Premiere Events Services was a 5 star company times 3738493929!!!

My fiancé and I got engaged in the year of 2019. I was a bride that LOVED researching and seeing what was out there for weddings. We tried a few catering spots but just weren’t convinced.... then we finally came across Premiere and right from the bat COURTNEY was one of the most supportive, kind, informative and communicative contact people to work with!

So after receiving their pricing guide through email we went and met with Premiere Event Services. We met Jeremy that evening and had the best experience tasting foods! We were sold.

Continue on down the timeline, we were struggling with some floral companies... we then remembered that Premiere Services isn’t just catering but floral as well! A one stop shop! We then decided to do decor and floral with them where we might Natalia! Heaven sent.

Through many obstacles of losing our original venue through bankruptcy, then COVID-19, Courtney, Jeremy and Natalie NEVER stopped supporting us!

The big month was finally here and my venue decided to tell me that they were not providing mixers for my
Bar anymore... NO PROBLEM! Who do I call??? Premiere! Why? Because they do bartending services as well!!!! They didn’t even allow me to stress!

It’s finally our big day... and I knew our day would be special because, hello it’s a wedding. BUT LET ME TELL YOU ALL SOMETHING....

Premiere Event Services made our vision (mainly
mine because my husband only does what I say) Come to LIFE AND THEN SOME!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I got my bouquet, the ceremony and don’t even get my started on the reception decor! I could not stop crying and smiling all at the same time! Even down to the very smallest detail Premiere out did themselves.

We had so many compliments on the food!!!

People were floored!!

If you are debating about using Premiere Event Services, DONT! Make it easy on yourselves and book them.

Fantastic Wedding Catering and Florals!!

Premier Event Services did the most AMAZING job on my daughter's recent wedding at Sterling Events. Courtney Smith was just the easiest, most wonderful person to work with and just made everything run so smoothly. The food was just incredible, and particular attention was paid to guests with dietary restrictions. They also provided all the florals, which could not have been more beautiful We gave Natalia inspo photos, and everything she did exceeded our expectations- guests commented that they had to "feel" the greenery because it was so beautiful, they could not believe it was real! The on-site staff was fantastic and every detail was perfect. Having them be able to do both the catering AND florals saved us time and money :-)

Best Wedding Catering!

Premier truly delivered an unforgettable dining experience at our wedding. From the first bite to the last, everything was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and executed to perfection. For dinner, we had the Premier chicken and sirloin, both of which were outstanding, and during cocktail hour our guests loved the chicken empanadas, goat cheese bites, and beef Wellington bites. We had countless guests come up to us throughout the night to tell us how amazing the food was, which says everything. The service was just as impressive, professional, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. The planning process was smooth and easy, and the team was flexible, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Premier exceeded our expectations in every way!!

Best service and best price!

I would 1000% recommend Premier Event Services to anyone planning a wedding or event! Leading up to the event, their communication was always quick and clear. Their prices for both food and alcohol were very reasonable....cheaper than many other quotes we received - and the food was delicious! Many told us that we had the best wedding food they have ever had! The day of service was exceptional - the food and beverage service was quick, and the staff treated me and my husband like royalty. We also used Premier's services for florals, and I again got SO many compliments on our florals! Every piece was stunning, especially the arch and my bouquet, and they were once again so much better priced than competitors! I truly would vouch for their event services to anyone any day!

The BEST (and somehow cheapest) caterer!!

We cannot recommend Premier catering enough for your wedding!!! They went above and beyond handling our tables/chair set up as our venue did not do this. They worked incredibly well with our planner to work on our tablescapes and it turned out amazing. The food on the day of was even better than during our tasting and all our guests said it was an incredible buffet and well presented for our black tie event. We brought our own sheet cake and were pleasantly surprised when they cut it for us and individually plated and served to each guest as we didn’t even ask them to do this. They allowed us to bring our own alcohol (but provided bartenders) and didn’t even flinch when we asked if they could make our specialty drinks after we provided the ingredients. All of the staff on the day of were so nice and helpful but special shoutout to Kristina and Nia for working with us every step of the way. They are the reason our wedding went so well and we saved so much money, I can’t imagine hiring anyone else!

Premier is Top Notch!

Premier is top-notch! For our wedding reception, we selected their deluxe buffet option, and added on full bar service, a coffee bar, and decor rentals. Since Premier is an all-inclusive vendor for our venue, they also provided linens and all tableware. The service provided by the coordinator, the servers, and the bartender was amazing. So much attention to detail went in my reception by Premier. We had a minor emergency where a few of our guests had to return to the reception late, and Premier ensured these guests had a full plate of food to return to. I keep getting compliments from guests that the food served was some of the best wedding food they've ever had! 10/10 food, presentation, service, and staff. I absolutely recommend using Premier for your wedding!

The best service ever!!

There are not enough words to describe how happy I feel for the service premier provided for my wedding. I want to specifically show my gratitude for Keiner and Alexanders’ incredible work throughout my whole wedding. 10/10 – Truly the Best Wedding Food We've Ever Had!

We are still getting messages from guests a month later saying how our wedding had the best food they’ve ever had—and we couldn’t agree more! Everything from Premier Event Services was absolutely phenomenal. The food tasted exactly like it did at our tasting (which we loved!), and the quality, flavor, and presentation were flawless.

