Garbrielle of Platinum Eventions is an absolute gem in the world of wedding planning. From the moment I connected with her virtually, despite being in LA, her expertise and dedication shone through brilliantly. She seamlessly orchestrated my 2-day event with precision and grace.
The first day of our wedding weekend was a culturally rich Nigerian wedding, and Gabrielle's understanding and coordination of traditional elements with a modern vibe was beyond compare. Her ability to bridge cultures and execute seamlessly was truly remarkable and put me at ease.
One of the things that struck me the most was her innovative approach. With her unique online brochure, quick email response times, and versatile network of top-tier partnerships, she made the process FUN — not stressful. Collaborating on decor through her partnerships was a breeze, especially with the virtual walk-throughs she arranged. I was blown away.
The wedding event itself was a symphony of elevated elegance. The chic 1920s, art-deco style reception transported everyone to a glamorous era, while the vintage woodland-style ceremony exuded charm and whimsy. Gabrielle's ability to weave these distinct styles together seamlessly was awe-inspiring.
Oh, and the scale! Over 400 guests attended, and yet every detail was meticulously curated. Managing a bridal party of 22 is no small feat, but Gabrielle handled it with such finesse that it felt effortless.
Garbrielle of Platinum Eventions doesn't just plan weddings; she crafts experiences that linger in the heart and memory. Her dedication, creativity, and flawless execution made my wedding an absolute dream. Our wedding was 4/20/2024 and we STILL have guests complimenting us about how well orchestrated everything was...how much it felt like a romantic movie...and how to hire PLATINUM EVENTIONS! Garbrielle was an ABSOLUTE GEM to work with!!! Unfortunately, we were burnt by a different wedding planner very early in our journey, so we were a little gun shy to say the least in finding another one. Garbrielle earned our trust quickly and held our hands throughout the entire process. She was very sensitive to our need to have LGBTQ friendly vendors. She was extremely easy to work with, pleasant and you can tell she loves what she does. She was always professional. She made herself available to have video meetings and answered every single email sent, no matter how insignificant the questions seemed to be. She kept us aware of our budget and helped us manage when we were in danger of going over. She spoke on our behalf to ALL of the vendors and was at every meeting to make sure that our expectations were being met and our dreams for our special day was made reality. On our wedding day, her staff was impeccable. They were able to manage last minute arrangements with professionalism and ease. From start to finish, it was easy to tell she genuinely CARED about our feelings and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied every step of the way and if we weren't, she went over and beyond to make sure we were happy. I didn’t know anything about the wedding planning process when I first got engaged almost 2 years ago. Platinum Eventions helped deliver the wedding of my dreams - from top to bottom it was an absolute magical experience!
Knowing nothing at all about wedding planning, when I got engaged in January of 2022, I knew that I would need a planner that would be very hands on and could guide my now husband and I through the process. I knew I wanted to have a beautiful and unforgettable ceremony, but wasn’t sure at all how to bring that vision to life. I needed someone who was both flexible and listened to what I wanted, but also was able to gently steer us in the right direction. From my very first conversation with Garbrielle, I knew I had found just that. Platinum Eventions was the 3rd wedding planning service that I interviewed, but undoubtedly the best match for me. I am vey big on vibe and energy, and I felt a calming connection from someone I believed could deliver while making the process peaceful and enjoyable.
Living in Atlanta where there is an abundance of Black excellence, it was also very important to me to hire vendors that were of highest caliber in addition to being black-owned. As I have come to see throughout this process of wedding planning, there seems to be a notable lack of diversity across mainstream wedding sites. That’s another reason I was so grateful to Platinum Eventions for providing excellent referrals to the team of vendors who also helped us manifest our dream wedding. .
I couldn’t have chosen a better team!! From beginning to end, Garbrielle Allen is extraordinarily detail oriented, made impeccable vendor recommendations, set up all of our vendor meetings and sat in on every call. She was responsive and flexible and always had a way of breathing positivity and grounding energy at every step.
The execution of our wedding in the weeks leading up to it, and especially on my wedding day, was second to none. I truly can’t imagine going through this process without Garbrielle.
Even though I don’t plan on ever getting married again (thankfully, I chose the man of my dreams this first time around, lol) I would recommend Platinum Eventions 1000 times over!! -

Wedding Planning
Garbrielle and her amazing team did such a phenomenal job helping us with our wedding. From the moment we hired Platinum Eventions, Garbrielle got straight to work by helping us figuring out our theme, putting together our timeline, and helping us locate our vendors. It saved us so much time because Garbrielle did most of the communicating with the vendors and helped bring our vision to life. We had monthly plannings, and when the wedding date approached we would meet more frequently but Garbrielle was always available to answer all of our questions. Her team really helped make our wedding day as stress-free as possible. We had a long day, with three different ceremonies and the day just flowed seamlessly from one event to another. We couldn’t have had a more perfect day, thanks to Platinum Eventions! -

I was looking for a wedding coordinator to help assist with my daughter’s wedding at The Biltmore Ballrooms in ATL and Garbrielle and her team did not disappoint. After the first phone meeting along w/ the reviews, my daughter and I were ready to hire Garbrielle. I have been told several times that I am a very detailed person, so helping my daughter select a wedding coordinator was very important to me. I wanted the best for my daughter, which led me to Garbrielle. She was very kind, patience, helpful and understood the assignment. Each time my daughter and I reached out to Garbrielle for assistance, she replied back very promptly and we felt at ease knowing Garbrielle was listening to us. She is amazing working with the vendors and has the ability and knowledge on dealing with situations that may occur. The staff at Platinum Eventions were professional, prepared, and knowledgeable. Garbrielle at Platinum Eventions is a magician!!! Platinum Eventions was the glue needed to pull everything together for our wedding. We hired Platinum Eventions' Wedding Month Management Package. We were able to book all of our wedding vendors, but I had no idea how to pull it all together - coordinate all the vendors, create a wedding weekend schedule, etc. There several things I had not thought about, but Platinum Eventions helped me navigate them. -

Platinum Eventions executed the plan flawlessly. Any request I had throughout the night was completed in record time. The only wish I have is that I would have hired them for the planning and not just for the day of coordination. I think this would have made them more in the loop of what was supposed to happen that day. It was no fault of their own that a couple of balls were dropped. Garbrielle was absolutely an amazing wedding planner!
My husband (fiancé) at the time and myself interviewed 2 different people however it was suppose to be 3 but after speaking to Garbrielle we knew she was the one. She listened, asked lots of questions for clarity and delivered on everything we asked for. She handled everything from contracts, to vendors to making sure that the little hiccups during the day went unnoticed. She also made sure that the wedding started on time and everything that needed to be executed was done. We would definitely hire her again for any major event we are hosting. We hired Garbrielle to coordinate our wedding. She was absolutely fabulous from our consultation all the way to the end of our wedding day. Garbrielle was easy to get along with. She listened- without even asking to repeat myself she pulled of the most amazing event. Right after hiring Garbrielle, she immediately started contacting our vendors. Everything was set in place for a seamless wedding day.
Not always do you find a coordinator who checked on your family members and guests, Garbrielle and team made sure the wedding party felt comfortable and worry-free.
