Hire them!

Nicky & Liza literally saved my wedding day! They were professional, super nice, and efficient. I'm in love with my wedding video and highlight reel! My guests commented multiple times how they didn't even know they were once they watched the video back. I'm still waiting for my wedding photos to come back after a corrupted card BUT that's where Nicky & Liza really saved my day! As of right now, there video is the only photos I have of me and my bridesmaids in our dresses. If you're on the fence of hiring a videographer, don't be. HIRE THEM! I can't recommend them enough!!

Amazing Experience!!

I used Platinum Fire Productions services 2x
The first was for my wedding in sept. 2020 and the second time was for my anniversary party in Sept 2021. Both times were a great experience! They are alot of fun to work with and the final product ( photos and videography is wonderful)

They are a company ran by a husband and wife!!!
These two go above and beyond in their service. They care about their craft and are extremely professional.

Wedding: $2,500
I had no clue what I was doing but I knew that I wanted the day captured in photo and video.
They take the time to setup a timeline for my day which helped me tremendously and gave me an actual plan for how things would flow. This was a huge help. We discussed ahead of time certain photos that I wanted to take and I give them them ALL the credit in the world for being able to deal with a flustered stressed out Bride and some perhaps not so pleasant family members. It was great to have someone to capture all of the moments of the day. With COVID, I had to make drastic changes to my wedding day and they worked with me every step of the way and provided alot of support. They are so prepared! I forgot to bring a hanger to get shots of my dress, They had one on standby ready to go.

My photos turned out great and everyone loved the video!
This video is now of more importance then it was last year, because it contains footage of my step mother who passed in 2021.

While I was waiting for my finished video, my husband and I reminisced about our wedding day. Once we saw our video we realized that there was ALOT of stuff that we forgot about!

My package included: 1 photographer, 1 videographer. Multiple cameras during the ceremony. Live Streamed ceremony, photo album, video and Full Rights to all of my images.
This was extremely important to me. While I was doing my research I came across cheaper companies BUT they wanted to charge me for each individual photo. Platinum Fire Productions does not play these games! They give you all of your images and the turn around time is quick.

Reception:
$3,000
To celebrate our marriage we had a one year anniversary party. We had a photo session then proceeded to our party. They captured EVERYTHING!! They truly did an amazing job, I saw footage of myself and thought ,wow! I did t even realize they were filming me.

If you have room in your budget I highly suggest that everyone gets a videographer!

My reception package: private photo/video shoot
2 photographers and 2 videographer at the party, couple interview, family interview, highlight video, full length video, photobooth, and all photos!!!

Would Highly Recommend

I was very pleased with the level of communication leading up to the wedding. With the lock-down and the uncertainty of whether the wedding would be able to proceed, Liza and Nicky were always responsive, flexible, and very informative! The videographer was very professional, captured everything we hoped he would, all the while being barley noticeable.

Great Videographer and Super Nice

We were very unsure of what to expect from a videographer. They were very nice and video chatted to answer all questions. Any time I email, they were always very quick to respond. They also made it clear that they are their to make it easier for us and they would coordinate with all other vendors. They are so very nice!! Definitely recommend them!

Nicky was amazing!

We didn't want a videographer that would be in everyone's way or bothering guests with a camera in their face while eating dinner or having fun...and Nicky was perfect! He was there early to shoot the venue and stayed until very late catching all the fun on the dance floor...he captured our day without anyone even realizing he was there, which was perfect for us!

Great videographer

We used Platinum Fire as our videographer for our wedding. They did a fantastic job and we love our wedding video. They were able to record our ceremony and reception without being in the way so that was a plus!

Excellent experience

Kelly and I were impressed with the attentiveness of the Platinum Safety team from start to finish. They were very professional and the photo selections they made were tremendous and will help make our special day even more special as we reflect on it through the beautiful photos and video they took for the occasion. The custom album they made is a beautiful thoughtful reminder of our day. We would recommend Platinum Fire without hesitation!

Beautiful Traditional Photos

We we're introduced to Platinum Fire Productions from being in a friends wedding. We we're looking for traditional wedding photos at a price within our budget. Liza and Nicki are professional, flexible, and organized. They were open to all of our photo and video needs and wanted them to be exactly what we wanted. Liza kept the pace of our photo session moving so that we would be on time to our wedding reception venue. We couldn't be more happy with how our photos and video turned out from our special day.

The absolute best!

I decided last minute that I wanted a videographer. My mom contacted Platinum Fire and spoke to Liza. She is an absolute pleasure and I am blown away at our video. She was professional, easy-going and did a fantastic job. She caught so many moments that I didn’t see throughout the day! Our video was delivered in less time than originally quoted and it is perfect! I watched it the day we got it and was so happy I chose Platinum Fire!

