Thank you so so much for the amazing service you provided for our guests for our wedding! Truly professional and kind making sure timing was perfect as the company accommodated for Tim he timing that was needed for that evening! Our guests were impressed as they had a trusted driver making sure their arrival to the venue and hotel was in safe hands!

Using Platinum coach was a great choice for our wedding. The bus was clean, modern and sleek. The driver was very nice and very professional. The driver was willing to do multiple trips if we needed and helped us load everything into the bus when our wedding ended. Even scheduling was very simple. They also confirmed everything with me the day before to make sure the schedule was perfect. Everyone arrived to our wedding on time and all guests were pleased. “Exceptional Wedding Day Service with Platinum Coach Limousine!”
We used Platinum Coach Limousine, Inc. for transportation at our daughter’s wedding, and they were fantastic! The Mercedes buses were spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was professional, punctual, and so courteous to our guests. Everything ran smoothly, and it really took the stress out of the day. Highly recommend them for any special occasion!

In terms of booking this service, they were amazing and great with responsiveness. Answered all questions and basically available 24/7 for any issues and was very easy to book. The day of service however was not ideal. Booked a party bus, which ended up not arriving due to an issue. But they issued a different bus. Driver was very unprofessional with my wedding coordinator staff and it seemed like he was impaired when he was initialing calling them and being very confusing with them. Ultimately he did at least make it on time for our service (because i think he realized he made a mistake). Driving itself was also a little crazy. I understand being in a bus = little shaky drive, but this was very shaky. Finally, we did make sure to give him his 20% tip, but he tried to message my wedding coordinators and say we didn't give him his full tip, even though technically they should not have been given it considering all the issues that were happening day of and the fact we didn't get the correct bus day of. Again, before the wedding this company was great and professional, but may need to reevaluate their drivers.Platinum coach limousine inc's reply:

It is disappointing to learn that the party bus did not arrive as scheduled ,was a hot day and Air Condition was not working properly and we send you 2023 VIP Coach Bus . This Coach more newer model and cost more value, then you pay for Party Bus . About the driver did not meet your expectations. The driver arrive on time ,like always we make sure on that . We take professionalism and customer service very seriously.
We understand how important these moments are, especially on such a significant day, and we are committed to addressing these concerns to ensure they do not happen in the future. Your feedback will be instrumental in helping us evaluate our drivers and improve our service standards.
Regarding the tipping situation, we will look into this matter further to ensure that our policies are clear and that our drivers uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
