The Lodge at Ponte Vedra was such a beautiful venue with an absolutely amazing staff! Alexandria, Jennifer and Jason were our points of contact for our wedding and they were all such a pleasure to work with. Alexandria in particular was wonderful and present throughout the wedding weekend and always available to assist with any requests. The location, views and amenities of the Lodge cannot be beat, and we could not be any happier with our wedding weekend here!

Our wedding at PVIC was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. My family has been members here for years and I've always dreamed of getting married here. We had our first look overlooking the ocean, took pictures with the iconic fountain, held a closest to the pin contest during cocktail hour, and danced the night away with our family and friends from all over the country. It was truly a dream. London, the events manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is responsive, resourceful, and professional in everything she does. Our wedding attendant Jerry made sure we had our drink of choice all night and some snacks to come home to when we got back to our room! We feel so lucky to have gotten married at such a special place and can't wait to enjoy the club for years to come!

I truly cannot even begin to say enough good things about my experience here! I truly felt like my wedding was top priority through 100% of the planning process, and the big day went PERFECTLY! London and Courtney went above and beyond to calm my nerves, the night ran so smoothly, and they even anticipated everything before it happened- including flip flops hidden under my seat for when my feet started to hurt! Such a nice touch! I cannot recommend PVIC enough for anyone considering this venue. It truly was the best day ever for me and my husband, and the wedding was flawless. Our guests are still raving about it!

PVIC went above and beyond all my expectations. My girls and I got ready in the Spa the morning of and rented the pent house suite for the night of my wedding. The service was incredible all around! The planning team took care of everything for the big day and made the planning process so fun! I can't wait to return on our one year anniversary to our favorite place to celebrate again.

I am so thankful for the staff and everyone working at the Inn & Club. They made us feel so special and did the most amazing job with managing our wedding. It was truly amazing.

Robin and the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club were amazing! Robin was very friendly, professional, and responsive. She helped to bring my wedding vision to life! I was planning a destination wedding from Georgia and Robin helped to make the process as painless as possible! When my husband and I originally visited the venue, we knew that this was the place that we wanted to get married at. Everyone was so personable and the resort is beautiful! We enjoyed every aspect that the resort had to offer and received so many compliments from our guests. It was perfect as all of our guests were from out of town so it was great having one location to gather and be able to celebrate the weekend. Everyone truly treated our wedding weekend as a relaxing vacation. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments as we had a plated dinner for our reception. We had our ceremony in between the Florida and Georgia houses overlooking the beach. It was a priceless view and we are so happy that we were able to get married here. I would definitely recommend this venue!

Ponte Vedra Inn and Club is the place to host an event if you want to make sure it is perfect from start to finish. We could not afford any mistakes for our daughter's wedding. Truly PVIC, delivered. From the beginning of the evening, the entire staff was very courtesy and professional and willing to do whatever is needed. Our Wedding Coordinator, Robin is caring and continuously stays in touch and listens to what your ideas and dreams are so that the evening is flawless. The menu they put together was delicious and worth every pound one may gain from the over eating. Then there was the Professional Wedding Attendant Jerry, he is there to get anything you need and is so thoughtful. Having the same last name as ours, my husband says he is his brother from another mother.

Jessica, wedding coordinator, was an integral part of making my wedding a complete success. We love her. She was helpful in all aspects of the planning process and made sure the wedding day went perfectly. The entire staff at the PVIC were professional and friendly. The food at the wedding was ridiculously delicious, everyone of my guests would attest it was the best wedding food ever. The day of the ceremony/reception we had the pleasure of working with Jerry (worked there over 30 yrs). He was a true gentleman and made me and my husband feel like royalty. Overall, our whole stay at the Inn was more special than we could have imagined. We cannot wait to return to the Inn and Club. All PVIC staff: Thank you sooooo much for everything! Nicole and her staff were extremely helpful. We had to move our wedding venue 16 before our wedding date. She made everything seem less and took a ton of stress from me. We were even making last minute changes and Nicole made everything perfect. My day worked out better than I could have ever imagined. The lawn with the Fire pit was the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding.