Platinum Fire Productions was an absolute pleasure to work with. Liza is wonderful, and the day of she made getting photos taken easy. She is very open to ideas, and really took the time before the wedding to get to know us as a couple and what we wanted. The day of we had some light rain (and wanted outside photos), Liza got creative and made sure we got some beautiful photos despite the rain. Her and Nicky are a great team, with us hardly noticing Nicky the day of the wedding. It not once felt like we were being video graphed, which is great since I was a bit nervous about the idea. Overall, I felt very comfortable with them both, and would happily recommend them to others. Our sneak peek photos were absolutely beautiful, and Liza caught so many moments that I did not even realize were being captured on film. I’m so excited to see our video because I’m confident that it will be just as wonderful. I’ve gotten numerous compliments on their work already and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Their price is also very fair, especially for the high-quality work that they produce. If you’re on the fence about getting a videographer (I was at first), please go for it. Your special day will go by quickly and a video will last a lifetime. I’m confident that Platinum Fire Productions will have captured those moments I hope to never forget.

Liza is seriously amazing. She was the most responsive of all my vendors. She was open to ideas and was very relaxed. She and Nicky are a great team. Platinum Fire is the best! They were the photographers for our out-of-town-wedding in November and we were just blown away! They talked with us a lot beforehand to really get a sense of who we were and what we wanted. They also gave us a ton of guidance. Neither of us is the sort of person who had a fantasy wedding, so we really didn’t have a lot of knowledge coming into this. Liza and Nicky helped us so much and presented a lot of options and suggestions. They were very easily accessible by phone and email, which was super-important as we were doing our wedding planning from across the country. On the day of, they arrived early to get a sense of the location and ideas for good picture spots. They were friendly and personable and the whole process was very comfortable. Even the formal pictures (where you have to hold a pose that doesn’t feel natural) were fun! They even manned our music and made sure the iPod kept going during the reception. We have our first sneak peek images back and they’re so good! We can’t wait to see all of them! They look amazing and really capture the amazing day we had. Photography was one of the most important things to us, and Platinum Fire delivered above and beyond. Such a good choice! We would recommend them to anyone.

Used this videographer for my daughter's out of town wedding. They were very flexible and accomodating, since we ordered their service last minute. The videographer was very inconspicuous throughout the evening while at the same time covering every detail. They had a fair price and offered a military discount since my son-in-law is active military. We were very satisfied with their service.

We booked a videographer last minute when we found out our grandparents wouldn't be able to make it to the wedding. They were able to send us an un-edited version so we would have it in time to bring on a trip with us to visit our grandma. They were helpful, out of the way, and took great video.

You cant go wrong with this company. They are so accommodating and offer great advice when you aren't sure what to do. The photos are beautifully staged. I wont be able to decide which ones to buy, might have to get them all!

I highly recommend Platinum Fire Productions for wedding videography. From the first time I sent an inquiry email, Nicky and Liza were friendly and prompt with answering all of my questions. My wedding guests complimented our two videographers for being very professional on the wedding day. They stayed to record the photography session after the ceremony and followed us to our off-site location for additional pictures. They captured every moment of the day without being for a moment obtrusive. After the wedding, Nicky and Liza have responded promptly to the few questions I've had and have kept me updated on the editing process.

My husband and I just received our wedding highlights video (we purchased the Gold package) and could not be more pleased. It arrived in just eight weeks. The highlights video brought our wedding to life again -- they captured the joy of the day perfectly, from our church ceremony to the speeches and special dances to our family members dancing and enjoying themselves. My husband and I cried, laughed, and loved the video. If you're at all undecided about whether you should get a videographer for your wedding, I encourage you to do so. Platinum Fire Productions was not only affordable but also their highlights video speaks to the high quality, professional work they do. I decided closer to the day of my wedding that I wanted to have a videographer. I found Platinum Fire Productions on WeddingWire and contacted them immediately. They were still able to have a videographer available for my wedding date and were very quick with responding to my phone calls/emails. The entire booking/details process was so easy as they sent verification emails for everything. Nicky and Sam were flexible with changing locations to film at both the pre-wedding events at the hotel and then moving to the venue for the ceremony/reception. They were very professional and I didn't even realize that they were there for most of the evening. However, I did realize that they were always were the action was which is exactly what I expected out of a video. I have not yet received my completed video as my wedding was only 3 weeks ago, but I am sure that it will be absolutely amazing!!

We were on the fence about hiring a videographer in our budget, but we're so glad we did! Nicky and Liza were awesome to work with. From the beginning, they were able to work with our budget and accommodate what our needs were for the day. Nicky was professional and on time the day of. We seriously didn't even notice he was there during the reception. He was able to capture the day without being intrusive. We would definitely recommend them for wedding videography!

Working with Platinum Fire Productions to capture our wedding day was a breeze! Liza and Nick were very efficient and helpful during the planning process. On the day of the wedding they were respectful of the other vendors and very unobtrusive (we hardly noticed they were there!). They captured everything from our special day in high quality video and audio, which they sent to us soon after the wedding. We now have the story of our wedding day through stunning video that we can share and look back on for the rest of our lives!

