I only have the best things to say about this salon. Don't think twice about booking here - I've been in 8 other weddings - nothing compares to this amazing experience. All of my bridesmaids, aunts, and mother-in-law raved about the friendly service, wonderful atmosphere, and stunning hair and makeup results.
As a bride planning a wedding two hours from home, I was nervous about trying a new salon on my big day. The Platinum team did everything from initial inquiry to day-of magic to make sure that my experience was flawless. This is the most organized salon - making it feel effortless to schedule 10 hair appointments and 8 makeup appointments. I told them that my most important goal was getting everyone in and out in a quick amount of time. They fit us into a 2.5 hour block which was amazing, as the thought of spending my wedding say in a salon was my worst nightmare. We arrived to champagne, bagels, and an adorable personalized sign.
I was a little (a lot) particular - I am not much of a makeup wearer so I felt stressed about achieving a natural look - but they reassured me, listened to me, made adjustments as needed, and most importantly - kept me on schedule. I almost didn't chose this salon at first because it was a little more expensive than other options, but their quick email responses and clear organization comforted me. Honestly - even as a bride on a budget - I would happily pay TWICE this amount because having such a sense of calm and comfort on my wedding morning was PRICELESS. -

Friendly and professional staff!!!
I had Gina and Kristen providing hair services and Tori providing makeup services. They are super nice and professional and gave the girls exactly what they wanted. We had girls who wanted all different styles and they pulled it off flawlessly! -

Platinum is AMAZING!
Platinum never fails to impress!! Ive been getting my hair done there for years and there’s was no other salon i would have wanted to use to prepare for my wedding! They made everything stress free and easy, and everyone looked AMAZING! Not to mention there were complimentary mimosas and snacks involved :) ! I highly recommend if your looking for a salon to prepare for a special event, or if you’re just looking for a salon in general! -
