Amazing Experience with Premier Entertainment and Events

I can't recommend Talena and her team at Premier Entertainment and Events enough. We had a lot going on at our wedding. Our ceremony included two processional songs, one in MP4 format recorded by a family member. Then we had a live performance of voice and guitar. We then had multiple speeches to organize and a huge wedding party that needed to be announced, multiple dances, etc. When I tell you all of this was organized to perfection, I mean it. Talena was responsive, calm and also firm when she needed to line us up and get us in order! Most importantly, the music was incredible and I literally didn't leave the dance floor all night. 10/10- cannot recommend more. Thank you, Premier for making the most important day of our lives that much more memorable!

Great Wedding DJ!

We had a great experience with Premier Entertainment. We worked with Talena during the planning process, and were assigned Patrick for our wedding. He was phenomenal! So much more than a DJ

We loved working with Talena on our June 2023 wedding. She was super communicative, clear, and responsive, and was committed to tailoring our wedding to exactly what we wanted. We were very prescriptive with the music and gave a very long must play list which she was super accommodating to. We also really did not want an overpowering MC personality but rather someone who would keep the night moving in a subtle / understated way, and she totally delivered. My dad is hard of hearing and we had an outdoor ceremony, so audibility was a major concern and she totally took care of it - there were no technical issues during our very technically complicated event. We were also totally delighted by how attentive she was throughout the event itself, she kept refilling our drinks and bringing us cocktails, asking if there was anything we needed, and even made sure we got some of the dessert. She went totally above and beyond the DJ call of duty and helped to make sure so many aspects of our wedding day went smoothly.

Exactly what I wanted

Scott was our assigned DJ and he did an amazing job! I was able to submit some songs on an app for each part of the wedding to give him the music I wanted. We talked about putting any requests through for the kids and he was fantastic with that as well as adding in songs I would like but didn’t think of!

Perfect Fit for our Wedding

My wife and I had our wedding October of 2022. We enlisted the help of our friend and colleague, Talena with Premiere Entertainment & Events. This was a no-brainer for us. So Grateful!!!!

The day before our wedding our original DJ tested positive for COVID. He sent out a message looking for a replacement DJ for us and Primier Entertainment volunteered to help us out. I am so grateful they were able to save the day and be our DJ. They did a fantastic job (especially for being so last minute). They played all the songs we wanted and everything ran very smoothly.

Wonderful DJ!

We had a wonderful experience with Talena and Premier Entertainment at our wedding. During the planning process, she was always organized, cheerful and professional, quick to respond to emails, and so easy to work with. Every time I got off the phone with Talena I knew exactly what she needed from me and what my next steps were. She did an amazing job on the day of our wedding. We had a few last-minute crises and changes because one of my family members got ill the day before the wedding, but Talena was so helpful and she very gracefully ensured everything went smoothly. Our officiant had great sound through a lapel mic, and everyone could hear the ceremony perfectly with no hiccups.

Talena ensured our entire reception moved so smoothly and according to our timeline. When my husband and I did our first dance, we tripped over my dress and dissolved into giggles after about a minute, but Talena was right there for us, and she immediately transitioned from our first-dance song to regular dance music. It was a hilarious moment and she did a great job. For the dance music, most of our family and friends are not very big dancers, but Talena made a valiant effort and played so many bangers that almost everybody danced at least a little bit. We had an amazing time at our wedding and reception, and Talena was a huge part of making it happen. She does great work, and anyone would be lucky to have her as a DJ.

Fantastic service!

We just had our wedding last weekend and Talena did literally everything possible to make sure we had the best day ever. They were thorough as all heck, and they played exactly what we wanted! We were thrilled and danced the night away like a fever dream! The photo booth was great too and had lots of props. Definitely a great addition to the night. So thankful we went with Talena’s team. TRULY PROFESSIONAL!! Premier Entertainment & Events is absolutely the only way to go when searching for a wedding DJ. Talena was on point from our very first communication through our wedding day.

She makes sure that no stone is left unturned, and helps to create a smooth & enjoyable experience for the big day. Talena not only helped guide us through the timing for every aspect of the wedding ceremony through the last song on the dance floor, but also made sure to give us amazing advice and pointers we needed.

Kevin was our DJ for the wedding and did an incredible job throughout the day into the late evening. He reached out to us a few times beforehand to get to know us as a couple & to establish a rapport before meeting in person. Highly recommended!

In hindsight, there’s nothing we would change. Everything was fantastic. We can’t thank Talena, Kevin & Premier Entertainment & Events enough for making it a day/night we will always remember!

Amazing DJ for our wedding in Vermont!

Hiring Premier Entertainment was a great decision for our wedding day. Talena was easy to get in touch with and helped us so much throughout the process. She made sure we had a DJ that fit our vibe for our wedding day as well and even talked to me the day before to help us decide where to put the photo booth in our venue. She made sure to keep us assured that everything would be perfect and it was. Patrick was amazing! He made sure the entire night ran smoothly and took the time to talk to us a few days before to make sure he had every detail down. Patrick really made sure everything on our day was perfect with the music. We gave him a general direction of what we wanted for the reception and he kept the dance floor filled. I as the bride had one regret and that was that once dancing started, I did not leave the dance floor, I was having so much fun!! We cannot thank Premier Entertainment enough for all their hard work to make our day perfect.

Premier is the best!!

