Working with them was so great! I reached out to them A COUPLE DAYS before my Sept 23rd wedding and they *pulled through* for me. They were so quick to respond, made it so easy to book, and were really accommodating. I had gotten bridal hair, MIL hair, and 4 bridesmaids hair done (booked at the very last minute). They didn't even charge me a fee for booking on such short notice!
Valorie was laughing and joking around with us the whole time which made me so relaxed before my wedding (such an appreciated and priceless experience). I had no idea how to do my hair, but she got really creative and combined a couple different hairstyles that I had been considering and I absolutely loved the result!
I have a lot of thick, heavy hair (like... a lot), and some of my bridesmaids have hair that hates to hold a curl- she was able to work so well with all of it. Every time my bridesmaids caught a glimpse of themselves they said they felt like total babes. May remarry my hubby again next year just so I can have PLC & Valorie get me all dolled up againPLC Mobile Beauty's reply:

Pauline and her team at PLC went above and beyond my wildest dreams during both my makeup trial and on wedding day! During my trial, Pauline expertly did my makeup and hair to match my skin tone and the 2 different outfits I’d be wearing on wedding day (1 red and 1 white). She let me try 3 different hair styles and gave advice on how we could change both makeup and hair after the ceremony for a “2nd look.”
Come wedding day, I was a bit nervous and behind on my morning schedule, so Pauline took charge by rearranging the bridesmaid / MOB / MOG timelines to give me time to relax and get ready for my glam. She did such a great job squeezing multiple hair & makeup needs into our timeline, transporting from our hotel getting ready space to the venue, then picking right back up with touch ups until the ceremony.
My favorite part of working with Pauline and her team was their flexibility. Pauline stayed multiple hours later than we initially discussed to help accommodate my 2nd look, and she even helped me bustle my dress! She truly is the best hair/makeup artist and wedding day supporter you could have in your court. Not only did my makeup & hair last until 2am, but I felt relaxed and taken care of through the whole process of working with Pauline.

Pauline is wonderful to work with, friendly, easygoing, and down to earth. I am so happy I found her to do my wedding makeup, she did an amazing job! With her help, I felt beautiful and confident on my special day. Even though I had my hair and makeup done fairly early in the day for an evening wedding, everything looked great through the end of the night. Communication before and on the day of the wedding was spot on, it was so nice not to worry about another thing when I already had lots going on. PLC Mobile Beauty was Fantastamazing! From the beginning, Pauline was awesome! She was upfront on all costs, and scheduling trials and day of was a breeze. Pauline sent a timeline of day of, which was perfect, and she gave suggestions on how to fit everyone in by the time we needed to head to the venue. Her magician, Valerie was nothing short of amazing! Valerie was laid back and chill, but VERY knowledgeable and SO personable! Pauline was truly amazing since I met her! For my bridal makeup trial I instantly loved her and she made me feel at ease. I was hesitant about my makeup being done because I personally don’t know how to do makeup and was terrified of not looking like myself for my wedding but somehow Pauline truly had a magic wand and made my makeup look AMAZING AND FLAWLESS! My hair was picture perfect to go with my amazing makeup and she truly exceeded any expectations I had. I think she even made me look better than the inspo pictures I showed her which I didn’t think could be possible! She was friendly and very easy to talk to, laugh with and made me feel very special on such a special day for me. I highly recommended her to 2 of my bridesmaids and they were obsessed with their hair and makeup as well! She truly went above and beyond, made me feel beautiful and I can’t even express my gratitude towards how much I appreciate her and loved my hair and makeup! -

Pauline was one of the BEST vendors of my entire wedding! She was extremely easy to communicate with and did an absolute beautiful job on my wedding make up! Her team also did my mom's and mother-in-law's hair and make up and also my bridesmaids and everyone was so happy with how their hair/make up looked. Pauline and her team did such an amazing job for me. I have red hair and freckles and don’t always trust people to do my makeup. But after my trial I was sooooo relieved I found someone who was able to help me look like myself but also look glam! Her and two assistants did hair and makeup for myself, 7 bridesmaids, and two moms! Plus, she went above and beyond to help calm me down before waking down the aisle. She was so fun to be around and fed off the energy in the bridal suite well! She was flexible with my 11 bridesmaids and never seemed stressed or overwhelmed. Pauline was amazing. She was prompt and flexible with her setup. I showed her where I had imagined getting ready, and she worked with the space to make it happen. She asked me about my makeup preferences and told me exactly what she was doing as she went. I was a little nervous because I don't wear much makeup on a daily basis, but she assured me it would set in, and it did! It was absolutely beautiful. On top of that, she even turned on music when she sensed that I was getting nervous about the day. Additionally, my hair was exactly what I had imagined. So beautiful. AND, both my hair and makeup lasted the entire day. Our guests kept remarking on how well both were holding up throughout the day. Overall, I can't recommend her enough!!PLC Mobile Beauty's reply:

I found Pauline through Wedding Wire, she was very friendly and was fast to respond. I did not have time to do a trial with her, so I was a bit nervous. However I had pictures of what I wanted for both hair and make up. She was punctual the day of the wedding, was easy to work with, open to ideas, once she was done with my hair and make up I was extremely satisfied! LOVE Pauline!
My daughter and I both had our hair done for my wedding on 12/30 I had met with PLC the Sunday before to do a trial run and I am so happy I did, Pauline took her time and we experimented with many different hairstyles until I found the one I loved!!! On the day of my wedding Pauline was amazing and we had so much fun with her and our hair was gorgeous!! Pauline and Coco made everyone in our wedding feel beautiful, from the Bride, to Memaw. My sister (bride) and I (MOH) have super long, thick hair and Pauline was able to tackle it and create perfect updo's for us that held all night long.

Pauline was wonderful to work with in helping create a timeline for all 8 of us to get ready. It was so convenient to have the hair stylist and makeup artists come to our location. Olivia was the lead and she did my hair and makeup and she did an absolutely wonderful job. We also had Chris as second hair stylist and Natalie doing makeup. They all did a wonderful job and I couldn't recommend the services highly enough!

She was so sweet and did an amazing job on each and every one of us! All of my bridesmaids and my mother were genuinely so very happy with their hair/make up. I contacted PLC and had a trial run a couple of months before my wedding. Olivia Lovely was my stylist and she was great. I was able to show her hair styles I liked and talked to her about how I wanted my makeup. I was happy with the trial and happy the day of the wedding. It was nice to be pampered and not have to worry that I might have a bad hair day. I love that Olivia came to my mom's house the morning of the wedding. One less thing for me to worry about. If you are thinking of NOT having your hair and makeup professionally done, I would re-think that. I would recommend Olivia and PLC Mobile Beauty for your hair for your wedding day. I would not recommend them for makeup. This is disappointing as I had really high hopes for both based on all of the reviews here, and the two trials I had.
My first trial was with Olivia and it was a mess, but they did offer a second free trial to get closer what I wanted. On the actual wedding day, they gave me a mix of the two trials for my makeup and recreated the hairstyle she nailed from my second trial. I was mostly happy with my makeup and very happy with my hair, but I was assured she would stay for touchups right before my first touch and photos and would be giving me a small kit for touchups myself (like for lipstick) after she had left. But what happened was she finished, then gave her tip so I wouldn't forget, went to the bathroom, and when I came back she had bolted. She did not leave a kit, and left hours before photos happened so my bridesmaids had to redo a lot of my hair and makeup as it worn off in the hours between getting it done and my ceremony. Since I didn't bring the right color lipstick nor did my bridesmaids as were told we would be given touch up kits, we're all wearing half done makeup! Which is not what I paid for - it really did feel as soon as they got their tip, Olivia bolted.
The stylist Marisol for my bridesmaids/MOB did frankly not a great job on them - I asked for a soft glam for them, with their input to emphasize their best features. Instead I got a no-makeup look for all of them - since she put false eyelashes on none of them and Olivia putting them on me, I look weird in comparison. Not really the adjective I want to think of for myself on my wedding day. She preemptively showed us her Venmo for a tip, and then bolted as well.
Even though I never met, I also had several issues with Pauline. First off, during planning, she seemed very confused on the timeline my planner and I wanted. My ceremony was at 3:30, with family photos and a first touch beforehand (at 2:15). She kept trying to give us schedules where I would finish last out of everyone, and be done at 3:30pm. It took multiple email and phone conversations, and finally my planner just made her own schedule. On the wedding day. she gave each specific stylist an old schedule, so they were working off of a schedule my planner, vendors, bridal party, family, and myself were not using. But since they were the first vendors there, that was the one everyone started going off of because they kept saying we were late. It caused many cascading issues and stress on my wedding day. Part of this was also because Olivia was late to set up - since it was an early time (6am) in a cabin where the bedrooms are far away from the front door, I put up a post it asking her to call when she got here. Instead she just sat there until my MOH showed up and she called me, which Olivia had ignored. Or maybe she didn't see my post it? Either way, she did have my number so it was odd!
It was a decent price for makeup, not worth it for the bridesmaids, but it was disappointing for the makeup. I DO want to note that I LOVED my hair, and Olivia did a good job on the bridesmaids hair. So I'd give Olivia more stars than Marisol. I would recommend Olivia, but only if you just give Pauline a schedule of your own and confirm Olivia has the right schedule! -
