Loved my photos! Photographers were nice and easy to work with, and we're very flexible, even shooting at three different locations for me that day. I got to view my pictures just a week and a half after the wedding and will have the cd in another week. Great value for the price!

I cant say enough good things about Ashley and her assistants that photographed my wedding. They were on time, professional, and did not waste any time. Ashley and her two assistants Craig and Nicholle were phenomenal and Ashley was able to work with my budget. After our church ceremony we went to a park nearby for pictures and I cant wait to see how they turned out. Ashley and her team were very personable. I will always recommend them.

Photographer was great in taking pictures of what I wanted n asked several times if there was anymore poses I wanted done We had wedding at park and the photographer went with us to this water fountain n pond for even better background. I have seen a few pictures released n can't wait to see rest.

Paige and Craig did a phenomenal job shooting our wedding! Not only did Craig show up early, but he spent time scoping out good locations for photos. The weather was very hit or miss that day, but that didn't stop them from making sure we had lots of photo opportunities. Craig and Paige were very creative and also very willing to try different ideas that we had. The speed at which they edited the images was also quick, and we got to see sneak peaks within 2 days. I am so grateful to Ashley and her staff at Pink Print!

We were pleased to have Pink Print Photography involved in our April 2016 wedding celebration. Pink Print Photography was wonderful! We opted for the photo booth, continuous photography and videography, and one-hour engagement photo shoot at an extremely LOW PRICE. I am almost positive that additional time was added to our services at no added cost - Ms. Ashley is great and committed to quality customer care! She is responsive and remained flexible and willing to work with our budget and day-of itinerary. We received the photos on a CD approximately three weeks after the wedding - however, the photos were view-able on the Pink Print website within days. The wedding video arrived in the mail approximately one month later but was well worth the wait - the quality, the length, and the near perfect capture of each of the day's magical moments! My husband and I are darker in skin tone and it is my guess that part of the editing process contributed to making us appear a shade darker. This would be ideal for those that would like to appear tanner - not so much needed for us. Overall the experience of Ms. Ashley and Pink Print Photography was excellent! We will definitely continue to seek their services in the future.

We chose Pink Print Photography blindly online based on a combination of good reviews and the fact that PINK was a part of their name. I didn't know what to expect and was nervous because I have never used a photo booth company before. The experience was beyond my expectations! From the first interaction to the end of our party, they were super professional and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend them in any venue, event. The photo booth was better than expected because it was an open format which allowed for us to have more people in the photo than the enclosed kind. SO much better this way. I didn't know you could even get an open concept and so so thankful for everything they did. The photo attendant was so nice and helped everyone maneuver the options with props and lighting. She was amazing! I love this company and will definitely call them again for my next event. Book them early because they are the best there is! Thank you PINK PRINT! You rock!! I highly recommend pink print photography!!! The owner Ashley and her assistant is amazingly talented, she captured not only picture perfect moments but memories that we can live through, for the rest of our lives!! Ashley is very patient and always on time for every appointment we had!! Love her work, shes easy to get along with and immediately can adapt to any setting youre looking for. Hands down this is the best photographer I've came across, definitely will be using her again!!! The photo booth is next on my list :)

Inducing stress on the client shouldn't be an aim of the vendor. Our engagement session with them was nice, and Aaron worked in our themes. But as it got closer to our wedding date I was getting increasingly nervous because I just wasn't hearing anything from them. No check ins, no questions about tone, or specific pictures, no setup questions, nothing. Every time I had a question, I would have to call several times before Ashley, the owner, would respond. We never had a face-to-face meeting or even a phone call about how the day would go with the the photographers. For somebody who has never worked with professional photographers that is stressful! Then on our wedding day, as I'm getting ready, I had to contact the photographers to make sure they were indeed coming and that they knew which hotel room we were in (nobody contacted me the day of or the night before). They didn't seem prepared and I don't think they even looked at our list of must have pictures. Then it took over a month to get our pictures. It just took so much effort to get any sort of response from this company that I would have spent more money to deal with less stress. Plus the pictures are just OK.

