  We got Paul's name from another DJ who wasn't available for our date but gave us one or two names of DJs that he trusted would please. What good luck that was! Paul was perfect for us. We could tell just by talking with him over the phone (our wedding was out of state so we didn't actually meet him until day of) that we were into him. We told him upfront we didn't want any of the traditional wedding wackiness of introducing us and the bridal and groomsmen parties (although he can do it if you want that!), or the talkativeness of DJs that play less music and act more like obnoxious emcees. We wanted a quiet, talented DJ who would play the music we spent a long time thinking about and discussing. That is exactly what transpired; Paul was so helpful and easy-going with the planning and was very cooperative with other wedding vendors to make the evening run smoothly. I think he liked our taste in music, so we all had fun with it. We were worried some of our favorites wouldn't be easily danceable but we entrusted Paul to get everyone moving and that was no problem at all. We also had our friends play violin and guitar for our ceremony and he was super on top of making sure they were properly miked and setup. He is a pleasure and we're so grateful and happy that he played music for our wedding!

  I am a wedding photographer so I have seen tons of DJs over the years and DJ Paul Love is the best, hands down! I recommend him to all of my brides and grooms so of course I had to get him for my own wedding too. Let me tell you, he did not disappoint. Paul is the most skilled DJ I have met and he can light up a dance floor, and more importantly, keep it going all night. He also has a perfect, professional, emcee voice for when he needs to announce you and your bridal party, or other events. Paul takes your musical tastes and requests and blends them with additional songs he selects based on them, and it creates the best playlists of music for your wedding. Knowing the mood of a dance crowd and how to choose music that keeps everyone dancing is a real skill and I really believe Paul is the best at that.
  
  Here's some thoughts from my bride as well:
  · took our requests for unorthodox playlist during the dinner, which many guests commented on that they liked the choice of music
  · used his skill to select a fun intro for wedding party and bride and groom
  · kept the party alive with music selection for dancing, no one wanted to stop! (we've had many guests tell us what an amazing dancefloor we had - and all ages)
  
  The music is perfect, it sounds amazing, and Paul can pretty much do it all!

  DJ Paul Love was absolutely the BEST dj ever. He worked with my wedding planner and I on the lighting, GOBO design and the music for the wedding. My husband and I gave him and idea of what we wanted to hear and he took care of the rest. The dance floor was PACKED the entire night and I never sat down. I had the best night of my life.

  it was so great working with Paul Love. He made sure to cater the music to what we liked and wanted. Everything went off without a hitch and was absolutely amazing. I didn't have to worry about any of the music the day of the wedding. Everyone is still talking about how great the music was at our cocktail hour and reception. Our dance floor was packed with people and the day couldn't have gone any better. He even gave us CDs with all the music that he played at our reception and cocktail hour. It was a huge surprise and such a great gift. We listen to those CDs and it brings us right back to our big day. I would recommend PL Productions to any bride to be.

  Paul is the most flexible and chill vendor we had - and it was really great and even calming. He made it clear that all he wanted was to make the day whatever we wanted. He also was very helpful in helping us map out the ceremony and reception, and I really appreciate his patience with us in reworking the schedule to what we wanted in the end. We have gotten many comments that the music selection was really great!

  Paul is the most flexible and chill vendor we had - and it was really great and even calming. He made it clear that all he wanted was to make the day whatever we wanted. He also was very helpful in helping us map out the ceremony and reception, and I really appreciate his patience with us in reworking the schedule to what we wanted in the end. Not only were we impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of many music genres and songs, but also his willingness to set up a demo of his abilities at his PL Productions office. We had previously met MANY other DJ's (only two gave us a sample) but Paul's demo was clearly head and shoulders above the rest. In our planning meetings (2 of them), he was very flexible and attentive to the type of music we desired at our wedding.
  
  When it came time to follow through, we couldn't have picked a better DJ. Everything at our wedding ran smoothly without a hitch. He worked very closely with our wedding coordinator to make sure everything was timely. To all who read this review, please do not under-estimate the importance of having a great DJ. Paul kept our dance floor crowded and knew just when to switch songs (LIVE MIXING! NO CD's). If you're looking for a great DJ, a great guy, professionalism, and someone who actually listens to your song suggestions for YOUR wedding and follows through, look no further than PL Productions.