We worked with them for our cocktail hour, bar, dinner, dessert, linens, flatware, plates, and chargers—and everything was seamless. Catherine was amazing to work with—so organized, communicative, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.

One of our favorite surprises was a midnight snack they packed for us after the wedding: a full plate of everything we had on our menu. It was the perfect touch and such a thoughtful way to end the night as we relaxed and reflected on the day.

There was even enough food for guests to go back for thirds! We can’t thank Premier Event Services enough for helping make our wedding unforgettable. 10/10 recommend!

People raved about the food at my wedding -they still are! Premier saved me so much trouble because they did my florals, bar, food, decor, and linens. All I had to do was find a makeup artist and a photographer. Jeremy and Courtney and Natalia know what they’re doing! I was in good hands on my big day. They made sure I ate too 🥹❤️.

Just amazing!

We were blessed enough to have chosen Premier for our Daughters wedding. It was such a relief have one company handle so much for us- the food, flowers, bridal party bouquets, linens, table settings, reception center pieces, bar service, desserts! They handled everything and it was amazing. We had so many people tell us they had never had such good food and service at the wedding before. It was truly exceptional! They were really tremendous. Courtney and Jeremy helped us every step of the way and were so patient with all our questions and requests. The serving staff were amazing as well. While we waited for pictures to be taken during cocktail hour one of the staff was kind enough to bring us appetizers and drinks so we didn’t miss out on a thing! Everyone at Premier was so kind and we just knew from the start this special day was in wonderful hands! We had the Chicken, Salmon and fillet and all of it was amazing! From start to finish the day went off without a hitch!! Would recommend them to everyone!

Best caterer ever!

We got married on 12/29 at Trellis 925 & the food & service with Premier was incredible!!! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. One of my biggest priorities with my wedding was having really good food because I’ve been to some weddings where the food just isn’t great and when you are spending all this money on a once in a lifetime event you want it to be amazing and it truly was!! We did a buffet where we had the Tuscan Chicken and upgraded to the Steak Tenderloin. Both the steak and the chicken were so flavorful and delicious. We had Spanish rice and vegetables as well and everyone was obsessed with the rice! We also added the mashed potato bar which was such a hit. I’ve always wanted one at my wedding and it was perfect, there was regular mashed potatoes & sweet potatoes and so many toppings and it was all served in martini glasses! My husband and I felt so taken care of by the staff, it felt like we were celebrities! They brought us a plate of our own appetizers to the bridal suite (which were also so good - I recommend the 3 cheese stuffed mushrooms and the chicken empanadas). The staff kept checking in on us, they served us plates with everything at the buffet to try, when we would get busy they’d put a cover over our food so it didn’t get too cold. The bartenders would consistently check in and see if we needed anything! And the highlight at the end of the night was them sending us home with not only a ton of leftovers but mashed potatoes & a LOT of jalapenos because that’s what I got at the mashed potato bar and it was my favorite part of the night. It really made me so happy when I got to the hotel room and saw that! We were actually sad once we finished through our leftovers that we may need to have a small party on our anniversary and get catering from them again. I could keep going but the point is I 100% recommend Premier for your wedding or event!!

Quality, Value, Ease.. they have it all!

This vendor does it all. We chose Premier Event Services for our food, bar services, table settings/decor, AND florals and holy wow did they absolutely knock it out of the park. I cannot say enough good things. They made everything so easy! Their menu selection is delicious and accommodating for all dietary needs/restrictions and we were able to go to their show room and SEE all the options for decor and table settings. We had a full floral consult and follow up. The day OF the event, they were extra attentive and made sure we as the bride and groom were always topped up with water, had ample snacks on hand during cocktail hour and offered drinks regularly. The chef came out and checked on us and let us know they had boxed up the leftovers for us and everything. From start to finish they were so easy to work with and seriously deliver quality service at an amazing value.

Could Not Recommend Enough!!

We could not have been happier with our food and service for our wedding! The food was delicious, and they were fantastic at accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions (and they still raved about the food!). The service was kind and professional and everything ran smoothly and on-time. Everyone left stuffed and happy!

If you want a company with different food selections like a taco station, then Premier is where it's at! We did stations for our wedding. We had a burger station, salad station, pasta station, and taco station along with 3 desserts and the popcorn machine. EVERYONE couldn't stop raving about the food, the desserts, donut wall, and the popcorn machine! We heard so many times that a taco station was a genius idea and everyone needs one. The food phenomenal and was cooked perfectly! The donuts were a huge hit and the popcorn machine was a hit too as a late night snack. They were so helpful and made any changes that we had (and we had a lot). We had Courtney in the beginning and ended with Kristina and both were so easy to work with. You can't go wrong with Premier!

Corporate Breakfast | Absolutely Amazing

We recently had our first executive breakfast hosted by our CEO and President with our top clients, and Premier Event Catering provided OUTSTANDING service from beginning to the end. The food and service were top-notch, and all our clients raved about the excellence.

I initially reached out to Premier Event Catering because of their great reviews our company had when you all sponsored our EOY banquet, and today you exceeded those expectations. Ms. Astrid and Mr. Keiner were absolutely wonderful to work with. They provided white-glove service, were constantly pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure our headquarters' board room embodied a five-star restaurant.