Nicky was on time, unobtrusive and always around. He arrived early and stayed late. I was really pleased with his professionalism and ability to capture things from a bit farther away. I was nervous about being self-conscious because there was a camera around, but I barely noticed him. Can't wait to get the video! Very reasonable prices, and we liked that we could get a basic package and add on what we wanted.

We were so happy with Platinum Fire Productions as our wedding videographer! From the first time we met with Nicky and Liza, we felt comfortable with them, and we felt confident they would do a great job. They were flexible and willing to work with whatever we wanted filmed for our day. Communication was always quick and efficient. The day of the wedding, I barely saw Nicky at all. It was never obvious that the event was being filmed, which is exactly what we wanted. I was really surprised at how quickly we got the video. It was waiting for us at our house before we even got back from our honeymoon! The video was amazing! Nicky did such a great job of capturing our special day. I contacted Platinum Fire Productions by email for a small event at Latitude 360. We had a couples baby shower with lunch buffet, bar and bowling...so not your typical event. And the venue pricing was a little more than budgeted so knowing the wide range on the cost of photography I was not expecting to be able to add it to our event. Liza responded to my first email within an hour...she was super easy to setup and worked with us on pricing since it wasn't a busy time. We hadn't met in person until the day of the event but we had a quick chat and she was off to taking photos. We got some staged family photos, some photos of the atmosphere and guests enjoying the event and some great shots of the kids (and adults) bowling. And if this glowing review isn't enough - you should also know that I am an association meeting planner. I have planned hundreds of events from 10-250 people across the U.S. at restaurants, hotels and resorts so I have high expectations. Nicky and Liza provided fantastic videography for our daughter's wedding. The DVD they provided us is very professionally done. The case and DVDs have a lovely photograph of the bride and groom, and the credits include all the members of the wedding party.

The video itself is thorough, complete, and beautifully edited. I couldn't have been happier. I recommend their services without reservation.

My fiance and I had them take our engagement photos and I'm so glad they did! We brought our elderly dog along to be a part in some of our photos, and Nicky was so good with her while Liza took care of us for the photos she wasn't in. They have some wonderful poses that made me feel beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed our session. I got the images on a CD to which I used all over our website, printed out many to be framed, and our favorite one got used for our Save the Date magnets. The quality looks flawless! Thank you guys! I can't wait until our winter wedding in December! You can bet I'll be watching the video over and over again the day after!

I was unsure of having a videographer at my wedding until a friend of mine said that was something she regretted not doing at her wedding. At this late in the planning phase, my budget was key. I wanted crisp quality video of my wedding and reception. I was not interested in guest interviews or anything too dramatic.
Wow!!! Platinum Fire delivered! They had the contract and pricing emailed right away, I was able to make installments on the package price, and it was very affordable compared to other companies I had look at. They were so wonderful on my wedding day! The video turned out great! It was exactly what I was looking for, a video of the entire ceremony and highlights of the reception. I would not hesitate to book them again!

Platinum Fire was great! We hadn't originally planned to have video but are glad we did. They went above and beyond in getting videos of guests and stayed all the way until the end of the reception. They also agreed to a special request for us, and one of the best things was how laid back they were - they faded into the background, let the photographers run the show, and just captured everything without us really even noticing!

About a month before our wedding, our videographer cancelled on us. Luckily, a friend had gotten married a few months earlier and she highly recommended her videographer, Platinum Fire Productions. I called them immediately and couldn’t have been happier with how things turned out! We emailed back and forth prior to the wedding setting up all the details. The day of our wedding we had two videographers with us the entire time. When we received the dvds in the mail, we couldn’t stop watching them! Every part of our special day had been captured! I have already recommended them to my brother and his fiancé and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a fantastic videographer for any special occasion. The pricing was extremely reasonable, they were professional and the work product was better than we imagined!

Videography is often one of the last priorities for couples, yet nothing captures the day more vividly than a well-produced video. So we chose Platinum Fire Productions because their prices are great! Liza and Nicky were very professional and courteous in quickly responding to our questions. They were super easy to work with from start to finish. My husband and I are beyond pleased with our wedding video!!! Everything about their service was excellent! They taped the sweetest, most unexpected moments captured on and lots of attention to detail that made our wedding day unique. It made the whole feel of our Big Day really special! We chose platinum fire productions for our wedding march 1st at the omni William penn. I found them just through google, and I chose them because they were quick to respond and understanding of my budget. At the ceremony they were quiet as mice. During the reception they never left a moment go unnoticed. They were friendly and professional. I can't wait to see the final product!!

John and Gabrielle had their video viewing party. It was awesome!!! My cheeks really hurt from laughing!! I don't remember half of that night. I am so glad we decided to have the wedding videoed and more importantly, so glad we decided to choose you guys!! Like I said before, you guys ROCK!!!

Now...how do I go about ordering extra copies for family? Can you tell me the cost per video and how long it would take to get them? Thanks again...so happy with the video, so worth the wait!!
