My wife loved the necklace
I purchased a 3 carat diamond necklace and needed it on a particular day for my 10 year anniversary with my wife and Pompeii3 made it happen for which I am very thankful. The journey pendant is amazingly beautiful and my wife loves it. I will come back for more jewelry and would recommend Pompeii3 to anyone who needs jewelry. Most of all I loved the customer service and willingness to satisfy timing aspect of this order. -

This ring is beautiful.
I haven't had this ring for long, but I've had compliments on this ring. The center oval stone is breathtaking. So much sparkle. The packing was well thought out - perfect for gift giving. I bought this ring as a birthday treat to myself to upgrade my wedding set. I would have given 5 stars, but I wasn't happy that I had to wait a whole month. Also, I wish the band was a little thicker. The band is so thin. But, despite that, I don't regret purchasing this ring. I would buy other pieces of jewelry from Pompeii3. -

Wow where do I start, from start to finish pompeii3 was professional and went above and beyond for me, they kept me in the loop about the entire process and delivered on time and my ring I get compliments everywhere I go. I just purchased some earrings and will be purchasing two more rings and two tennis bracelets. This is by far the best to ever do it. -

Better than I expected!
I've read mixed reviews about this site but decided to give it a try. I'm blown away by the quality and appearance of this ring. I didn't give it to her yet but I know she will be very happy. The color, clarity and appearance are just 10/10. I'm very pleased with the deal and what I got. I urge anyone on the fence to give Pompeii3 a chance. I'm very happy I did. The pictures don't do this ring justice. It's incredible in person but I figured I'd include pictures anyway. -

I ordered this ring in gold tone. I thought the setting was a little small at first but after wearing the ring for a few days, I do not think it is. A larger setting would distract from the beauty of the diamond. I have nothing negative to say about this ring or customer service. -

Very cute bezel style geometric design diamond pendant. It faces up larger than it looks, and is more unique than the usual round bezel. The chain is very thin, but if you take it off for sleeping, showering, etc., it should be no issue. Good price on sale. -

Beautiful diamond ring! An absolute value for a 6ct Black Diamond. Yes it is an I2,I3 but it’s also a black diamond and you can’t see through it anyway. Besides the inclusions are how you know they are real diamonds from the earth, and not this man-made stuff they are peddling as real. -

These earrings are 2 carats of absolute beauty. They constantly sparkle with color and light. The stones are large and clear, with the clarity and color both rated very high. They would normally sell for much more than they are priced if they were not lab diamonds. Lab diamonds are chemically the very same, they’re just more ethically sourced. 40th wedding anniversary
Ok, here we go. I had my eyes on this ring for 3 yrs. Waiting for my wedding. Finally, I ordered my ring and when it came in, it was a lot lighter than the pictures, it was pretty but not the color i wanted. But... Pompeii3 made it right. They let me send the ring back and they changed out the stone to a darker stone. Even though they didn't have a 2ct dark blue round diamond available like the pictures, they let me wait till they got the new order of diamonds to see if one of them was to my liking . When the new diamonds came in there still wasn't one dark enough for my liking. So they compromised and gave me a 2ct dark oval diamond. So they made it right for me. I've wanted this ring for a long time and I wanted the color to match my husbands diamond in his ring. Thank you Pompeii3 for making it right. I love it. -

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this ring; it's beautiful. I am returning it though because it fit really snug (my finger measures a 6.5 but maybe the sizing runs a little small?) and because it's thinner (2mm) than I wanted. Beautiful Stone
The stone itself is beautiful, however within 2 hours of wearing the prongs on setting broke. I took it to a jeweler and having it reset in a different setting. So beware of having to pay more money on a different setting, it seems to be the norm with the reviews I’ve read. -

Totally worth it
I ordered my ring over a holiday weekend and it still arrived on time. Its perfect and i was afraid it could be crap but its legit.. And came with the free appraisal. I read the negative reviews, its clear to me you dont read or understand this is a 30 year old family business that hand makes rings. Its legitimate and the quality of my ring is the lowest and it shines so bright. Stamped 14k as well. I have looked up and down to see if my ring beats the competition and it does every time. -

I have never experienced any problems with Pompeii3 and I've already placed three orders with them! The customer service is exceptional and shipping is fast and quality of diamonds are great! Well, I was shopping for an anniversary ring to celebrate XXX years of marriage. The wifey has chosen a ring by Marco Bicego, which I ordered promtly from Neiman Marcus. It was lovely, but it needed a mate with some sparcle... I shopped around, and found Pompei store web site, which had a nice selection of anniversary bands. I called and chatted with a lovely lady, Sonia, who was EXTREAMLY helpful, highly professional and offered few recommendations. I purchased an anniversary band, it took few days for the custom order to make and to arrive: it is absolutely perfect!!!
Thank you Ms. Sonya, and thank you Pompei to make our anniversary memorable. I recommend Pompei very highly and without reservation, give them a try, you shall not be dissapointed! -

I purchased the 1-kt white gold Forever Us ring from Amazon on Friday, 12/8, for my wife for Christmas. It is now 72 hours later, Mon, 12/11 and USPS just delivered it to my door. (WHOOSH, right?) I opened the parcel right away and examined the ring, and quite frankly, I'm amazed. Upon close examination using a magnifying glass, I find the lower shank of the ring, where all the wear occurs, to be very substantial, promising my wife many years of wear in the future. The setting is very well designed, with sturdy prongs, offering strong support for the 2 feature stones, as well as the 16 side stones. Each stone is securely mounted within its prongs evenly, and are all of good quality, color, and clarity. The feature diamonds match each other beautifully, giving the ring an overall look of high quality and good taste. The desire of the people at Pompeii 3 to deliver painstaking quality to their customers is evident in this piece. By the way, she gets it on Christmas Eve.
