As this was a Destination Wedding, I was a bit nervous, especially since I wasn't familiar with Sean's work beforehand. But from day one, Sean was incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive. He was always there to answer questions and provide guidance, which immediately put my mind at ease. What really stood out was his flexibility—he made sure everything went smoothly no matter what!
Our wedding had a unique blend of Jamaican and Dominican vibes, and Sean captured the essence of both perfectly. The energy he brought to the celebration kept our guests dancing and having fun all night long!
The dance floor monogram, sparklers, and dancing on the cloud were all the perfect touches to an already incredible evening, adding that extra magic and wow factor to our celebration!
I highly recommend Sean and SXEntertainment to anyone looking to host a memorable, fun-filled event. This was a wedding for the books, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! -

I cannot recommend our DJ enough! From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and made us feel completely at ease. He delivered exactly what he promised—and then some! The music was on point from start to finish and he truly did not miss a beat. The MC was also amazing and so happy we went with the package offered. They both kept the energy high, the transitions smooth, and the dance floor full. Our guests had an amazing time, and so did we. The Full Package
SX Entertainment was nothing short of amazing from our first encounter to the day of the wedding. He was very responsive and accommodating to our last minute song changes and even helped us out by providing a spreadsheet to ensure we had a song to capture every moment of our Big Day. He honored the songs on our "do not play" list, even when guests requested them (thank you!).
We utilized SX Entertainment for DJ services, lighting, cloud, and sparkler effects that made our reception magical! Our guests danced all night, and were in awe of how everything came together, especially for our first dance. He worked well with our host and provided the sound system for our ceremony, reception, and even allowed the Saxophonist to connect to his equipment during cocktail hour.
Would definitely recommend his services for any event and would certainly use him again in the future! -

Sean and Davene did an absolutely phenomenal job at our wedding! The days leading up to the event were tumultuous and stressful—everything that could have gone wrong, did. But as soon as Sean started playing, all my worries disappeared. My husband is American, and I’m Jamaican, and they did an incredible job catering to both sides of our families. The vibe was top-tier all night, and we never stopped dancing (and trust me, I can’t even dance!). I highly recommend them both; they truly made our night unforgettable! -

Where do I even begin? Sean and the entire SX Entertainment crew were absolutely spectacular! Choosing Sean as our wedding DJ was one of the best decisions my husband and I made. Among all our vendors, Sean stood out as the most responsive and attentive. From the start, he made us feel genuinely special, going above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect.
While Sean typically doesn't offer MC services, our small wedding needed someone to handle announcements and facilitate toasts. Without hesitation, Sean stepped up to the plate, creating a lively and comfortable atmosphere. His ability to make us and our guests laugh added an extra touch of joy to the celebration.
Sean's music selection was spot-on, and he expertly read the room, adjusting the vibe to suit our guests perfectly. We can't thank Sean enough for everything he did to make our day truly special. SX Entertainment rolled with the weather and provided a nice audio experience
We booked SX Entertainment for DJ and Mc services and they provide a great experience. They worked well with us before the special day, giving us the time and info we needed on how to setup the songs and genres of music we wanted. Their setup was very professional and the MC did a excellent job of keeping things rolling smoothly during the reception. SX as a whole is an instant recommendation for anyone needing any sort of DJ or MC for any event. -

This review is waaayyy long overdue.... We got married last July 30 2023 and Sean was our DJ. He was referred by our Photographer Richard Dean Photography (look him up)
From the planning process, Sean was very helpful with music playlist. He gave us the run down of the wedding day and we have to fill out the music sheet he provided..and he was able to help us when we had questions and favors *we even asked him to create our mash up song*
Sean was very prompt at responding to our messages may it be wedding service related or just random questions and I sometimes feel like I am already annoying him because I just randomly message him about anything, but hes been really really nice and helpful. He is very professional and you can tell that he really loves what he does.
Sean... I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH... for doing such an amazing job making our reception Lit 🔥, Our guests really enjoyed your music. THANK YOU for making the process smooth...and being so responsive and patient with us. We hope to visit your beautiful country again . . Cheers!!! -

Terrible DJ. Played songs that I didn't know and didn't want to hear. Played my first dance song while I was taking photos and refused to switch the song. Totally missed the vibe and energy of me, my husband and our party until the last hour or so of the wedding. When I chatted with him at the end of the night, he was rude and dismissive. Couldn't have been more displeased and disappointed that such an important part of the wedding experience was soured by SX Entertainment. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
