  I used Pondview as my florist for my wedding and wow. Diane is so sweet and put up with all of my countless e-mails and changing of minds! She was totally on top of everything and created the exact look I was going for. The Price was totally right too. She will really sit down and work with you to figure out what financially and aesthetically will work. She was right on time with delivery and everything came out perfectly. What an awesome company.

  Diane was really great to work with. I went to her with a very small flower budget, and she delivered an amazing product. I just told her my budget, my color theme and the people I needed flowers for, and she made it all happen! I was very pleased with what she delivered, and even though my order wasn't huge, she delivered them herself to ensure everything was okay. I would highly recommend her services.

  Diane was great to work with. The centerpieces and bouquets she put together were beautiful!! I received many compliments on them. My bouquet was still beautiful in the vase when I returned home from our honeymoon (which was ten days long and we left 4 days after the wedding). I would highly recommend.

  We wanted arm bouquets, because we felt it looked more natural than a normal wedding bouquet. We found one from Teleflora that both of us liked. It was a rose arm bouquet with peach roses, snowberry, seeded eucalyptus and plumsous. I therefore looked up the local Teleflorist in Winchester, MA, and contacted her to ask about doing two of this bouquet, but with one set up for the left arm and one for the right, so we could have mirror image ones.
  
  Diane of Pondview Florist made things very easy on us. She understood our concept, and said she could do it for us. She was willing to quote prices (which turned out to be quite reasonable), without trying to talk us into items we did not want. She was able to make suggestions about how this bouquet would go with the rest of our wedding colors, and how to integrate it with the maid of honor's bouquet and the boutonnierre for the "dude of honor."
  
  The actual bouquet was considerably more pink than the picture from which we ordered. However, it worked well with our color scheme anyway, so this did not bother us. A few of the flowers in our bouquets seemed like they were just a little beyond their peak, but nothing was seriously wilted.

  I chose this florist because they were close to my house. I did find it somewhat hard to work with them because I had no idea what I was talking about/looking for. I know nothing about flowers, in season or names or anything. They seemed to want me to tell them exactly what I wanted and would mention different names to me, to which I would reply "sure?" I stopped in a couple times to talk to them about my order and they were always happy and willing to work with me. As for value, I'm not too sure...
