verything from start to finish was amazing at Pizza Man. The event coordinator Sarah was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I never had any questions unanswered. The service that we received for the event was OUTSTANDING. Hunter was our main server and I got so many compliments from my guests about how smoothly everything went and how attentive our servers were. Hunter communicated changes that were happening in timing, accommodated time changes, and everything was done so efficiently. I couldn't have chosen a better location to host the Rehearsal Dinner. Thank you for everything! I can't wait to host my next event at Pizza Man!

Thank you so much for your help with my wedding! Pizza Man made it so easy to work with them in all the months leading up to the event as well as during the event. While the space seems untraditional for a wedding, I felt it was so perfect for ours. Looking back, I don't think there is anything I would change. I keep selling Pizza Man to everyone that asks me about our wedding and sing it's praises for the look/aesthetic, cost, ease of planning, food and service. Thank you so much for helping to make our event so special!

The booking process was easy. Sarah was wonderful to work with. The venue was so beautiful the night of our rehearsal dinner. All the guests loved the food. We also enjoyed working with Hunter. He was fun and helpful to us as well as our guests. Thank you for making our night so special

Wow! Pizza man was absolutely wonderful. I worked with both Jackie and Sarah, and they were both super easy to work with. Sarah quickly responded to all of my questions- and I had a lot. They were very flexible and made our night feel unique for us. Day of, Sarah welcomed us with a glass of champagne that made me feel very welcome and ready to celebrate! All of our guests loved the food, and went back for seconds and thirds. The upstairs atrium is beautiful, the hanging plants and twinkly lights made every picture sparkle. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or book another event here. I think my mom was super hesitant to book a restaurant for our wedding reception, but at the end she was so happy and also raved about the experience!

The atmosphere, food, and staff were wonderful! Service was fast, accurate, and the buffet was always full. Drink orders were kept up with. My guests were extremely happy!

The rehearsal dinner for my son and future daughter-in-law was terrific. Planning with Sarah was seamless and the service by Kyle and Amanda was amazing. The family-style feast was excellent. All our guests raved about the food and everything that was provided. A first rate venue that will use in the future.

We chose Pizza Man on the east side of Milwaukee for a small corporate event. The people at Pizza Man were extremely helpful and responsive in working with us on our event, giving us multiple options for location and menu. The event itself was wonderful, the food was outstanding and the service was fantastic.

We would definitely go here again !!

The food was delicious and the space at the Pizza Man on Downer was perfect for the size of our group. Catherine was a fantastic host and went out of her way to make sure that everyone was taken care of.

From booking to implementation everyone that I encountered whether it be via email or in person was completely professional, helpful and accommodating. The space was incredible and impressive and the food was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this venue and will request it again as soon as I can come up with a reason. "I cannot let pass the ability to thank you and Catherine for all your help . You do a great service to Pizza Man with your professional, helpful and personable ways. You both helped me so much to plan the perfect wedding rehearsal dinner. Each guest shared a comment about how beautiful the room was, how delicious the food was and you went above and beyond ordering up the perfect weather. We could not have had chosen a better location. The atmosphere was perfect. The food was amazing and plentiful. The dessert was amazing (honey on the cheesecake). The service was wonderful! Everything was perfection! Thank you for making the rehearsal dinner so amazing! I would come back to just eat dinner there sometime.

There was soo much food and our waitress was awesome!
It was for our college Lacrosse teams banquet for the end of the year and the girls really enjoyed it.

The staff was so helpful and fantastic - it made my sister's bridal shower extra special and my sister (and everyone who attended the shower) was beyond thrilled with everything about Pizza Man. Thank you for making everything perfect.

The food was excellent and the service was excellent. Server had no problem with special requests and gluten free pizza request. We love the wine room. We will highly recommend for private events.

It was awesome. Our guests really loved the rustic atmosphere. Sarah the venue coordinator literally did everything I didn’t have to worry about anything. The staff the whole time was very nice. This place is perfect.

You did an Awesome job! From the beginning working with Jackie Lee and Sarah was truly a delight. Both ladies were so professional. We held my daughters baby shower in the atrium. The setting was beautiful! The food was amazing along with a great service staff. Our time was enjoyed by all of our guests. So many compliments! I'm sure that you earned many new customers. We booked this venue pretty early and ended up at the Pizza Man on Downer. We took the smaller of the two rooms which held 35. It worked perfectly as we wanted to go more casual for the rehearsal dinner since the wedding was at the Pfister. Food was plentiful and good. Received many great comments.

I can't say enough good things about Zizzo Group's holiday party at Pizza Man MKE. The staff was incredibly attentive with passing appetizers, getting drinks and taking away plates. All of the food was fantastic - I heard many people commenting on how delicious everything tasted. The atmosphere was perfect - loved the holiday decorations (the tree, overhead lights) and it was nice having the warming lamps in the ceiling to keep the room the perfect temperature - warm - but not too hot like some events. We had a few last-minute requests - a sparkling wine toast and extending the open bar and Pizza Man was more than willing to accomodate us. Truly an excellent event location and one I'd recommend to anyone.