They were here early and stayed late, swiftly responding to my requests with a smile. Their dedication and professionalism were unparalleled, and I want them for every event we sponsor moving forward!!!!

International wedding

Premier Events Services did a great job for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding in July 2024. They are both in the Army in Germany, and weren't able to experience a tasting menu for their wedding or speak in person with Courtney at Premier. So I, the mother of groom, helped with communication and Courtney was very accommodating and helpful, and email worked well for the bride and groom.
At the wedding, the catering staff was just right, they let us know that the buffet was ready whenever we were, served graciously, and cleared discreetly. The food was really good, numerous guests commented how delicious the salmon was, but it was all tasty. The bartender was helpful with drink suggestions, and mixing and serving guests.
At the end of the evening, the staff kindly and securely wrapped up items like the cake topper to send with the bride and groom. They also sent a box of untouched brownies, that was the free dessert the couple chose, and we took it with us and people enjoyed them at the hotel later.
All in all, we were very happy with Premier, and highly recommend them.

Delicious food!!! Would recommend!

My husband and I got married at Historic Venue of 1902 and one of the many things we loved about that venue was that they also offered catering through Premier Events. Since the venue had a deal with Premier Events, it saved us a bunch of money, which who doesn’t love saving money?!? For reference, it’s typically around $75-$85/pp with other caterers, but since Premier Events and the wedding venue have a great relationship with each other, the price ended up being closer to $50/pp, which was wayyyy nicer to pay less and still have quality food options!

We loved the wide variety of options to choose from and ultimatey chose to go with one vegetarian option, one seafood option and one chicken option for the cocktail hour and the dinner! The food was delicious and our guests loved it too, which is always a plus!

We also had our bar services provided by the caterer, which was nice since it was one less thing for my husband and I to worry about! For 106 guests, we had 2 bartenders during our cocktail hour/reception and it seemed to work perfectly!

The wait staff were sooo helpful and friendly and they were so pleasant to work with! They truly took care of my husband and I on our wedding day and ensured we were well-fed and had everything we needed!

I would definitely recommend primer events to anyone who is trying to have any type of event catered!

Simply the best!

From start to finish, your service was exceptional, leaving me and all my guests thoroughly impressed from our wedding on March 15th, 2024. Every dish was an absolute delight, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We chose the buffet option with: beef wellington bites, empanadas, and tortellini kebobs for appitizers; tuscan chicken, lemon beurre blanc salmon, and beef tenderloin as entrees; garlic mashed potatoes and the vegetable medley as sides. Whether it was the main courses, the array of appetizers, everyone was beyond satisfied and every guest had something delicious to enjoy.

Beyond the delectable fare, the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff were second to none. From the initial planning stages to the execution on the day of the event, they were attentive, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Every detail was meticulously handled, allowing myself and my family to relax and enjoy the occasion knowing that everything was in capable hands.

The presentation of the food was exquisite, adding an extra touch of elegance to the event. People were really surprised how fantastic the food was being a buffet option. Everyone had nothing but compliments as feedback.

Moreover, even the company's flexibility and willingness to accommodate last-minute changes or requests were truly remarkable. You all went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that Cory’s and my vision for the event was realized.

Premier was the BEST caterer!

Working with Premier was an absolute dream. They were so responsive to all of my questions and most of all THEIR FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. We received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS from our guest on our food (BBQ). Deliciously Memorable!

Thank you for making our son and daughter-in-law's wedding so deliciously memorable! Premier has catered 2 of our children's weddings now and I can't imagine using anyone else! I highly recommend Premier to all of our friends! We look forward to working with them again and again!

The Premier team did an incredible job! We couldn't have been happier! The food was absolutely delicious! Especially the chicken! Everyone is still raving about it! Everyone really appreciated the 2 serving lines and how quickly everyone was served. The lead on duty that evening even made a point of checking in with us. We appreciate the attention to detail! We also LOVED the table decor. It all came together so beautifully! We also can't say enough about working with Courtney prior to the event. He makes everything so easy, and we had confidence in knowing it was all going to be handled professionally and thoroughly.

I know the Bride and Groom really appreciated having a private dinner and they set up such a beautiful and romantic space for them as well as providing them with extra appetizers and a hot delicious meal. It truly gave them an opportunity to just be alone and breathe for a few minutes before the big party and it gave them time to greet everyone during dinner while everyone else was eating.

We highly recommend Premier Event Services because of their customer service, quality of food, price, decor, attention to detail! They will be our pick every time!!

Truly Delicious

Premier Events catered our wedding and provided bartending services and they were excellent, not to mention affordable. Not a single person said anything negative about the food or service -- quite a few people even said they went back for seconds! We did a buffet style and they were super quick to get everyone through - the chicken piccata, garlic mashed potatoes, manicotti and beef carving station are where its at. Jeremy and his team were extremely helpful and communicative since day 1, even responding to my random questions on a Sunday evening. All of the staff on wedding day were super friendly and accommodating and even my celiac friends raved about their meal option (and had no reaction which is critical). Everything was incredible and I will truly recommend them every chance I can.

Premier Event Services catered our wedding reception at The Orlando Art Museum , The food was fantastic! Our guest could not stop talking about how good the food was! Delicious!!!

