  We used Pixie Print Photography for our engagement (March, 2014) and wedding photos/video (October, 2014). We were very pleased with our engagement pictures and the time it took to receive them. The same cannot be said for the wedding pictures and video. We were promised our photos within several weeks, but had to call to get updates once that time frame ended. Donna stated that she was headed to the post office to overnight them, but we didn't get the CDs until the next week. We loved the pictures, but not the one of Donna's daughter doing her feet. Calls, emails, texts about our video and canvas remained unanswered. I got in touch with the person who referred us to them, who gave me the number to another photographer with them who took care of the situation. The video that was sent to us was of poor quality and not worth the more than $300 we paid. We got back in touch with the other photographer, because more calls to Donna weren't being answered, who stated she would fix the issue. This was back in January, it is now April and still no revised video!
  
  It appears that once money is received and the big day is done, the professionalism and communication go completely down the drain. To this day 6 months later, neither my husband nor I have heard back from Donna. We wish we would have sought a more professional photography staff for our wedding day!

  Pixie Print Photography lacks in communication. I called and emailed this photographer numerous times and never got any replies. I paid for 6 hours of photography. The photographer arrived late and left early. The contract states you will receive your pictures no later than 30 days from your event. We received our pictures after 7 weeks. Out of 1000 pictures probably only about 50 of them are worth having. Very disappointed. Wedding pictures are such an important memory to have and no one wants those memories ruined by an unprofessional photographer lacking talent. I really wish I had gone with a different photographer.

  I had originally wrote a good review for this vendor because i like how both Donna and Tiffani were the day of my wedding but now its been a few month now since my wedding and i still till this day dont not have the photos or video to my wedding and she doesnt give me the copy right form, either , i been writing to her Donna every day and she just give me excuse how shes been sick and how she gave it to some one else to do the edit and now i just had enough its been 6 months now and she recently told me she would refund me but still have not received anything . i would not recommend . now she went on to changing the name of her company to DTS photography.