When I was planning my wedding my biggest priority was the music. I've been to too many weddings where the DJ tries too hard to cater to everyone but then the songs are so boring or overplayed that it ends up catering to nobody and there's minimal dancing and I just could not have that. I wanted a dance party from beginning to end. I spoke to multiple DJ's but friends of mine who were guests at a VT wedding actually suggested calling Premier because they had such a good time at that wedding. As soon as I talked with Talena from Premier she was so easy to get along with and I could tell she just gets it and my god what a fantastic decision to hire her. She was so responsive and wonderful to work with. She helped coordinate the timing of the speeches and entrances etc. so effortlessly I didn't have to worry about any of it. From beginning to end people were dancing and were going crazy over the song selections. Talena manages to hit everyones "This is my jam!" song and still had all ages on their feet all night long. She even touched base with me towards the end of the night to make sure she didn't miss any songs I really wanted to hear before closing. I've never even written a review before but I just know how much I relied on these reviews when I was planning my wedding and I wanted to pay it forward and assure you, Premier is absolutely the way to go!!

Talena is the BEST!

We first hired Premier Entertainment for our wedding in 2020 and ultimately held our event in 2021. We worked with Talena and could not have been happier with her! Throughout our (extended) planning process, Talena provided helpful insight and opinions especially as we were contemplating postponement during the onset of COVID. She is professional, knowledgeable, and a super awesome DJ. We discussed what type of music we liked and how we wanted the night to go, and she listened and executed everything perfectly! We didn't want a DJ that was over chatty, and Talena completely respected that. She made the announcements we requested, and besides that played amazing tunes that had our guests and us dancing the night away. I cannot recommend Talena enough!!

Legendary Late Night Karaoke!

We hired Talena to DJ the late night portion of our wedding this past October in Vermont, and the karaoke experience that she provided was nothing short of EPIC. She was very professional and easy to work with via email to help set up the perfect experience. We used a projector that Talena hooked into to throw a massive display on the wall of a barn so that everyone could see the lyrics as we drunkenly ripped through all manner of songs at her direction. Talena worked with us to find any songs that she didn’t already have in her catalogue on the web so that we could enjoy even the most obscure songs throughout the night. She did a wonderful job of managing the slew of requests that were thrown at her and did a great of job of making sure everyone got a chance at the mic as we all sang the night away (some from the top of the bar)! It truly was a night to remember, and we would recommend Talena’s services to anyone looking to pack a dance floor at their next event!

A+ experience all around!

Premier Entertainment and Events is the BEST! We had a great experience working with Talena from the start — she was so friendly and was super flexible when it came to us having to move our wedding date multiple times because of COVID.

The questionnaire we filled out for our wedding was thorough and allowed us to get in all of our music requests for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Talena jumped on a call with us a few weeks out from our wedding and was so sweet and helpful! She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions, and even gave us some great tips for the ceremony/reception.

Jim, Talena’s husband, was our DJ for our wedding day and he was awesome! He called us the day before to introduce himself and see if we had any last minute questions, and on the day-of he arrived early to make sure everything was good to go. Throughout the night every transition (speeches, cake cutting, dancing, etc.) was really smooth, and Jim checked in with us throughout the reception to make sure things were going well. He played all of our must-have songs and the music the entire night was perfect.

We had multiple people comment how great he was, and we had a dance floor full of friends and family all night to prove it! Jim even checked in at the end of the night to make sure we had a good time before he headed out. We can’t say enough things about Talena and Jim! Hands down you need to hire them for your wedding.

Kept us dancing all night!

We can't recommend Premier Entertainment enough! Talena, the owner, was amazing to work with through the booking and planning process. We touched base before the week before the event to work out all the details and the song list, and that made the biggest difference on the day of. Our DJ, Patrick, was amazing. He kept our guests on the dance floor from start to finish! There was never a lull in the excitement of the night, and he fielded requests while also making sure to play our "must play" songs. The best DJ ever!

I am so glad I found Premier Entertainment for my wedding DJ! From the get go Talena was super responsive and so sweet/enjoyable to talk to! She walked my now husband and I through everything and made several accommodations after we finalized the music to make sure we had the songs we felt really fit the wedding. Her husband Jim was our DJ and he was amazing! Not only was he early, but he made sure to introduce himself to me before the day truly began and he checked in with me and my husband during the evening to make sure we were on schedule and also that things were flowing as we wanted them to. We had him do our ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception and each transition was completely seamless and worked perfectly. He played all our must-play songs and just kept the party going the whole evening! I was so so happy with how everything turned out and Jim was a huge part of that equation! The BEST DJ around

Ok, hire Talena. For real - you will not regret it. She is AMAZING. She was so much fun at our wedding - dancing behind the DJ booth and such a warm, friendly, professional presence. She and her team really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and they even have an extremely helpful questionnaire. If youre unsure of what youre looking for, they will help you figure it out. She ROCKED IT and so far 3 couples from our wedding have asked for her info and are planning on booking her. We asked for fun and dancy and literally our dancefloor was packed all night - even our shyer guests couldn't resist. The flow was amazing. She did a fabulous job incorporating all of our must-plays and just made everything SO easy. We're recommending her to everyone we know who is/gets engaged in the area too. Talena made our big day the BEST ever!

My husband and I feel so lucky to have had Talena for our wedding DJ at Stratton Mountain last week! Leading up to our much anticipated big day (since we delayed a year) she was very understanding and responsive. She helped us tremendously to pick out the songs we needed to hear and also how to arrange our dances and big moments to make the most of the evening! Of course we had to keep her an extra hour because us and our guests were having too much fun! She took requests when appropriate, she read the room very well and knew what music vibes were needed at the right time. We were also so impressed with our personalized photo booth! Our guests couldn't get enough of the laughs and I cannot wait to see our guest book she's making for us with all of these amazing moments! The best DJ!

