We are thrilled with Premier Table Linens. We used them for all our linens and aisle runner and had a great experience. Very reasonable priced, amazing color selection, they offer color samples and very professional and kind when we called with questions.

We rented all of our table linens here. Our account manager Marilyn was great to work with and assisted us answering many questions that we had. The entire process was a pleasure. The table linens arrived to us 3 days before our wedding. The linens are beautiful and high quality.

Great quality linens

Our wedding planner recommended Premier Table Linens. The Poly Premier fabric is gorgeous and has close to a hundred colors. We 1st ordered color samples. The linens and napkins arrived within a week.

I order a few velvet tablecloths, and they are gorgeous. It's very soft and wrinkle-free. Plus, they have lots of choices and sizes. Will order again soon!!!

They have an excellent team there. Everyone I've ever had contact with has been courteous and professional, and reasonably prompt. They were all so accommodating and so flexible with all my party's linen needs. I highly recommend them. They made things easy for me for our wedding event.

Their customer service is top notch. The owner himself, Tony answers the calls in the evenings. They were so nice and accommodating. We went with the pintuck diamond tablecloths and it is stunning. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable staff and top quality service.

This company provided us with such excellent customer service and really high-end velvet linens that are stunning! Mia has great knowledge about the linens, is so kind, and has such patience, no sales pressure, and she so educated us on linens and assisted us. She took the time to go over the correct sizes with me and gave us spot-on suggestions for what size table runners to purchase. They offer color swatches, which was great to see samples of the colors. The velvet spice color, oh my! The velvet tablecloths, table runners, napkins, and chair sashes were delivered the day they were promised. Before purchasing them from Premier I had called rental companies and it would have cost the same or more to have rented. We donated the linens to our church and the pastor was so grateful.

Purchased for less than it was going to cost to rent

We purchased all of our table linens for our wedding from Premier Table Linens and ended up paying less that the local rental company here in Chicago was going to charge us. Helpful hint - On their website they have a category called Factory Outlet Store https://premiertablelinens.com/default/tablecloth-factory-outlet-store-miami
The linens here in their clearance section are 1/2 price and we were able to purchase them all here and saved over $400 than it would have cost to rent. After our wedding last month we donated the linens to our church.

Awesome Service

We purchased a large number of linens and overlays for my wedding. The customer service agent that assisted us was very professional and extremely nice and helpful. I wish I remembered his name. They were manufactured and delivered to us in North Carolina in only 2 days. We opened the box to find a very high quality, beautiful linens that exceeded our expectations. These people manufacture in the United States and it shows. Not the cheap, cheesy looking Chinese junk the Internet is flooded with. By far the best linens and the best customer service. I am grateful and highly recommend Premier Table Linens.

Many thanks for my beautiful wedding

Jenny was our rental account manager and she was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding linens. She was super responsive and was so patient with us through the table linen ordering process, explaining to us sizing and suggesting fabrics. No up selling pressure at all. Even last minute additions we made were not a problem. We save hundreds of dollars renting from Premier Table Linens and the quality of the linens like the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Nice linens, easy to work with

We rented linens from Premiere Events for our wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch. They were extremely easy to work with throughout the year. They were responsive and flexible. We updated the order a few times with no issues. The linen order was exactly what we wanted and they looked great.

n the past 2 months prior to our wedding we purchased on three occasions from their Outlet store.The deal with the Outlet store as explained to us by Mari is that in their rental program, they only rent out only 3 to 6 times and then if in perfect condition, no rips or stains, they launder and sell the linens at 50% off in the Outlet store. Originally we were going to rent everything for our reception but thanks to Mari who suggested we at least price the Outlet vs renting, we ended up purchasing all our linens, overlays, napkins and chair covers in the Outlet store for only $22 more than a 1 time rental would have cost. Everything arrived in perfect, like new condition. Had we not been told, we would never have known they had previously been rented a few times. The only drawback with their Outlet store is the quantities varies daily with new inventory arriving every Monday but with time and patience we were able to purchase linens for our entire reception at 50% off, only $22. more than Premier Table Linens rents them for and $1,100 dollars less that what our venue was going to charge us if we rented through them!!!!

Highly recommend Premier Table Linens, they are seriously THE BEST! Papa Peaches is amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were going to rent from them but he suggested we consider purchasing from their Outlet store, that it would be less expensive and sure enough it was. Ours was Ledi Love and she is a sweetheart and provides excellent communication and service. We had to make many changes due to final count, even very last minute changes and Ledi was so nice about it and made it happen.

This company was highly recommended by our wedding coordinator and sure enough, this is a wonderful company to purchase or rent from. The linens are excellent and the price is right for good quality wedding reception linens and chair covers. We had to add additional linens last minute as well. In the last order they did make a mistake, shorted us one tablecloth. I called and they sent it ovenight even though I told them that 2nd day air was acceptable. I know that was expensive and says a lot about the company.

