My experience with Premier Event Rentals was professional and flawless. I worked with Vanessa to plan an outdoor wedding for my daughter. Her detail and knowledge of her products and colors were very helpful. Excellent, Reliable Service and Great Pricing
We have used Premier Rentals for multiple church-related events. They are very reliable, prompt, easy to communicate with and provide excellent value. We have never been disappointed in anyway. Outdoor wedding reception
Highly recommend to all.
We used Premier for our small outdoor wedding reception. However, the treatment and help I received from Vanessa was as if I was hosting a thousand people.
She was quick to answer all my questions and helped me choose the correct tables and linens to fit my space. They have everything you need to make your event special.
I found the prices to be very reasonable.

Amazing rentals and service
Premier Event Rentals is our top choice for when planning events. We used them for our wedding in December and they exceeded all of our expectations. From day one when booking till picking up the rentals Austin was so helpful and great to work with. Happy with our rain tent plan
We were very happy with the service we received in reserving our rain-plan tent through Premier Event Rentals. The staff were very professional, responsive, and did a free on-site scout in preparation to accommodate our venue's needs. The pricing on our tent quote was very competitive after searching the entire Nashville metro area. Austin did an incredible job of helping us put action behind our vision. HE did a very good job of also helping us reason through what we needed vs. stuff that wasn't TOTALLY necessary. WE had a lot of changes through the process and he worked with us VERY well on making sure everything was kept organized and kept together with those changes. We had a VERY HIGH number of guests attend and he made sure that there was PLENTY of everything we needed. They have a very high stock and are constantly working to stay with the times of what is popular and in high demand. Their product is well kept and in very good shape. They deliver, set up, and pick up at a great/reasonable price point which takes a lot of stress off of you and your planner. I used them for my wedding last year and I couldn’t have been happier! The owner Austin was very helpful with the layout for our tables and chairs. The dishes and glassware brought a certain amount elegance that we couldn’t find elsewhere in cookeville. Excellent Experience
My wedding would not have been the same without Premier Event Rentals. I was able to go send a few emails with inspiration pictures and they were able to help me get exactly what I needed ordered, delivered, and set up for my wedding day! The process was very easy and their product was fantastic. Moldy, broken, chipped chairs and tables
I rented 350 chairs and 27 tables from Premiere Event Rentals for my daughter's wedding. I worked with Vanessa on reserving them and she was helpful to respond quickly and make any changes needed. The problem came when the chairs arrived. We ordered 175 white and 175 brown wooden chairs. The white chairs were dirty with some mold but we were able to clean them with some work. The brown wooden chairs were scratched, broken, and covered in mold. We cleaned them repeatedly, but could not remove the mold. The wooden farm tables were chipped, with crooked legs and water stains on the tops. The 8 and 10 ft. banquet tables had plywood tops with holes in them. Several of them needed 2 tablecloths to cover them just to hide this. I called and was told that "We've been renting these chairs for like 20 years, so there are going to be some scratches on them" and in regards to the mold "I guess the last people that rented them left them out in the rain". That was their explanation for the condition of the chairs we received. I asked to speak with the manager, Austin, and he was not available for several days. He did answer after many calls and said that the condition of his chairs and tables was the "industry standard" and that as far as the mold, he might need to do some re-training with his staff. I called repeatedly and he was never available to speak to him again, as he was either out making deliveries or out of town. I asked for at least a partial refund for the broken, damaged and moldy chairs and have yet to receive anything yet. Please just be warned about this company. You will not get what you think you are paying for. I asked for the owner's name and contact information, but was told they really didn't know who owned it. I feel like the owner would like to know how this business is actually being run. Cause of my wedding day disaster!
I spent over $1,500 to Preiemer Event Rentals to be the highlight of why my wedding was not perfect. I ordered benches in which they decided to stain the benches THE DAY BEFORE my wedding! Wood stain takes 48-72 hours to dry! Not only did my guest's clothes run the risk of being stained after the siting down in the hot August sun but multiple guest complained of benches not being assembled completely. One of my guest fell off the bench while sitting down and was so embarrassed that she stood at the back of the ceremony. Then when guest stood for me to come down the aisle, multiple people felt the benches cave and tilt as the legs were not assembled completely and were placed on the ground at an improper angle. After the wedding everyone said great things about food, music, etc. but the number one thing they remebered most was the awful benches they had to sit on. Two weeks after my honeymoon my husband and I called Premier Event Rentals EIGHT TIMES! We figured they have caller ID and are running with their tail between their legs because they never answered or returned the call after we left a voicemail.