Our wedding was in the BEST hands with Talena. She is a rockstar who not only played all of our requests (and asked us if a random guest requested a song!) and understood exactly what we wanted from our wedding but also coordinated so much of the evening. From the ceremony through cocktail hour to the final song, she handled everything expertly, professionally, and absolutely seamlessly. I did not even appreciate the magnitude of her work until we went to another wedding with a band a week later. At this wedding, there were many awkward pauses throughout the night and lack of coordination made dinner cold, etc. Talena never would have allowed that to happen. She was running the show, and I could not have been happier with her as our DJ! 5 stars! 10/10 recommend!

Incredible!

Of all the decisions we made in planning our wedding, choosing Talena as our DJ may have been the best. She made our wedding day absolutely perfect. And it’s clear that happened for a reason: Talena spent more than an hour on the phone with us prior to our event to be sure she was completely in sync with us and our wants and needs. She seamlessly navigated three music setups at our large venue, and didn’t bat an eye when we changed plans days before the event. During the night, she refilled our drinks, checked in with us, and tended to our needs. Her music choices were appropriate at every point in the night. And when the party started, she beautifully blended our must-plays with music that kept our guests (and us!) on the dance floor all night. I have never seen such an energetic dance party at a wedding, and multiple guests commented that Talena’s DJing was the best they had ever seen. Plus, Jim kept our friends and family smiling and entertained at the photo booth for hours! Do not miss booking Premier—they are INCREDIBLE!

Dancing all Night!!

We did a lot of research on different vendors for our reception music, and I could not be more thankful that we landed on Premier Entertainment and had Talena at our wedding. My husband is a musician, so we thought a lot about live music vs a DJ, and in the end decided that a DJ made the most sense because we didn’t want any of our guests (or my husband!) to feel any pressure to play- not to mention the cost of all of the live bands we looked into was very high. Premier entertainment was so reasonably priced, and throughout the whole process Talena was so patient with us and helped guide us in our decision-making. I forgot that most people get shy when it comes to dancing at weddings, and I credit Talena fully for getting the party started- I saw friends and family dancing their hearts out who normally I could have never imagined dancing! We had some last-minute changes to the schedule and speeches, and she rolled with it like no problem. She truly observed our crowd and helped steer the music direction to keep everyone on the dance floor. We also had her mic our ceremony and play our recessional music, and I’m so happy that she was there for that as well! The lapel mic on our JP was perfect and was barely noticeable in photos while projecting perfectly so that the whole crowd could hear. It happened to turn out that Talena and our photographer were friends, and they helped me bustle my dress when those who originally were supposed to help me were having a bit too much fun and forgot! Excellent All Around!!

Planning a destination wedding in Vermont had its challenges, particularly selecting quality vendors without personal recommendations or firsthand experience. We chose to go with Premier Entertainment after reading online reviews and scheduling a phone call with Talena. Both Talena and Jim, who was our DJ the night of the wedding, were professional, responsive, easy to work with, and easily got a sense of what we wanted and what they could offer over the phone. Jim even called one last time the night before the wedding to see if we had any last minute changes, concerns, or questions for him. We provided some guidance in terms of our music selection and the music was definitely on point, fun, and kept the dance floor full all night. We got lots of positive feedback on the DJ, even from the groom's 95 year old grandmother! The uplighting looked great in the all white walls of the Essex!

Couldn't have been better!

Entertainment for our wedding was what we were most indecisive about. We went back and forth about whether to go with a DJ or a band. Ultimately we decided on a DJ, and after speaking with a few, I knew Talena was who I wanted to use. BEST decision ever! She was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding, particularly with helping me create the timeline (which I was totally clueless about) and making sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding day. Talena was actually our DJ for the big day, and she was so wonderful: keeping me calm, making sure we were eating, gently nudging us when it was time for the next "event", and of course playing awesome music. She incorporated some of our favorites in with her mix and got everyone up dancing throughout the night. You won't regret working with Premier Entertainment!

Best DJ ever!!

Sooo thankful we hired Premier Entertainment to DJ our wedding in Killington VT!! Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough. We worked with Talena to plan the details and Jim was our DJ for the night. They are both amazing!! Talena was so easy to work with and helped so much with any questions that we had and also was able to accomodate all of our requests. Also provided excellent advice on timeline, song choices etc when I needed. Jim was an amazing DJ- everybody loved him!! Super friendly and did everything we asked. Was able to read the crowd very well and played a great mix for all ages so that the dance floor was hopping all night. Their pricing is very reasonable too. As we live in MA, we never actually met them before the wedding but after speaking with them, I trusted my instinct that they would be the best DJ company for us and so happy we did!! Incredible Entertainment!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Talena and Premier Entertainment!! Everything was amazing from the start. She is very organized, communicative and fast to respond. Wedding planning was not my forte and Talena was very honest, helpful and felt like a friend answering all of my questions. She could not have done a better job on the wedding day. Everyone was on the dance floor and had so much fun. We told her our music choices but gave her a lot of free range and am so glad we did. best. party. EVER.

holy wow - we had steve as our DJ for our wedding over labor day weekend, and he absolutely killed it. (had to put that out there first - just, simply amazing)
Hiring a really REALLY good non-cheesy DJ was at the top of our list of importance for our wedding and we spent a ton of time doing our research/interviewing potential DJ's. the reviews sold us on working with premier. From a logistics standpoint, I worked closely with Talena running through the details of the day, coordinating time-lines, and making sure music choices were correct for all of the dances, processional,etc.

