  Perfect from start to finish!

  We've always loved visiting Pippy's truck for delicious food so they were of course our first choice when it came to having our wedding welcome party catered. Heather made the process so incredibly easy thanks to her responsiveness and organization. The hot dogs, tacos and sides were incredible and our guests are still talking about it! The service and food was top-notch and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

  Everything we wanted

  The Sunday brunch for our wedding was one of the last things we booked, and surprisingly one of the hardest. We wanted a variety of hot and cold items, and coffee, that would help give pep to everyone’s step the day after our wedding, and Heather’s food delivered 200%. I can’t even explain how much life those breakfast burritos breathed back into me on Sunday morning. And I tried a bit of everything—the yogurt and granola, fruit, sausage, coffee, bagels—it was universally delicious. We couldn’t be more thrilled we worked with Heather, and you won’t be, either. Her communication, variety, service, everything was excellent.

  Gourmet Cuisine from the Nicest Person in the World

  Working with Heather was the single best decision we made when planning our wedding.
  
  First let's talk about the quality of the food. It was 100% top tier. We asked Heather to put together an eclectic selection of dishes spanning Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America, and everything was stunning. The charcuterie boards she prepared for our cocktail hour were comprised of incredible locally-sourced provisions and arranged beautifully. Dinner highlights included a perfectly cooked Argentinian skirt steak with gorgeous chimichurri, deeply delicious Thai Larb, and too many mouth watering sides to name. I cannot express just how elevated Heather's cooking is—and all from a humble truck. (Huge pro-tip: arrange for hot dog's at the after party, they are mind blowing.)
  
  Second, let me tell you about Heather as a person. As it turns out, she ended up working with us for over two years, thanks to Covid. We we were scheduled to get married in May of 2020, but that got cancelled. Then we were on for October, then June of 2021 and finally September of 2021. Throughout it all, Heather stayed supportive and engaged, even as she was challenged with keeping her business going in the middle of a pandemic that his food and hospitality especially hard. We will be forever grateful to her for her utter steadiness, profound kindness, and unstoppable optimism. She is a treasure of a human being, truly.

  Delicious and fun!

  Pippy’s was the perfect caterer for our rehearsal dinner. Heather was amazing to work with. She tailored the menu to our (extremely difficult) allergy needs, and everyone absolutely loved it! They raved about how good the dessert ones and every single person had second or third helpings. I would absolutely recommend!

  Pippy’s catered our wedding; the food was a huge hit! I can’t emphasize enough how delicious and fresh everything was or how beautifully everything was laid out. Our guests raved about all of it. And the Pippy’s staff were so kind and generous; it felt like we had a few more friends at our wedding! We plan on making anniversary trips to visit Pippy’s food truck, and we already can’t wait. Thanks again, Pippy’s!!!

  We absolutely LOVED having Pippy's at our early September wedding. Heather is incredibly professional, and made us feel very comfortable and worry-free from day 1 of planning. With her amazing creativity, flexibility, planning expertise, promptness, and general helpfulness, we were able to have the most delicious and beautifully presented cocktail hour, exceptional service, the friendliest staff, and absolutely incredible hot dogs and sides served right from the truck. We had about 130 guests and they all raved about the food, the service, and the fun that having Pippy's at our wedding brought to the day.

During a time when you're mailing deposit checks to a dozen different people you've never met, be confident that Pippy's is a solid business run by a trustworthy person and you'll have one less thing to worry about. Plus the food speaks for itself - I highly suggest giving it a try if you're on the fence (reach out to Heather for her regular hours). It's an easy sell once you taste it.

  Pippy's Food Truck was the perfect compliment to our party! Heather was quick to respond and helped me stay on task if I was cutting it close to her deadlines. We have a lot of special dietary needs for our group and she was excellent at accomodating everyone. She even served buffet style for the first time at our request. It was cold outside so she parked her cute food truck at the entrance to the venue, all decked out in our theme and smelling good so it helped people get in the mood before even walking in the door! She also kept her truck open after the buffet closed so people who were drinking and partying late into the night could pop out for fresh air and another bite.
  
  Her suggest menu was DELICIOUS! Far, far, exceeded the expectations of my very picky crowd and they still talk about it all the time. I have since referred Pippy's Food Truck to several people and would recommend her to you. This is an elevated hot dog and potato salad experience and I bet you boring dinner of "chicken or fish" would not make people smile as much as Pippy's Food Truck.

  If you'd like to take your wedding to a whole new level, I strongly recommend you book Pippy's for your rehearsal dinner or after party. Heather loves her job and it shows....we had her come to the tail end of our reception as our guests made their way to the after party and we couldn't be more pleased with Pippy's as a vendor. When our wedding venue got changed 10 days before our big day, Heather was flexible and communicative with us regarding the new plan. Her dogs are creative and delicious offering our food loving guests a very happy send off. GO PIPPY'S!!!

  Had a great experience with Pippy's this weekend - my company loved these hotdogs!!
  
  We had a high-school-themed retreat upstate and wanted updated versions of cafeteria favorites. Pippy's parked right on the property so we lined up on the grassy lawn and ate under the stars. It was a lot of fun, and the team enjoyed everything about the experience from the plates to the grilled chicken (5 stars!) the sides. Heather was also flexible with the start time when we needed to push it back, which totally saved the day!

  We had Pippy's Food Truck at our fall barn wedding for the cocktail hour and it was a HUGE hit! Not only is the truck super adorable but the food was also really yummy! It was a great alternative to the same old cocktail hour you get at every other wedding, and seeing as we chose to have a funky, rustic, DIY esq barn wedding, it totally fit the bill. Heather is also the sweetest and very accommodating. The food was a great bang for the buck and we loved that it was made with natural, wholesome, local ingredients. Many of our guests loved ordering right from the window and we also had servers bringing the dishes around. The cocktail dogs were my personal favorite!
