Diana is a hair and make up goddess. I hired Diana and her team for my wedding and it was the absolute best decision. For my trial, I showed her a picture of what I wanted for my hair and she did exactly that. It gave me complete confidence in her ahead of my wedding. On my wedding day, I wanted to make a couple small adjustments from what I did at my trial and she perfected the look I was going for. When she turned me around to look in the mirror, tears filled me eyes. It was the most beautiful I have ever felt in my life. A true gift to give someone. She also worked some type of my magic on my hair for it to hold curl and not frizz all day and night in the south Florida humidity! Never in my life has that happened. Also, Diana is a sweetheart and such a joy to be around!

Diana and Mari were INCREDIBLE, they glam the ladies of my family, grandma, aunt, nieces, friends and made them look years younger, beautiful and radiant, still with a natural look. Unreal how they did it. Diana's hairdos were a piece of art, my hair hold on beautifully the entire wedding. We hired Diana and her team for two days, we got to know Diana more, she is sweet, patient and fully committed to make you feel and look absolutely stunning! Diana with Powerhouse beauty is an absolute angel. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She really listened to what I wanted and does not have an ego. She made me look like the most beautiful version of myself. Her team of hair and makeup artists were also very talented and professional. They were punctual and even reserved time to do touch ups for me and all of my bridesmaids. I also highly recommend booking her for additional time for touchups throughout the day if you have the means. She went above and beyond and even helped me with carrying my train and bouquet when no one was around to help me. Between photos she would adjust my hair to make sure it was perfect. I hired Diana for my engagement photo shoot, bridal trial, and wedding day. She is one of the sweetest girls I have ever met! Diana is super professional, sweet, and LISTENS to what you like and don’t like. The first time I met her was for my engagement photo shoot and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I am more of an introvert and shy but Diana made me feel super comfortable with her. On my wedding day I was super nervous and a little anxious and Diana was the calm pleasant energy in the room. She takes the time to listen to exactly what you're looking for and offers suggestions as well (expert advice is always much appreciated!). I knew I had to have her after looking at pictures of her work and booked her before I even did a trial, I knew I would love how I looked, I had that much trust in her work before even meeting her! The day of the wedding Diana and her team were on time and ready to go. They did a great job with hair and makeup and provided touch ups as well.
I hired Diana to stay with me until after the ceremony for touch ups. Who knew she would turn out to be my fairy glam mother who helped me get into my dress, help with my shoes and she even carried my bouquet and held my dress while going around the venue to take pictures while providing touchups. Hiring Powerhouse Beauty to do my makeup and hair for my wedding was the best thing I could've done! Working with Diana was incredible. My permanent Glam Squad
The name of this vendor says it all - Power House Beauty! Diana and her team are a power house at making you feel and look beautiful on your wedding day! I had to postpone my wedding last minute back in March due to COVID, and I lost my makeup/hair team. I struggled to find someone to work with us for a Christmas wedding, but Diana was so sweet to say yes right away. I am forever grateful for that! Diana is extremely personable and so sweet! I loved her from the moment I met her. I simply showed her pictures of what I wanted and she quickly turned me into a beautiful bride! Her team also did our bridal party hair and makeup. Diana is the absolute best!!!! I loved her soooooo much!!!! Her and her team are literally phenomenal. Not only did she do the most beautiful, magnificent, whimsical hair and makeup on me, my 6 bridesmaids, and both mothers (9 girls in one morning). She basically saved the day. In the middle of getting my makeup done, one of my other vendors gave me (the bride) bad news and had me crying. Diana quickly started to do my hair, gave me a pep-talk to help me pull it together, and then re-did my makeup. I also asked her to stay a few extra hours after hair and makeup was done so she could do touch ups. She started at my hotel, then went with me to the church, then a different venue for pictures, and finally finished at my reception. I paid her to just touch me up for those extra hours, but she is just so amazing that she touches up everyone from the bridesmaids, to the mothers, even helped the groom with his hair during pictures. She even kept in touch with the wedding planner to let them know where and when we were at the different locations. Basically Diana was a mini wedding planner plus doing GORGEOUS hair and makeup. I’m not kidding when I say I would not have gotten through the day without her!!! PowerHouseBeauty is a must hire!!!!!! Do not give up on this opportunity if you have the chance to have them for your wedding day!!!

