  Absolutley Amazing!

  The wedding experience we had at Point West was unbeatable! From the food, staff, flexibilty and catering to our needs, everything from start to finish was perfect. The accomodated everything we asked for while mainting integrity in their pricing. Couldnt have asked for a better wedding experience!\

  Westley Wedding

  As my wife Katherine and I were to discover, planning a wedding is a big undertaking and can quickly get out of hand with many details and expenses. It is crucial to find a venue with a coordinator who remains not only calm, but cheerful and excited, who brings ideas and suggestions while always incorporating your vision. To this end, Katherine and I were so pleased and happy with Pointe West and Russell Van Wyk.
  
  With a groom from Alaska and bride from Vero Beach, Russell was immediately excited for the wedding and had great ideas from our very first meeting. His enthusiasm coupled with his calm and friendly demeanor never conveyed stress or chaos but was always open to making anything possible. We left our first meeting with him and Pointe West knowing that we had found the right man for the job and were so impressed with the beautiful venue. This good feeling remained through our 6 months of planning. Russell was so easy to work with and knocked it out of the park with the tasting, showcasing the Pointe West’s chef’s excellent cuisine and interior dining room giving us a glimpse of what we could expect! He handled all of our questions and concerns masterfully to include a stress free set up for the big night. While every party has its hiccups, he remained cool and collected and provided us with a most wonderful night and party! The food, decorations, lighting, and service were all wonderful, and we are still getting compliments from our guests on just how gorgeous everything looked and what a special feel the party had! Russell and his staff also helped our friends and family break down the party in record time, returning all our decorations to us that same evening!
  
  Russell made this process that we were dreading fun and easy, and he and Pointe West gave us a first evening as husband and wife that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. We would wholeheartedly recommend Point West and Russell for anyone seeking a beautiful venue and easy planning process for your wedding. They will not let you down in securing a most memorable and enjoyable party!

  The Greatest Showman Wedding, 11/11/23

  Point West Country Club is a wonderful place for small and large celebrations. My daughter and son-in-law got married there to the theme of “The Greatest Showman” movie. This theme required many extra decorations, snacks prior to the wedding, which we referred to as the greatest show, and many other extras. The venue manager, Russell was very accommodating. He helped every step of the way, and even made suggestions to play towards the theme of the wedding. Russell was very accommodating to our wedding planner, Rosemery Hernandez, as well. They both worked exceptionally well together, and their collaboration made everything easier to pull all parts of this wedding theme, together. It was a lot of work for a small wedding of 50 people, yet it was done to perfection. It was better than my husband and I could imagine. We were brought to tears seeing how Russell, the venue manager and Rosemery, the wedding planner, designed the flowers, decorated the tables, the aisle which everyone walked, and moved the photo backdrops, from outside to inside the venue.
  The food was top notch at the Point West Country Club. It is rare to find such a place that provides exceptional food, and a wonderful accommodating venue manager, such as Russell to help with all details of an event, regardless of how challenging it may be. Russell is willing to go above and beyond!

  Russell and his team at Pointe West did an amazing job with our reception! The whole planning process was made so easy and seamless, everything was beautiful and the food was delicious. As the bride, it felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders whenever talking to Russell, as he made it so easy to plan our reception. His knowledge for other vendors were top notch.   Amazing expreience with Pointe West for my daughter's wedding

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everything at Pointe West was spectacular and beyond our expectations. Russell, our point of contact was amazing and beyond helpful. He helped with everything from suggesting great vendors, the menu, and ideas to make the receptions unique and fun. He was never too busy for us and responded quickly to our many questions. We will forever be grateful to Russell and Pointe West for giving us one of the most memorable evenings of our lives.

  The best venue on the treasure coast

  From the moment I met with Russell I knew I had chosen the right place for us. He has a great personality which helped put my mind at ease. He was always responsive to any calls or emails. On the day of our event, Russell, Kaitlyn and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. I trusted him to bring our vision to life and they delivered. Also, my guests were very happy with the food and drinks. Such a hidden gem! Can't thank them enough!

  Stress free professional and personal!

  Pointe West was the perfect venue for my wedding of 120 guests. From the very start, the Event Coordinator Russell, walked us through planning with ease. The facility was beautiful, the grounds offered a picturesque backdrop for the ceremony. The food choices were perfect and the accommodations truly made us feel like proud hosts. He greatest feedback came from our wedding guests. Everyone raved about the services provided and the care to details that was provided by Russell. The fees were very reasonable and the Event Coordinator worked within our personal priorities. Thank you Pointe West for making our lifetime memories beautiful.

