Everything was beautiful!

Darlene was a joy to work with. She was able to turn my vision into a reality. She was very easy to work with, responding to numerous updates without any issues. Everything was absolutely beautiful, delivered on time and at the end of the night she was there promptly to pick up any rental items.

Beautiful Wedding Flowers!

Darlene was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly kind, very helpful, and the flowers she provided for my wedding were stunning (and smelled amazing)! She provided my bouquet, three bridesmaids bouquets, a cake topper, flowers for our wedding arch, and greenery for the guest tables. She even provided a vase for me to put my bouquet in on our sweetheart table for during the reception.
Darlene worked with me within my budget and was never pushy or tried to upsell. My husband and I had to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and she helped make the process a breeze with transferring the date and contract.
I was able to send her the link to my Pinterest board with the sort flowers I liked and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend Precious Petals to anyone who needs a florist!

Psychic florist

Precious Petals recently provided the flower arrangements for my July 2021 wedding.

In terms of communication and planning, Darlene was amazing. I always got a prompt response to questions, and throughout the process I felt I had a clear and transparent view of the costs.

In terms of quality of flowers, I was seriously impressed. I love flowers and gardening is a hobby, so flowers were a priority for me.

We didn’t really have “colors” per se. Matching colors was less important than quality flowers and lots of textures. We provided some “vision” pictures and Darlene took it from there.

It was like she was psychic! My bouquet was truly something that made my day feel special.

In terms of set up, she works closely with my venue Knowlton Mansion/ Conroy catering, and had set up down to a science.

Overall great experience and only wished I lived closer so that I could order flowers from Darlene regularly.

Amazing experience

I found Darlene while doing a google search, I reached out to her. Mind you this was very last minute plus I was having a Mother’s Day wedding. She checked a few things and got back to me and agreed to do our wedding. From the point on Darlene was amazing, she was patient and very understanding even when I made several changes to my original flowers arrangements. We agreed on six tables and on the day of my wedding when Darlene got there my venue had put out seven tables, Darlene left the venue to go get an additional arrangement for that additional table. If your looking for a florist that do beautiful work and ones who’s work actually shines through with love you should definitely book Precious Petals.❤️

Gorgeous Bouquets, Great Service

Darlene did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding bouquets and centerpieces. From the moment we met her, we had 100% confidence in her work, but she truly went above and beyond. We came in with inspiration from Pinterest and zero knowledge about flowers. Darlene immediately made us feel extremely comfortable and recreated our vision better than we ever could have expected!

Absolutely the best!!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Darlene. She was available every step of the way to make my wedding day the most beautiful day of our lives! Because of the pandemic we didn’t get to meet in person until moments before I walked down the isle but you would have never known it! She took my ideas and suggestions over the phone and was able to articulate the centerpieces and bouquets even more beautifully then I had imagined. I recommend her for any even but if your looking for a wow factor at your wedding Darlene is your girl!!!

Amazing!

I have so many positive things to say about Darlene and her team at Precious Petals. She's thorough, responsive, has been beyond flexible with changing our wedding date, and provided me with the most BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers for my "micro" wedding day. She's hands down the best in the business and I'm so glad we were able to utilize her services. Ever since our first conversation with her I knew we were in good hands.

Beautiful and Easy!

Darlene was such a help with my mini wedding ceremony this year. With COVID-19, I chose to do a small ceremony this year and my big reception next year. She was flexible and never made me feel like an inconvenience (even though I probably inconvenienced her). I brought a bunch of pictures with me to the consultation and she helped me pick out exactly what I wanted from each design. I got nothing but compliments about how beautiful my bouquet was! Can’t wait to see what she has in store for next year! Thank you Darlene!

Flexible, personal, and beautiful flowers

When we starting planning the florals for our wedding, we were a bit overwhelmed, and Precious Petals was extremely patient and friendly with us. Her consultation left us feeling good about our choices and confident that she would make our wedding extra special. Then, COVID-19 happened, and Precious Petals was very flexible with us when we made an early decision to postpone our October wedding reception by a year. We ended up deciding to have a very small ceremony this year anyway, and looked to Precious Petals to provide the bride's bouquet and the groom's boutonniere, both of which were beautiful and reasonably priced. Overall, we've had a 10/10 experience, and would recommend Precious Petals for any event.

Darlene was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional and organized. We interviewed several floors before picking her and we’re very glad we did. Wonderful Experience!