I was so happy with Diana!! I went to her first for a hair and makeup trial for my wedding and was blown away by how sweet and patient she is! Aside from her amazing communication from the second I reached out to her up until our wedding day, her talent really shines through the second you sit in her chair. After a couple events in my personal life, my husband and I decided not to postpone our wedding any longer. So we planned our wedding in less then 30 days. Transformed my covid nightmare into a dream wedding for a real bride
My wedding was on a Tuesday and I was very lucky to have found Diana at powerhouse beauty. When I first saw her website it was very well organized and laid out but I didnt see any specific information about an artist so I assumed it was a salon and that I wouldn’t get a one-on-one connection with an artist. Later after talking to a friend who highly recommended powerhouse beauty. I made the call for info and realized that there was a true artist on the other end. Diana is the owner and gem of powerhouse beauty and she can come with her talented crew if needed. I met her for a trial and was in love with the look. She transformed me into a Barbie. I signed a contract with her for myself, bridesmaids and mothers. In true bridesmaid fashion, we had girls go back and forth about if they wanted airbrush vs regular makeup or just makeup vs makeup and hair. And in true Bride fashion, I made changes too and was curious about adding a second artist for the sake of not waking up too early and also about her services for staying after the ceremony to do touch ups after I ugly cry at the alter. Diana was very professional and accommodating with each change and with all my questions. With just 1 week until my wedding, the universe shut down due to coronavirus and my wedding was suddenly cancelled. I was heartbroken to say the least but we decided that we did not want to just reschedule our big day. We kept out original date and changed our plans completely to get married in our backyard and with only immediate family. But would she still come? Yes! She absolutely 100% made my day! Yes I was marrying the man of my dreams but I was also letting go of my dream wedding and thousands of dollars. I had to cancel a wedding and replan a backyard wedding in the midst of 1 week. I was emotional but determined to have a wonderful wedding day. Diana agreed to come to my house. I turned my guest room into a bridal suite. We put on love music. I had fruit and champagne and the best part... I had an amazing hair and makeup artist pamper me. She helped calm my nerves during the crazy morning. And when my family and bridesmaids started to drive me crazy we found a way to politely boot them out. With her there, I felt like a real bride. It honestly brings tears to my eyes the impact she made. And to top it off, my hair and makeup were absolutely flawless. Sometimes when it comes to vendors you have to spend a little bit more to get the whole package because not only did I get hair and makeup but I got the ability to be a bride even when it seemed impossible. Diana, you are amazing and I could not thank you enough for being there for me when the entire world was so scared to be. You made my day bright and I am now ugly crying just thinking about it which is why it probably took so long to write this. Thank you for everything!

Not enough words to describe how blessed we were to have Diana with us on our wedding day! From the moment my mother and I met her for my consultation, it instantly felt as if we knew each other forever. She was very sweet, patient and welcoming. Soon into our consultation we knew we wanted Diana with us. Throughout the planning phase, she was always a quick email or text away. On our wedding day we had the pleasure of meeting Mairelys as well. They were punctual, professional and SO SWEET. We all instantly bonded and it was such a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable wedding day prepping experience. A small "wardrobe malfunction" with one of my bridesmaids and Diana jumped in without hesitation and a smile to help. She was an absolute Bride-saver when her gut told her to call me to make sure I didn't forget my veil on my way to the venue - little did she know I DID forget my veil as I was getting in the limo and if it wasn't for her gut.... well you brides can feel the pain that was avoided with Diana saving the day. With all of that being said - above all else, her MUA & Hair talent is amazing! My girls and I felt BEEEAUTIFUL and it lasted all night long! Diana was nothing short of amazing! She glammed me up for my hair and makeup trial, my bridal shower and the day of my wedding along with all my special ladies. Diana from Power House Beauty did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and just did such an amazing job. She is a truly talented artist, and really works hard to make sure you as the bride love it. She was very kind, and made me feel comfortable and less nervous on the big day. I received a lot of compliments about my hair and makeup thanks to her.
One thing I’ll never forget: As she was leaving the hotel room, she heard me say to someone that I didn’t have any lipgloss on me (to reapply throughout the night; my lips tend to get dry), and Diana quickly turned around and started going through her bags and handed me a lipgloss. It was a small act of kindness, but it meant the world to me.

