I was extremely nervous about hair and makeup for my wedding. I don’t typically wear or do much with either and I had bad experiences getting it done professionally in the past. I had multiple nightmares leading up to my wedding about not feeling like myself and my hair not staying put. Boy, did Amanda and Jackie put those fears to rest. Though we didn’t get a chance to do a trial beforehand since it was a destination wedding, makeup and hair for each of the girls was outstanding. It was incredible how Jackie could recreate every hairstyle by just glancing at photo examples. All the bridesmaids wanted a natural look and Amanda’s makeup was amazing - enhancing everyone’s natural beauty in an effortless way. As for my bridal makeup and hair, I could not have been happier. I have very thick hair and Jackie was able to style it beautifully just how I asked and it stayed put ALL NIGHT! My makeup made me feel glam, natural, and beautiful all at the same time - just an enhanced version of myself! I can’t recommend Amanda and Jackie enough. Thank you so much! -

When I was looking to hire vendors for our big day, I was looking for experience, I wanted the best, and I wanted vendors that made the planning process easy, not more difficult. You get that AND more when you hire Mandy. Mandy (and Jackie P- for hair) made each one of us girls feel like our most authentic beautiful selves. Out of 10+ ladies that needed services, every single one of them had nothing but rave reviews for how Mandy made them look AND feel...! Mandy is professional, she's committed (rain and snow, she still showed up), and she knows what she is doing! I'd hire her over again and again! -

From the moment I saw Mandy's makeup and hair profile, I knew I wanted to book her for my wedding. She was extremely responsive via email and text. The trial was great, I felt like hanging out with friends getting hair and makeup done by her and Jackie. Not only did they do a great job with my hair and makeup but they managed to please my mom. She wanted glitter and volume everywhere, which of course was not the look we were going for. After she saw herself in pictures, she was so happy to trust in Mandy and Jackie's experience and keep her looking wonderfully glam. I recommend Mandy to anyone getting married in the near future. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience! -

Made the day so smooth!
Amanda was extremely professional and organized from the moment I reached out to her. Her prices were extremely reasonable, and I loved the fact that she took the time to schedule a session prior to the wedding day to nail down a look. On the day of the wedding her and Jackie (hair) were at my suite right on time and ready. It put me at ease during all of the other craziness that they were prepared. My bridesmaids and mother’s LOVED their looks with natural makeup and flows waves. The girls really captured their best assets! I felt the most beautiful I ever have, but not in an overdone way. I still wanted to be recognizable, and Amanda and Jackie were able to give me the earthy sun kissed goddess vibes. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a fun, down to earth and extremely talented duo- or singularly they are wonderful as well! -

I would 10/10 recommend Mandy Makeup Artistry to brides who want a convenient, stress-free makeover, with hair and makeup artists that travel to you! Mandy and her business partner, Jackie, traveled to our rental home in Lake Tahoe. They were flexible and accommodating to everyone in my group who wanted services. Best of all, they were very fun and nice to be around, and we all loved our hair and makeup!! -

Mandy was beyond anything I could have hoped for, professional, hilarious and damn did she make me and my girls look GOOD. A few of my bridesmaids weren’t going to do makeup, but after they saw her work they jumped right in line. Highly Recommend
Amanda was amazing to work with! She was very professional but also had such a fun personality. She knew exactly how I wanted my makeup for my wedding day, not over the top but enough to pop in pictures! She teamed up with hair stylist, Jackie, who did my hair which came out AMAZING. Bonus: my hair and makeup lasted 8+ hours, while hiking up and down a mountain, not a single touch up was needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! -

WOW! First off, Amanda and her partner in crime Jacki are the most beautiful souls you will ever meet!. Such talent these two have. I don't usually wear makeup so when I showed them more natural styles she nailed it! I never felt so beautiful! I even got my husband to cry on our first look! That's a huge win! Ha!. These ladies do such an amazing job with hair and makeup. I highly recommend Mandy makeup! They will make you look and feel absolutely stunning!

Amanda is amazing!
From the very beginning, Amanda was very responsive. Since I didn't live in the area, she was nice enough to accommodate my schedule for the trial. I met Amanda for the first time at my trial and it felt like a friend was doing my makeup. She is easy to talk with and makes the experience really fun and comfortable. On the day of the wedding it again just felt like a friend was coming over to our makeup. All the girls looked so great. They each had an individual style but she kept the looks consistent enough that it all blended together well.
I was probably the most nervous about my makeup going into my wedding. I'm not someone who wears a lot but knew it was important to have the day of. Amanda found the perfect balance of making sure I felt comfortable but also ensuring I had enough makeup on to show up in pictures. She was one of my favorite vendors I had the pleasure to work with. You can tell she loves what she does, which makes it easy to just sit back and let her work her magic. Thank you again Amanda! -

Mandy and Jackie were ready to go the moment I arrived to the venue. They were both so calming, friendly, and super quick to get me ready! I couldn't be happier with the way I looked and felt. I am not someone who typically wears a lot of makeup or does a ton to her hair. Mandy and Jackie nailed a beautiful, non-fussy look I did not have to worry about at all. My hair and make-up lasted for hours through sweat and happy tears (and there were a lot of both - mostly sweat). My make-up and curls did not budge until I washed everything away at the end of the night. I would highly recommend Mandy and Jackie to any bride! -