I had a personal shoot done and wasn't able to view photos only the ones they thought was nice. After inquiring about missing poses I was informed it wasnt a good picture but was NEVER given the option to view

Horrible experience filled with lies. Do. Not. Use.

TLDM: My photos were mediocre and many unprintable, even directly from owner Ashley’s printer. Ashley promised to fix it several times and even scheduled a meet to find the problem in person, then no showed and stopped replying to all texts, calls, and emails. I have screenshots and emails to verify everything.

THE DETAILS
I got married in August 2017, and found Ashley and Pink Print Photography online well in advance. I loved that Ashley responded quickly to my emails, and I was told that she personally does the first event booked on a date and that mine was the first for my date. So I signed a contract. That was a mistake. As soon as I signed and made my deposit, everything changed.

BILLING ISSUES
Upon the due date of the first payment, I received an invoice which stated I owed more than the agreed upon price. I notified Ashley of this issue and was told that it was correct based upon the amount of my deposit (the amount she stated was less than I had paid). Only after sending my deposit receipt did I receive a corrected invoice.

COMMUNICATION ISSUES
Upon my full payment for services according to our contract, communication halted, and I had to reach out several times as my wedding date approached to ask about the schedule and convey which photos I wanted. I was told about a month before the date that a questionnaire was usually sent about a week before the ceremony. The week before came and went with no questionnaire, so I emailed to ask for it.

I quickly filled it out and returned it, along with a typed list of all of the family and bridal party portraits I wanted, and specific photos for each part of the day (decor, getting ready, ceremony, reception, etc.). I noted in three different ways on the questionnaire and shot list that the most important photo to me was my fiancé’s face as I walked down the aisle, even if that meant getting no pictures of me walking. I made this very clear, as our package only included one photographer, so a choice would need to be made.

A couple days before the date, I was copied in an email from Ashley telling the videographer that there would be two photographers present working with him. I responded to correct the mistake and was told that they were aware of the package I had purchased and while a second photographer was normally not included, they were sending two anyway.

AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHERS
On the day of, two photographers showed up at the hotel (not Ashley) where we were getting ready and just hovered in the room without introducing themselves or giving any direction. After a few minutes finishing up what I was doing, I took it upon myself to make introductions. I stated my name and informed the photographers that I was the bride and asked if they needed us to be doing anything specific. They responded that they would just be doing candids at that time, so they had no instructions. They never even told me their names.

After a while, they went to the room where the guys were getting ready. Upon their return, I received a text from my fiancé asking if I needed him to do anything else before they headed to the venue. I told him that as long as they took all of the group shots he was good to go. He stated that they had not done any group shots - just getting ready candids - and asked which ones I wanted them to do. I told him all of the ones on the pre-ceremony shot list that the photographers had. He informed me that they did not have a list when they were with him.

I approached the photographers and asked them to go back to the guys’ room and take all of the pre-ceremony photos I had given them in the list. One grabbed her phone stating, “I think I have a copy on here somewhere.”

Once we made it to the venue, I had planned a first look with my brother who was walking me down the aisle. As he came into the room, another guest was standing between us blocking the shot, but the photographers said nothing. In fact, there was never a point at which I heard them ask anyone to step out of the way so that they could get the best possible shot. Several times, when I noticed the problem, I had to ask the person blocking to move - including during the first look with my brother.

During the reception, the photographers were more of a hindrance than a help to the proceedings. While we did the garter and bouquet toss, all of the excitement was killed when they took several minutes telling us to wait while they moved chairs to stand on and repeatedly adjusted their cameras. Overall, these photographers appeared to have been shooting a wedding for the first time ever. And the results show just that...