Absolutely worth it. My husband and I just had them cater for our wedding and between the service from the bar and buffet, the quality and taste of the food and compliance with our special requests for certain guests, we would not have been happier. Our guests and us enjoyed everything and were left with many compliments. We had the specialty chicken and the prime rib with scalloped potatoes and veggies which were a huge hit. It was safe to say I was sad when the leftovers were finished. I want to give a special shoutout to Javier for doing a great job with service and for delivering my wife and I appetizers during cocktail hour while we were busy with photos, we do appreciate all the trips he made from the barn to the ceremony area. Also another shoutout to Courtney for helping us coordinate the food special requests making this night the best night of our lives. If we were to do this all over, Premier Event Services would be the first people we call.

Amazing food!

We got married on 1/27/24 and all our guest raved about the food! From the food tasting to the day of, they knocked it out of the park! All the food was SO amazing! The chicken duxelle is to die for! Amazing, professional, flexible

AMAZING is how I would describe premier! From the beginning to end of planning for our wedding they were flexible and understanding! I am so happy I went with them. And let me tell you, THE FOOD!! Sooooo good. We are still getting compliments on how good the food was. It was definitely not your typical wedding food. Chicken duxelle, steak, potatoes (they had some type of cheese omg get these potatoes!!) and glazed carrots. Just, so so good. But anyways, thank you premier for making our wedding so special and I hope my review will convince others to book!! 🩷

Wonderful in every aspect

Premier was one of the vendors recommended by our venue and we can see why. It was a pleasure to work with them from start to finish.

Everything from the prep to the execution was spot on. Their recommendations and interest in the style we were going for showed both experience and excitement for their work which gave us little room for hesitation. Leading up to our wedding day they were patient and flexible and clearly had a vested interest with making sure the day went well. On the day of, they were wonderful and ensured our guest were well taken care of and even sent us home with another set of meals to go.

Again I can't stress enough how great they were to work with.

Excellent service, delicious food

the premier team was absolutely incredible! Leading up to the big day, any questions we had were promptly answered. All the little touches of care made all the difference in the world. We had staff bring appetizers into the bridal suite to make sure the bride and groom were able to eat, the bartenders were so accommodating of our wacky ideas and so kind to everyone, those serving food and walking the area were making sure everyone had anything and everything they might need (even having pre-made plates and a tiny salt/pepper shaker at the sweetheart table). All of this not even mentioning how DELICIOUS the food was!!! We truly can’t thank them enough for making our day so special.

Amazing Coordination & Service

This wedding reception was all done long distance, over the phone & emails. Lots of food choices for all kinds of eaters, it was difficult deciding what to have as they all sounded so good! We had religious & vegetarians to accommodate, lots to choose from. Effortless set up on day of event, on time. The food was hot, tasty and the service was excellent. Courtney was responsive to our special needs and requests, super easy to work with. We had a sit-down dinner and open bar. And the price was reasonable, in my opinion, compared with the other vendors and what we ordered (filet mignon & salmon). I would definitely choose Premier again!

Amazing service!!

Preferred Vendor for a Reason!!

We had the pleasure of having Premier cater our wedding and everyone was so happy with the food. When choosing our venue we were given a list of preferred vendors and Premier was highly recommended by the venue team and after our tasting, we understood why. Not only was the food wonderful, but the bartenders killed it, the staff provided all the linens and set up so beautifully and were so incredibly kind to my husband and I and all our guests. The communication with Kristina was wonderful and she was always there to answer all the questions I had leading up to the big day. Truly Amazing!

Premier Event Services is truly amazing! I always assumed catered food was just okay, but Premier proved me wrong - their food is DELICIOUS! Tastes like something I would order at a restaurant! People were raving all night about the food and services. From the very beginning, Courtney went above and beyond to ensure our proposal reflected accurately, gave advice, and was overall so KIND at every interaction. His communication was stellar and always got back to me within a very timely manner. He truly made all the difference in the service! I also used premier for my decor and florals. Natalia is also amazing, she recreated exactly what I was looking for in my bouquet, centerpieces, ceremony flowers, etc. again, I was complimented all night on the floral and the table scape - all thanks to Natalia and her team! She was so kind and sweet during our meetings. She was present the night of my wedding and she made sure I had a drink in my hand and ensured to congratulate and chat with me. The product they provide is without a doubt amazing and their service is too notch which I felt really set them apart from others i I quoted with. We were absolutely blown away by the AMAZING presentation, professionalism, and wonderful food by Premier Event Services. We had a wedding for 150 people and Premiere Event Services did all of the catering. It was nothing less than spectacular and everything was flawless. Magical people!!!

