  Yes, yes! So excited to have hired this husband and wife team with so much dedication. Was promised 800 photos and they delivered us more than 1000 pictures. Love the flash drives, what better way to keep them nice and safe, will definitely recommend Platinum Production!

  Overall a wonderful experience!

  We had a wonderful time with these two photographers, and lots of laughs along the way. They captured every moment I wanted, and more. The quality of the photos were amazing well! I highly recommend! I did video and pictures

  Gift of a lifetime

  I'm late to write this review but my husband and I got married Nov 2019. My wedding coordinator helped me find them within 3 months of my wedding. Luis was so responsive and helpful. He even helped design a package just for us. Amazing price! We only did video but I regret not having them as our photographer as well. The day of the wedding Luis was on time and very professional. He captured amazing footage. Our wedding video was ready so fast! When I first watched it I cried it was so beautiful!! I still cry every time I watch it! Have no doubt this is THE BEST company out there!

  Made an amazing day unforgettable

  The Platinum team was responsive every step of the way and was also incredibly flexible when we needed to meet to discuss specifics. The day of the wedding, they were well-organized and worked with both me and my wife to take the photos that we wanted. We delivered a list of "must-have" shots to them a few weeks before the wedding, and they were all taken.
  
  We received our photos and video two weeks later, which was an amazing turnaround time. They provided a link that was easy to access for the photos, as well as a Youtube link for the video. We are looking forward to the hard-copy (USB) of the photos and videos. We cannot recommend Platinum Productions enough for anyone looking for photo/video services in the San Antonio area.

  So happy we found this great team....

  Our wedding date came up so fast. We did not have a videographer muchness a photographer one month before our wedding. Thanks to Platinum Production and his team, we were able to book them for both at such an amazing price. Luis and his team exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with his team and work, both photos and video!

  Definatley recommend this company to anyone wanting get both the quality and the low price. We are so glad and happy for the work they have turned in. We received a beautiful flash drive in a nice wooden box within three weeks after our wedding.

  I dont normally write reviews, but Luis and his team was tremendously very professional from the moment we contacted him. Communicated very well since day one. We have nothing but the best to say about his charisma and overall great experience we had with him. Our wedding was not big with only a few people but his video was very well done.   Hired Luis and Rosaura for our wedding in San Antonio, TX. Very happy we hired them for videography. The video was magical. We were skeptical at first but afterwards we are very happy we chose Luis. Will definately recommend him to all our friends. Thank you so much

  Luis was woundeful thru the whole process. We booked him for our beach wedding and he was very professional and communicate well. He was on time and took amazing pictures. He listen to everything we wanted. We received preview of the pictures the next day. I would recommend him anytime!

  They did a great job winging my photos.

  So in the hustle and bustle of planning a weekday wedding in less than 3 months I forgot to pick out photo poses I wanted to do for our wedding day. Either way they did a good job taking pics of the details, helping us come up with poses and they were on time. The video was beautiful it made everyone who saw it cry. The only complaint I have is a picture that would have been stunning is kinda comical now because there is a giant Amazon box in the back. I just dont understand why they couldnt move the box out of the picture. Either way I'm satisfied.

  These vendors never responded to my messages after COVID hit pretty hard. Then I saw on WeddingWire and Facebook that they were paid in full and yet did not show up to many weddings that they were hired for. Luckily, I tried to contact them before my wedding and they never responded. I reported them to the police and filed a report. They said there was nothing much that they could do cause the contract said that the deposit was nonrefundable (luckily I hadn't paid them in full yet). But I thought that was BS because it wasnt me backing out of the contract, it was them so I deserve my deposit back. Luckily I paid through PayPal and I filed to get my money back immediately since they were intending on not following through with their side of their deal.
