Phoenix brides, look no further for the BEST wedding planner! From our first conversation, Bethany and I connected. I instantly felt in great hands with her excellent recommendations, insane organizational skills, and ability to always think one step ahead. Bethany’s experience, fair pricing, and overall wonderful personality made my life so much easier during the month of my wedding. During wedding planning, everyone always says “be prepared for something big to go wrong.” I am not kidding you when I say, literally the entire day went smooth! The timeline, Bethany’s “can-do” attitude, and her ability to keep things moving, helped my husband and I actually be able to enjoy the day! Bethany’s respectful confident professionalism kept everyone in order but also having fun! Bethany balances checking in with you but also gives you space to enjoy during the wedding. I mean it when I say this, Pink Bubbly events was the best investment I made for our wedding day! -

I hired Bethany as our day of coordinator which means I worked closely with her in the months leading up to our wedding to implement our plans, her help and eye for details was exactly what I needed. She is a true expert in everything wedding and was the perfect sounding board for how to roll out some of our less traditional ideas (like a t-shirt toss). Working with Bethany felt like working with a well organized and confident friend. She asked the right questions, had great ideas, helped align all of our vendors, perfected our reception layout, and was so affirming the entire time. I would take on any project with Bethany by my side, she’s a true star. Our wedding was so perfect, I felt zero stress and was able to live in the moment and focus on my guy. Bethany and her team were fabulous! I could not imagine trying to make it through the last month of planning and especially the day of the wedding without her and her fantastic team. My husband and I hired Bethany as a "month-of-coordinator" and she was just amazing. The moment she stepped into the planning picture, I felt a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Her creation of the wedding day timeline was so impressive and she helped me narrow down details and wedding day moments that I had not even thought of. She had excellent communication and brought a positive and bubbly attitude to every call and interaction. Bethany and her team were SO AMAZING. We hired PBE as our 'month-of' coordinator, and we are so glad that we did. I knew that I didn't need too much help booking vendors or rentals, but once it started to get down to crunch time, I was so relieved to have Bethany there to really kick things into gear. There are so many tiny details that I didn't consider before the big day, and Bethany was more than on top of it. The wedding itself couldn't have gone any better. Bethany and her team made sure the day was beautiful and kept everyone on time. If there were any issues, she definitely handled them flawlessly because I was never made aware of any hiccups. Hiring Bethany was worth every penny and saved us so much stress - not to mention she's super sweet and highly responsive. I cannot recommend her enough. -

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Bethany and Pink Bubbly Events were to work with! We started planning our destination wedding almost 2 years in advance, and we needed a coordinator who was local to the Scottsdale area to help us plan our wedding from out of state. Bethany was so great to work with- she joined us on various phone and zoom calls to interview vendors, provided excellent recommendations for the area, and joined us in-person during our wedding-planning visits to AZ. As a type-A bride, I was especially looking for a coordinator I could collaborate with and who would support my ideas and vision while also providing their own expertise, and Bethany was the perfect fit! We also appreciated the flexibility to book a non-consecutive 15 month contract that best met our needs throughout our 2-year wedding planning journey.
On our wedding day, Bethany and the PBE team were on top of everything! We were able to relax and enjoy the day with our family and friends knowing everything was taken care of and running smoothly. If there were any hiccups throughout the day we'd never know- all of our memories are of the beautiful day and time spent together! We could not have asked for a better experience! -

Bethany, Ashley & Pete from PBE were the glue that held my wedding together! I cannot recommend them enough! From always answering my emails and texts, helping me plan my dream wedding from states away, setting up said wedding to look even better than I imagined in my head, to keeping the wedding moving and making sure my husband and I were relaxed and having fun all day, I really could not have asked for a better support team. I truly do not even know where to start with how grateful we are to Bethany for making our day so absolutely perfect!! Planning a destination wedding is not easy, but Bethany was able to make us feel so comfortable and confident in our day leading up to it - she made the process so seamless and simple!!
Most notably, Bethany is one of the sweetest people we have ever met - every conversation with her was so upbeat and left us feeling great. She is also incredibly communicative! Bethany was quick to get answers to all our questions and coordinated everything related to vendors, which took so much stress off of us! Bethany was so patient in every conversation as we asked a million questions and provided so many helpful suggestions. Further, we so appreciate Bethany being willing to attend so many other planning meetings with our vendors - it helped so much to have her perspective in those meetings!
My now-husband and I are not talented at all when it comes to design or making things look "pretty", so we left most of the design completely up to Bethany and Ashley and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! The whole day was absolutely beautiful and we are so thrilled. Even when our arch broke due to wind, Bethany jumped in to help support the arch and was even able to fix it enough afterwards so that it made it to our reception.
Without a doubt, selecting Bethany as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision we made for our wedding - we seriously had the most perfect and seamless day!! Bethany and Ashley worked so incredibly hard on our day from set up to clean up and we could not be more impressed! Bethany was on top of literally everything from day one - we do not know how she does it all! There is absolutely nothing we would change about our day. Thank you so, so much, Bethany and Ashley!!! We cannot recommend Pink Bubbly Events highly enough. -

Bethany and her team were absolutely amazing and made my wedding a breeze! After multiple rescheduled due to COVID Bethany was able to make sure my vendors were all informed, on time, and everything worked out perfectly. On the day of PBE handled everything so I could be in the moment, even last minute decor snafus and unexpected wind were handled beautifully and without any stress for me. Absolutely AMAZING! -

When I first booked my venue, the owner stated I would need a coordinator. At first I was like really? I don’t see why I would need one. She recommended Bethany, and after our consultation I realized just how much she does & fell in love with her professionalism & personality. Fast forward to the wedding and I COULD NOT have done it without her & her team. I felt like a princess the day of, not to mention everything was on time, went so smooth. Worth Every Penny!
We found Bethany through The Knot and are incredibly grateful we did!!! She helped so much through planning all the way until the last decoration was packed up the night of! She was amazing at reminding us when we should typically have stuff done and it was so helpful to have someone who has done this hundreds of times to bounce ideas off of. She is so kind and truly cared about us and our day. The only thing I regret is not letting go more on the wedding day because she truly had EVERYTHING under control, every time I’d mention something I’d hear “already done” or “of course!”. All of my vendors were ecstatic upon receiving her day-of timeline because it was so detailed! If you’re considering hiring Bethany, go ahead and do it because she is truly worth every single penny!!! -

Bethany and Pink Bubbly Events was amazing.
After speaking to Bethany for the first time we knew she was the wedding coordinator for us. She made everything so easy and stress free, she made it so that are only task was to say “I Do”.
We would speak once a week leading up to the wedding and on every call Bethany would help with details we would never have thought of on our own. She was very easy going and available anytime we wanted to speak to her.
The day of the rehearsal and wedding, Bethany made sure everything ran smoothly. From our bridal party, to guest, to vendors, she was able to handle everything without issue.
We are forever grateful to Bethany for everything she did for us and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. -

Hiring Bethany as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made for our Big Day. When I first got engaged, I was set on doing everything myself, but halfway through planning I realized there was so much more that goes into planning a wedding then I ever thought possible lol. So instead of stressing myself and everyone around me out, I started looking for a coordinator. My venue manager actually recommended Pink Bubbly Events, and I’m so glad I listened to her. Bethany seriously went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She was so much fun to work with, and didn’t miss a detail. She let me and my family actually relax and just enjoy the day. If you’re on the fence about having a planner/day of coordinator, stop thinking about it and just hire Bethany; you won’t regret it -
