The Platinum team was responsive every step of the way and was also incredibly flexible when we needed to meet to discuss specifics. The day of the wedding, they were well-organized and worked with both me and my wife to take the photos that we wanted. We delivered a list of "must-have" shots to them a few weeks before the wedding, and they were all taken.
We received our photos and video two weeks later, which was an amazing turnaround time. They provided a link that was easy to access for the photos, as well as a Youtube link for the video. We are looking forward to the hard-copy (USB) of the photos and videos. We cannot recommend Platinum Productions enough for anyone looking for photo/video services in the San Antonio area. -

My husband and I are very pleased with the service that they provided. From the photos to the video to the skills they have. We got married on a Saturday and within the following Friday, they gave us a call that the video was done. Very beautiful emotions captured in the video and the quality was great. Thank you. So in the hustle and bustle of planning a weekday wedding in less than 3 months I forgot to pick out photo poses I wanted to do for our wedding day. Either way they did a good job taking pics of the details, helping us come up with poses and they were on time. The video was beautiful it made everyone who saw it cry. The only complaint I have is a picture that would have been stunning is kinda comical now because there is a giant Amazon box in the back. I just dont understand why they couldnt move the box out of the picture. Either way I'm satisfied. -

These vendors never responded to my messages after COVID hit pretty hard. Then I saw on WeddingWire and Facebook that they were paid in full and yet did not show up to many weddings that they were hired for. Luckily, I tried to contact them before my wedding and they never responded. I reported them to the police and filed a report. They said there was nothing much that they could do cause the contract said that the deposit was nonrefundable (luckily I hadn't paid them in full yet). But I thought that was BS because it wasnt me backing out of the contract, it was them so I deserve my deposit back. Luckily I paid through PayPal and I filed to get my money back immediately since they were intending on not following through with their side of their deal.