The week of our wedding, there was a shift with our originally planned DJ, and Talena could sense my trepidation about the scenario. She put my worries at ease when she subbed in her brother Steve as our DJ. Steve and I chatted 2 days before the wedding and he was super professional, easy-going, and i could tell he was genuinely excited about our wedding and playlist and the vibe we were going for -- which made us super excited! He literally did such an amazing job and we had a BLAST listening to all of our favorites -perfect mix of classics, stevie nicks (my fave) and throwback hip-hop jams - he even had my 84 year old grandmother breaking it down to 'party up' by DMX. All our guests unanimously loved Steve, and said our wedding playlist was the best they had EVER heard. I cannot recommend working with them enough -- they gave us the best party of our lives!

Wonderful experience

My husband and I had a great experience with Premier entertainment. From the start, they were professional, organized, responsive and made sure they went over every detail from the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception. They thought of things for the day of the wedding that we would have not thought of. The day of the wedding, they were punctual and organized and fun! They played the perfect old jazz music that I wanted for the dinner and then awesome dance music for after. Everything was great from start to finish!

I wish I could get married again just so I could re-book Premier ;)

Of all the vendors we worked with at our wedding, Premier was definitely the favorite. First off, their communication skills are bar none. No one else was as on the ball as Talena and Jim! From the moment we booked them we knew we were in good hands. They checked in just the right amount, never overbearing, and the wedding questionnaire was so helpful to fill them in on what we were looking for on our big day. They addressed every concern with such patience, and had so many great ideas for us, many of which we utilized.

Jim was our DJ/event coordinator the night of the wedding. I can't rave enough about his skills. He read the crowd so well, and got my family out on the floor even though many of us aren't dancers! He made sure the night went without any snafus, and was incredibly polite/aware of the schedule when it came to checking in with us whether we were ready for each transition. He just made the night flow so smoothly and it was without a single regret that we paid him to stay extra - everyone was just having so much fun! THANK YOU again for your help in making our wedding the one we dreamed!

Great Experience from out of State

We are so happy with our decision to use Premier DJ VT & especially Talena. We had a 125 person wedding at Mountain Top Inn in June and the process couldn't have been more seamless for us planning out of state. Talena was incredibly organized, responsive and thoughtful in her approach to make sure we felt things were taken care of and they were! The day of the wedding we had absolutely nothing to worry about, Talena communicated with our venue and everything went smoothly. She checked in on us, making sure we had drinks and were enjoying ourselves, while keeping the dance floor packed and never rushing our timeline.
She was a pleasure to work with and with planning a wedding from a distance, Premier couldn't have made it easier and more enjoyable. She even helped us to have a karaoke after party which was a hit for our guests and so much fun for us. Highly recommend for a personalized, professional vendor experience.

Awesome company

We hired Steve from Premier Entertainment and Events to be the DJ at our wedding. The entire process was very clear and organized. The entire team worked hard to ensure we had exactly what we wanted! Steve was EXCELLENT and people were dancing the whole night! He read the crowd and played the right music at exactly the right times. We also did our intros in a less traditional way and Steve was totally on board and flexible with anything we wanted.

We also used Premier for our Photobooth which was a great addition. Everyone loved the props and we (the bride and groom) received copies of all of the pictures.

Fantastic wedding DJ!

We could NOT have made a better choice in a wedding DJ! I first heard of Premier Entertainment from a bridal expo at The Essex and from my very first contact with them they were super attentive and kind, and very knowledgeable. Talena was my contact throughout the planning process, and Jim (also knows as “DJ JIM” to our wedding party who loved him) was our DJ for the day of. We met both of them in person prior to the wedding for a quick, easy, and painless planning check-in. Both were so nice and totally ready to make the music/audio exactly as we wanted it. Talena was very clear on everything we needed to know and what she would need from us, and she responded to all of my emails lighting fast which I appreciated SO much. A couple months prior to wedding day she emailed us an electronic survey to fill out with the layout of the day and all our song choices, which was so easy to do online. They also were totally flexible and rolled with it even when I chose a ceremony intro song very last minute a couple days before the wedding. Right before the wedding Jim contacted us just to check in and let us know he had everything he needed. After that it was a breeze, he just showed up and set up and needed nothing from me, and he connected with our officiant and our wedding coordinator with the venue and I didn’t have to do a thing! Ceremony music was perfect and went seamlessly into reception music, he got folks organized for toasts I again had to do nothing and got to just enjoy it all! The dancing at the reception was fantastic, he played just what we wanted and totally read the crowd and also happily took all of our song requests. A lot of our guests mentioned to us how fantastic our DJ was, and we could not agree more! Thank you to Talena and Jim for making everything so simple and easy and exactly what we wanted!

The Full Package - Great DJ, Lighting and Photo Booth!

We hired Talena from Premier Entertainment and Events to be the DJ, and provide the uplighting and photo booth for our wedding in Dorset, VT. Talena was so friendly over the phone and we knew that she would be a good fit for our reception. She helped us figure out the order and timing for the reception so everyone was happy. Not only did she send us a detailed list of questions to help organize the night - she also did a fantastic job at wrangling my husband away from the lawn games. The photo booth was amazing and everyone loved the props they provided. I can't wait to get the digital files because everyone had a blast and it definitely showed in the album they gave us. Not only did we dance the night away, she got almost everyone on the dance floor with us!

Great music!

We worked with Talena for our wedding ceremony and reception. From the moment we spoke to her over the phone we knew she was the right choice for us. Throughout the wedding planning process, she quickly responded to all my emails and phone calls- helping me create a wedding day timeline and then sticking to it on the day of. Talena cut the music perfectly for our ceremony and kept the dance floor packed at the reception. She played music from many generations, getting guests of all ages up and dancing. Kept the dancefloor full all night

We loved having Jim as our DJ! Our venue and every other vendor had pointed us in the direction of Premier, and they made planning very easy. Since they'd worked at our venue before it was an easy setup for our ceremony mics and music, cocktail music, and reception music in a different location. I hadn't supplied a must play list (I just wouldn't know where to start) so let him do his thing and the dance floor was full all night long. It was an amazing party!