Premier events and Courtney especially are magic makers!!!
They catered my wedding last October and the food was so delicious my husband and I as well as all of our guests are still raving about it almost an entire year later!!!
Courtney was so kind and helpful when it came to our tasting and creating the menu and decor for our event. When we came in for our tasting we had 2 other appointments set up right after and we cancelled them before we even left the building. The food is that amazing and the people are even better!!! They go above and beyond to try and make all your dreams come true to the best of their abilities! We had wanted a crescent moon arch for our event and couldn’t find one we liked anywhere and upon mentioning it at our meeting they informed us they had just gotten one in that day and we immediately booked it!! And it was beautiful. They even let me come by and do a table mock up for the venue of what everything needed to look like. And their servers!!! Omg!!! While we were taking photos their server came out and made sure we got to have some of our apps that we ordered for cocktail hour (she was a god sent. I was starving and she made sure ya girl was taken care of) I say all of this to say. If you choose anyone other than premier for your event you’re doing it all wrong. These people are so kind and amazing! We even called them to pick up 2 dinners of our anniversary meal which I wasn’t sure they could even do and without a second thought Courtney had gotten right on it!! I love these guys and appreciate them all so much for making our event so magical!!

Phenomenal Vendor/EXCEEDED Expectations

Premier Events went above and beyond for our daughters wedding. From set up to clean up and every detail in between. Nothing was missed. Their staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Everything ran smoothly. And to top it off the food was DELICIOUS!!! Everyone was raving about it. Not one complaint. Cooked to perfection and perfect flavor. They were even able to cater to our gluten free guests and every single one of them raved about their gluten free plate. Our expectations were exceeded and Courtney was a dream to work with in the pre event planning. I highly recommend their catering services and most definitely will be using them in the future. They were phenomenal!!! They were able to accommodate over 315 guests we had.

We hasuch a wonderful experience with Premier

We used Premier for my daughter’s wedding this Spring. Let me just say that they could not have made the process any easier. From the tasting to the actual evening they were so helpful, accommodating, patient, and professional, Courtney was the absolute best! He made took numerous calls from both the mother of the groom and me (mother of the bride,) made so many changes to our contract for us, and never acted frustrated or put out. He was helpful and patient.
The evening of the event went off flawlessly, even though there was a huge threat of bad weather (thank goodness it never materialized!) The staff worked so hard and was so on top of things, it really couldn’t have gone any better. And the food was delicious! We have had so many complements since the event!

The best!

Premier Events is by far the best catering around in Orlando. I had my wedding at The Historic Venue 1902 on Friday 4/28/23. Not only did they continue to offer refreshments and appetizers to everyone including me(bride and groom during cocktail hour but they made sure the whole bridal party was taking care of. During the reception they made sure to serve everyone hefty servings of plates. l had a buffet style and some of my guests were able to get seconds! We also got our own “To Go” plates set aside. My guests were over joyed how amazing the food was and I still have friends telling me how great the food was to this day. Lastly, usually the catering provides the cake cutting set but my sister surprised me with a custom Cinderella cake cutting set. There was a mix up and my custom Cinderella set was accidentally taken. I contacted the owner and he was able to find them and had them delivered to the hotel my husband and I were staying at before we left Orlando. Thank you again to everyone including the chef, the wait staff, bartenders and anyone else I may have forgotten.

P.S. Courtney is the best consultant for this company and he was extremely helpful and patient with my mom and I. We wish him the best! Continue making couples super happy we were thrilled! 💜🥹💜

No regrets

Everyone complimented the food, even our hardest to please guests lol someone even signed our guest book with “the food was great”! Great communication the whole way, even with last minute changes. Our favorite part was when a staff member came out to us with appetizers during our portrait session to make sure we got to try our cocktail our picks (empanadas and chicken tostones that were amazing btw) when it came time to dinner they served us a portion of all of our picks so we got to taste all of our proteins, which we loved. Also every staff member was super helpful including our bartender, I can’t say enough good things about Premier Event Services, even the leftovers were delicious!

Delicious Dinner and Cocktails

Premier made our wedding extra special! Many guests, including our photographer, commented on how delicious the food was and how nice the staff were! Best catering company in orlando

Premier events catered our wedding and our guest can’t stop telling us how amazing the food was but they were more impressed with how quick the bar service was!!

The staff was absolutely incredible, quick, efficient, kind and very patient with all of our guest. We appreciate all of the staff that made our wedding a superior, wonderful and memorial one.

The food was beyond delicious, served hot and tasteful. The carving of the steak was a huge hit. Our guest loved how the steak had so much flavor & the mushroom sauce went perfect with the steak. Another great hit was the empanadas during cocktail hour. The empanadas were crunchy & tasted so fresh like it was just made at our venue.

The bar staff were the kindest bar staff we have ever met. They were so happy for us which was so kind to see. The bar staff was so quick, not once did our quest have to wait for a drink because they were so quick. Our signature drinks were served all night and everyone loved them!

We can’t wait to book premier events again for our next event. We are so grateful for everyone especially Jeremy for helping us out throughout the process! A special thank you to Courtney as well for being so kind to us! You all made us feel like family!!❤️

Great variety and quality

Choosing Premiere for our catering venue was one of the best choices we made. They had great options and everyone loved the food! The bartender was knowledgeable and professional and the wait staff took care of everything. Shout out to our main contact Courtney, who made the decision making so fun! Our catering experience was great. We chose the buffet option, and everybody loved it. We had a tasting about a month before our wedding and we also chose our napkins, silverware and tablecloths. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Premier Event Services! From the very first meeting they were so attentive and friendly. The tasting was out of this world good, we were SO happy with the quality of the food for our reception as well! Courtney was so responsive and helpful and answered all of my questions. One stop shop of deliciousness!