We hold our yearly resident interview dinners at the Wauwatosa PizzaMan location (2-3 per year). The staff are professional, amazingly helpful, responsive, and reliable. Contracts and event summary documents clearly state the plan for the event putting my mind at ease that we are all on the same page and will be executed to my needs. Food is amazing and offers much variety. Atmosphere is hip and spacious. I recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I won a Pizza Man package at a Life Navigators Auction event. We are avid Pizza Man fans, so it was a fun package to bid on and a thrill to win. We enjoyed a delicious evening with 6 of our friends last evening in the wine room. The service was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was generous, creative and a delicious. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time in our private dining area. We felt very special and cared for by the staff. Thank you for a great experience.

We had a wonderful time at our engagement party. A big thank you to Pizza Man for making our night so special. Our family and friends had a wonderful evening. The Atrium room on Downer looked dreamy with the twinkle lights.

The staff was so accommodating. They did anything they could to get the night just right. The food was great and met all of the dietary needs (gf/v). The leaf eater was the biggest hit.

We would recommend a party here to friends and family. Cheers!

Jackie did an awesome job booking us. She pulled up our same contract from last year, changed the number of people attending and boom, it was all taken care of. Our waitress was excellent! Attentive, but not smothering. I believe the manager stopped by to say hi too. Nice touch. Kudos to all 3. Give each of them a raise too!! We will be back.

Coordinating a wedding dinner in the Wine Room at Pizza Man was a great decision. The event coordinators were very prompt with great follow up. Since Pizza Man is a favorite restaurant venue for our family, it seemed like an obvious choice for our rehearsal dinner for our #5 son of 6 children. From the very beginning everyone made our experience simplistically easy. We took a small group in on a Friday night to sample some of the choices off the menu we had not eaten that was included in the buffet menu. The staff knowing this was the reason we were there made a family outing into an amazing experience of taste testing.
The night of the rehearsal dinner the room was setup to accommodate the almost 17 children attending as well as the 65 adults. Their flexibility throughout the evening made our event as close to to perfection as possible. We also had a child with a peanut allergy and the restaurant staff made the parents comfortable with their knowledge and my great nephew feel quite special. Food was replenished throughout the allotted buffet time and they were not in a hurry to remove making sure our large number was accomodated. Dessert and a coffee bar finished off the evening satisfying all.
I had multiple comments from family and friends over the weekend that do to the relaxed atmosphere and welcomeness, it was the most quality time spent over the weekend with family and friends.

We had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner at the Atrium in Pizza Man Mayfair Collection in Wauwatosa, WI. We had 40 guests. We had the Buffet Option Two. The pizza, as always, was fabulous. All of the appetizers, buffet items, and desserts were delicious. Madeline helped me plan every detail of the dinner and answered all questions promptly, including detailed responses to my questions for a guest with egg allergies. Drinks and appetizers were to start at 6:15 PM and all was set up and ready to go. When I wanted to start the buffet a bit earlier than planned, Madeline was very accommodating. In addition to Madeline, who was present and helping the entire time, our two servers, Coleen and Kyle were extraordinarily attentive to our guests' needs. In addition to being very pleasant, the glasses were always full and the dishes were cleared promptly. The party space was very stylish, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

From the beginning when we began our search of venues for our rehearsal dinner, Pizzaman was the best choice! When we visited we tasted many dishes and sampled wines. We were greeted when we got there with whispers of who we were, and were then taken to a reserved seat on the roof deck where the rehearsal dinner would be. We had nothing but excellent service from the manager on staff to the servers all around. After that, Sarah stepped in as a new manager of the location and her service was impeccable! We were stretching the limit of guests that could fit into the room and they still made sure all of our guests were accounted for. Everyone at Pizzaman was over the top excellent! Our experience was simply amazing and they took care of us like a BOSS!!! I would highly recommend Pizzaman to anyone and everyone planning a wedding, an event, or just wanting some pizza!!!! Thanks so much Pizzaman for the experience of a lifetime! We will absolutely be back!

Having just recently had our wedding here we cannot compliment Pizza Man MKE enough. We started looking at Pizza Man for a rehearsal dinner but shortly after, we decided to do the whole wedding at the Milwaukee location and we're absolutely thrilled we did.

From the beginning, both Madeline and Sarah were completely on-point, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. They were quick with their response time both via phone and email and met with us on-site several times to work out logistics. The day of the wedding went perfectly from ceremony, to dinner (yum!) to dancing. The staff was attentive and ready to help out wherever needed.

We highly recommend PizzaMan MKE for a wedding!!

We had a VERY positive experience with my daughter's baby shower at the Wauwatosa Pizza Man...from start to finish. Madeline (Event Coordinator) was very patient and helpful during the planning process as our group size continued to change by giving suggestions for set up, menu, etc... I always felt comfortable reaching out to her with questions. Adam (General Manager) was also very friendly and helpful as we planned for the event. The day of the event was perfect....from start to finish. Madeline and our two servers, Jeff and Jesse, were there when we got there to help with set up (even helping hang signs) and stash our travel boxes. When the guests arrived...service was friendly and accommodating. They continually asked if everything was going well and if we needed anything. Beverage and lunch buffet service was great. And the FOOD....delicious! Buffet was fresh, hot and fully stocked for the entire hour. Our guests were very complimentary of the food and service. And it didn't end there...they helped us with not only clean up....but getting gifts to the car. We were VERY impressed.