Jim was absolutely amazing! We spoke with Jim before the wedding about the general feel and our hopes for the wedding and celebration after and he went above and beyond! My wife and I recently used Premier for our wedding at Stratton Mountain. We can't speak highly enough of Talena, who served as our DJ for the event. Leading up to the wedding, she was fantastic with gathering every last detail and she always followed up on items that needed to get done ahead of the big day. At the wedding, she was very professional, she made sure we stayed on schedule, and she was excellent on the mic. We really loved how Premier allowed us to dictate their involvement in the wedding. They were great with letting us choose exactly which songs we did and did not want to hear. If you want a company that listens to your wants/needs for the event, communicates well, and allows you and your spouse to be the star of the show, go with Premier. You won't be disappointed.

If you look professionals up in the dictionary, you'll find these guys. They are so organized, so accommodating, friendly and down to earth. After every time we talked I felt so taken care of, one less thing to worry about as I planned for our wedding. They just 'get it'!

On the day of, what can I say! Jim was our DJ, he came to find us before we entered the reception to give us the run through of what we had already planned over the phone/emails to make sure we were still all set. Once we sat down, after we settled in, he came over and asked how everything was and even made a few adjustments to the lighting to satisfy my curiosity of what the room would look like. We were in excellent hands and it was very comforting.

I was going to create a playlist but ran out of time in the end. Jim read the room perfectly anyway and our dance floor was packed the whole night. It was the best day of our lives and it wouldn't have been so if not for these guys!

Both Talena and Steve were AWESOME to work with. We had them do both our ceremony and reception music, and Talena was both incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. She offered great advice for our day-of timeline, helping with not only the music, but things like how to make sure our buffet service ran smoothly, where to have our first dance, ideas for what to do for our exit, etc. Not only did she bring a ton of experience and expertise to the table, but she was also so calming and talking with her immediately put me at ease.

Steve was our DJ, and he was fantastic. He was extraordinarily helpful throughout the day, always there making sure things were running smoothly, checking in with us to give us a heads up as to when parent dances were coming up, or when we needed to cut the cake. With him at the helm, we could truly relax, have fun, and celebrate, without thinking about the timing of everything. Plus, the music was amazing! From the very first song, our dance floor was packed.

All in all, I cannot recommend Premier enough, and will continue singing their praises to anyone getting married in VT for a long, long time. Having them on your wedding team is an absolute no-brainer. Thank you, Talena and Steve! You guys are the best.

We used Premier Entertainment as the DJ at our wedding. Talena and Jim were wonderful to work with! Prior to our wedding I talked on the phone with Talena a few different times. She was truly an invaluable resource for us, bringing up questions and ideas I never would have considered especially with regard to the timeline and how the flow of events would go during our reception. She has a ton of experience and offered great advice and tips for us as we were planning. Although we knew generally how we wanted the night to go, my husband and I both were not super opinionated on certain points like the bouquet toss, music requests, father-daughter and mother-son dances and toasts. Talena helped guide us through these decisions and create a timeline that fit us perfectly. She was also super helpful with things that fell outside the purview of music and dancing such as helping us trouble shoot how the buffet should work and ideas for seating our guests. Jim was our DJ for the actual event and he was fantastic! He was actually also the DJ at my sister's wedding and they loved working with Premier Entertainment and Jim so much, it was a no brainer for us. Jim really listened to what we wanted with regard to music preferences and the general flow of the night. He coordinated with our venue to ensure the space was set up for music and dancing. He kept the night moving along and made sure to stick to our timeline. He checked in with us frequently to ensure we were doing alight and was just generally a really calm and soothing presence on a very busy and hectic day! I would absolutely recommend Premier Entertainment for any event. They were fantastic to work with!

We had a great experience with Premier. We enjoyed regular communication leading up to the big day. We supplied a detailed list of songs from which we wanted to pull, and they stuck to the list and did a great job of keeping the dance floor alive for a very small gathering (only 28 attendees). Talena is outstanding! From the minute we contacted her everything seemed effortless. Having planned our wedding from across the world, Talena’s prompt and efficient communication was perfect. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They were fantastic at our wedding. They had every song we wanted and kept the flow of the night going and the dance floor filled! I can't say enough about how great Talena and the premier team are. They did an excellent job with our wedding this past weekend! Before the event we touched base numerous times with Talena, and she was always willing to write in any changes to the day that we wanted. On the day of our event, Talena kept things super organized, and was very helpful in getting things just right. She was happy to make any announcements that we wanted, and kept the music flowing the whole night! Our guests loved the music selections and the vibes of our wedding, and we got many compliments about how well organized everything was. I would recommend Talena and Premier Entertainment for any event that you might be hosting. They were easy to work with, very accommodating, and a great addition to our wedding. Thank you again Talena!!

Best Day Ever! Our DJ Bucky was absolutely amazing! He played all of our requests, listened to our concerns before the wedding and was always available. We were all on the dance floor all night. He wasn’t on the mic all night and focused on our time. We also had the photo booth which was so much fun and now we have those memories forever printed in a beautiful book that our guests signed. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great time. Worth every penny!!!!