  Dream wedding

  I could not say enough good things about Russell and his team. It was an absolute dream wedding. Russell is very patient and understanding of all my many questions. He was there through it all and made sure everything was just as I imagined it would be.

  The venue is amazing and a great value for the experience. Russell is wonderful, a gem to work with. I’ve been in the event business for a long time and his enthusiasm and confidence won me over instantly. He and his team executed my vision flawlessly. It was the best night of our lives. Friends and family have been texting and calling all week letting us know that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. The food was delicious, the drinks were consistent and the service was on point (pun intended 🤣)

  I’m speechless..absolutely speechless. I had my destination wedding here and it exceeded my expectations. Russell made my wedding even more beautiful than I had imagined! He was so attentive, supportive throughout the planning, and made sure everything went smoothly. Jackie, she helped make sure everything was perfect for us and the photographers out on the golf course during our photos. The kitchen did a phenomenal job on the entrees making sure they accommodated allergies for my guests. The waitstaff was extremely attentive and also made sure the guests with allergies were noticed so there were no mistakes. The bartenders did awesome on mine and my husband’s signature drinks, they were spot on! My guests were extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Pointe West Country Club for your weddings, you will not be disappointed!

  Pointe West staff is amazing and Russell is the best of the best event coordinator, who will walk you step by step of each detail. My vision came to life when I saw how good the staff set up our wedding with the details and attention to detail. The food was amazing and bartenders were top notch.   Totally enjoyable

  Russell from Point West coordinated a perfect wedding for my daughter, all the guests had a blast !!! the food was delicious and plenty of it. I have three daughters and they will all be getting married there!

  Our wedding could not have gone any more smoothly than it did and it was all thanks to the venue coordinator, Russell. He was phenomenal every step of the way and was amazing at replying to all of our messages whenever we had a question (and we had A LOT) and he was great at providing suggestion based on his past experiences working with other couples. I was planning most of my wedding remotely from 1,000 miles away and was stressing about a month before the big day but when I talked through all the details with the coordinator, he helped me realize there was nothing to worry about and that he would help make sure everything went smoothly, and that's exactly what he did! The venue is beautiful and feels very modern. All my other vendors had an easy time getting in touch with the venue and coordinating arrival/delivery/pick up times. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Pointe West for your next event.

  Russell and his staff literally did everything. He is the most pleasant, organized, and composed event coordinator I’ve ever worked with. He personally stayed on site throughout the entire event. The place was gorgeous, the staff amazing, and the food was incredible! We absolutely loved the flow of the room, with the bar, the outdoor patio, and the dining room tied together to keep our guest connected. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I honestly never dreamt that you could host a wedding reception with zero stress, but that’s exactly what they helped us to accomplish.

  Outstanding

  Outstanding is an understatement when it comes to describing my experience at Pointe West. We had my son's rehearsal dinner here and it was even better than expected. Russell is both helpful and professional and made the whole experience incredibly easy which made it that much more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, service exceptional and the atmosphere both relaxed and elegant. Highly recommend

  Pointe West Country Club as a wedding venue

  The staff at Pointe West did an excellent job. Everything ran smoothly, the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Any requests by our guests were satisfied with a smile. Food and Beverage manager Russell Van Wyk managed the event flawlessly and with great care. I would enthusiastically recommend Pointe West for weddings or other large group events.

Food and Beverage manager Russell Van Wyk managed the event flawlessly and with great care. I would enthusiastically recommend Pointe West for weddings or other large group events.

  Russell was incredible

  I can’t say enough amazing things about Russell. He made my wedding day more special than I had even planned on. Anything that I didn’t think of he had already. He was constantly taking care of something in the background and making sure everything was going smoothly and I can’t thank him enough for everything he did.

  Russell and the team were very easy to work with on the details of our big day. They were attentive to the details of the wedding setup and were very responsive to any changes or hurdles that came about. We used all of the recommendations that were given to us by Russell and our day turned out perfect.

  All around AMAZING!!

  The Pointe West staff was simply amazing!! They all went above and beyond to make our wedding special and made sure us and our guests were having fun, happy and well taken care of at all times!! From the beginning Russell & his team couldn’t be more helpful!! We knew leading up to the big day we would have nothing to worry about!! And we didn’t!!
