Piney Branch was the first wedding venue we toured, and we both immediately loved it. After more research, we ultimately chose it as our venue, and we are so glad that we did!

Even though she had only been with Piney Branch for a few months, Liz was an absolute wedding-planning machine. She helped us with so many details from start to finish, and kept things running super smoothly on our wedding day as our day-of coordinator.

Piney Branch is a stunning venue with a reasonable price point and an awesome event planner in Liz; we would definitely recommend them to other couples!

Piney Branch was great too work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were very responsive to email and every question I asked. As the day got closer, they provided reminders for various things. The event staff the day of our wedding was fabulous and handled everything perfectly and made sure we stayed on timeline. It was great having a venue where the only thing I had to worry about was decor, cake, photography, and music. The location was great for photos and had so many options to choose from for natural backgrounds.

This was the perfect venue for us! The views of the property are gorgeous and the food was delicious. The best part was their coordinator Emily. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I felt like I asked her a million questions, but she was always so kind and helped me through the planning stages. I felt zero stress on my wedding day because I knew everything was in good hands with her!

I very recently had my wedding here and it was the most wonderful experience from beginning to end, Emily was super responsive and helpful from the beginning and responded to me even when she wasn’t at work. Emily was super accommodating, and left very very little for me to worry on the big day. She answered any questions I had and covered bases that I didn’t even think of, she had the ball room set up while I got ready, and made sure everything ran smoothly the whole night. She made sure we ate and drank and offered to get us anything we needed anytime/ multiple times throughout the night. She even came back the next day to meet me on her day off to make sure I got my cake and other items.

The venue was absolutely beautiful, having the ceremony outside with the bistro lights and having the staff quickly converting outside cocktail hour to inside, everything was seamlessly smooth. The attention to the minor details, the positive fun attitude, the efficiency at the stations left an amazing impression on us all. The food was AMAZING, all my guests were raving about how good it was and how of all the weddings they’ve been too this was the best. Food tasted exactly how it was at tasting for us, possibly even better on the night of which surprised us considering the difference in quantity they had to do at once.

The staff was superb, friendly all around, accommodating, fun, and made all my guest feel so welcomed. Even when I came back the next morning to pick up my decor, staff that was there the previous night asked how everything was and if there was anything else they could do for me, they even held onto items that they weren’t sure if they should trash yet or not just incase.

PBGC is truly a hidden gem as a wedding venue, I couldn’t have picked a better venue to work with. They take pride in what they do and make sure they do it to perfection. They truly left an impression on my now husband and I. If I ever have to host a huge event or possibly a vow renewal, PBGC is definitely a venue I would go back too.

Emily was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I was a pretty laid back bride, and just gave all the decorations to Emily and told her to do her thing... Everything looked amazing! Emily made sure to keep everyone in place and on time. The weather and forecast wasn't great, but Emily was checking RADAR and saw there was a window of clear skies about 10 minutes before our wedding was suppose to start. She asked if we could push the time to make it happen outside under the pavilion which we did! Every little detail was amazing and the day seemed to go smooth! If something did go wrong, I still don't know about it or didn't recognize it! Great food and there was plenty of options to choose from during the tasting. This venue offered centerpieces, table numbers, many different linen colors, and easels. Beautiful venue, inside and out!

Our experience and wedding was absolutely perfect!

Piney Branch was a beautiful location for our wedding. Emily, the Event Coordinator, was truly the best part of the venue! Emily was very responsive, accommodating, and flexible. Our wedding day was extremely smooth and organized, all because of her. The food and service were excellent and overall, Piney Branch was the perfect pick for our wedding.

My best friend got married here recently, and as Maid of Honor I tagged along for her initial tour. We both loved everything about it! The bridal suite, groom's lounge, all the linen colors they provide (there's a ton!), and the variety of centerpiece options!
On the day of everything went smoothly! The ceremony location and ballroom were both gorgeous, and the food and service was amazing!

First of all, Emily was amazing! She was so responsive and accommodating and made my day so perfect! The venue is beautiful and has so much flexibility when it comes to decorations and menu, etc. I couldn't rave enough about this venue.

