Karen was our driver and she was phenomenal!! She welcomed us all aboard and even brought out a small cooler of waters while we were getting pictures! It was a hot day, and she made sure we were all comfortable! Thank you for getting us from location to location safely and providing such a fun atmosphere!!! -

Awesome, bus was great.
As always Platinum Transportation supplied us with an awesome party bus for our 2024 new years pub crawl.
Driver Dan was excellent, on time and professional.
We will definitely be using them for our next outing. Thank you for another great trip.

Always an amazing experience!
5 years and counting! We use Platinum Transportation every year for our Christmas Lights Tour and Bar Hop and they are always a joy to work with! The busses are always clean and pricing is reasonable. Meghan is very helpful and responds fast when it comes to picking a bus and booking it. This year we had Lynn for our driver and she was amazing! Her communication from start to finish was on point which is very important when managing a group of 40 people. Whether a town car to get around or the big boy coach liner, I would use Platinum Transportation every time! -

Platinum transportation was so easy to work with during our wedding planning process. They were quick to respond and made me feel confident about the transportation for our wedding day. We booked the 38 Luxe and the bus was spacious and very clean. The stereo quality was great and the bar on the bus added a fun touch for our guests. The bathroom was clean and it was such a nice feature and much needed for the amount of time we spent on the bus. We had an AMAZING driver, Karen. She was so sweet and professional, I just met her and I felt like she genuinely cared about making my wedding day special and run smoothly. I would 100% book them again and recommend Platinum Transportation to a friend!! Next time I book, I will be requesting Karen! -

We booked the 44 person bus for our wedding day and it was perfect! We only had 32 people on it + coolers and we had room to dance, sit, spread out and hang out. Several people used the on board bathroom and we also liked the bar area in the bus, the small booth table, and the back of the bus section that was slightly raised and was like a large booth with no table. We put some coolers in the bath and some in the bar area. Our driver, Brian, was great. He knew exactly where to go when giving him names and locations. He helped us arrive to everywhere on time and kept the bus at a great temperature. I was very impressed with the way he was able to move around this large bus; parking on busy streets and small and narrow streets. The music worked well and had great audio qualities. The company itself was also great to work with. They allowed us to move our wedding date 3 times because of Covid with no extra fees and they confirmed often and would respond to my emails quickly and friendly. I would highly recommend this bus, the company, and Brian! -

I would highly recommend Platinum Transportation! Brad the owner and Lisa, their booking coordinator were amazing to work with. We rented the 22 passenger bus for our wedding day transportation. We had the bus running before the ceremony for guests and after the reception for our after party. Our guest raved about the bus! The booking process with Lisa was a breeze! She explained every part of the contract and helped make suggestions for the time block to help your day run even smoother. Our driver was Sam and he was the BEST! I would recommend Platinum Transportation to any engaged couple for their wedding day, bachelor/bachelorette parties or for anything transportation needs! -

Everything was so easy to book and very clear expectations were set. We all had a great time! Bus had great AC (important!), was very clean, and the driver was safe. Couldn't ask for anything more! -

I used this company for my wedding, we had a bus for the wedding party and also did a shuttle bus for guests to get to and from their hotel and reception venue. Each driver we had was on time and were awesome! They were so laid back, we are quite a rowdy group, but they were jut so easy going. I worked with Stephanie from the very beginning and she was always there to answer any of my questions, and I asked a ton! She was so wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing this type of service! They went above and beyond for us!
