently. Never did we see things unorganized, hectic, or done unprofessionally. They have a solid selection of vehicles which are well kept, along with professional and courteous drivers. The drivers were on time and did what they could to help us be ahead of the planned schedule, not to mention a number of stops that were required in our itinerary.
While the quality of service we received might be associated with a vendor charging high fees, we found Premiere #1 Limousine Service to have highly competitive rates.

I was very happy with them! I rented a party bus for 20 people for my bridal party. The inside was great, very clean, leather seats, everything looked new. It was also classy, it didn't look like a night-on-the-town, pole dancing type of bus I have been in from other companies. The bus driver, Mike, was very attentive and professional, and arrived even a few minutes early which was great! I definitely recommend them for anyone to use for their wedding.

We hired Premier #1 to provide wedding transportation for us, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Our driver's name was Antoine B and he was absolutely a consummate professional. Not only did he show up on time, he showed up early (so we didn't even have time to worry about whether he was on his way or not!) and was so gracious and patient, we never felt rushed.

He took a genuine interest in us and our wedding, was super friendly without being awkward, and we had a lot of fun chatting with him - he even took a few pictures of his own and was very accommodating when we wanted to travel to a bunch of different locations in order to take pictures. By the end, he felt like an old friend who was hanging out just to help out and make our day special. My only regret is that I only wish I'd remembered to ask for the 'Just Married' sign from the back of the limo!

Overall - fantastic service, they really go above and beyond to make your day special and worry free - thanks again!!

Great rentals for our wedding!

I ordered two limo buses/shuttles for our wedding and everyone we worked with at Premiere 1 was very accommodating. The shuttle buses showed up on time, the drivers were very friendly and they completed their routes we had with multiple pick ups and drop offs without a problem. Would highly recommend!

Premiere #1 was wonderful to work with. We had both a limo for the bridal party and bus for our guests. Both drivers were so friendly and helpful. Our limo driver, Eric went above and beyond. and helped my parents move things into our ceremony venue. Both drivers got everyone where they need to go on time. Our chauffeur Vincent was outstanding! I loved the brand new limo for the wedding as well! I HIGHLY recommend using Premier Limousine Services. They call you in advance to make sure every detail is perfect and it was a great feeling to know we were in good hands! Everything went perfectly. I was happy with my limousine service. The only thing I didn't like about the was they called me the day of my wedding (while I was getting my hair done) and told me that the antique bus that I was supposed to have was broken down. I couldn't wait to have that bus, but I guess things happen. I was a little disappointed, but afterwards they told me that they will give me any other type of transportation for free. So that was a plus for me! I was happy with style of limousine that I chose, the cleanness, and of course the driver. Things did workout and everything was still beautiful, even without the bus that I wanted.

Premier #1 is awesome! We booked a 27-passenger shuttle just a few weeks before our wedding, and everything went so smoothly. The shuttle was booked to bring our guests to the ceremony site, as well as home from the reception venue. We were extremely happy with our limo bus and the service we received for our wedding. This company went above and beyond with service as we asked them to take the limo bus to a place they've never been before - into a baseball stadium! They went in advance (with no charge) and did a test drive around the warning track to make sure everything would run smoothly the day of the wedding.

They were on time, the driver was very nice, and the service was flawless.

The only thing that I didn't love was that I had to call to follow up on everything, and on one call, found out that the rep had taken their instructions for our day of timing from the worker at the stadium. The timeline he had given them was incorrect, and had I not called to confirm, things would have been wrong. I would have hoped they would have taken instructions from the bride and groom (those paying the bill) and not a worker at the stadium. However, once we spoke, things were worked out and the service the day of was excellent.

Premiere Limousine was great. They were on time, the limo was very clean, and the driver was very professional. We were running a little bit late after the ceremony and we went over by a half hour. They charge you in half hour increments over your contract time so it worked out perfect. They were very flexible and their rates were fair.

We rented a trolley from Premiere #1 Limo for our wedding day. The trolley itself was beautiful and clean -- with air conditioning that worked perfectly (an important factor for an August wedding)! The responsiveness of the company was incredible. I sent an email at 10 or 11pm one night as an update on timing, and they responded within 10 minutes. On wedding day, they sent me emails when the guys were picked up and when they were departing to pick up myself and the bridesmaids.

My only complaint/concern was our driver, Karen. She was sweet and fun, however, she failed to listen to my dad when he was helping navigate regarding some tight turns and windy roads that needed to be taken as a detour. I flew out of my seat across the aisle, and wound up with a major bruise on my hip when she ignored him telling her about a tight turn that would need to be made. No apologies from her -- she laughed instead.

Overall I would recommend Premiere #1, but I would probably ask for another driver.

