Mario at PMV went ABOVE & BEYOND for us on our wedding day. We had a bit of a complicated itinerary between two hotels, an Airbnb and the actual venue. Between all five vehicles - a large bus and sprinter vans - our transportation for over 150+ guests was absolutely seamless. Not to mention - Mario was an absolute pleasure to work with. Responsive, organized and professional. He knew the area and guided us on the best logistics to make our day easy for all guests coming from afar. PMV limousine provided us amazing and reliable service on our special day! We had a smaller limo to transport groomsmen and then bridesmaids after, and then later had the bigger limo to leave the venue! It was down pouring when we left, but the workers helped us stay as dry as possible and still party it up on the way back to our hotel! No fuss, top notch service! -

Mario and his team were the absolute best from start to finish. He was very patient with us on all of our changes on our trips we needed, up to the week of. He took time while he was on his own vacation to call us the week of and go through every detail to make sure we had everything we needed. Needless to say, they delivered without a hiccup. My husband and I made a very last minute decision for our wedding in November 2023 to book shuttle transportation between our hotel and our venue. Mario at PMV Limousine was extremely accommodating and worked with us on a tight timeline to provide whatever he had available to us at a very reasonable price! The SUVs that we were provided were wonderfully clean and the drivers were great to work with as well. We’d highly recommend them based on their service alone!! Mario and his team are very easy to work with, they made transportation on our wedding day a breeze for everyone. They came recommended by the Holiday Inn Peekskill hotel where a good chunk of our guests were staying and we're so very glad we hired them. Drivers were on time & followed through with the schedule that we agreed ahead of time, all vehicles were on pristine condition (we hired a 55 passenger bus, 26 passenger shuttle, Cadillac 21 passenger limo, a Jaguar for the bride & groom) and communication was easy since day 1, we made changes to the contract along the way and that was also a breeze with them, 100% recommended.PMV Limousine Inc.'s reply:

We used PMV for our transportation at our wedding over the weekend and were so glad that we did. The service was responsive in the months leading up to the event and worked with us as we revised our plans. We got the white Jaguar and the 20 person limo. The limo was so much fun with incredible doors that opened upwards.

PMV was incredible. Mario helped us book everything, he worked to accommodate our needs and budget and was incredible sweet and thoughtful throughout the whole process. On our big day Jeff was our driver and he blew us away with his charm, attentiveness, and care. He was so polite and kind that I wished we could've invited him to the reception! They even upgraded out limo vehicle to a larger one to accommodate our huge bridal party AND had champagne and red carpet service. We used PMV on our wedding day and they were great! Working with Mario was super easy as he was very responsive from the first time I reached out. He was willing to work around my budget and provide me with both a limo and coach bus at an affordable price. Both the limo and bus were perfectly on time and very clean. The drivers were professional and knew exactly what roads they could and couldn’t take (something that I’ve noticed has been an issue for some other friends).
My husband and I used the same limo at different times and my only critique was that the limo driver never put out a new bottle of champagne between the two trips. I highly recommend using PMV for all of your wedding day transportation needs.PMV Limousine Inc.'s reply:

I loved working with Mario from PMV! In many ways, he felt like my unofficial wedding planner because he has been around the business so long, he knew exactly what the process, timing, and transportation would all entail. When we switched the venue of our ceremony and had to change the times a bit, he was my first call for advice on the logistics of the day.
The day of the wedding, our limo driver, Marko, was on time, professional, and very cordial. He let me hook up my phone to the auxiliary cord in the limo to DJ and he even took some beautiful pictures of us!
The shuttle bus ended up not being big enough for everyone that was staying in the hotel (not my fault or PMV’s-a lot of the guests booked online instead of using the group code, so we had no record they were staying at the hotel and our number was off), but Mario and Marko talked me through a plan and a price that was fair for all.

PMV Limousine was outstanding! We hired them for our wedding on October 12 and Mario was amazing in helping us figure out the best way to get all of us to and from the venue without hurting our budget. This company really does care about their customers! Mario was always there to answer and questions and worked with us to make our transportation plan go as smoothly as possible!
Our driver, Mike, did phenomenal- our wedding party is one of a kind and he made us feel so comfortable and got us to and from in style!! He was punctual, professional and very kind.

