We couldn’t have asked for a better photo + video team. The whole process was super smooth — quick communication, clear plan, and zero stress on the wedding day. They blended in when they needed to, but also stepped in with direction at the right moments so we never felt awkward. The photos are gorgeous and the video is emotional, cinematic, and so well edited.

The best photo/video service!

I had an amazing experience with Precious Pics for all my wedding events! Having a concierge service is an aspect that you don’t fully understand the benefit of until you have it. Alejandra was my concierge representative and was available to me at all times and to any of my questions (which there were many).

Amanda did our engagement photos which were so fun and came out amazing. She made myself and my fiancé feel comfortable during the shoot so the photos felt and looked so genuine. The night before my wedding the planned photographer actually had a medical emergency, but because this is a full service photo/video company, Alejandra ensured that I had a new photographer on wedding day who was fully briefed on my wedding wishes. Tanya and Shawn, photo and video respectively, did a spectacular job on wedding day. Everything went perfectly. I’d recommend this business to anyone who wants reliable and quality service to capture their wedding memories.

They made me feel reassured throughout the wedding planning process

I had a pleasure of working with Precious Pics for my wedding video. Working with them was very easy and they definitely made the stressful and anxious wedding planning more enjoyable.

1. Communication
The communication was top-notch. From the initial contact, I was able to quickly schedule a meeting with one fo their employee to go over the packages available. They are very flexible and understanding so they let me customize the packages so I can get the products I just need. After signing the contract, I was paird with Alejandra who has done an amazing job. She responded quickly, patiently answers all my questions, and was very communicative and clear about the planning timeline, videographer assignment, and other things. My day of timeline shifted a couple of times, and Alejandra was very understanding and was able to move around the coverage time. With how transparent, communicative, and early their process was, this team made me felt very reassured that I am planning things ahead of time, know what product I will be getting from them, and their team will do a phenomenal job.

2. Actual Product
We asked for the highlight video and a minute long IG video. The delivery was pretty quick (1 month after the wedding) and I am very happy about the product. Our videographer Sean was professional and had great artistic vision. I requested the videos to focus on our dog and our grandparents, and the video did a great job. I am very happy to have beautiful videos of my loved ones, thanks to Precious Pics.

Absolutely phenomenal!

Our experience with our photographer & videographer was an amazing experience! They were both very humble & fun. They were also giving us directive & suggestions on how to pose. They are great

Great service. People that came to shoot on the day were INCREDIBLE. So professional, creative, etc. Then when we got the video back, we were in shock how good it was. I work in marketing and could not believe they produced that video at that price. Really appreciated everything they did.

Precious Pics is in the business for the brides and the joy of weddings, and not just for making money.

I had an amazing experience with Precious Pics and my representative Moraima. They made the planning process so easy and their prices were unbeatable for the quality they provide. Unfortunately, my wedding needed to be cancelled (partner infidelity/tale as old as time). Precious Pics was the only vendor who gave options with what to do with the existing deposit. I was able to turn my deposit over to a friend who was getting married. So instead of loosing it entirely it was used for someone else. This was an incredible option. I will be sure to use Precious Pics for my future wedding and I will make sure all my friends use them in theirs.

Precious Pics is in the business for the brides and the joy of weddings, and not just for making money. The options they provide for cancelled/delayed weddings is second to none. This means a lot for someone going through a very hard time.

Precious Pics Photography took such good care of us. They immediately understood the vibe we were going for and delivered exactly what we wanted. They put us at ease and captured amazing candids along with classic wedding poses that still felt fresh and so us. We would hire them again and again! Couldn’t be more pleased. They were always very punctual, and brought the best energy! Very efficient in making sure they got the best photos and we all had directions needed, but also balanced with their fun and mound personalities to make everyone comfortable :)

Precious Pics did the video for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect. My daughter and her husband met in a tree house. Our photographer saw a tree house across the street from the church and got permission from the owners to shoot video and photos there. No one else does this!!! Precious Pics went way above and way beyond to help make this day so memorable and beautiful. Hire them! They’re amazing!!!