Would recommend Pone Vedra Inn and Club to anyone! It's not only so incredibly beautiful, but the staff is beyond professional and toally helpful! Food is amazing! Our reception was suppose to be on the beach side, but the rained so we had to move it to the main building. I was kind of bummed of course, but the staff made the transition easy and it turned out to be so beautiful! Jessica Ross was our wedding coordinator and she was perfect! Couldn't have done it without her!

We truly appreciate the wedding coordinator services of Lori P. and the services of all of the PVIC staff who made our wedding day so special! Our wedding day was amazing – dream-like!! I’m very pleased with how everything turned out. It went very smooth with no major issues as a direct result of all of the coordination, hard-work, dedication, and outstanding service from PVIC and all others involved.

Everything was beautiful, both the reception and the ceremony. Nicole made everything run smoothly and they were so kind in making our day so special.

When Nichole gave us a tour, me and my husband immeediately fall in love with this place. However, it was little over our budget. Nichole was so nice to us that she lower our minimum for the food and we incresed our budget little bit and made this happened for us. Nichole made this wedding great, she was prompt answering our calls and was very organized and on the top of things. It was worth all the money we spent and I was very pleased with everything.

I can't say enough about how beautifully our wedding and reception turned out!! It was everything I've ever wanted... and more! ...and it rained on the day of our wedding about 2 hours before the start (good luck, right?!), so things had to be changed last-minute! Still, it all went off without a hitch! Guests STILL remark at how it was the the best wedding they've ever been to. Everyone comments on the food too--that it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding! I have to agree! Everything was PERFECT!

We had our reception there for about 15 people and it was the best food, service and venue I could ask for!! I loved the view of the beach from the room and the food was absolutely fantastic! The staff was really great as well!

The Lodge was a perfect place to have our ceremony and reception. It was such a beautiful location - our ceremony was overlooking the ocean - without actually having to get sand in our shoes! The staff was amazingly professional and helpful and the food was beyond our expectations!! Our wedding was over a year ago and I still have friends talking about the crab legs and mashed potato martini bar! They were very flexible in helping us plan our menu and helping the day run smoothly. I had my own "day of" wedding coordinator that I hired prior to deciding on the Lodge, but it turns out it was a little redundant as their coordinator was so helpful. It was pretty expensive overall, (although you could definitely chose less expensive packages) but I honestly feel that we really more than we expected for the money. I don't think we could have chosen a more perfect place.

Laura did an amazing job on my wedding makeup!! PV Inn and Club Spa were so nice to allow me to bring a friend in (I had no wedding party to accompany me) which was really fun and made me feel even calmer than one naturally does at the Spa. My makeup looked fantastic, me "plus" ie all my best features accented without being overly much makeup, I felt gorgeous..... and it lasted pretty well all night. Worth the money!

Lisa gave me a great hair updo, I did meet with her for a trial run, and she gave me good things to consider, I went home with photos and when I came back she remembered everything. She also allowed my friend to sit in with me which was really so kind. Many people commented on how great my hair looked. Thank you Lisa!!

I loved the location and some of the workers. I ended up dealing with 3 different wedding planners, before I guess they decided to stick with one. Not sure what happened to the other 2. I had a beach wedding out side the Surf Club in the late afternoon. They didnt ask for any of the people to move to the side, so there were people directly in front of where the ceremony took place. I provided swatches of each color linen I wanted for the reception and I got 5 shades darker on the green that what the swatch was. They dont know how to properly lay a conch shell down in the sand. Those 2 things could have been prevented if I had been more strict about things. However I special ordered a bottle of tequila so that me and my quest can take shots and have margaritas. Once the bar was up and running we tried to order a shot and a Margarita and was told that they do not allow shots and the bartender didnt have Margarita mix. Also, me nor my bridesmaids had our IDs on us, they were all in our room that was not near the reception and it was raining out... so our coordinator said that she would let the bartender know that we were all over the age of 21 and he can serve us. Well the bartender turned one of my bridesmaids away multiple times. It was not until he got his manager so that we can handle the tequila issue (which he wasnt serving to anyone since he didnt have a mixer and couldnt do shots) and the issue on the carding that they were fixed. Other than that this place was great. The room was amazing and so was the food.

It started off great. Until it came time to actually do anything for the wedding. I regret using them as our venue and it's truly so sad that what I remember from my wedding is all the problems that happened. It is far to pricey and classy to have such problems.