We knew this company would be great to work with when we received a response from them within hours of us submitting a request for a quote. Not only did they send us a quote, but they also immediately sent us a sample timeline and suggestions based on their experience of how to make our wedding run smoothly. We hired them to provide music during our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Our wedding was originally supposed to be held in a field and they easily were able to accommodate the lack of power and provide mics to the officiant and readers. We were rained out though, so instead they easily adjusted to our indoor venue. They came and set up without needing anything from us - so easy! They were also very accommodating of our music and reception requests - I even sent them a song request the day before the wedding and they played it for us! Jim was also so helpful during the dinner and reception at moving the night along - he prompted our toasts and first dance, for example. Even their contracting and payment system were so easy. (No sending checks via the mail for instance!!) From start to finish they were so easy and pleasant to work with. We cannot recommend them enough!

We can not say enough about the amazing customer service from Jim, Talena and Steve! They kept in touch up to our wedding, answered the millions of questions, the multiple changes, and made everything go so smooth and with the best attitudes and smiles. They did amazing during our ceremony and made our reception so much fun and everything we could have dreamed of. Over a month later and all our guests are still talking about what an amazing time they had. The photo booth was amazing and the book they made and the thumb drive with all the pictures just added to the amazing service they give. Honestly the best in the business you won’t regret it! Thank you guys for making our day that much more memorable!

I cannot give enough praise to Premier Entertainment. They were recommended to me by a friend and we were so pleased with all that they did to make our wedding a blast! From initial engagement to the night of the reception, Talena and Jim were fabulous. They were so organized and well prepared; I had not one worry of leaving the “most important role of our reception” in their capable hands. They were so well versed in wedding etiquette that I had no worries about them handling the flow of the evening and allowing myself to relinquish control (which I sometimes have a hard time doing!) The song choices were in line with what we had discussed, the lights and presentation were perfect for the venue and our color scheme and Jim presented himself as the professional that he is. Jim made sure that the evening went smoothly and that everyone had a great time (and continued to check in with us to make sure we were having a good time!). I received many compliments and will be sure to recommend Premier going forward. Thank you Talena and Jim. You were fantastic.

We are so thankful that we found Talena and Premier DJ VT! From our first time talking with Talena at a bridal show, she stood out as somebody who would be able to give us exactly what we were looking for. Unlike some other people we talked to, Premier was only interested in what we wanted to make sure that our wedding music was perfect. They really took the time to get to know both of us, asking questions and encouraging any and all questions we had for them. Our DJ, Steve, was AMAZING! We had a HUGE variety of people and he was able to play something for everyone, NOT an easy feat. There was never a dull moment in during reception, including when he showed our 6 year old nephew what real break dancing looks like…we are still on the hunt for pictures. Steve went above and beyond what your regular DJ would do and we are truly grateful for the extra TLC he showed us. We also are so glad we had Elise as our photo-booth person. She was great with our 3 year old niece who seemed to be in half of our pictures, regardless of who else was with her. She manned the booth like a true professional and made sure our friends and family took amazing pictures to remember the night by. We couldn’t be happier with how she handled the same groups, repeatedly, taking pictures throughout the night and never showed anything but professionalism. Talena made sure that we had the right duo to make our wedding perfect and I would use them again in a second if needed!

Talena was AMAZING! From when we started prepping for our wedding to the actual day it could not have been more perfect. Talena skyped us from the beginning and walked us through everything we needed to do. And the day of she came to check in and assure me that everything was ready to go. She even made sure we were taken care of at our reception, getting us drinks making sure we had the dancing started on time. We looked for her for advice and she gave it to us, and because of that we had the best wedding day ever!! We had a lot of different requests for our music and she made all of it happen. In my opinion the music can make or break your wedding, and our dance floor was packed the entire night, thats including our 80 year old grandparents. I can't say enough about Talena!

We absolutely loved working with Talena and Steve from Premier Entertainment. They were both so professional from the beginning! We had a detailed plan for the evening, and Steve called a few days before to put the finishing touches on the timeline. My husband and I booked Premier Entertainment about a year before our wedding (our wedding was on 10/7/2017). We are so happy that we did! Talena was absolutely wonderful to work with from the small details to our actual wedding day. We didn’t hire a planner or day-of coordinator so I was pretty nervous about our big day … until we talked to Talena. She told me everything would be taken care of and, damn, she was right. We got married on a hill and the battery-powered sound was perfect throughout the ceremony. She also went out of her way to download the exact (unique) version of the songs I wanted. As far as the reception goes, the people giving speeches were made to feel comfortable and the dance floor was packed all night with her song selections. Oh, and I can’t forget about the photo booth! What a hit! We love our fun photo memories and we know our guests did too. If you’re hesitating to hire a wedding DJ who will take care of everything, you can stop looking and hire Premier!

There was one rule both brides had when picking out their dresses: they needed to be able to dance all night long. Talena made this dream come true! As many guests noted, they have never seen a wedding where everyone was getting down on the dance floor from the moment the music started, to the last song! Talena was incredible! She listened and utilized our ideas to create a dynamic playlist for our guests spanning all ages and interests, from 90s pop to In the Mood, to the classic Shout. Premier Entertainment and Events DJs helped to make our wedding amazing! Right from the beginning Talena was responsive to all of our emails. Once we had filled out the wedding questionnaire she went through the whole thing to make sure everything was just how we wanted. Then our DJ Steve called us to discuss details. They were both so friendly and professional. Right away we knew we had picked the right DJ! Steve did such an amazing job with the music. He played all the music we asked for and kept us going all night. After a song would end I would start to walk away to grab some water but Steve would pick out yet another amazing song and I knew I had to stay on the dance floor. At one point the Electric Slide was requested and when Steve saw that some of us may have forgotten the dance moves he joined us on the dance floor to help us out! I had had tons of people coming up to me saying how much they loved all of the music choices and how great Steve was! We are So happy that we went with Premier Entertainment and Events DJs and DJ Steve made our wedding perfect!