Precious Pics made our day absolutely unforgettable. As the bride, there were so many things I didn't get to see (since I was busy getting ready) and they did such a great job of capturing all of those special moments so that I didn't miss a thing. Hands down one of the best wedding investments we made! Precious Pics team were an incredible addition to our special day. From day 1, they were professional, timely, and kind. On the day of our wedding, we experienced a lot of changes due to the rain. The team at Precious not only adapted but did their jobs with a huge smile and a positive attitude. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would! We could not have dreamt of better photographers for our wedding. From our initial phone call to the day of our wedding, they were nothing but smiles and enthusiasm! They are so personable which brings so much comfort to your big day/shoots, which translate to beautiful and natural photographs. They are quick, but don't rush to guarantee they capture the most excellent shots. They also ensure you are enjoying the big day in the moment. They are encouraging and positive. I had several ideas for particular shots and they happily obliged and my vision come to life. They had fluent communication throughout the months leading up to our wedding. I can't even describe how much I enjoyed having Precious Pics for our wedding and reception dinner! They captured every moment and were great with communication. My guests and wedding party really loved them. My bridesmaids kept saying "we love your photographers!" Our photographer Snizhana was great to work with! She captured some amazing shots without being noticeable, which is exactly what we wanted. Precious Pics never let us down! We're so glad that we hired them for our day!

We never expected anything to go perfect on our wedding day. Which is to say that we expected short comings and instances of mess-ups. Precious Pics was the best part of our wedding team. A couple of issues with the bartenders, the DJ getting the music wrong (more than once), and one thing after another (it would seem). Precious Pics never let us down! I am so excited and can’t wait.

My husband and I are very happy with the pictures from Precious Pics's, they are better than what we would have imagined. They captured those moments and happiness that we wanted to treasure. Besides that, they were very professional, the second photographer couldn't assist and they sent another photographer. They also helped us with some posses for the formal portrait session, and they made it pretty fun. We fully recommend them.
Although my wedding is not here yet, the process that Precious Pics's has has been great. They have great packages and everything available for you in one place. We got to talk to them and see different photographers’ portfolios and found our perfect match. We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagement photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagement photo locations. I am so excited and can’t wait.

The planning process was fantastic - they were very clear and helpful in all of their communications. On our wedding day, our videographer, was amazing to work with. Precious Pics was incredible to work with!! From start to finish, Ana Maria, our concierge, was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and is the sweetest human! Ana Maria went out of her way to have multiple meetings with my wedding planner and I in order to go over the detailed wedding day timeline, the start and end times of each photographer and the videographer, and to add additional services. Viktoriia was our lead photographer; she was so professional, creative, and kind. She was with us from mid-afternoon until nearly midnight and did not miss a beat! Viktoriia gave us sneak peaks throughout the night of our photos, but when we received all of them, we were over the moon happy with how everything turned out. My parents, other family members, and guests that have seen the pictures could not agree more!! Viktoriia and Ledy, our associate photographer, made everybody comfortable and relaxed, and were never in your face with the camera. David, our videographer, also did an exceptional job with our wedding day film(s). Both our pictures and videos were returned extremely fast!! I was all excited to have Precious Pics as my Photographer choice. I booked them asap and got my photographer picked. I started to read reviews. To me photos are the biggest thing, being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became positive towards Precious Pics. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Viktoriia the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Viktoriia on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. What a great night! Every moment was captured by Precious Pics. They were the best! We did not have a wedding planner but it felt like we did because they helped quarterback the whole night. They weren’t on time, they were early! We saw photos taken from our guests’ cameras and when we got our photos back from Precious Pics, they were amazingly better and seemed like the photos were taken from a different party! It was amazing! I was most impressed on how our photographer handled our HUGE group photo. I don’t know how he managed to get it done so fast and effortless as it’s hard to get THAT many people to pay attention for that one perfect shot! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for anything more as they went above and beyond what we could’ve imagined. Friendly, professional and good at what they do. Book them now!!!! =)

They are worth every penny!

Our friend from work recommended Precious Pics. We looked on their website and found we like their product. Needless to say, I couldn’t be happier about that decision. They got every picture we requested then added more that we absolutely love. Our pictures are impeccable, and we are so pleased. We loved Precious Pics!

We loved Precious Pics! They did an amazing job shooting our wedding. On the day itself, they brought a great energy - they were on time, they were in great moods, and they made everyone comfortable, which helped us get great photos, especially the candids of us and our guests. We also got all the more formal photos that my family really wanted (various combinations of siblings, aunts, uncles, extended family) - I was worried about these taking up too much time from our reception, but they were very efficient at organizing the shots. They also delivered on the discussions we had in advance about what we wanted to capture, making sure they focused on the people and moments we wanted. And, most importantly, we ended up with beautiful photos!! I absolutely love their style. I will definitely hire them again in the future and have recommended them to all my friends.

To be honest we were nervous at first because we are a gay couple but they made us feel so comfortable and didn’t struggle at all with posing us.