I planned an event at the Wauwatosa location for a company dinner last fall. Planning the event with Adam was a snap and the fireplace room was the perfect space to host our team. Our server was courteous and welcomed each guest as they arrived, taking drink orders as they got settled. The food was delicious and the pizza just kept coming! Awesome all the way around!

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it, the food was as delicious as always, we had a great time and the service was top notch. The owner came up and introduced himself to our group which was really nice. We had a single server for a group of about 20, which made me a bit skeptical at first but we were absolutely wowed by what a phenomenal job he did. No plate was ever empty and drinks were served up so quickly, I was in awe. Our guests all commented about both the amazing service and the excellent food.

My parents, who had never been here before, questioned our choice for a "pizza joint" rehearsal dinner, but I told them it would be great. They were so impressed by the end of the night. Everything was flawless. We could not have been more pleased with Pizza Man! Highly recommended.

My wife and I couldn't ask for a better venue to host our wedding rehearsal dinner. Pizza Man is amazing! The whole night was amazing! First off, the style of the place is so our style. It has that industrial chic look that so synonymous with Milwaukee. The second floor in particular is stunning. In fact, if we had less people at our wedding we may have picked Pizza Man as our wedding night venue. We had the private room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our 25 peeps. The food is ridiculously good. Our crew was from Chicago so we know good pizza. Pizza Man is right up there with the best. We did the family style and as soon as one pizza was gone the next was coming out, they were like clockwork with it. The tiramisu for dessert was excellent and my Italian father-in-law said it was some of the best he's ever had. The staff was on point all night, friendly, courteous, and eager to help. We kept one of the menus they had made up special for our event. I would highly highly recommend pizza man for any size party. The best part is the value. You get all that great stuff I talked about and more for a very very reasonable price. Thank you very much!

My family has been eating at Pizza Man for years, but this was the first time we had an event at Pizza Man. The space was perfect (the covered terrace) and the staff was amazing! Everyone commented on how lovely our rehearsal dinner was and how great the food was. This is a really fun and easy venue to use! The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. They confirm all of the details ahead of time so that everything runs really smoothly and you can enjoy your guests. The food is delicious and not stuffy. The drink options are endless. We held our small(ish) wedding reception at Pizza Man (Downer Ave.) and would highly recommend it, for many reasons. If you have having a smaller reception (under 95 guests) I would HIGHLY recommend considering Pizza Man as an option. There are four specific areas that impressed us most about our experience at Pizza Man: 1) The visual appearance of the space. The upstairs area at Pizza Man is one to rival any indoor space, in beauty. It has a retractable glass roof, so whether or not the weather cooperates, you have an "outside" vibe regardless (the whole ceiling is glass). The decor is neutral, rustic and urban all at once. There is a lot of wood, metal and glass in the space. It would lend itself well to any color scheme for your wedding. 2) The food. OH GLORIOUS FOOD. Seriously, the food. It was so good. We got so many compliments on its deliciousness. They have many different options for food and drink packages. We chose to have passed appetizers, a beer/wine package, and a buffet dinner for our guests. The buffet was a great value. You get so much food for the price. We had three different types of pizza, two pastas, two salads and two types of bread. We also chose (additional cost) to have two desserts available to our guests. 3) The service and responsiveness. Working with the events coordinator Jackie was very pleasant. She was quite professional, responsive and flexible. Jackie worked with us in the set up and planning, and on the "day of" Madeline (the catering assistant) was our "go-to" person. I cannot say enough about Madeline's help that day. She continuously checked in with me, graciously guided our time frames, offered changes if needed, and was in no-way overbearing or pushy. The other staff (bar tenders and serving staff) were some of the best I've seen. They were truly professional and tended to all the needs of our guests. 4) Value. For a similar space/food/drinks in Milwaukee, you would pay at least double at many other restaurants in the area

"Sarah Vandergon was very friendly and professional when we first met for the booking. She was also helpful and attentive to detail throughout the entire process, including emails, phone calls and the night of the event. That night she was always available, but not intrusive. The food was excellent. The waitstaff and bartenders were friendly, attentive and personable. Many of our guests agreed with us about both the food and the waitstaff. Chris was an outstanding host/server and checked on us throughout the evening without being overbearing. Chris made sure that everything we needed was addressed and addressed quickly. Never once rolling his eyes - as some other folks might have done. He checked with us to ensure the arrival of the food was timed right and truly made us feel welcomed.

Adam and his entire team at the Tosa Pizzaman location went above and beyond to help make my friends birthday prefect. The wine room, the service and of course, the food was spot on!

My wife and I are very happy we decided to go with Pizza Man for our Rehearsal Dinner. The food was great! No one had to wait more than a few minutes to get a drink. We had plenty of space in the East wing for our 21 guests. Thanks again!
