Perfect wedding day photos in Playa del Carmen
The Pink Balance team took the most beautiful photos of our destination wedding at Petit Lafitte in Playa del Carmen. We had a chance to meet them over Zoom before the wedding and were in touch leading up to the wedding day. The day of was so windy, and they adjusted how we did the photos as we went to accommodate for it. We booked six hours of photos and loved them so much that if we could go back in time we would have booked more, and added the video! It was all more than worth it. Thank you Francesco and Giuseppe! -

Where do I begin? I cannot even put into words how amazing Giuseppe and Francesco were from their work, to the way they dressed, they were the picture of professionalism. They started to work the second they stepped into our villa. We never had to think, or worry about what posed to make, They had everything completely under control. They made this experience, effortless and easy for me, on one of the most stressful days of my life. My venue ended up changing two hours before the wedding, but that didn’t phase Giuseppe and Francesco. They just went with the flow, and made the experience better than ever for me. I end up getting my pictures about two weeks after my wedding. And my pictures, I have absolutely no words. They captured every moment, perfectly and beautifully, just like out of my dreams. Their attention to detail, and special moments going on around them was immaculate. All of my guests were raving about them, and how hard they were the entire wedding. There was not a moment they didn’t catch. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They are the best photographers I’ve ever seen, and I will recommend them to everybody that goes to Tulum. Thank you guys for everything you’ve done, and I can’t wait to get my video! -

Absolutely incredible service and quality results
We had Francesco and Giuseppe from Pink Balance for our wedding in Tulum on 24 February 2024. They were extremely responsive, professional and reassuring in the stressful days leading up to the wedding and we had full confidence in them going in.
On the day, there were some minor hiccups in timing (which had nothing to do with them) but they responded to it with flexibility and professionalism and we were very happy with the experience on the day. They even threw in drone shots free of charge.
We got the finished product earlier than required and we were absolutely blown away by the quality, creativity and beauty of both the photos and the video. They captured our most special day perfectly creating a beautiful record of our memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We have had multiple comments (even from complete strangers) that our wedding photos and video are the most beautiful they have ever seen.
We could not possibly recommend Pink Balance highly enough.

Our Saviors!
I should’ve know that Francesco and Giuseppe would be amazing when they stepped in and saved the day by agreeing to be out photographers a MONTH before our wedding day when our original photographer randomly stopped replying to our emails. They were not only incredible communicators, but also prompt, funny, and kind. They got our INCREDIBLE photos back to us in less than half the time we expected. I still can’t believe how amazing our photos are for such a fair package price. They give great posing instructions and do so in a way that keeps the joy of the day shining through the photos. Both my husband and I typically hate taking pictures, but agree that they made it so fun. I absolutely adore these two and HIGHLY recommend everyone to book them, you will NOT regret it!!! -

Amazing service and results
We were absolutely blown away by the amazing service and results we received from Pink Balance before, during and after our wedding day! Francesco, Guiseppe and their crew were incredibly responsive, professional and flexible.
On the day of the wedding, Francesco and Giuseppe were professional and flexible. They gave great advice and adjusted to our timeline. They knew all of the great spots at the resort and knew exactly where we should go and what we should do with the allotted time that we had.
We received our final products earlier than promised and were blown away by the results. Both the photos and video were amazing quality, creative and simply beautiful. Thanks to them we have a record of our special day that we will cherish forever!
We could not recommend Pink Balance more! -

Thank you so so much to Francesco and Giuseppe for beautifully capturing our special day! My husband and I could not have been more happy with the way both the photos and the videography turned out. Both have a keen eye for detail and we’re attentive and responsive to our vision, Tastefully blending their creative styles with the beautiful landscape that is Dreams Vista Cancun. Out experience has been nothing short of AMAZING!! The rain came in unexpectedly that day but Francesco & Giuseppe, along with their videographer, did a phenomenal job of capturing the joy and happiness even through the rain. The timeline of events needed to be shifted around but they stayed so professional and understanding of the circumstances and even extended the time to fit everything we needed. The pictures and videos were absolutely beautiful and made me relive the best day of my life all over again. Don’t look any further for hiring a photographer. Francesco and Giuseppe exceeded our expectations!! We hired them for our wedding in Costa Mujeres. We were please with quick turnaround of the photos and how they guided us to get the best poses. They’re are super professional, as they respond quickly to questions and made edits to a few of the photos that I requested. They make you feel like the star of the day. Amazing, fabulous photos!!!!
Working with Francesco and Giuseppe was an absolute dream from start to finish! They have an incredible knack for capturing not just the moment, but the emotion and essence of our ceremony. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and understood our vision. We wanted dramatic photography and they delivered!! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!! The resulting photos were beyond anything we could have imagined! The colors, the composition, the candid shots - everything was perfection. Not only are they incredibly talented but they are amazing to work with. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication are unmatched. I cannot recommend them enough! -

From the day we met Francesco and Guissepe via video chat I knew we had made the best decision!
They were so welcoming, fun, friendly and all but good vibes. They listened to us and delivered.
Our wedding day was beyond perfect! They really know what they are doing and are so talented. I have told them that I will forever be grateful for all they did. We love our pictures and video (we had the drone which was so AWESOME… those video footages are INCREDIBLE) They captured our wedding, us, our family members ect. I never get tired of looking at our pictures and videos. Plus all our our family and friends loved them as well, and talked about how talented and professional and fun they are.
They communicate and delivered everything in timely manner. I highly recommend them, you won’t regret it.

The Pink balance team were right on time and was able to capture our day at almost every moment possible. The turn around time and editing were met timely and was able to make corrections to any edits are notes we had. They were great to work with and recapped our day to look back on for years to come! -

Amazing team
We used pink balance for our May 2023 wedding in Cancun. They were very professional, made us feel very comfortable behind the camera, very easy to work with prior to the wedding. We allowed them full creative control & they did not disappoint! Very happy with the outcome ! -