Mandy and Jackie were both SO AMAZING! We did a non-traditional wedding where we hiked and SUP and were outside from 9a-8p. My makeup and hair lasted the entire day, I was so impressed! It was a perfect look for what I was going for! LOVED IT! -

Fantastic! I felt beautiful!
Mandy was amazing. She did all of my bridesmaids and myself for my wedding. I am really big into a natural look and after she did my makeup I still looked like myself going down the aisle (which was big for me and my groom). The makeup also lasted through all the tears and the wind on that special day. Mandy also came to my rescue with my hair when it wasn’t looking the way I wanted after going to the bridal salon. Such a kind, caring and talented vendor. 5 stars all around!!! -

Amazing Makeup Job
Mandy was amazing! She truly is an artist. She was very knowledgeable about all the makeup products and how to properly apply them. She easily adjusted to my input on how I wanted my makeup to look. I have a lot of makeup experience and would hands down put Mandy at the top of my list as my favorite artist. FYI, she knows people that do hair, do not let that deter you. Plus, she is very reasonably priced. -

Amanda did such an amazing job with my makeup for my wedding. I have had makeup done as a bridesmaid before and I ended up leaving feeling like I had way too much makeup on, but with Amanda I felt like a reformed version of myself and I loved it! On my wedding day, she did makeup for myself, 4 bridesmaids, and my mom and everyone was so happy with how their makeup turned out. She also works quickly which I totally appreciate. She got all 6 of us done in about 4.5 hours, and yet no one felt rushed. Thank you again, Amanda! -

A dream come true!
Amanda was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the trial to the day of the wedding, I knew I was in good hands. She made up myself, five bridesmaids, my mom, and my niece. The quality and detail for each person was perfection. Each girl had an individual look, but still had cohesion throughout the party. I sweat pretty easily and I looked just as good from the ceremony to the final send off. I’m not one to recommend people, but I highly recommend Amanda. Not only is she great at what she does, her personality is a great one to have while getting ready on your special day! -

Mandy was my wedding makeup lifesaver!!! After two unsuccessful trials with different vendors, I was just about ready to make the decision to do my own makeup for my wedding (which I was pretty bummed about) when I found Mandy. I reached out to her and within 30 minutes, she responded to me and we scheduled a time to talk through the obvious details (date, location, wedding party size, etc.), but what impressed me more was...she wanted to hear all about my concerns with the other trials, talk through her process (to make sure it meshed with mine), and get to know me! After talking to Mandy, I was instantly reassured and had a great feeling about her. So, my mom and I scheduled a trial with her...and it went perfectly! Third time was truly a charm. Mandy was so welcoming and friendly. Not to mention, such a PRO. She recapped what we had talked about over the phone (so, I knew she really cared and took my concerns to heart) and then went through the application process step-by-step to make sure we were happy with the look/color selections along the way. I was elated and booked her on the spot for my wedding day…and, she did not disappoint. In fact, she blew my expectations away. I think the wedding day makeup outperformed the trial, which I didn’t think was possible. I am BEYOND grateful for Mandy and her incredible talent. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and I recommend her to any bride looking to achieve a beautiful, classy, timeless look for her most special day…just like Mandy did for me :). -

What a great experience working with Mandy for my wedding last week. I like having my make up done but I am uncomfortable with a LOT of makeup. So I did my trial first and it went really great. When the big day came she was early and ready to go. I had all my bridal party done as well and we all looked natural glam! I made some small modifications from my trial and I think she nailed exactly what I wanted. I felt done up for my wedding but not overdone which in my opinion is hard to find. Even my sister who does not wear makeup was comfortable with her makeup. Big win right there.
Book her! You won't regret it! -

Not only did she get back to me quickly with her availability, but she was very polite (and fun!), upfront about costs, and her overall branding with website was very professional. Although it may be tempting to try and save costs by going with a friend for make-up, it really made so much of a difference having a professional like Amanda there. She was on-time and prepared, she was able to work with all different skin tones for my bridal party, and she made my make-up look so nice (it looked great the whole night!). I highly recommend her!

Amanda reassured me that my wedding makeup would look natural, just a little extra. My wedding day came, when my makeup was finished I again felt a little not myself. Amanda asked if she could adjust anything to make me feel more comfortable. I described how I liked my brows and little different and she changed them. And bam!! I felt amazing!!! I would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a professional and fun makeup artist!!

I was on the fence about hiring a makeup artist for my wedding and so much on the fence that I didn’t pull the trigger until 2 months before our big day. Luckily Amanda had availability and worked with me on trials and planning. I went in to my trial not knowing what I wanted but Amanda was patient and kept adjusting until I was happy with my final look. She even made room for me in her schedule to come back and re-do my hair trial because I wasn’t happy with it the first time around (pro tip: don’t wash your hair day of..)
On my wedding day my eye swelled up massively and in turn I had a full on breakdown. Amanda kept ice on my eye and worked her magic and all I can say is wow!! This girl works miracles! I felt like an absolute princess and would re-hire her in a heartbeat! -