Do not hire this company

My husband and I hired Premiere #1 Limousine to provide transportation on our wedding day. The service was on time, the bus was clean, and the driver was friendly. Overall, we were pleased with the service. The next day, our groomsmen let us know that they had seen the driver urinate on the private property where we had our photos taken. This happened while we, the bride and groom, were doing our first look, and it happened within view of the bus, where the groomsmen were waiting for us. Of course, we were horrified. I contacted the office. Over three weeks, I contacted the office four times via phone to speak with someone about this situation. I spoke to a receptionist who said she would pass the information on. At first, they were shocked and confused. They asked me how I would like the situation rectified, and I requested some sort of compensation, as we had effectively paid someone to urinate on my parents' lawn.

One of the last times I called, I left a voicemail for the owner. A week later, I called back. It seemed that he had no intention to call me back, and said multiple times that this situation does not warrant a refund because the service was ultimately on time and disregarded my experience and feelings over and over. He told me it was my opinion that this happened, even though four people saw the driver urinate. He told me that I was just trying to get a refund. He became rude on the phone.

To be clear, I was not requesting a refund for refund's sake. I was requesting recognition that this situation had happened. I inquired about compensation, as that would be an appropriate response for such an unacceptable situation and because a ride credit wouldn't work for us as we wouldn't hire this company again. From the very beginning, I stressed how important it was to me that this driver was not fired. I did not want him to get in trouble, as this could have been a medical issue. I also stressed that had he said he needed to use the bathroom, we would have been more than happy to show him where it was. I called multiple times so that this situation could be rectified. I was left feeling disrespected, both from the driver urinating on our lawn and the way that I was treated by the owner.

This entire situation was unacceptable and totally avoidable, from the driver urinating on private property to the way the office handled my inquiries. If you go with this company, do not expect good customer service. Don't expect them to care about your overall experience. Don't expect that the driver won't pee on your lawn in view of your wedding party.

Do yourself a favor and hire another company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!! I just had my wedding on Saturday and hired this company to shuttle my guests back to the hotel after my reception. I ended up having to pack up my gifts from the venue and drive myself back to the hotel because they did not want to be liable if any of my gifts were lost or stolen. SO I WAS NOT PRESENT ON THE BUS. Someone got sick on the bus and we also went over our scheduled time (BOTH of which I was unaware of because I was NOT present on the bus) They charged my card $450 on my wedding night WITHOUT even notifying me, which took my account into the negative and I received a fee for overdraft in my account. I called to speak with a manager whom I believe was Christy, and asked why I was not notified of the charge that was going to be applied to my card. She very rudely told me "They are not in the business of notifying people of charges being applied, because they would never get paid" I very simply explained to her that I am perfectly willing to pay what I was charged because it was my responsibility BUT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED FIRST. HAD I KNOWN I WAS BEING CHARGED I WOULD HAVE TRANSFERRED THE MONEY INTO THE ACCOUNT BEFORE THEY CHARGED ME. She would not even refund me the $37 fee that I received due to their terrible customer service. It's a really nice gift from them to accrue a $37 fee for me ON THE NIGHT OF MY WEDDING. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews. We rented a party bus for our wedding to shuttle us around for photos. I would never use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. A few of the biggest issues:

1. Water leaking in: It was raining on the day of our wedding and the bus was LEAKING in several spots.

2. No music on the party bus: The sound system didn't work at all - we couldn't connect our phones or even play the radio. When we asked the driver for help, he casually said "oh yeah, that doesn't work". Kinda defeats the purpose of a "party" bus.

3. The driver was not good: He drove aggressively, to the point where a glass fell off the shelf and shattered all over the seats. In addition to having to avoid a few areas of the bus due to the water leaking in, we couldn't use some of the seats because there was broker glass on it. While he certainly couldn't control the quality of the bus, he had a "couldn't be bothered" attitude that made the entire experience worse.

The quality of the bus itself was very poor and the service from the drive was equally terrible.

We rented two town cars from them for our wedding, one for the bride and groom and one for the mothers and grandmother of the bride and groom. AFTER the buses (Executive Coach) transporting all of our guests to the reception pulled away, one of the drivers informed us that one town car broke down and the other driver took the working car back to Premiere to get a limo. This was unacceptable to us because (1) we specifically rented town cars because we did not want limos, (2) no one consulted with either of this about how we wanted the situation resolved, (3) by taking the working vehicle back to Premiere, they left ALL of us stranded, and (4) had we been properly informed, we would have been able to ride with the rest of our guests on the buses provided by Executive Coach! A responsible company would have sent one driver in a cab to get a new car OR they would have sent third driver and car to pick us up. We missed nearly one hour of our own wedding day causing us to miss taking any photos with our family and bridal party before the reception because of Premiere 1 Limousine, and the only compensation we received was a partial refund of $90. We are appalled at the service we received (or didn’t receive), and shocked that the owner of Premiere 1 believed $90 was an appropriate apology. Not only is their customer service awful, their vehicles don’t work!!! DO NOT use this company. There are plenty of other reputable vendors out there.