Well to start Diana and her team are truly amazing, and I can confidently say she will not disappoint! From the first time I reached out to Diana to her doing the wedding make up day of, she was extremely professional and hands down the sweetest/ easiest/ most accommodating vendor to work with. I don't wear a lot of makeup, so I was nervous about using a professional on my wedding day. I was worried I would look overdone or not done enough, as this had been my experience in the past. I had a lot of doubts running through my head--maybe I just don't look good in makeup, maybe I have unrealistic expectations, maybe I should just forget it and do my makeup myself. Then came Diana. She came recommended by our photographer, who spoke very highly of her skill and professionalism, but I quickly learned there was much more to her. From the first moment we met she made me feel at ease, listening intently to all my concerns and normalizing my nerves. She listened carefully to my feedback, making sure that I was completely happy with how I looked. BUT, she didn't stop there. Diana came to our first look photos, reassuring me all the way and doing touch ups between shots. She stuck around through ALL of the bridal party photos. She used her sense of humor to help me stay relaxed, clearly tuned in to how I was feeling. There is no question in my mind about Diana's skill and professionalism. She knows what she's doing. She was easy to contact, was very reasonably priced, listened well, ultimately delivered on the big day, I looked amazing, blah blah blah. A lot of makeup artists can do that. But what sets her apart is on an entirely different level. She has this ease about her. A calm, focused, and--at the risk of sounding too kumbaya--peaceful demeanor that zaps nerves and puts even the most tense bride at ease (that was me). Somehow, she melted into the group of friends and family surrounding me and I didn't even blink. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire Power House Beauty for my wedding. I am so grateful for her skill, patience, and humor. If I could recommend her services by shouting from atop a mountain, I totally would. But for now, this will have to do.

I had a wonderful experience with Power House Beauty for my wedding. I can't say enough positive things about Diana, she was SO wonderful. She makes you feel like you are in good hands right away and listens to everything you want. I am a person that can be very picky about my hair and make up and she made me SO HAPPY! Being comfortable and loving my look on my wedding day was something I was a little worried about, but because of Diana I didn't think twice about it after my trial. My grandma wanted makeup and her hair "fluffed" and Diana & Her team were so nice and worked with her so well, she looked perfect! She is just as sweet as she is talented and I feel so lucky we got her for my wedding day. PowerHouseBeauty has impressed me time and time again. I was greeted within a timely manner after I sent my inquiry, Diana the owner helped me figure out what services where the best fit for me and she was friendly, attentive and professional. I was then set up to have a consultation with Diana and I loved my hair and makeup so much that I ended up booking a package for my whole bridal party! Day of came around and the stylists showed up early to set up and all the services went smoothly except that my mother in law was a little crazy and the girls handled her so wonderfully. They spent extra time just to ensure everyone was completely satisfied before they left. As for the hair and makeup, I did airbrush and an up-do and Everything was perfect throughout the entire wedding! These girls really know what they are doing. Hurry and book them!!

I have so much to say about PowerHouse Beauty. I'll start off by saying how grateful I was. The week of my wedding, yes, the WEEK of my wedding the makeup artist I had hired flaked on me. I immediately contacted Diana and by the first conversation I had with her I already felt secure. She was going through a hectic week, and STILL accommodated me last minute. She made me feel so comfortable on the big day, made me feel gorgeous, and came through! Always kept it professional yet made me feel like she was my friend and had my back, what more can you ask for? I will TOTALLY hire PowerHouse Beauty in a heart beat again in any of my next events. Endlessly thankful!