Darlene is the best! Because of COVID we had to reschedule our planned May 2nd wedding twice! She was super flexible and accommodating. We were finally able to have our wedding on Sept 11 and everything was perfect! The flowers were beautiful from the centerpieces to the bouquets everything was perfect and looked better then I imagined! Darlene was great during the whole process and she sat down with us at the start to talk about exactly what we wanted and made changes as we did. I would recommend precious petals to anyone, they were the best!

Truly Top-notch

I cannot say enough incredible words about the work the Precious Petals team did for our wedding.

I spoke with Darlene on the phone about my wedding vision, and when I walked into her office for our first phone consultation she had taken my ideas and was ready with examples of exactly what I wanted. I knew then she would do a fantastic job.

At our final consultation was when my breath was totally taken away. It was like Darlene had gone into my brain and brought my dreams to life. Everything from the color to the design of our florals were exactly what my husband and I wanted.

Throughout our night we had several guests mention how gorgeous Darlene’s work was and how impressive the attention to detail was. Our gratitude towards the Precious Petals team is indescribable. You would be extremely lucky and privileged to have them be a part of your special day.

Perfectly Executed Vision

Darlene was incredible and I absolutely adored working with her! Flowers were the main theme of our wedding so it was crucial to me that they looked right. Darlene perfectly executed my vision and the flowers looked like they had been picked from a storybook garden. I loved everything from the bouquets, to the boutonnières, to the centerpieces. And the arch she created was the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. All of the flowers held up throughout; they looked just as great at the end of the night as they did when I first say them in the morning. Darlene knew exactly how to work within our budget and still execute what I was envisioning without feeling like I had to compromise on anything. When we were discussing what we wanted, we always felt we had her full attention and you could tell that she genuinely cares about all of her clients.

Gorgeous flowers

Precious Petals created magnificent bouquets for our wedding! Darlene worked with me because I have a problem with heavily scented flowers and she recommended flowers that were incredibly beautiful without having a strong perfume. Some guests were fighting over wanting to keep my bouquet! I would highly recommend Precious Petals for all of your floral needs.

Darlene was very professional and easy to work with! She understood exactly the look I was trying to achieve... which was not an easy task since my knowledge of flowers is limited to roses and tulips. She also was great arranging appointments and calls to make changes throughout the planning process. I hired Precious Petals for my wedding and I could not have chosen a better florist. Darlene goes above and beyond to make your wedding day special. Precious Petals was amazing from the beginning of the wedding planning until the end. They were so preofessional and helpful. I had a horrible loss a month before my wedding and had to reschedule some appointments, and they were so understanding. I am so appreciative. When the wedding day came, I was so happy with how beautiful all of the flowers turned out, and they were delivered right to the venue. Everything looked amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Precious Petals. Darlene was able to create the perfect bouquet from one sit down meeting and a few phone calls. She nailed each detail and the flowers were exactly as I envisioned. Darlene was also very understanding when we needed to make slight adjustments just a few days before our special day. Everyone raved over how elegant the flowers looked and lasted throughout the night. I would highly recommend this wonderful family run shop!

Darlene and her team are wonderful to work with!! They listen to your vision (and budget) and make it come to life. My daughter's wedding was BEAUTIFUL - from the outdoor ceremony , to the table arrangements , to the personal flowers. All of the ceremony flowers were re-purposed to the reception so I felt that no money was wasted. All the flowers were ready and together so we could take them home after the wedding. Everyone talked about how beautiful the flowers and table arrangements were! I can't speak highly enough about this florist!!!! Darlene thinks of everything and executes flawlessly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them highly!!!!!

Darlene and Kelly were simply wonderful and a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. We used Precious Petals for our daughter's wedding on July 15th. The bride and groom wanted living plants rather than cut flowers for the reception and Precious Petals came through with the most beautiful centerpieces of succulents. The bridal party bouquets were simply stunning and matched the bridal party colors exactly. The groomsmen all wore succulent boutonnieres that were unique and beautiful. Honestly, five stars are just not enough. We wish we could add MORE stars to this review. We were just so pleased with the quality of the exquisite arrangements and the superb level of service we received. Book them now! You will be as thrilled with them as we were.

One of the things I was most concerned about was finding our florist. I am not one who knows a lot about flowers, nor did I have very particular tastes. I did however, have a vague idea about aesthetics and I certainly had a tight budget for what I know can be a huge wedding expense. Thankfully, I found what seems like millions of wonderful reviews for Darlene and Precious Petals, and looking back, I can see why! We made an appointment to meet Darlene later in the evening. It was lovely to have a vendor who can accommodate our work schedule! I felt right at home immediately. I was able to show Darlene some pictures of flowers that I liked on Pinterest. She asked me all sorts of questions about colors, styles, etc. I felt like I was doing a terrible job describing these to her, but of course, she is such a pro. We really only had to check in once before the wedding to get the drop off addresses straight, but I left everything in her capable hands. The day of the wedding, I had the most beautiful bouquet delivered to me. It was more than I could have hoped for. Even though flower distributor deliveries had been impacted due to a hurricane earlier that week, my bridal flowers and the reception flowers and decorations were fantastic. I really appreciated Darlene’s kind, sincere manner. She was never pushy, and completely flexible with my budget. You couldn’t ask for a more wonderful person to create beautiful flowers for you wedding. Thank you Darlene! You do not need to look any further, you have found your florist at Precious Petals!