Initially a little slow answering emails but found that phone customer service is the route to go with them and they are very friendly, professional and offer a wealth of good information when asked for advice, no sales pitch at all. My husband and I purchased all the linens, overlays and napkins from Premier table linens.we saved tremendously buy purchasing a lot of what we needed from their outlet store at 50 off. Everything was perfect and as promised. Thank you Ledi Love. I promised you I would share the love, you deserve it!!!

Excellent quality and value!! We purchased the Pintuck overlays in Wisteria for our wedding tables. The quality was incredible and the color was gorgeous. The overlays truly pulled our entire reception look together. Shipping was as promised and the price is much more reasonable than competitors. You will not be disappointed with this company!

A good business treats their customers well when all is right, an excellent business is one that treats their customers well when things go wrong. We ordered all of our tablecloths for our wedding reception through Premier Table Linens, as they were half the price if we were to rent them locally. We were assured that we would have them in hand a few days before the ceremony, and called a week before to confirm. All was good. Then en route, UPS royally messed up the shipment, and delayed our order so that they were going to arrive two days AFTER the reception. I made several calls and spoke to several workers and supervisors at UPS to no avail (all they would do for us was to refund our shipping charges). I made one phone call to Premier Table Linens and within one hour, I was told they would overnight ship another set of tablecloths so we would have them just in time for our reception. They went above and beyond in order for us to have the reception look the way we had planned. They didn't have to do what they did (I'm sure overnight shipping charges for the second order must have been a small fortune), but they understood that (1) we were already stressed out about finalizing all other aspects of our wedding that was two days away, (2) how disappointed we would be if we didn't have what we ordered and (3) how expensive it would have been for us to have to rent a whole other set of tablecloths locally at the last minute. The second shipment arrived, as promised, by the next morning, and they were *exactly* what we wanted and ordered. Returning the linens after the reception was *extremely* easy as well. I cannot give this company enough praise. In this day and age, it is truly remarkable for a company to treat their customers as well as they did. UPS, on the other hand, should be ashamed at their extremely poor customer service. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Linen tablecloth scammed us and we were forced to find another wedding linen company 10 days before our wedding. I feel so fortunate to have called PTL. Once I explained situation and led I could hear in my voice how panicked we were, the owner himself Tony Cueto took vet the call. He was so reassuring and promised us we had nothing to worry about. ptl already had the color linens we wanted all rented out but Tony said he would manufacture anything we needed that was already rented out and he would rent the linens we needed. Initially i was honestly a little Leary because of what happened with the other company. Sure enough Tony and Preimer came through with gorgeous linens deliver straight to out venue. We are so grateful to Premier Table Linens! Great people, great, easy rental program.

I was a little worried about ordering these linens and getting them delivered. After I received them and opened them up I knew that I was nervous for no reason. The lines were beautiful, all true to color from the swatch and they ALL matched. They were packaged individually in plastic and hung on hangers. I set up my nieces wedding and when it was over, it was so easy to box them back up and ship them back. If I ever have another party where the venue does not supply linens I will order from Premier again.

I ordered 20 round tablecloths and 19 Rectangular ones for an event. I, unfortunately did not submit my order correctly; ordered the wrong size. I spoke with a very nice customer service representative who corrected my error and expedited the delivery and I received it 2 days later! I was very pleased with the color and quality of the my linens They provided amazing service and a great product.

I definitely would recommend Premier Table Linens for your affair. Although you can purchase tablecloths, I chose to rent them. The linens are clean, stain-free, seamless, and heavy-weighted. They arrived four days before my daughter's wedding, in pristine condition, and all I needed to do was put the dirty linens in a pre-paid bag for return. So convenient! Just remember to order swatches for every product line because the colors differ slightly from one to another.

After a very bad experience with another vendor (Linen Tablecloth) who after 5 weeks had not shipped my linens, I desperately came to Premier Table Linens. I immediately received an email that confirmed receipt of my order. Shortly after, I received another stating my order had already shipped. I placed the order Monday and my linens were delivered to me Wednesday. I imagine that the extreme efficiency with which the order was filled contributed greatly to the speed with which I received the order. The linens are spot on beautiful and brand new, pressed and on hangers ready to go. You guys really saved me and thank you from my heart. Will highly tell everyone I can about Premier Table Linens.

Tony is absolutely amazing! He went over and above and beyond to educate us on linens, give us fabric and color selections and helped us stay within our wedding budget. Brides know that when planning for a wedding so many things can be confusing and can become complicated. But, not this one. On the contrary, the entire linen rental process with Premier Table Linens was fantastic, clear and Tony was very helpful. I had called so many different rental companies and none of them made me feel the way Premier did. Not only was the staff very helpful and friendly... they made me feel at ease and gave me all of the needed information so I could make all the appropriate decisions. My wedding planner also commented that this was the easiest linen rental company that she has ever dealt with. They were on top of it and were great! Thanks again Tony and your staff. This is an awesome company. For bride looking for quality table linens that are not expensive, this company manufactures and sells directly to the public and the savings are enormous. I purchased table linens for my daughters wedding from Premiere. The staff was very friendly, the linens arrived earlier than expected and were just as described. The pricing was reasonable. One of the tablecloths had a spot and the company replaced it without discussion or question. The replacement cloth arrived 3 days later at my home. You just can't ask for any better service than this... I highly recommend Premier Table Linens...