MISSED SHOTS
After the big day, I was anxious to receive my photos to review all of them. I reached out to ask when I could expect them. When I received the link, I had to reach out to confirm that what I had received was all of them because many of the shots I had requested were missing - including the one of my husband as I walked down the aisle. I also told Ashley that the quality of most of the photos were subpar. There were only a few where everyone was even looking at the same camera with the same expression. No editing had been done on any of the photos.

As I reviewed the photos, I also noticed that both photographers had taken all the same pictures at slightly differing distances/angles. So instead of having the requested photo of my husband as I walked down the aisle, I received two of myself where the photographers were standing a few feet apart. What a waste of the second photographer.

Ashley told me that was all of the shots taken, and that she just sent me all the raw shots so I could choose what I liked. Ashley said she would speak with the photographers directly to find out about the missing shot. A few days later, I asked for an update. I was told by “Angel, Ashley’s assistant” that a family member had died, causing the delay but assured me Ashley would get back to me as soon as she returned. (I later learned through reviews that this death in the family excuse had been given to another one of her clients when things went poorly, so I don’t know if it was true or not).

Almost a month later, I reached out again, apologizing for any perceived insensitivity, but requesting an update. I was told that the photo of my husband was not taken but that it was definitely on the video and that a disc with all the photos would be sent out that day and one with the video the following day. When all I received was one flash drive of photos, I asked about the video disc. I was then informed that it was on the flash drive in a separate file.

VIDEOGRAPHY ISSUES
I paid extra for my photo package to include one hour of videography services. Our ceremony lasted less than 10 minutes, leaving plenty of extra time, so we figured this would be a better investment than just setting up a tripod. Wrong.

The IC that was used to get footage for the video was great. He instructed everyone well to ensure the best shots, and even stayed past the hour contracted to make sure he got everything. Much to my surprise, the video I received was about a two and a half minutes long - no where near the hour that I paid for. I knew it wouldn’t be a full hour considering it would need to be edited, but I thought I would at least get the full ceremony (again less than 10 minutes). Instead, I got a highlight reel.

Oh, and that shot of my husband’s face as I walked down the aisle that I was assured was in the video (since it wasn’t in the still photos), it wasn’t. His face is there for a split, almost imperceptible second before my brother and I step into the shot blocking his face from the videographer’s lens.

PRINTING ISSUES
Over two months after my wedding, I reached out to Ashley regarding the new problem I was having with prints. I was told by Ashley that I could print through her printer ($$$$) or at any photo kiosk, such as Walmart or Walgreens. I chose the latter, only to find that more than half of the photos were of a quality that indicated printing would result in blurred photos and people being cut out. Even more baffling to me was the fact that in many of the photos, enlarging the size only resulted in more people being cut out. I informed Ashley, and she agreed to send me a new drive - this time a DVD format - even stating she was going to test it at Walmart herself to make sure there were no problems.

Two weeks later, I hadn’t received anything, so I asked when I could expect it, and Ashley diverted the question by asking about the issues I originally had. Another two weeks, and still no disc, so I reached out again. At this point, Ashley denied that there was any problem with the photos and that she had done everything she could including giving me the option to use her printer at the Walmart cost. I thanked her for this, before going back and forth for months to get the correct prices on the website. When I pointed out that her printer had the same problem, she argued with me until finally getting on to see for herself and told me she would look into the problem while I printed the few photos that were ok.

For months, Ashley failed to keep me updated or send me the discs and links she assured me were on the way. I reached out repeatedly and her story about what was happening kept changing and contradicting her earlier statements. In July 2018, 11 months after my ceremony, Ashley still hadn’t resolved the issues. At that point, Ashley said she would meet with me to fix the problem in person. Unfortunately, I had moved across the country by this point, which I told her. She said to let her know when we were in town, and she would make time to meet with us to get things fixed.