My now-husband only asked for two things in our wedding: first, that we didn’t go too “over the top” and second, that he could have rare prime rib at the wedding dinner. Well, hiring Premier Events was the best choice we could have made because their prime rib carving station was INCREDIBLE and I got to give my husband exactly what he wanted for a seriously reasonable price. We tried Premier’s food at two different bridal expos and knew right away we wanted the vegetarian manicotti as our vegetarian option, so when we did our tasting, we were mostly concerned about the prime rib and picking a chicken our less adventurous guests would like. EVERYTHING we tasted was amazing, and we ended up with exactly the delicious and “different” menu everyone expects of two major foodies like us! Premier also allowed us to provide our own beer and wine while they provided the licensed bartender, which was such a huge savings for us and made our meal absolutely perfect! Their staff were wonderful, responsive to emails, and everyone was pleasant and efficient on the day and our guests are still raving about the food. Premier also provided our linens, tableware, water, lemonade, and had a complimentary cake cutting with our package, so it was really a one-stop shop and made everything so simple and easy! Great services provided by Premier!

Jeremy and his team at Premier Event Services were an absolute pleasure and honor to have helping us at our wedding! Their prices were phenomenal! We did some centerpiece/rentals with them, as well as their bartending package and catering services and were pleased with every aspect of what they provided! They helped in making everything run so smoothly and were instrumental in making our day as special as it could have been. We got so many compliments on the food and drinks, as well as the desserts that we had! Truly an overall pleasant experience and would highly recommend Premier Event Services!!

Best catering company in Central FL, no doubt

Amazing people to work with. Courtney is super knowledgeable and a complete professional. I've never worked with a better catering company before. And their Chicken Duxelle plate is AMAZING. The guests at my wedding are still talking about it a month later. If I could, I'd rate them 10/5. Thank you guys so much!!!

Just book them!

Honestly. I wish I would of found them earlier! When I say they made my life so much easier it’s a total understatement. From booking our tasting to meeting with Courtney and talking with Jeremy everything was perfect! The food was to die for! Tasted even better the day of my wedding! The flower arrangement just completed the look! There isn’t a negative thing I could say about premier! The cherry on top was the Togo plate they had for my husband and I! They knew we didn’t eat much and had it waiting for us at the end of the night!

Amazing catering and bartending

Me and my husband had Premier provide bartending and catering services for our wedding this past month. We were blown away by the service that was provided by the serving staff and the quality of the drinks/food provided. We decided on the buffet services with Caprese chicken, pork loin and top round, with all selections being tender and delicious. The bartender was able to keep up with our group of drinkers and our specialty cocktails were better than when we make them at home. They were very responsive and answered all questions quickly and accurately. I would highly recommend doing the tasting before picking the menu, they provide healthy portions to try and all the food was delicious.

Premier also was able to come out the day after Hurricane Ian and we were extremely grateful that they were able to make it with no compromises in quality. We would recommend Premier again and again for any of your needs.

Incredible Food and Service

Our wedding venue, Orlando Science Center, recommended Premier Event Services originally to us, and we reached out to them and several other caterers to compare our options. Compared to other vendors we talked to, Premier Event Services had our favorite menu options and had incredible prices for the services they offered. They were kind enough to schedule a tasting later in the day for us since we had to travel from out-of-state, and the food at our tasting was incredible! We booked Premier Event Services right away, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

On the day of our wedding, they made sure we were fed, had our choice of drinks ready no matter what we were doing, and they even boxed up a midnight snack for us to take back with us (and it was a lot of food, enough for two more meals each!). We felt pampered the entire time and someone was always checking up on us to make sure we were taken care of. Our food was plated and ready at our sweetheart table, along with our appetizers from the cocktail hour, so that we didn’t have to go to the buffet line ourselves. To top it all off, every single guest RAVED about our food. They all loved it, even the pickiest of eaters. We also had a vegetarian and someone with dietary restrictions and they both loved their meals as well. Although all of it was excellent, the Premier Signature chicken was an absolute favorite. We also had bar services through Premier Event Services and heard nothing but good things about that as well.

We were so pleased with Premier Event Services and are so grateful for the excellent food, drinks, and service they provided to us and our guests.

Great food & service!

We worked with Premiere for catering our wedding in August, and the food was delicious! We even had people ask who our caterer was. Everything went seamlessly the day of, and I didn't have to do a thing. We also used Premiere's bartending services, and they were great! Highly recommend in the Orlando area.

Julian ( if I remember his name correctly) and the staff were on point my guests were very comfortable at the bar also, 2 or 3 servers were very attentive to my son and daughter ( they share the same birthday ) and they even brought appetizers upstairs for them! They even asked myself and my husband what we wanted because they noticed we had not eaten. Lol I felt like royalty! The bartenders were great very personable from start to finish. Every time I looked at the bar it was packed. Thank you again.

Amazing experience!

The food and catering service was absolutely amazing. We booked this vendor through our all-inclusive package with the Hidden Barn Venue and they did not disappoint. The steak with their chimichiri sauce was my favorite!!! Jeremy (the owner) was very nice and assisted us with what we wanted. And the chef was spectacular!

Premier is amazing!

