Platinum was the first and easiest vendor we booked in our wedding process. First, the booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward and their quote was the lowest we received. Two weeks before, the Platinum team called us to explain the entire process and confirm our pickup and arrival time, and process our payment. Rob, the driver, then called us and introduced himself and the vehicle. Speaking of the vehicle - just incredible. It was a 2023 purchase (we felt the first ones in it), and it had built-in speakers, coolers, and phone charger ports. Rob was incredibly kind and professional, and navigated our small residential streets with ease. I couldn't recommended Platinum enough. Just a great, respectful small business. It was our honor to use them for our big day.

Couldn’t have asked for more for our wedding!
Michelle drove our shuttle bus for our wedding and was outstanding. Super professional and very communicative throughout the evening. She made sure all our guests made it to and from the venue and was fantastic to work with. The team behind the scenes for booking was also phenomenal and we never once were stressed about transportation for our big day. Highly recommend Platinum and Michelle!

Such an easy company to work with. I was able to book my wedding shuttle bus efficiently and they even accommodated a little wiggle room for pick-up time!
Our driver, Michelle, was sooo amazing. She made sure all of our guests got to the venue on time and safely. We had the shuttle taking guests from the hotel to the venue (about a 5 min drive) and return back to the hotel. (4:45-midnight) We did have some guests leave the reception early and she was there, ready to take them back! The days after, I got so many compliments on how professional Michelle was.
The bus was clean and there are no complaints I could give! Thank you Michelle and Platinum Party Bus for providing a wonderful experience to myself and our guests!!!

Platinum was awesome to work with. Our bus was clean, new, great sound system, and fit our group perfectly. Max let us drop off water/bevs a week before the wedding so all of our drinks were on ice when we were picked up. This was a HUGE help since we didn't have to worry about it the day-of. Max was very responsive and friendly, and our driver Jerry was awesome, nice and helpful. Had such a great experience working with Platinum!

Excellent company to work with. I have used them twice for both my daughter's weddings, in both instances we needed two 56 passenger buses for our out of town guests.
The buses are new and very clean, the drivers are very professional and pleasant. The communication from initial contact to day of was excellent.
If you are looking for large passenger buses, this is the company to work with!
Prices are reasonable and vary based on season. Highly recommend.

Our driver Jerry was fantastic. He communicated well in advance and day-of for our wedding, and didn't have to ask any questions for where we were going or when since we'd already discussed it with him in advance. PPB was the one of the few things you don't need to stress about during your event. Clean Bus, on time, and you get more than you paid for. Our driver Steve killed it. Best choice for our daughter's wedding!
This is was the best choice of our daughter's wedding! From our first phone to the meeting the driver, our experience was excellent! They are professional and kind. The bud was beautiful! We played our own music which added to the ride. Our chauffeur, Ray, was fantastic and a gentleman but also ON TIME! Staying on schedule is key and Ray was early!! He made contact with us prior to the wedding. We loved that! He was always there to assist us on and off the bus with a hand and a smile! I would absolutely recommend Platinum Party Bus!

The best option in Cleveland
We hired platinum party bus for our wedding and had the shuttle from 3pm to get the bridal party to the venue until after midnight. Our driver, Allen, was flexible, timely, fun, and worked with our wedding planner seamlessly to make sure everyone got to and from the venue in the rain. He even went above and beyond to check the weather radar for us and fill us with hope. At the end of the night he checked in with us to make sure we weren't left at the venue. Leading up to the event, platinum party bus was super easy to book, communicate with, and answered any questions we had super quickly. Would use them over and over again for any event.

Definitely Use Platinum Party Bus for Your Wedding
Platinum Party Bus was recommended to us from friends who had gotten married prior to us and they were exceptional!
They were extremely helpful in choosing the right bus for our bridal party size, walking us through all of the amenities of the bus and setting up a payment schedule.
As we got closer to our wedding they reached out via phone to confirm our timeline and we’re willing to make adjustments at any time.
About one week from our wedding, Jospeh, our driver reached out and introduced himself.
On wedding day, Joseph was extremely punctual and helped our wedding day run according to our timeline. He helped load and unload decor from the bus and also greeted us with umbrellas as it rained on our wedding day.
We could not recommend Platinum Party Bus enough!

Great experience
Everything ran very smoothly and our driver, Steve was excellent! He made sure we had the correct itinerary and followed it exactly. The bus itself was clean and roomy and had ice to keep our drinks cold. Steve always made sure we had cold drinks ready. Highly recommend!

Rehearsal Dinner Transportation
Platinum Party Bus was an excellent company to work with! Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their vehicles are well maintained and very clean. Our driver, Ken, was so wonderful and attentive to detail. There was an issue with Ken's shuttle door and he quickly contacted Platinum to bring us another vehicle! Donny swooped in to save the day and delivered another shuttle. They were flexible with our schedule by picking up and delivering all of our guests in a safe and efficient manner. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing shuttle service. Thank you everyone at Platinum for making our rehearsal dinner event go so smoothly and thank you, Ken, for your wonderful service!

We used Platinum party bus for our entire wedding weekend (rehearsal and wedding day) and we have nothing but amazing things to say about both Ken and Raymond. They were not only professional and prompt, but they went above and beyond to make sure that they provided the absolute best service possible.
The buses were clean and beautiful with everything you could need on a party bus, their impeccable service was simply an added bonus.

