  Amazing… phenomenal… awesome.

  We hired Erika and Rasa to do day-of coordination for our September 2022 wedding, and in addition to being a ton of fun, both of them went above and beyond when our venue dropped the ball several times and then the power went out during the reception. As you can imagine, we had to make many last second changes due to the power outage, and everything turned out amazing. And even before the wedding, Erika crafted a master timeline and made sure that everyone knew what was going on. They also stayed at the venue after the rehearsal (while the rest of us were eating dinner) to make sure that everything in the reception room was perfect. I do not know what I would have done without them. I would highly, highly recommend Erika and Rasa and PlanningSavvy!

  Above and Beyond

  They were amazing. Rasa and Erika helped with a venue that frankly did not know what they were doing. On top of that, the power went out right when the indoor reception was about to begin. They acted immediately and came up with a battle plan that saved the night until the power came back on. They were our guardian angels and I am forever grateful for their help. I highly recommend Erika and Rasa and PlanningSavvy for your wedding!

  We would have been lost without them

  We were naive and thought 6 months would be plenty of time to plan a wedding. Then we realized we had no idea what we were doing. When we first met with Rasa and Erika, they were so reassuring and helped take so much of the stress out of the process. They found us the most wonderful church as a venue and connected us with most of our other vendors as well. Everything was perfect for our ceremony and reception and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the day knowing that all the details were handled. We really appreciated that they are a little more laid back than a lot of other planners which suited us. We are not big event people and hosting a wedding seemed so overwhelming but they walked us through everything step by step. A big thank you to them!

  Worth their weight in gold!

  Rasa and Erika are worth their weight in gold! Between pandemic ups-and-downs and postponements, less-than-communicative vendors, and overall guidance and advice, our wedding would never have happened as successfully without them! We are so grateful for their support throughout planning, and as a very type-A, hands-on bride, I wasn’t worried in the slightest on our wedding day because I knew our celebration was in the best hands. We cannot recommend Planning Savvy enough!

  Rasa and Erika are worth their weight in gold!   Best vendor team!

  Rasa and Erika were so fabulous to work with! Their response time was extremely prompt, they worked within my budget, and their service was impeccable! They are not just a typical vendor team- they are very professional, but I also felt like we became friends throughout the planning process. They made it fun! I will absolutely be working with them again in the future, and highly recommend this awesome team to anyone planning an event!

  Outstanding professional service with excitement and fun!

  Special Event Experts

  I used Planning Savvy's services for my husband's milestone birthday party. I greatly appreciated their customized approach, designing a package to meet our needs.