I had my wedding catered by Premier Events Services almost 2 months ago and people are still telling my family and me how much fun they had and how delicious the food was!! The staff was great about trying to make sure that my day was as stress-free as possible. Every step of the way the Premier Staff was there to help me create the day of my dreams. Not only did they cater my buffet for 130 guests, but they also provided the majority of my table decorations & centerpieces, catered the open bar, and provided an amazing flaming donuts station. They can do it all! Plus, I can't even count the number of times they made themselves and their showroom available for me to plan my perfect day - they are more than accommodating! I would 100% recommend this company and this staff to anyone getting married. I would definitely choose Premier again if I could!!

Please do yourself a favor and hire them!

I could not recommend Premier Event Services enough. Seriously. They were amazing from the very beginning—from planning out our tasting, helping us select amazing items to serve at our wedding (the beef empanadas, vegetable manicotti, chicken duxelle and so on were just a few of the AMAZING options), to linen and table decor selections, to the main dishes, to us even throwing in a request for a signature drink the week of our wedding… they made it happen and *everything* was above and beyond!! But honestly, the best part of all is the staff—the staff absolutely make their business 5/5 stars because they were just fantastic!! Hardworking, SO pleasant and easy to work with, and just good people. Definitely DEFINITELY book them for your next big event!! I have zero regrets.

Amazing food and great service!

Jeremy and his team are so great to work with. They always got back to me right away about any questions I had and did everything to make our day special. We hired them for both catering and bartending for our wedding of about 120 guests. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Everyone kept telling us in the days after how great the food was. We definitely recommend hiring them!

The Best Wedding Food I’ve Ever Had

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Premier Event Services but booking them for our wedding catering. Everything was top notch. The food we were served at our tasting was identical to the food served at our wedding. The staff was above and beyond amazing and friendly. Even during cocktail hour they made sure to find the wedding party during pictures to make sure that we were also eating. I have been to weddings where they’ve had buffet style, and ran out of food - Premier had more than enough food for all of our guests to have seconds and we still took home leftovers at the end of the night. We went one step further and added on a dessert table as well, and everything was absolutely delicious.

Kentucky Derby Wedding

I cannot say enough about this company! The quick & reliable communication put an indecisive bride immediately at ease! Starting with the initial planning, they handled every detail flawlessly. It was as if Jeremy could read my mind! And dear god this man has patience lol. Every question (& there were many) was answered quickly with such a calming reassurance. The food was A-mazing! The tables looked perfect! The staff was top notch & felt like invited guests by the end of the evening. The owners expertise is second to none. Highly highly highly recommend as a food and design vendor

Do yourself a favor and hire Premier for food and design for your next event. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about you having an GREAT event. The food is absolutely AMAZING – ALL our 180 guests had nothing but great things to say everything we tasted during our wedding melted in other mouths. Above and Beyond

Premier Catering and Jeremy were fantastic. From setting up the tasting to communicating up to the wedding day. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend the potato crusted salmon with the bourbon glaze and the bechemal potatoes (everybody raved about the potatoes at the wedding). Besides the food being wonderful, the Premier team was what shined the most. The team went above and beyond to treat my now husband and I like royalty, including bringing food and drinks to us while we were taking photographs. You could tell the team was having fun and enjoying themselves as much the guests were, which we loved to see, and made the atmosphere even better. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Incredible!

Very tentative from start to finish of the planning process. The tasting was very helpful in finding out what meal/apps options were best for us. This is a one-stop shop, from decor, table settings, food, and alcohol. Premier, is very flexible to meet our needs and goes beyond. Their staff, is very professional, always smiling and aware of the environment, making clean up easy.
Without a doubt would use Premier catering again!

Great food, great service

We had our small wedding catered by Premier Events on 4/9/22. We only heard great reviews from our guests and they are still talking about the charcuterie board! We ordered the salmon and beef which were both tender and flavorful. I particularly loved the chimichurri sauce for the beef which went so well with the potatoes and green beans. The leftovers the next day were just as great. We also had them provide a bartender who was very friendly and kept up with our thirsty friends. The entire staff was very accomodating, especially by serving some of our older guests and clearing plates. We really enjoyed our experience with the planning process, tasting, and day of services. They were so patient with the plethora of questions we had for them. Everything they provided was top-quality with great service. Thank you for being so great!

Premier events were the best bar tenders we could've asked for. Jeremy answered any question we had and really helped us figure out the quantities of alcohol for the wedding. Food was amazing & service was excellent!

We used Premier Event Services to cater our wedding in November 2021 at the Orlando Science Center. Start to finish - we give these guys 5 stars. We were first introduced to Premier at the Unveil wedding showcase at the Orlando Science Center. When we talked to other caterers about pricing, the introductory prices for competitors were a bit shocking given food samples that were just above average. Before we even knew what Premier's pricing scheduled looked like, we decided hands down that Premier had the best food of the night. From there, we were pleased to find that Premier's overall prices were must more reasonable than many of the other companies that we interviewed.

For the wedding, we used Premier for a dinner buffet featuring the flank steak with Chimichurri and the Mediterranean chicken, complimented by sides of the sweet mashed potatoes, the bechamel potatoes, and green beans almondine. We served appetizers of the hoisin chicken skewers, beef and chicken empanadas (they let us split the order between chicken and beef 75%/25%), and beef wellington bites. I'm not exaggerating when I say this - in the weeks that followed the wedding, guest after guest raved about the food and how delicious every part of the meal was. Over and over again we heard "oh my gosh, the food was SO good at you wedding!"