I am so very happy we had Premier Entertainment as the dj at our wedding. Talena and Jim make a great team and were both great to work with. My husband and I really appreciated that Talena took the time to speak with us over the phone (we're from out of state) ahead of the wedding to go over all of the details and the plan for the day. She gave us some tips and suggestions for the flow of the reception and for music options, all of which was very helpful. At the wedding itself, Jim did a great job as our dj. He seemed to read the crowd well and played the right music to keep people up and dancing all night. Both Talena and Jim are very professional, and clearly know what they're doing. Would definitely recommend!

Premier Entertainment and Events DJs is by the far the best wedding entertainment company I have ever had experience with. Talena was our DJ and she was extremely friendly, personable, and professional. There wasn’t a time that we ever felt pressured in our interactions with Talena, and we always felt like the only bride and groom she was working with. Talena made this whole process manageable and fun, keeping our taste in music present throughout. We ended up providing Talena with a very long list of music and through her expertise and music genius she played all the right music at the perfect time throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Talena not only is an outstanding DJ, but she is an astounding wedding planner and friend. My husband and I felt so lucky to have Talena be a big part of our special day. She coordinated everything from the music, to our wedding schedule, and to positioning people where they needed to be and when. She was on her A-Game, and not for a split second throughout the whole process did she ever drop the ball. Our guests were on the dance floor all night long as were we - the bride and groom, and by the end of it all we had wished that maybe we could have just kept her for a little longer. We first began interacting with Talena at Premier Entertainment & Events through e-mail about a year before our wedding. We live across the country from our wedding location and couldn’t meet our vendors in person. She was always quick to respond and provide more than enough information to help us with the decision-making process. She shared numerous pictures and reviews from other couples too. She was also happy to do Skype meetings, which we thought was great because we like “meeting” people face-to-face. In the few weeks leading up to our big day, she really helped pull the whole wedding together by providing a detailed schedule and connecting with our other vendors. She walked through the questionnaire with us and so did Jim, our assigned DJ. No precious detail was misread or overlooked. The Premier team is truly organized and pride themselves on making the day truly memorable. On the day of the wedding, Jim was our DJ and Steve ran the photo booth. Jim did a fantastic job transitioning throughout the night and reading the crowd. He was very thoughtful and professional. Steve did a great job with the photo booth and even took a moment to do some break dancing at our wedding. It was incredible! We could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism they have. Talena and Jim were absolutely wonderful! The reception and ceremony music, uplighting and photo booth were absolutely perfect. I felt like they were more than just my DJ's. Talena coutninued to check in and make sure I had everything I needed and she helped keep both my ceremony and reception run smoothly. She also helped keep me calm throughout everything. I can honestly say I do no know what we would have done without her. Jim ran the photo booth and put together a booklet with all of the photos that he presented to us at the end of the night. Talena and Jim are by far the best choice for a wedding DJ. They are organized, flexible, and friendly. Talena was so nice to chat with and go over all of our song selections. Jim, who was the DJ on the day of, was phenomenal. He made sure the day moved along without being pushy. Of course, he also played really great songs.

We wanted to change a couple songs about a week before the wedding and they made sure the changes were made without question. We also rearranged the pairs of bridesmaids and groomsmen walking in together and Jim made sure it was not a problem. Again, they are so flexible; they just want your day to be exactly how you envisioned.

We added a photo booth to our package which was an absolute blast. Josie, who was the photo booth girl, made sure all pictures made it into a scrapbook as the night progressed which guests could sign. The props were fun, although I do wish there was more of a variety.

Overall, we absolutely would put our trust in Jim and Talena all over again. It's such an important day and there is no one else you should put that trust in.

Premier Entertainment & Events provided the DJ service, photo booth, and uplighting for our wedding in July, and we cannot say enough AMAZING things about this company! We worked with Talena & Jim in the planning of our wedding day, and they were extremely helpful in coaching us through the timeline and making sure to properly pronounce all names, get the music selections we wanted, and continuously follow-up until the big day. On the day of, Jim helped to keep the evening flowing smoothly and really read the crowd for music, but made sure to keep our favorites in the mix! Would give 6 stars if we could!

I could not have asked for a more seamless and prepared DJ for our wedding! From the start, Talena was extremely responsive in providing details for us through our decision process. Once our wedding day got closer, she coordinated all of the planning and gave reminders to get key details figured out, which amongst the crazy world of wedding planning was SO helpful! The day of our wedding, Jim was our DJ. He was so kind and personable, finding us right from the start and introducing himself. He kept things on schedule, and allowed some "off-cuff" timing of events due to unforeseen circumstances, and integrated them with ease. I have not one complain about the entire process with this team, they were amazing! Our dance floor was packed the entire night. We also rented our Photo Booth through them which was a huge hit! You cannot go wrong with this team!

Premier Entertainment exceeded my expectations as my wedding DJ. Jim was on top of everything on the day and completely ran the show and controlled the entire flow of the evening. He kept things moving, organized and his choice of songs was perfect. Guests of all ages were dancing all night long. Jim and Talena are absolutely fantastic! We hired them to do our wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic. Talena helped us to schedule the whole event, which made the day run incredibly smoothly. They helped us work on the ceremony, and were so wonderful at both the ceremony and at cocktail hour. They worked with us to create a playlist, and people danced all night long. Jim was fantastic on the day, kept the crowd dancing all night long and helped us keep on track with the schedule. All of our guests commented on how great the music was! There was no easier vendor to work with during our wedding planning process than Talena and Jim at Premiere Entertainment. We could not be more pleased with their professional attitudes, attention to detail, and the quality experience they executed on our special day.

