    Mary and her team did an amazing job. The fliers were perfect and they set everything up early even with the roads closed due to the rain. I can't thank them enough for making my daughters wedding perfect.

    My flowers exceeded my expectations by a long shot. They were beyond fabulous. When I went in for my consult they gave me a sample of what my flowers would look like in a vase to take home with me. My flowers were so beautiful I opted to get them preserved to keep them forever. Flowers weren't a huge deal to me but when they arrived I cried. They did so well. They even withstood the June outside wedding heat!

    Mary helped us have the most beautiful wedding flowers to fit our budget. She made sure everything was to my liking and that I was happy with all of my arrangements, bouquets, etc.

    My flowers were gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted for my wedding! Everything was on time and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend.

    Very helpful and open to ideas. Really friendly and warm staff. My bouquet and my husband's boutonniere were beautiful!!

    Best florist ever! Mary made everything so easy and stress free planning the wedding decorations. The flowers were absolutely perfect for the wedding! She made my reception and ceremony absolutely beautiful.

    If there were a way to give more than 5 stars for flexibility, I would! Mary Gmetro and her team at Plano Florist were so accommodating - I came to them late after another florist was not working out and they were amazing. Not only did they do a wonderful job, Mary allowed me to borrow some antique mason jars for the wedding, which was very appreciated. Great value, creativity, very professional yet personal.

    The flowers were so beautiful. I was sad to see the flowers die I really did not want to throw them out. They were very flexibile as I was having bridesmaids problems and had to change the numbers up. They are also flexible about the military and give discounts to all military personnel.

    My flowers were absolutely perfect for my wedding!! The florist arrived on time with everything and they were so beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased with Mary and her team.

    Our initial meetings and work was excellent. The flowers for the portrait were perfect and so we thought that the other flowers would be equally perfect. While the color pallet was good, our specific requests were not honored. It is clear that those who were building the flower arrangements did NOT read the order details. We had specifically requested NO glitter, rhinestones, baby's breath or lilies. All of those were on the final product. When I took the flowers in on Monday following the wedding to show them their mistake, they did not even offer any form of re-compensation. I am very disappointed in this floral experience!

    Let's start with the good. Mary is VERY sweet, and very flexible on pick up times. Now, I feel like for what I paid, My bouquet should have been a little bigger, also one of the sunflowers in the bouquet died overnight, which was surprising to me since sunflowers typically can live through anything. I was VERY disappointed in my bridesmaids bouquets and my grooms boutonniere. My grandmother and i actually took the bridesmaids bouquets apart, and added to them to make them bigger, and nicer.

    I would love to give Plano Florist a glowing review however my experience was not a good one. All the meetings leading up to our wedding day seemed to be great but then things became very unorganized. We requested that they show up at 4pm to allow us time to prepare tables and take pictures and they did not show up until 5pm (which was blamed on my venue however every other vendor had the correct time so I'm not so sure that's the truth). Once the flowers did arrive they were not what was requested AT ALL. My colors were royal blue and orange and we discussed tulips and another flower that was a deep royal blue. My bouquet was completely different, not my style AT ALL, and completely the wrong type of flower and color. The only thing that was the same was my orange tulips which were closed and a little beat up looking. My bridesmaid's bouquets were very nice however so that's a plus. The worst was my centerpiece flowers which were again supposed to be orange and blue and somehow ended up orange and purple! So that looked great on top of my royal blue tablecloth! Luckily it was a more rustic look so it did not look completely horrible but how do you mess up a color for table centerpieces! We discussed these issues with them after and received nothing but blame thrown at our venue. Although the people at this shop are very friendly and great to work with, I would not recommend them.

    I had the perfect vision in my mind, and the flowers at the wedding was nothing like what I had expected. After drawing out the designs, talking with Mary, having 2 consultations, and bringing her pictures I would only hope that they would get at least some of it done correctly. The florist came to set up the arrangements early in the morning, and I arrived at the venue to get ready in the bridal suite at noon. The first thing I wanted to look at was the flower arrangements and as soon as I went up to the reception room I almost started to cry. The flowers were nothing like I expected. I had visited the Dallas Bridal Convention and had many wonderful ideas of what I wanted. The flowers were suppose to be the best part of the wedding and unfortunately I didn't get to have that opportunity. When I called the florist to come and fix the flowers before the wedding the response I got was, "well their is nothing else we can do, we don't have any other supplies." Luckly my family went outside gathered some twigs and orange food coloring for the water and made it look presentable. Please future brides, learn from my mistakes, I can't redo my own wedding.