This company was a dream to work with!!! Never had any issues they were incredible every step of the way!!! Michelle our driver for the Bridal party all day and also guest in the evening was just the most amazing. Wonderful Experience

Great experience for wedding shuttles!
Platnium party bud exceeded our expectations and provided excellent service for our wedding! We used 2 23-passenger shuttles and they were in excellent condition. The drivers were great, our guests commented on how friendly they were and even provided a cord so guests could play music.
The drivers provided their contact info prior to the event and ensured everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Platinum Party Bus was absolutely wonderful. Words cannot describe enough how great it was to work with them. Leading up to the event Dawn in the office was extremely responsive and helpful as we were getting everything booked and updating changes to the itinerary.
Rob, our driver was absolutely fantastic. Their communication ahead of the wedding and day of was absolutely great. Rob, was an absolute professional and extremely flexible and willing to help anyway that he was needed. Including a last minute add to take my sister in law to our house during the reception to let our dogs out. Absolute 5 stars across the board. They knocked it out of the park and we plan to use them in the future for group outings.

Platinum was by far the easiest vendor to work with on our wedding day.
The booking process was easy and smooth, Dawn was awesome to work with and any time we had to make an update or adjustment she was there with a smile to help.

Gary was our driver and he was absolutely incredible. He arrived early, was friendly and kind, and helped bring/arrange all of our drinks and items for the wedding onto the bus. We had multiple stops and we easily made our time. Gary was an awesome driver. The quality of this service cannot be overstated. We had a wonderful ride. We would definitely book with Gary again!

Platinum provided shuttle service from the wedding party and guests' hotel to and from the rehearsal dinner venue over a period of several hours. The service was prompt, and the shuttle bus was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. This was a great option because parking was scarce at the hotel and the restaurant. The communications with the company and with our driver were prompt and clear, and the driver was very courteous. I highly recommend Platinum Party Bus.

We used Platinum Party Bus to shuffle around my bridal party on our wedding day. Communication was great. We received information leading up to our event in a timely manner. Our driver reached out to introduce himself and provide his contact information. He then texted us while he was in route to pick us up and once he arrived. Our driver was Jim. He was very patient with us. Jim was wonderful- he was very kind and professional! Jim was also very flexible. We had some outdoor photo locations on the schedule but it started to rain so we changed course on him and went to a different location nearby until the rain stopped. He was so nice about us changing the route/schedule for the day due to rain. He helped all the ladies on/off the bus and gave us (Bride & Groom) many congratulations on our marriage. I definitely would recommend Platinum and Jim! I'm sure we will use this company again in the future.

Everything was great!
From booking to being dropped off, everything was fantastic! When I was booking the shuttle for our wedding, I was easily able to call in and be connected with someone to get their opinion and guidance on what I needed. On the day of my driver, Ken, kept in contact, was very prompt, and was incredibly professional. It rained on my wedding day but he walked with me carrying an umbrella to make sure I didn’t get rained on. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great Ride
Our driver Raymond was fantastic. He arrived early to pick us up and was very polite. We had full control of the Bluetooth for music and helped my wedding day go smoothly. Highly recommend Platinum Party Bus. Great set up

Wedding Reception Shuttle

Great Communication and Took Care of our Guests
We are so happy we chose Platinum Party Bus as our shuttle for guest transportation between the hotel and the zoo for our wedding. Our guests said Raymond was absolutely amazing! The zoo had some late/confusing tram issues and Raymond even waited a little later for our wedding guests to make sure everyone got home safely without worry. We appreciate you so much Raymond! Gary is the Best!
Gary was so sweet and a wonderful party bus driver for our wedding! He was so helpful keeping track of our stuff, getting to our destinations on time, even adding stops to our day as needed (coffee run and picking up mom/sister/niece from the hotel). I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a party bus for an event or wedding!

Best Party Bus Company Ever!
Allen P. was the best driver and Platinum Party Bus never disappoints! The bus was on time, the driver was professional, and everyone had a safe ride while celebrating the wedding. Their buses are clean, comfortable and not outdated. We got an email from our driver which included a picture and his cell number to contact him with any changes or questions. We knew we did not have to worry about our wedding day transportation when we hired Platinum Party Bus.

Best affordable transportation
Rob and Allen were the best! We had seamless transportation for our big day and could not be more grateful to Max's team for coordinating and helping get everyone to the proper destinations safely and promptly! Not only the best bang for our buck in terms of party buses that seat 16+ but the nicest people to work with! Our driver Rob went above and beyond for us in terms of locations, confirming inspo photo locations, and even lent us his wedding band when my now-husband forgot his for photos. I will definitely be using their services again. 10/10 recommend!

I booked Jerry as the chauffeur for my Bachelorette Party and then again for my Wedding! I only have good things to say about Platinum Party Bus. They were recommended to me by my sister-in-law who used them 2 years ago! Very responsive and very professional. He got us where we needed to go safely and he kept in communication with me before and during the events! He also arrived early which meant I didn't have to stress about our party bus being late which is nice when there are so many things to worry about on your wedding day. Platinum Party bus is truly a first class service for your special day! We had a fantastic experience with their company. They are organized, on-time, their busses are clean and spacious and their drivers are wonderful. David was our driver for our wedding and he was professional, friendly, and helped us get everywhere safely and on time with no issues! Great Bus and Great Driver
I used Platinum for my wedding Oct. 2021. Our driver Michele was perfect. She was on time, super professional, and made the experience fun and easy. Last minute changes to our itinerary were also no problem at all and she accommodated well. The 20-passenger bus itself was clean, spacious, and full of amenities. The speaker system was easy to connect to and the lighting and upholstery was beautiful. We will definitely use Platinum again in the future!