I cannot say enough good things about Darlene and her floral arrangements! First, she's an incredibly warm and kind person. I really enjoyed meeting with her during our consultations, and she was also very quick to respond to my last-minute adjustments during the weeks leading up to the wedding. She offers a lot of photos as inspiration, and we talked about flowers and colors I did and didn't like...between that and general ideas on shape and personal style I'm afraid I didn't give her much direction. The bouquets and arrangements she created were more beautiful and well-composed than I could have imagined -- our flowers were stunning!

We got married on July 3, 2016 at the Pen Ryn Mansion and Precious Petals was the perfect florist to use for our venue. Darlene was an expert with knowing what floral arrangements would work with the ballroom, cocktail hour tables, and pergola outside for our ceremony. She was flexible and accommodating. She used our family's tallit for the chuppah and made sure it fit with the space provided in the pergola. She spent so much time with us making sure our vision came to life with the flowers. My bouquet, my bridesmaid's bouquets, and the men's boutonnieres were perfect. I was able to describe what I pictured and she brought it to life. Even though I knew nothing about flowers she totally understood what I was looking for. Her prices were BEYOND reasonable. The day of, she personally came to the venue to make sure everything was perfect. Could not have asked for more!

WARNING: the word "perfect" is used a lot in this review because there are just no other words! I loved everything about Precious Petals - they are very easy to work with and so helpful (I don't know much about flowers). Darlene made sure every detail was perfect - they even did my succulent favors. My flowers were PERFECT. Beyond expectation. So beautiful. I love them so so much. I got roses and succulents (all muted colors) in my bouquet. Everyone was oooohhhing and aaaahing over them. Everything was just perfect - the decor they set up around the ceremony to the boutonnieres/corsages. The pictures are so beautiful. The flowers really exceeded my expectations. We met with Darlene for a consultation and had a very good experience. She was very pleasant, professional, and had a lot of good ideas regarding floral colors and arrangements. Precious Petals is absolutely amazing. Everything was so beautiful. We had 6 bridesmaids and 4 groomsmen and the bouquets and boutonnieres were so pretty and I absolutely loved my bouquet. Both sets of parents had corsages and boutonnieres as well all of which were also beautiful. I had them decorate the pergola and the wedding cake. The pergola looked amazing, It was draped with fabric and Christmas balls hung from the inside. The theme was Christmas in July. The wedding cake had Christmas balls dressed around it as well. I worked with Darlene and she is such a sweetheart! They are also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them for any occasion!

Darlene did SUCH a beautiful job on the flowers for my wedding! She is just a sweetheart, personally - so easy and pleasant to work with. And she made it so easy to make all of the selections. In our first meeting, she went through an extremely detailed checklist and got my opinion on every last floral-related issue right then and there. She had sample bouquets to show me so I could visualize the size and design I wanted, and sample vessels so I could choose what I wanted for centerpieces. Her initial quote was very reasonable and included everything - at the end of the day, the amount I actually ended up spending was slightly less than the original quote, simply because of overestimating the number of tables we would have. That's important, as I noticed many of the other florists I interviewed gave less thorough initial quotes, and I would have ended up spending more by the time the proposal was finalized. I gave Darlene a copy of my invitation suite, and she used it to make sure that the floral design was completely matched up to my design concept - a romantic vintage wedding inspired by Belle Epoque Paris and art nouveau. The colors were gorgeous, and the details like antique lace wraps for the bouquets, were perfect. The chuppah she designed was absolutely stunning. On the day of the wedding, the personal flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres) were all delivered early and were perfect. The set up for the ceremony and the reception at the wedding venue was wonderful as well, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Precious Petals!

