Margaret and Pooh Corner Farm were the best to work with for our wedding at The Bethel Inn. From when we initially met, until our wedding day over a year later, they were very communicative, adjusted to all of our needs, and most importantly provided the most beautiful flowers. They exceeded any expectations we had. We couldn't have asked for more beautiful flower arrangements. Would recommend in a heartbeat. -

Winter wedding 2-2022
Had a wonderful experience with Margaret at Pooh Corner Farm in putting together flowers for our intimate evening wedding at Sunday River in early February. The colors and textures of the arrangements were just what we were looking for. She did an amazing job in coordinating everything despite out tight timeline!! Highly recommend! -

Pooh Corner Farm was the only florist I considered for my wedding and they did not disappoint! I still receive compliments about our wedding arrangements! I recently attended another wedding that Pooh Corner Farm did the flowers for and it took my breath away! It was like a real life Hallmark movie. The quality is unbeatable! -

Best florist in Newry Maine area
I worked with Margaret for 4 months leading up to my wedding. She was knowledgeable, professional, easy going, and very flexible with changes that I had made along the way. She has excellent taste and helped me pick the perfect floral vibe for my wedding. The wedding arch she decorated was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all my expectations. Their prices are super reasonable. The centerpieces & pedestal flowers at our wedding got so many compliments. My maids loved their bouquets! She even helped me adorn my bouquet with sentimental memorabilia I had been given. She sent us a nice card after the wedding. It truly was an amazing experience working with Margaret and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. -

Beyond what we could have hoped for.
Our wedding was a winter destination wedding to Skiesta in Newry. We had a couple florists written down but our photographer, Craig at Yeah Bud Photography, said we would be silly if we chose anyone other than Pooh Corner Farm. He did not do us wrong with that recommendation. These ladies were amazing! From the inquiry phone call and asking all the questions to cover all the bases. To execution, day of, IN A SNOW STORM! They did NOT disappoint. I cried as the fire place was being set up with flowers and candles. It took my breath away and was in complete awe. They nailed it! My bouquet complimented my dress and decor so well. I didn't have to worry about anything. They had it all handled.
Oh, and the flowers lasted another 5 days. Flower quality, 10/10. -

The flowers that Margaret designed for our Gatsby themed wedding were truly stunning. We were so in love with the beauty and creativity of the arrangements. She took the vision that I had for the flowers and made absolutely beautiful creations. We cannot say enough about how wonderful Margaret was to work with and how strongly we would recommend Pooh Corner to other couples! -

Carole was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! She is very responsive, flexible, and always available to meet. The day of my wedding she even sent me pictures of my bouquet and my bridesmaid’s bouquets and said she could make any changes if I did not like them! Needless to say, our flowers were beautiful and she made my vision for my wedding come to life! -

Hanna Sent on 12/15/2011Pooh Corner Farm came recommended by the Glen House. I wanted simple, in-season, locally grown flower arrangements. With the Pooh Corner Farm a short distance from the venue, they were an obvious choice. Because the ceremony and reception was to be outside, I wanted the mountains and trees to be the backdrop, so I decided to go easy on the flower package for the wedding.
Carole patiently worked with me to stay within my budget, and still supply an arbor, beautiful bouquets and boutineers for the wedding party. She also supplied the blue hydrangeas for our DIY centerpieces. The flowers were delivered on time, and everyone loved them. She even threw in my cake toppers free of charge.
Pooh Corner Farm was a pleasure to work with! -

Erin Sent on 07/30/2010Carole, the florist at Pooh Corner, was nothing but wonderful. She listened to exactly what we wanted, and when she said I might not be able to get peonies for my July wedding, she pulled out all of the stops to make it happen. How she got me peonies in the middle of July during a year that everything bloomed early and died early was beyond me, but she was a miracle worker! She checked in with me the day before to make sure I was happy with everything, and when I had a few questions, she jumped to get everything the way I wanted it. Everything was beautiful, and Carole made everything happen.