We met Talena at a bridal expo at the Trapp Family Lodge two years before our wedding and were very impressed with Talena’s experience, abilities, and price. We knew right away that she and her team were the right people to take on our wedding—which was a bit more complicated than most being an outdoor wedding with two separate locations that required music.

Talena did an excellent job speedily replying to any and all of our questions along the way, never making us feel guilty for contacting her repeatedly to confirm details. She continually made us feel comfortable with our choice to go with Premiere whenever we had concerns about the transition from our cocktail hour to the reception.

When we met in person, this was taken a step further as we were able to meet Jim, our DJ for the day. He told us about his extensive experience and we knew his charming, professional attitude would be well received by our guests.

Jim rolled with the punches and was able to assist us with several unusual requests: First, he made sure our cocktail hour music slowly transitioned to music coming from our reception tent. Second, he had to deal with excessive rain that had accumulated in our tent over a very wet summer. Third, he carefully watched us to make sure he only played our requested songs while we were actually IN the tent to enjoy them (kudos!), and finally, he worked with my father who performed an original set list down in the reception tent. Jim took all of these details seriously and was happy to work with us to ensure smooth transitions, thoughtful song choices, and even went out of his way to give us a big hug and “congratulations” before we left!

our wedding perfect!! Talena was our DJ in Stowe, Vermont, and she helped with our ceremony
and reception. From our first phone call, I knew she would be amazing. She only exceeded our
expectations from then. Her attentiveness to detail was impeccable, making sure everything was
perfect down to the listen minute. We loved her selection of music, exactly what we wanted and
she kept our guests dancing all night, many commented on her great she was. We appreciate her
attentiveness to detail and making it stress-free for me and my husband. Thank you for making

The music at our wedding was absolutely perfect! Talena was great to work with and very attentive to details and made sure we were happy during our reception which we greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend premiere entertainment to every bride and groom. You will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you so much for being a big part of our special night!!
And you most definitely need to add their photo booth package too!!! So much fun, It was a hit with everyone!!

We hired Premier Entertainment to be our DJ for our 5/20/17 wedding and they did a fantastic job! We worked with Talena for all of the pre-day logistics and had Jim as the day of DJ, both were phenomenal! They helped us create our timeline for the day and make sure everything was in order before our big day. They were very responsive to any questions we had and very willing to work with us for any special requests. We were getting married in a new pavilion at The Mad River Barn and Jim diligently arrived the day prior to investigate the venue and perform a sound check to make sure everything was in order. This ensured that on our wedding day, everything was 100% seamless. Jim was also very good at reading the crowd and playing an assortment of old and new music, while still keeping everyone happy and dancing the night away! My wife and I also greatly appreciated that Jim checked in with us from time to time during the reception to see if we wanted to play anything specific, to see if we wanted to start speeches, or if there was anything we needed. This really made us feel like we were in control of the night, but also that things were in good hands and we didn't have to worry. I'd highly recommend Premier Entertainment to anyone!

We had Jim and Talena DJ our wedding recently and they made the night so much fun and so perfect. They are great and so flexible! We sent them all the must play song and they blended them perfectly with songs to match. I would highly recommend them for your perfect wedding DJ to dance the night away to!

Talena & Jim were awesome! I met them at a wedding expo where I fell in love with the photo booth and was able to see some of their lighting options. We booked their DJ services, photo booth, and lighting. They were so easy to work with and Talena answered any questions I had quickly. The day of, she worked with my wedding coordinator to keep everything on schedule. They were very flexible and had no problem with me booking them for an extra 1.5 hours at the end of the night. Jim was great with my guests at the photo booth. It was a huge hit! I sent a list of requested songs to Talena and she played most of them. My guests loved hearing their songs play! She definitely kept the party going and I never left the dance floor. I would highly recommend them to any couple. You aren't going to find a better DJ.

We used Talena & Jim of Premiere Entertainment for our wedding in February 2017 for services including DJ, photobooth, and after party. Talena took the time to get to know us well before the event, including a helpful questionnaire for us to complete which we periodically updated throughout the planning stage. We had originally underestimated the role that the DJ would play at a wedding but they truly orchestrate the event, not only in overall timeline throughout the night, but in mood and feeling of the party – which they completely nailed. We mentioned over and over how cool it was that our DJ could pull off Grateful Dead and DMX in the same party and make it work, but they did seamlessly. Throughout the reception, our dance floor was packed at all times. One guest even said, "I've been to a lot of weddings and I've never seen the dance floor so consistently occupied." While we have awesome friends and family, this is in large part due to Premiere’s work and energy. In addition, Talena managed our “after party” karaoke which was arguably the highlight of the night for us. Talena's positivity was infectious and she helped to set the tone for everyone. During her late night DJ’ing at karaoke, she was still rockin’ out and having fun, and this energy (even after a long day for her team) was impressive and really appreciated. All in all, they were professional, organized, and most of all, FUN. Five stars, Premiere Entertainment, we cannot thank you enough.

Talena (and Jim!) are absolutely wonderful to work with. I used Talena for my wedding, and have hired her/Premier for a number of other events such as company work parties and more. She is thorough, on top of things, provides excellent communication during the planning process as well as on site day-of. We have worked together on weddings in the past and when she is on site, you know you have an extra set of wildly capable hands and that any music/photobooth/lighting needs will be handled professionally. They are team players and logistically minded. I recommend Premier to friends and clients alike. Thanks Talena and Jim!
