Polonia was my venue Zacharys Red Barn preferred vendor and I am glad I went with them. The guests complimented the food. Fried chicken was so good. we also got pulled pork, grilled veggies, mac n cheese, mashed potato. We did buffet style. At the tasting we tried brisket going for a barn/rustic theme but the brisket is not the same you get with a BBQ place, good but not what we were looking for so we went with the pulled pork instead and that was really good!. Everyone loved the fried chicken. I used them for cake too, they sourced from a bakery nearby and the cake was awesome. Everything went smoothly since they know the venue too. Highly Recommend! -

Polonia catering was nothing short of amazing for our wedding. The various options available and services they provided made our day nothing short of perfect. The food and desert was delicious and one of the highlights our guests raved about. We also struggled hard to find someone to do our wedding cake but since we had such a good working experience with them, we entrusted for them to do our cake as well. Let me say first hand, it was the best decision. Not only did the cake designer capture our vision but was able to do what other bakeries said they couldn't. We came in with ideas but working with Mike made our experience less stressful as he was very accommodating and was able to work with us to see our vision from start to finish. Would highly recommend Polonia Catering for anyone looking for a stress free planning effort, delicious food, and various add-ons such a nitrogen infused ice-cream station, a Champaign or chocolate fountain, desert table, and many more fun exciting options to keep the party going. -

We did a buffet with Polonia, and everyone loved the food it was so good. They also did our wedding cake and cupcakes. A lots of cake flavor options and toppings for the cupcakes. Very easy to work with, I would use them again!! -

We had Mike and the team at Polonia cater our wedding on 9/6/19 and we could not have asked for a more perfect outcome. The food was delicious and all of our guests loved it. Mike was extremely responsive and informative throughout the entire process from prior to our first tasting up until the day of. The team provided set up and take down of tables and chairs at our venue on the day of which was huge and Mike was there on site the whole day and asked multiple times if we needed anything, including the smallest thing like a bottle of water before the ceremony, which was awesome. We also asked them to make us a cake last minute and sent them a picture of what we envisioned and it turned out spot on. If I could give Polonia 10 stars I would. Thank you Mike and the Polonia team for making the day perfect. -

I can't say enough about Polonia Catering, especially Mike. The food and service was amazing, but more than anything, Mike did everything, and I mean everything to insure the day went perfect. From proposals, calls, suggestions, service, and clean up, I would highly recommend Polonia. Food, service, staff was exceptional. Thanks for all your hard work. -

They let you create your event and support you every step of the way.
We had an outdoor Garden Party on June 30, 2018, 96 degrees, 100 guests.
We rented tent, table, chairs, bar & bartenders, coolers and a popcorn machine. Cold food was cold, hot food was hot!
The entire team at Polonia should be complimented for their professional service and warm caring style. -

Brian was great to work with and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The food was awesome! From the initial consultation, we loved everything and knew we had made a great choice. We went with the pasta bar as one of our main entrees and it was a big hit with all our guests. We are still getting comments about how it was the best wedding food anyone has had. Polonia catering did a great job and Brian and his team were a pleasure to work with. -

Beth Sent on 09/09/2011My husband and i are very picky eaters so we wanted a custom menu. we had a wish list a mile long with custom chef stations, pirogi, smoothies, beef sticks and fruit kabobs (and a ton more) and they were able to accommodate all of our requests! They were amazing!! All the food was delicious and the Nitro Ice Cream station- holy cow!!!! All of our guest were wowed by the food- i even had one family member say they felt like they were at "the royal wedding" with how great and entertaining the food was. I highly recommend the and they were really reasonably priced.
We had an issue with our decorators that effected a rental item we wanted from Polonia.
Polonia staff (Brian our coordinator) worked it out and had excellent customer service he went above and beyond even though it was the decorators fault.

Polonia was so great to work with! They were on the list of approved vendors with our wedding venue, and I'm so happy we went with them. Brian was the main contact and always took care of the questions or needs we had with our order. We went with heavy appetizers for our wedding event, and he had great advice for what to get and how much of it. On the day of the event, the Polonia staff were on time and professional throughout. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious and there was more than enough for all of the attendees! We got lots of compliments on the food and had plenty of leftovers following the event. Overall, I'd highly recommend working with Polonia. The only constructive feedback I have is that it sometimes took a while for them to get back via email - calling or setting up a time to come into their office was the most effective way to get responses quickly. I will definitely be working with Polonia for my future catering needs though!