We also used Premier for the open bar package. We considered supplying our own beverages and having bar service provided by the caterer, but it was so much easier having Premier take care of everything related to drinks. We appreciated the flexibility with drink menu options and the out the door cost per guest was very reasonable (compared to the competition).

The planning process was smooth. The day of the wedding was smooth. The supervisor on site on the night of the wedding made sure that the bride and groom were provided appetizers and dinner. We were discretely given updates throughout the night and were asked confirmation questions about the timing for events throughout the evening, such as a surprise birthday cake we had for two guests in attendance.

Premier did a fantastic job for our wedding and we are thankful that we found them. Before we even got around to writing this review, we already recommended these guys to several friends who are planning weddings in the future.

10/10 recommend!! Delicious meals and friendly, professional service

We used Premier Event Services to cater our wedding of ~85-90 people. We found their food to be delicious, their staff to be professional and polite, and overall the service was 10/10. We are vegetarian so we got a nice deal by serving 1 fish dish and 1 veggie dish.

We shopped around to a few different catering companies in Orlando and found that Premier was the best value without sacrificing the parts we felt were essential (i.e. plated meals and roaming hor d'oeuvres instead of buffet and stations). We appreciated their attention to detail, high-quality ingredients, and of course, delicious tasting food!!

The owner, Jeremy, made a special point to speak to us during the night and that really helped us feel like we were being taken care of. There's a million things to worry about on your wedding day. It felt great to pass the task of food and beverage off to the professionals. Highly recommend Premier Event Services!!

Great service and excellent food

We wanted a happy hour style reception with different food stations and passed appetizers and Jeremy and the team were able to pull off exactly what we envisioned.
We changed the menu a couple of times and added in bar services and nothing was too much trouble.
The bartender and catering team were excellent making sure that everyone was taken care of and they even brought appetizers out to the wedding party during the formal photos, which was definitely well received.
The food was excellent and everything exceeded our expectations. Would without hesitation recommend Jeremy and the team at Premier Event Services.

Out of this World

Without question, I would recommend Premier for any future event. My husband and I picked Premier for our wedding. EVERY SINGLE PERSON complimented the food and told us this was the best food they have had a wedding ever. One of our groomsman was an executive chef in Martha's Vineyard and was blown away with the quality and flavor of our food. We even contracted to have the flaming donuts for dessert. Everyone who wasn't already full told us that the donuts were AMAZING.

Courtney with Premier made our wedding experience not only smooth but stress free. We were able to rent our flatware, chargers, chairs, candles, and archway all through the company. Courtney made us feel like a priority and his favorite client. I wish we could host another wedding just to have Courtney there. Our entire bridal party knows his name and how much he did for us.

Premier was amazing. Courtney is truly an angel. The food was outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough. There were SO many compliments on the food.

Foodie favorite

We are so happy we hired Premier to cater our wedding! Courtney was great to work with- he made our vision come to life! We wanted interactive stations and Courtney was great at suggesting things that might work. They have a beautiful show room to help you decide on rental items if you need those too. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a prime rib station, mashed potato bar, Paella station, and a pasta bar. Every guest went back for seconds. The pasta bar was a huge hit, which we didn't expect, but now we highly recommend! The whole Premier staff went above and beyond to make our wedding a great success. Don't wait, book Premier- you will love it!

"The best wedding food ever"

That is an actual quote from multiple of my guest! Everyone had to come tell us how surprised and delighted they were at how delicious our wedding food was! This team was so kind and fun to work with, not to mention we went with their flaming donut bar! Also best yet their open bar price was SO beyond reasonable!

We had the great pleasure of working with Premier Event Services for our Feb 2021 wedding. We worked with Jeremy and he handled everything so professionally while also making us feel almost like family! We did not have a lot of time to plan but he still worked with my schedule to get an amazing tasting scheduled and they were able to accommodate all my requests. He even made many helpful suggestions to make the process easier! Your caterer really pulls everything together for your event and Premier has such an amazing selection of not only luxurious food, but also table cloths and napkins, dinnerware, cups, chargers, and some various other decor items for you to make it all your own! Our guests raved about the food, they absolutely loved it! We especially got many comments on the delicious beef Wellington bite appetizers! And not only was planning amazing but our wedding was executed so perfectly! The servers and bar tenders were incredible and our guests also raved about them! The bar tender and the servers never let our drinks run dry as they were tending to us diligently! The night could not have been as great as it was without all their help and hard work! I highly recommend booking premier event services for your next event and you will not be disappointed!

We loved working with them, they truly are amazing. Jeremy and his wife and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to accommodate all of your needs. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely incredible service

Hiring Premier Event Services to cater our wedding at Sydonie Mansion was the best decision! We had such an incredible night with them, as did our guests. Everyone literally RAVED about how awesome the service was and how delicious the food was. The night went so smoothly with them there making sure everyone was content and happy. Not only did they exceed our catering and bar-tending expectations, but they also did an incredible job helping set up our ceremony to make sure it was perfect. We have been recommending Premier Event Services to everyone because they were absolutely amazing!