We absolutely LOVED Darlene and everyone at Precious Petals! We found them on the list of Preferred Vendors at our venue, Knowlton Mansion. Darlene was extremely accommodating to our schedules from our first initial meeting and throughout the entire planning process. I didn't know much about flowers, nor did I have many preferences (just had a few types that couldn't be used due to allergies of guests), and Darlene was more than willing to show examples and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. We chose a mix of centerpieces - some branch centerpieces with hanging tea lights and some vases filled with submerged flowers and floating candles. Everything looked so amazing the day of! The staff did an amazing job setting everything up, even setting up the decorations we personally purchased and dropped off ahead of time. Darlene is more than happy to work with your budget and is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. I HIGHLY recommend Precious Petals for any event you need a florist!

I loved Darlene at Precious Petals! The first time we had scheduled to meet I ended up being sick and unable to make it, and she was so accommodating. I went back and from the moment I met her I knew her vision matched mine. She had some great suggestions for fall decor and bouquets and we booked her right away. Darlene helped us choose the perfect bouquets of classic roses for our wedding day! We chose a true red rose bouquet for the bride and red rose for the groom. The bridal party and parents had ivory roses. They lasted in a beautiful bloom the entire night. They were carefully crafted, and all of the deliverers were prompt! Book this florist for your wedding! As soon as my mom and I met Darlene we knew we were in good hands. My mom had lots of scattered ideas and I was definitely a difficult bride with no color scheme to go off of. Darlene created amazing center pieces with lanterns we found and she also found us a great women who does large place setting poster boards. She was very flexible and affordable and I think the nicest and most passionate vendor we found. My bouquet was stunning and exactly how I had described to Darlene. Her team was on time and helpful. I met with a few other florists before and not one was able to give me exactly what I wanted in my price range. Darlene and her team at Precious Petals were amazing! Our initial consultation with Darlene went really well - she had great ideas, even though we didn't give her much to go on. She was extremely easy-going and flexible the whole time. After we got the initial proposal we were concerned with our budget, and she quickly setup a phone call to discuss other options and work with us to lower our costs. At our final meeting she made a sample of one of our table arrangements, and it was exactly what we had envisioned. All the deliveries and setup went smoothly on the day of, and we couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked. The colors and shapes of the arrangements were just perfect! Darlene even threw in complimentary silk petals for the flower girl and a necessities basket for the ladies' room at the reception. Precious Petals really hit it out of the park!

We had our wedding at Cairnwood Estate and Precious Petals is one of the recommended florists. I am so happy that we chose them to do the flowers for our wedding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end products. Darlene and her staff were very helpful throughout the entire planning process. I emailed quite a few times with questions or concerns and all of my emails were addressed in a timely manner. I had two meetings with Darlene, one @9 months before my wedding and another meeting @2 months before the wedding. She helped me pick out amazing bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements. She was also accommodating when I asked to use material from my mothers and grandmothers dress to wrap my bouquet. I absolutely loved all of the flowers. Precious Petals has done quite a few weddings at Cairnwood, so it helped in making sure we had flowers in all the appropriate places. The day of, they were prompt in coming to Cairnwood to set up and everything looked amazing! I highly recommend Precious Petals!

Speaking as the very happy mother of the very happy groom, the flowers by Precious Petals were, in a word, spectacular. Darlene and her team were amazing!! Our wedding flowers and décor were absolutely perfect. Darlene brought to life our vision for the wedding day. Darlene was patient in answering all of my questions and communication was excellent. Darlene was realistic, genuine, and able to create "the look" within our budget. Darlene was a pleasure to work with. She gave us wonderful ideas. My daughter absolutely loved her bridal bouquet! It was exactly what she wanted. The tables at the reception were just what my daughter had in mind. We were very pleased!

Darlene was a pleasure to work with for my wedding! She completely exceeded my expectations and brought my vision to life, I had shown her a few photographs of things I liked and explained what I was looking for and she went above and beyond. My bridal bouquet was so beautiful everyone complimented it, and there was not one centerpiece left on the tables when the night was over. She had plenty of photographs and samples of her work to look through, and was able to immediately bring up things she had done at my venue, and she knew all the right places of where things should go. I had emailed her back and forth a few times changing things and she was happy to take care of everything. Her staff was also prompt and polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Where do I begin! Darlene was AMAZING! She is so talented. She saw my vision and created the most beautiful centerpieces, bouquets, and arrangements. Her work is exceeded my expectations. She was very easy to contact and always responded in a timely manner! When I first met Darlene I knew that I was choosing her. I didn't not even meet with any other florist. She made me feel so comfortable. She walked me thorugh every step and really took her time! Where I got married was an outdoor ceremony, so it was a rustic/ elegant feel and having her add the arrangements and lighted sticks made a nice touch to the cocktail hour. Darlene and her team are the best, and you WILL NOT be disappointed in her work!!!!

