Deanna is an absolutely fantastic photographer, and so easy to work with. She photographed 2 events for us, both very different. I was pretty overwhelmed and didn't really provide much information or guidance, and Deanna intuitively photographed everything so perfectly. She is also a great communicator, and so reliable, so all coordination was so easy for me. We ordered every single photo because they were all perfect, and it was quite affordable! Thank you Deanna for being so amazing, we will always reach out to you for any events and photography in the future! -

Brent and I were married in June, 2023, in Mallette Park in Red River, New Mexico. We chose my Dad and Mom’s wedding anniversary date and time in honor of them, 69 years ago. The thunder roared and the rain came down, but Deanna made the best of our stormy wedding day and took beautiful photographs that will be awesome memories for a lifetime! Deanna found a penny on the ground and told us over and over that storms on wedding days are lucky! She was amazing and I would choose her again and again! -

We worked with Sarah for our wedding photos and she was so wonderful! She had a great personality and really made sure to capture the important shots as well as the specific things we requested. She always made sure we were in the best lighting and had a beautiful background. She was also really great with our young children and included them in a lot of our photos. She was really the cherry on top of our perfect wedding day. -

Deanna took lovely photographs of our Taos, NM elopement that we will treasure forever. Eloping away from home meant that our first time meeting her was at the ceremony, and she was immediately warm and friendly. She made us feel comfortable and I laughed more times than I can count. Deanna is great at what she does and is a joy to be around. -

We were referred to Deanna and her team by our officiant and we were/are so grateful for the recommendation.
They were prompt in their communication with us and really listened to our needs (outside ceremony, dislike of posed photos... my husband doesn't even like his picture taken normally! ;) ).
The photographer really took time to get great shots on the day (guiding us, but not posing us), was discreet during the ceremony and was a pleasure to work with.
They did a great job editing and we are happy with our digital package and prints.
We definitely recommend Poetic Images! We would work with them again! -

Elopement to Taos
We were married in Taos and were stunned by the beauty of our photographs! Each photo had a personal feel to it, and Deanna captured not only the joy we felt, but the beautiful scenery of our wedding venue. Also, she was so much fun to work with! Without reservation we can recommend Deanna.....She's really the best! -

Winter Wonderland Wedding
I wanted a winter wonderland wedding with mother nature as our decorator, but since it was just my husband and I eloping it was imperative that we had a photographer that would capture the raw beauty of it all. Poetic Images by Deanna was AMAZING. We have the most Stunning photos from our elopement - she captured everything we wanted and more. She was easy to work with and flexible. Also, the packing options were very affordable. I highly recommend Poetic Images by Deanna for your wedding photographer!