LIES AND DECEIT
Close to our one year anniversary, my husband and I scheduled a trip home. I informed Ashley of the dates (approx. 1 week) and told her that we were available to meet with her at any time and place she chose during our trip. After approximately 12 messages to the two numbers she had given me, I finally received a response. Ashley told us to meet her at 5 at a camera shop she frequents. It was out of our way, but we wanted to get things fixed without too much inconvenience to Ashley, so we made the trip.

We stayed for approximately 1.5 hours past the time we agreed to meet, and Ashley never showed up. We called, texted, and emailed to figure out what was going on. Ashley ignored all of our messages, and we have been unable to contact her ever since.

We still have empty spots in our wedding collage frame because we were unable to print the photos we wanted. Many of the photos we do have were taken by our guests. We even had to purchase a suit for my husband, break the seal on my preserved dress, and hire a separate photographer, so that we could get shots of the two of us in the style of wedding photos.

I can't fully express my anger and disappointment with Pink Print Photography. At first I was thrilled with the deal Ashley gave me for my wedding as we were on a tight budget. She was also very responsive and friendly. Then my wedding day happened and even though I'd emailed Ashley a few days before with my cell number so she could call me if there were any problems, she didn't bother to get in touch and tell me that she'd had a death in the family and someone else - who I did not know and had never communicated with - would be taking my pictures. Now, I have all the sympathy in the world for someone getting out of town quickly because a loved one passed away, but that does not mean you get to stop being a professional. On the day of my wedding the young man who showed up was dressed like a slob, lied to me about having the list of photos I wanted (my father heard him say this) which I intentionally sent in several weeks before the wedding, and didn't bother to take a SINGLE posed picture of me and my husband together or individually. All I have are candids of our First Look and the ceremony itself, and we're not looking into the camera in any of them. I also don't have a picture of me and mom, my and my dad, our mothers walking down the aisle, my mother-in-law being seated...the list goes on. When I mentioned these issues to Ashley after our wedding she was willing to give me a re-shoot but no refund of any kind. Despite several emails back and forth it became clear she wasn't going to reconsider, and in the last one she told me that a photographer can't be held responsible for photos that don't get taken because people wander away and can't always be found. Seriously? I'm wearing a big white dress and my husband's in a tux and you can't find us to take a single posed picture? I could go on, but suffice it to say it was a terrible experience. I look at the pictures I did get and what I notice most are the pictures that are missing.

This vendor was hired through a third party for my wedding. I was completely unaware of this until the day of my wedding when I met the photographer. There ended up being some kind of problem between the photographer and the third party and I was left to suffer. I got only a few photos and the photos that were most important I never even saw. I offered to pay the photographer directly for the photos I really wanted but she had already deleted my pictures. Those are memories I can't get back. I had to contact guests from the wedding since so many brought their own cameras and salvage what I could from those. I would have given all 5s if this company wouldn't have made me suffer for what someone else did.

The only good thing so far about the experience is that they were flexible with booking us ASAP. However, the photographers seemed like it was their first shoot. They were not very talkative, didn't tell us whether or not to smile, be serious, etc, or where to put our arms, hands. It was awkward. Now we've been waiting over a week for our flash drive, we were told we would also get a link to pics, but never got one. The so-called owner won't answer my emails or my fiancé's phone calls...... yesterday the owner finally replied after I posted this review and said we would receive a link to our photos today.... that never happened and again she isn't replying to my fiancés phone calls. So very disappointed..... and paid a lot of $ for nothing - update: we were told we were getting a refund and waited 2 days and never got it, then all of a sudden she sends a link with pics and they are HORRIBLE! Blurry, catch us not smiling in a majority of them, I could have taken better pics with my iPhone! We are getting them re-done by actual professionals!!!!! Do not recommend to anyone!

Do not use! This company didn't show up to my reception! Paid deposit and a no show! Claimed after wards that it states in the contract that all balances are due by 2pm on date of event. Incorrect! No where on anything does it say a time! Now refusing to return deposit! Do not use! All other vendors took payment after services to ensure they were up to par.