Using PMV Limousine for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! Mario was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. We used a large shuttle to bring our bridal party from the Holiday Inn to Hollow Brook Golf Club and then to make a second run from the hotel to the venue with our guests. The shuttle arrived early so that if it rained, we would be able to skip the park outside of the hotel and go straight to the venue. For the return trip, we had the large shuttle plus a smaller one so that everyone could leave at the same time. Everything was absolutely flawless! Mario is going to try and tell you I’m here to damage PMV’s reputation…. I’m not. I’m simply here to tell you my experience with the company… it was not a good one…book them at your own risk.. Our limo never showed up at the end of our wedding night… when we called to find out what was going on, Mario claimed the driver got a flat and sent an employee that was busy babysitting her grand kids in a regular car to pick us up. No one even called us to let us know what was going on. Had we not called to inquire, no one would have even known we were waiting nearly an hour. He then refused to give us a decent refund for the limo that never came.. he argued with me, and basically told me I shouldn’t be upset since I already got married last year during the pandemic lock down…how insensitive can you be??? I told the lady during our pick up that it’s ok, because I didn’t want to ruin our wedding night…but deep down I was extremely disappointed. Whether I got married previously or not is absolutely none of Mario’s concern and should not affect the expectation for good service! He also accused me of trying to muscle money out of him when I told him 100 dollars was not an adequate refund amount on a 2500 dollar bill. Claiming he only charged 150 for the return trip....conveniently he only reveals this information when I'm asking for a refund. He even went as far as to say I'm trying to extort him when I said $300 would have been reasonable. Mind you, he asked me what I expected as compensation. I never threatened to NOT write a review in exchange for the money… the reviews were coming one way or the other as I intended to review ALL of my vendors. He also accused me of not tipping my drivers.., now in my experience you usually give a tip at the END of a service.. that end never came. What he doesn’t tell you when he books you, is that he borrows limos from other companies when he doesn’t have availability for your day so he can still take your money. I realized this when the limos we received earlier in the day were from a completely different company. I believe Mario overbooked us and forgot about us.. now he doesn’t want to own up to his mistake. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. I could not believe the way he spoke to me. You’ll see from his very lengthy response to this he’s very childish and his ego got the best of him. Would never recommend. He tried to say a no show was a "minor issue" I think not.PMV Limousine Inc.'s reply:
Leah Huie will try and write here that she is not trying to ruin our reputation but she hasn't stopped writing reviews everywhere she can just a few days after being married. Can you imagine that? She just was married 4 days ago and this is all she has been doing. Goes to show where her mindset is. She should be focusing on having a wonderful time with her husband but instead has been at her computer non stop for days for $200. I feel very bad for her. I really do.
Now let me make you all aware of what happened. Leah reserved a shuttle bus and 2 limousines for her wedding. Everything went as smooth as it could have without any issues. She failed to mention that to you. She is correct though that the limousines were from another company that we work with and the reason for that was because when she called our office all of our limousines were already reserved but I knew the other two were available from the other company. I reserved the wedding for her because she was extremely frustrated because she couldn't find availability with anyone and I could hear it in her voice. So I wanted to help her and put her mind at ease and get this taken care of for her. It has absolutely nothing to do with money because obviously she isn't aware that the other company has to be paid so I gave her the limousines at the cost that the other company wanted. I did not make a dime from those limos but again, it didn't matter. I knew I was making someone happy and that's all that was important considering she called two months prior to her wedding when others call a year prior to their wedding. That would explain why she couldn't find anything. So again, she failed to mention that the day was flawless. What she is referring to is at the very end of her reception when it was all over and she was waiting for the limousine to go back to the hotel. The shuttle was bus was to leave the venue at 9:00 pm. That bus didn't leave until 9:32 pm. She should have been charged $225 for that but again, I was being nice and didn't charge her. But she didn't tell you that either. She had the nerve to tell me that we should have left and the rest of the guests would have taken Uber rides to the hotel. Really? Can you imagine had we left? The limousine she was waiting for had a flat and the driver had no cell service and was in a "dead zone" which is why I wasn't aware of what happened which is why she didn't receive a call because I just didn't know. The driver was finally able to call and told