After another linen company took our money and did not deliver products, I frantically called Premier Table Linens right before they were closing. Kevin was so nice and understanding. I want Premier Table Linens management to know what a jewel you have in this staff member. He was so understanding, stayed long after closing to assist me and miraculously came through for us. The poly stripe linens from Premier Table Linens added elegance to our wedding reception venue. Many of our guests complimented our selection of table linens. Loly and Mr. Cueto did a fantastic job. They were very patient and gave me ideas and suggestions as I pondered over deciding which linens to choose. They answered all our questions. Even gave us advise that saved us money. Last minute we had to add more linens and the owner went out of his way, had staff stay overtime in order to accommodate our last minute additions. The table linens, overlays and napkins arrived the day promised, exactly as promised and very nice quality with good pricing. The reception looked beautiful. Always nice to do business with. They have the best selection and nothing is impossible. Ask online chat for real time help. For a large company, you get small business attention. They will offer assistance on fabric, color, and size choices. They are wonderful about getting the product out on time, and delivering as promised. All of my orders have arrived before promised! There were plenty of local vendors that provided similar products (Table linens) however, these were of much higher quality. Duffle bags with return labels were provided so the linens could be easily returned. Customer service was readily available, helpful, and cheerful. It was a pleasant process.

Renting from Premier Table Linens was so easy and convenient. Premier Table Linens was great to work with for all our table linen, napkins, overlays and chair covers. Loly was my rep and she was not only very patient and so nice to deal with but she gave us a lot of ideas and input to rent the right fabrics and colors for exactly what we wanted. She even sent us swatches of the colors to make sure they were perfect for us. Everything arrived in Alaska a day early, all the table linens were pressed and on hangers and the Spandex chair covers she recommended to us were absolutely stunning. The products offered by Premier Table Linens are of the highest quality, the staff is very courteous, and the linens and napkins priced within our budget. We saved so much money by having used this company for our August 2014 wedding reception..Tony and Loly offered expert advise, never tried to up sell, in fact saved us money and gave us the exact look we were looking for. They even sent us free of charge color swatch cards so we could see the actual fabric colors in person before deciding on the exact color we wanted. I would recommend them for your wedding.

Premier Linens is my first choice always. Everything I order comes in on time and there has never been an error. One of our payments didn't go through but Premier shipped the order anyway and we were able to supply our customers without any delay. The quality of the linens is excellent. Our competitor offers linens with no seams and Premier was the first supplier we could find that offers that. Because of their excellent customer service and American made products we've found no reason to look elsewhere.

What a blessing to have found Premier Table Linens! We purchasing all our linens for less than we could rent them for locally. With two weddings in 27 days for my twins I needed dependable service with a great product. Premier table linens made the events! I also needed expedited shipping for last reception. Understanding, personable, patient, and such a sweetheart -- just few things I can say about Loly of Premier Table Linens. Poly Check tablecloths and Burlap overlays were what we purchased from Premier for our spring country wedding and they were excellent. Excellent cpmany, excellent quality tablecloths and overlays. Very professional service, love the linens and Tony and Ryan are fantastic to work with... Highly recommended.

We are very happy to have found this company that offers national table linen rentals. We rented all our linens, ovrlays and chair covers from them and the program is great as are the prices and customer service. Tony was so good working with us, he stayed in contact with us, accommodated a large last minute change and everything was perfect. The linens arrived pressed and on hangers and were beautiful.

I love all the linens I have received from Premier Table Linens: The Havana Faux Burlap Natural linens, the Saxony Cafe' linens and the Somerset Ivory linens. They are all beautiful, great quality, easy care and so versatile and I use them for a variety of events: from the relaxed and casual events with friends and family to formal holiday dinners, bridal and baby showers. The customer service is excellent and all linens arrived on-time. I highly recommend ordering from Premier Table Linens and will continue to order in the future.

This company is a great to work with. The rental program is great, you get to keep the linens for a week and they arrived to us 3 days prior to our wedding day. All staff members we dealt with were so nice, attentive and answered so many questions we had before renting and buying everything we needed for our reception. Lolly contacted us numerous times to insure that everything was in order and to confirm everything. The prices are great, the linens lovely, amazing communication and everything arrived exactly as promised. Very professional. I highly recommend Premier Table Linens where we rented and their specialty company where we purchased our beautiful Burlap overlays, Premier Burlap Boutique to anyone needing table linens, overlays napkins, chair covers and sashes.