So happy our photos came out great

Our wedding photos are AMAZING! We are so so happy with how they turned out! Javier was our photographer, and Ana Maria was our coordinator, who had great communication with us and what details we wanted captured. Javier was absolutely wonderful, and did an amazing job with our photos. Some of our photos, I didn't even know he was there! He took PLENTY of beautiful pictures, and this is exactly what we wanted. I love that he took pictures of our guests and detail shots of our venue as we didn’t get many photos ourselves of that. He was also funny and calmed our nerves! Again, thank you very much for making our day so special with these beautiful memories.

So easy to work with you, Precious Pics! They fit right in with the vibe of our day! Contact was easy and they were so accessible throughout the planning process. Wedding Day they were on time and got the most amazing footage (some we had no idea until the day we saw our video). And the video... it was the best $$ we spent! My husband and I watch it over and over. So eloquently caught the feel of the day! And they were right on time with deliverables. Can't ask for much more!

Precious Pics Photography was great! They were very professional, prompt and very skilled. Our engagement and wedding pictures are AMAZING! We’ve had so many people ask us what type of camera do they use because our pictures were so crisp and already look edited. We were so pleased with the videography and the photography. I was team Precious Pics from the start but husband needed to be persuaded. After those engagement pics came back, he turned into a spokesperson for PP, he told all his friends how good they were and helpful throughout our entire wedding process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will surely use them again.

I highly recommend PP Photography!

Amazing Photographer! I Loved all of my photos and they even got my husband to smile in the pics which is a real accomplishment. I also loved that there were so many pictures to choose from! They were really flexible when we had to change our plans last year due to covid concerns and they worked with us to make sure we could still get amazing pictures. I highly recommend PP Photography!

A little pricey but if you want the best, I highly recommend them.

Precious Pics was the best thing that I could have done for my wedding. I only hired them for photos. Their website is thorough where you can view works of their photographers and see the photographer’s portfolios. Customer service was great. The wedding coordinator that I was given to help was amazing. She helped me all the way through. My photographers were amazing. The lead photographer, did an amazing job by capturing the most memorable moments of my wedding. My maid of honor stated that the pictures look like pictures that you find in magazines. That is how beautiful the pictures were. A little pricey but if you want the best, I highly recommend them.

Precious Pics Photography + Videography is the BEST. They make every effort to give you the wedding photos and video of your dreams. They blew me away over and over. My bridals were amazing and after getting my photos and video back - I just cannot say enough good things about them! The people are incredible and make everything so fun and easy. Precious Pics did an AMAZING job at capturing all of the best moments at our wedding. The team did a great job of listening to our request and ensuring that all of the specific shots we requested were completed even though the schedule for the wedding was packed. Our photographers really did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable, and that can be seen in all of the candid shots where everyone is have a great time. Not only did the pictures turn out great, the team was great to work with on the logistical side of things as well. They spent time with us planning for the day, going over details, and making sure everything went smoothly. Our photographer even texted me before the wedding to make sure I didn’t need any last-minute wedding items like bobby pins, coffee, a snack, hairspray. Not to mention our videographer was absolutely perfect. The video was more than I could have ever asked for and I know I’ll love looking back at the highlight video in years to come to remember the best parts of the wedding.

Precious Pics made everything about our special day memorable for years to come! Communication throughout planning was easy/the staff was helpful throughout the whole process. On the day of, the whole team was timely and efficient at making sure what we wanted was executed well. Both of our photographers and the video guy made us feel special and so at ease in front of the camera. Our photographs were the exact look and style I was wanting. So stunning to look at! Our video is beautiful and something we can look back on and remember the best details of our day. The turnaround time on everything was amazing. They did not disappoint!

Precious Pics team did a fantastic job capturing our special day! Since we are an older couple on our second marriages, we weren't interested in most of the traditional wedding shots but instead asked them to capture the party. They did not disappoint! I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Precious Pics and their crew have the best photography/ videography team I could ask for! They provided us with photography, videography, and our photo booth. It made my life easier as a bride knowing I had one vendor taking care of all of the things. They also took our engagement photos which were phenomenal! We were in constant contact. I broke my ankle two weeks before our wedding and Precious Pics still made this broken bride look beautiful in all my pictures, you had no clue I was broken. Precious Pics’ team were super easy-going and easy to work with. The quality and time put into their editing process really shows in every photo. Look no further!

I can't imagine using anyone else.

Precious Pics team are easy to communicate with, and it was easy to feel comfortable around them. Our photos were exactly what we wanted, they were able to get a picture of my divorced parents and with both of them smiling, which I have not managed to accomplish. They also did our engagement photos. My husband and I both had so much fun with them. We're both so glad we found them. I can't imagine using anyone else.