me that he wouldn't be at her location for about another 30 minutes. I called this individual back immediately and told her that I would send the bus back to her but that it would be a while as well because it left the venue late. I apologized to her several times and every time she said it was ok, no problem. I then called her back and told her that I had someone closer to her and that it would be just a few minutes. The driver I called was not working and was not formerly dressed. She was actually off and was babysitting but I didn't care at that point because my only concern was to have this individual picked up immediately and taken back to her hotel. She was happy with that and thanked me after I apologized again. It appeared to the driver that she really didn't care about what happened because she told the driver that it really didn't matter, that she didn't need a limousine and that she was already married and was just going through the motions. Those were her words. Not my drivers nor mine. They were hers. She is correct though that it is absolutely not my concern at all but she mentioned it, not I, so why would she tell the driver if it wasn't anyone's concern. She did so because she really didn't care and is after money and that's it. This individual called me the following day, Sunday 8/29/21 and was a completely different person. She was extremely disrespectful, cursed at me and threatened that if I didn't give her $300 she was going to write a negative review. I then told her that she had every right to write a review and that I would respond here and elsewhere but I will not be extorted into refunding her $300 for a job that I charged her $150. She was charged $2,500 for the entire wedding including the pick up at the end. She was charged $900 for the limos that should have cost $1,300 so I already saved her $400. She was then charged $1,200 for the bus. Total $2,100. She was charged $150 for the pick up so her total is now $2,250. Then there was $250 in fuel for all of the vehicles. Her entire package should have cost her more but I did this to try and make her happy. This individual demanded that I refund her $300 for a job that she only paid $150 for. I did not charge her the regular rate for the limos, did not charge her $225 for the 32 minutes that the bus waited and oh, did not charge her 20% ($590) for the gratuity she never gave the drivers. Now she'll want you to believe that she intended on giving the drivers the gratuity but that is a flat out lie and here's why. This individual told my limo driver when he dropped her off that she had no cash on her and that she was going to give the gratuity to the bus driver. He called me immediately and told me to call the bus driver and make sure he collected the gratuity. No one else made that up. This is what she told the driver. The bus driver called me in the evening and told me that the bride never approached him with the gratuity. So therefore she never gave a gratuity to any of the three drivers. Here's another reason why she's lying. She never intended on getting on the bus at all so why would she tell the limo driver that she will give it to him and not to the limo driver that was picking her up? Because she never intended on doing it, that's why. When I spoke with her a day or two prior to her wedding we went over the itinerary completely and at the end of the conversation I reminded her that the rate did not include the gratuity and she told me she knew and that she was going to take care of it. That was a lie. But I'll give it to her that she stated in her experience she provides the tip at the end. I'll give that to her. But the end for the two limousine drivers was several hours earlier. Why did she not give a gratuity to them when that was the end for them? Because she never intended to.
Now please don't misunderstand me at all. I felt horrible for what occurred and did whatever I could do to get it fixed immediately which I did. I immediately refunded her $100 of the $150 she paid but that wasn't good enough. She demanded $300. I asked her to tell me what she was looking for because I wanted to see if she was going to be realistic and obviously she wasn't. She demanded the $300. I understand if people over spend their budget and just don't have it. I get it 100%. But be honest and tell me that and I'll take care of it. She says I have an ego and am childish but look who is taking the time out of their marriage week to write three reviews. I am only responding to her reviews because I have to protect my business from lies and will not be extorted by anyone. She should be ashamed of her behavior and cursing at me and she should not threaten me with the use of a computer in order to get what she wants. Finally, just wanted to remind you all that this is all because of what occurred at the very end of a beautiful day with no issues at all. This is what she will remember and not the two limos and the bus doing everything they were asked to do without one penny of a gratuity. NOT ONE CENT. She should be embarrassed but probably isn't. You can see from all of our other reviews we do a very good job and hundreds of people are happy with our service. This individual made a tremendous deal because she was refunded $100 and not the $300 she demanded and maybe it was a big deal for her but to attempt to destroy me with the review and a 1 Star rating is a joke and obviously you all can see what she's after. It's as if the transportation that occurred earlier never happened and it was horrible which, it wasn't.
