  Nancy was perfect to work with. She made sure everything came out the way I had imagined it and was very reasonable with prices! If I ever need unique event printing, I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

  When we first started our search for the perfect save-the-date that would be eye-catching and memorable (but not overly cheesy), we immediately went to Etsy. Though we thought it would be wonderful to work with the same creative mind for all of our paper needs, we never imagined that we would develop such a fun and rewarding relationship with Nancy (the owner of Platinum Designs).
  
  Nancy works with you...and for you...to create paper products that bring out your personality, style, and wedding themes. Most impressively, at least in our case, we are on opposite sides of the country and Nancy still manages to send us ideas and final creations that are beyond our greatest expectations. We have even enlisted her help now with wedding day products like programs, cupcake toppers, etc.
  
  I would happily work with Platinum Designs again and again and again...and I know that they will be a joy for you to work with, too.

  DO NOT BOTHER. I was promised my invitations by a certain date. When that date started approaching, she kept increasing the date by 3 to 4 days at a time. After 1.5 weeks of an extension. I finally said, that the invitations just needed to be done soon and gave a deadline of 4 more days. Nancy accused me of not understanding what it takes to make invitations. I reminded her that it was not my job to understand. I had asked her whether they could be made by my deadline and I was flexible with that deadline as well. With my wedding a month and 2 weeks away, there was not much room left to wiggle. She eventually stopped replying to my messages and calls. I had no idea what the status was of my invitations. 2 days after my invitations were supposed to be mailed out again, I messaged again and asked for a tracking number. Nancy apologized and said she hadn't finished them yet. She needed 4 more days. I argued but again, she said there was just no way. 4 days later, I asked if she had mailed them out. She didn't reply, until another 2-3 days. Again, didn't mail them out. I got my wedding planner involved. She tried and this cycle occurred two more times with her, until my wedding was in less than 4 weeks. Finally, one day I received them. The minute I picked them up, they fell apart. I was devastated. I spent close to 2 weeks fixing them myself. Me and my (then) fiancé gluing them together nightly after my 12 hour shifts approaching the wedding. They were finally mailed out 8-10 days before the wedding and even then, some family members mentioned that they fell apart upon opening. It was a disaster. Even after all of this, she refused to compensate me for anything at all. She left me hanging. I bought $200 worth of products to fix the invitations because they kept falling apart. Nothing. No help. She could care less. She got her money. It's sad how someone could have no conscience at all. Even after all of this, that is still something I did not expect.