Diana did my hair and makeup for my wedding and it turned out beautifully. She is an absolute expert in dramatic eye makeup and I loved my look. She was responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and always on-time. She is super sweet and made my wedding morning relaxing and stress-free. Diana and her team were nothing short of spectacular. They were caring, professional, reasonably priced, and made my day fantastic. People could not stop talking about how beautiful my girls and I looked. Diana got up extremely early and drove down to the Keys to make sure we could all be done in time for the events of the morning to begin. Diana, i truly cannot thank you enough! Diana is amazing. Professional, goes out of her way for you, loving and extremely friendly. She was even able to style my mother-in-laws wig beautifully who had just gone through chemo and a bone marrow transplant. I will use Diana for the rest of my life!!

Diana is truly an amazing makeup artist!
My eyes never looked so beautiful and my skin was flawless. The best part is, that it lasted the whole night. Even after taking photos outside in the heat and all the dancing. I stilled looked perfect at the end of the night and was even a little sad to take it off. She was one of my favorite vendors to work with and I highly recommend her!

I hired Power House Beauty for my wedding and it was the best desision I made. Diana offer not only her amazing artistry but an experience I will never forget it. Had a few bumps in the road with booking but my make up for the day of my wedding turned out beautifully. Diana needs to work a little bit on her professionalism. Two days before my wedding after I had already made a deposit and requested 2 make up artists, I was told a second make up artist wasn't available. Of course I panicked and my mother ended up having to find someone last minute to do her hair and make up. Thankfully it all worked out in the end and like I said, mine and my bridesmaids make up turned out beautifully.

I had a makeup trial with Diana from Power House Beauty prior to my wedding in December. I specified I needed both hair and makeup for my wedding party of 8 bridesmaides plus flower girls and mothers. She noted she would have a team to comfortably accommodate this many people in time for our 4pm wedding. Therefore, I didn’t think twice to have her come over to do a makeup trial. She was on time and knew her stuff on makeup. However, after paying her for the makeup trial and proceeding to get a formal contract in place, she noted she only had one other staff and would have to start at 7am. Not only would I have to ask my bridal party to be at our get ready location by 7am but some would have their makeup/hair done for 9 hours before our ceremony. Needless to say, the whole ordeal left me feeling taken advantage of. If she didn’t have staff to accommodate a party of this size, she should have made it clear from the beginning. During wedding planning, time is very limited so it's unfortunate to have had your time wasted in such a manner. I ended up going with another vendor with a total of 4 staff and starting at a comfortable time of 9am.

Wish my experience would’ve been different
I hired Powerhousebeauty to do my wedding makeup and my bridesmaids. A 50% deposit was required in order to book and so I Venmo 387$ to diana. My wedding date was rescheduled 2x. First the pandemic happened and it ruined a lot of things financially. And then I got pregnant. Diana was nice enough to schedule my first wedding date due to the pandemic, which I was very grateful for. Unfortunately. I reached out June 23 2021 to let her know I had changed my wedding date to December 17 2022 . So indeed Diana was not available for my new wedding date which is ok and I completely understood. However, my only issue was that Diana didn’t even offer to help out in anyway and make me feel better about losing out on the deposit. The phone conversation was so vague. We had just experienced a pandemic, there was no regard for showing compassion. I knew the deposit was non refundable due to the signed contract. I tried to ask Diana to work with me so I wouldn’t totally lose out on the deposit. To maybe do my makeup one day that she’s available so I can get my moneys worth. She called me to tell me that basically that money was already given out to the “team” I believe she said and it didn’t make sense to me. I hate to give bad reviews but everyone Ive spoken to has mentioned that every vendor bends the rules sometimes. Even if the money was not given back at least a nice gesture to show some compassion and professionalism. I completely lost out on money. Money that I barely had and now I’m responsible to return money back to my bridesmaids to be able to book someone else.