Precious Petals is an excellent wedding florist. Darlene and company create fabulous flower arrangements, bouquets and centerpieces. From the moment you sit down with Darlene at your consultation you feel at ease. She listens to the brides vision and the mom's requests. I used Precious Petals for my middle daughter's wedding and loved all the flowers so much I came back for my youngest daughter's wedding. I was again very pleased at the gorgeous bridal bouquet, centerpieces and personal flowers. No matter what your budget Precious Petals will make your wedding have that WOW factor! the company's customer service is excellent, I never had a problem contacting them. Precious Petals is great! Darlene was so wonderful, friendly and helpful. They are so great at working with your specific budget and finding the flowers and style that you want. She listened to everything (and I was specific) and my flower turned our beautifully! I couldn't have been happier. In the planning stages we went over a theme of rich blues and greens and after seeing the look books I was completely sold and comfortable that this was the florist I wanted. We went over some ideas of flowers and things I did or did not like. They were able to completely run with it and work their magic. Everything blended seamlessly together from the bouquets to the reception center pieces. I am glad I chose them as it was one thing that I didn't need to worry about.

Darlene walls the owner of this amazing company was amazing. I was so happy with our flowers and decor for my wedding she asked my budget and stuck to it! She even emailed me anytime she was out and found a good deal on a decor item that would work well with my wedding theme.. That made me feel so special! The staff was on time and got everything set up and cleaned up without me even noticing them!! Thank you a million times for making my wedding beautiful!!!

Darlene and precious petals are fabulous! I chose them because she had worked with my venue for numerous wedding so I figured, she has to be decent! BUT she was wonderful. She stuck to my budget completely and made sure that every vision I had for the day was met! She forgot on thing for my bouquet and as soon as she got the call from us she had it there! Darlene was wonderful to work with. She was very patient and informative to the bride and her mom who were clueless about flowers. The flowers were delivered right on time. They were fresh and beautiful. The staff was very courteous and professional. They were the most positive experience of all.

Darlene and her team at Precious Petals did an amazing job providing the flowers for our wedding. Neither one of us had the slightest idea what we wanted to do for flowers, but after one meeting, Darlene had us and our flowers figured out. She understood right away that didn't need the flowers to be the main event and weren't planning on breaking the budget for them, and she came up with a beautiful, tasteful, and affordable set of options. On the day of our wedding, her staff were friendly, professional, and patient. Flowers were delivered on time to the venue and to the hotel where we were getting ready, and everything was set up just as planned. They were also patient with us as we agonized over - and delayed - our decision to move the wedding inside near the last minute due to rain. If we did it all over again, we would absolutely go with Precious Petals.

We looked at a lot of florists and we couldn't have been happier that we went with Precious Petals. Darlene is AWESOME! Our flowers were amazing. Some of the other florists pressured us about spending a minimum amount of money but not Darlene. She broke down the cost explaining exactly what each piece of an arrangement would cost. She was so helpful and gave us so many different options! Highly recommended!!!

My Husband and I and our families were amazed at our floral display. Darlene created the most beautiful bouquet. She worked within our budget and delivered more than I ever expected. I was so happy because she captured the very essence of my wedding theme in one bouquet, a very soft elegance. People are still talking about our "Sweet Heart" table and all of the floral displays. How could I say thank you it's not enough but we will be forever grateful to Precious Petals for making our wedding day truly beautiful. We Highly recommend !

I love Darlene and her team! From the first phone call, they were friendly and helpful. Sitting with Darlene was like chatting with an old friend. She has tons of fabric flower arrangements so you can get ideas about bouquet/arrangement size, designs for the stems of the bouquet and bowls/holders for table centerpeices. She also has many pictures of previous weddings, ESPECIALLY if you are getting married at Cairnwood Estate. The flowers were dropped off on time, placed exactly where I wanted them and taken out of the holders at the end of the night so guests could take centerpieces home. My bouquet was just perfect and I was thrilled.
I RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY!!!

The flowers for my wedding on Friday November 2 were amazing! Everyone was complimenting the colors the entire night. Darlene was really great to work with as well, she kept within your budget you tell her but makes sure that everything still looks great. She also did our center pieces which were also simple but beautiful. Awesome work and very reasonable as well, would definitely recommend!

Precious Petals did a phenomenal job with our wedding flowers! Our centerpieces were beautiful and our guests loved them! Darlene and Kelly were a pleasure to work with. They were great at responding quickly with any questions that we had and were very helpful at helping us to pick out floral decor that would be elegant and match our wants/needs. They really helped to make our decorations pop and make everything look beautiful.

I was so happy with my bouquets from precious petals, they were absolutely beautiful! I didnt know too much about flowers and what would look good together.