Emily at Piney Branch did an AMAZING job at making my wedding perfect! She was prompt, professional, and great to work with! While the girls were getting ready, she made sure we had everything we needed and continually check on us. I would highly recommend Piney Branch Golf as the perfect wedding venue.

We had a great reception at Piney Branch! We were able to have the cocktail hour outside in the heated pavilion, and we were able to use the fire pit as well. The food was great, except the chicken was a little dry the night of the wedding. Emily was so helpful with all of my questions and always provided timely responses to my emails. I highly recommend Piney Branch as a wedding venue!

We had an incredible wedding at Piney Branch! Through COVID, we had to change our date (and guest count) a few times and Emily was always willing to help out with whatever we needed. Emily was also extremely responsive to my (million) emails about changes and updates. She helped us plan every perfect moment of our reception and was SO helpful on the day of. She escorted us to photo locations around the course, made sure everyone was where they should be, and ensured that the timeline was kept. I couldn't imagine having anyone else help plan our reception than Emily and the wonderful team at Piney Branch!

We got married this past April at Piney branch golf club and it was truly magical! The venue itself is gorgeous! The golf course provides SO MANY OPTIONS for wedding photographs, engagement portraits, where to have the ceremony, and so on. The beauty of the course was honestly our favorite part, made for some truly stunning photos.

Also, this venue is a caterer/venue combo which makes organizing the event 10x easier as well as much more affordable than most places. Having the food and location all in one truly made the wedding planning a lot smoother. The food was very good too. We did a duet pair of steak medallions with the crab cake and it was good!

The Venue is very large and accommodating. It fits up to about 200/250 guests, but since we got married during the pandemic we only had about 75. Having such a large space allowed us to spread guests out safely. There is also a spacious bridal suite, a small grooms suite, and a lovely pavilion where you can have your ceremony. The venue allows you to pick and choose addons to make your day special (reasonably priced too). We chose to purchase lunch during the 'getting ready' time and had champagne and sandwiches sent to the bridal suite! I can not stress enough how much easier it is to be able to have this option from the venue, rather than trying to coordinate this with an outside caterer. The Pavilion was a lovely spot for our ceremony, if you choose this vendor, we recommend the pavilion for your ceremony!

Finally, The wedding/event coordinator for our wedding was Emily and she was essential in making sure our day went by without a hitch. Emily is very prompt, friendly and professional with all communication (which you need during this busy planning process!). She also has great experience with weddings, i felt like every time i had a question or needed a suggestion she had so much helpful insight (I pretty much used all her recommendations lol)!!

This is a stress-free, spacious and beautiful spot- we highly recommend!

My daughter got married at Piney Branch this past fall and we had a WONDERFUL experience! Emily helped us along the way, and always had the information we were looking for. The staff, food, and atmosphere were all great! We will certainly be recommending Piney Branch to all our friends!

As a guest, I was highly impressed with everything. The location, food and service was fantastic. Being in the middle of a pandemic, I was pleased with the masks on policy to help make a special day for the couple a safe day as well.

I want to start off by saying that I didn’t book with this venue but I wish I had! We booked another venue and they treated us extremely poorly once COVID hit. I started reaching out to other venues and Emily was so kind and professional! She had empathy for our situation, explained all of the guidelines and how they could work with us to still make our day what we dreamed of! Unfortunately, our original venue wouldn’t refund us and we had already paid in full, so we decided to suck it up and stick with them but if I could do it all over again, I would have chosen Piney Branch in a heartbeat. Thank you, Emily for all of your help, suggestions and guidance!

Our wedding day was perfect! Emily was easily reachable and so helpful and creative! She took the stress away and made the evening run smoothly. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! We picked the best place to have our wedding!

When the pandemic forced us to change the date and venue of my daughter's wedding/reception in order to fulfill the many "corona virus" restrictions, Piney Branch worked with us and the end result was the absolute perfect wedding celebration! The venue was beautiful, both inside with the large wall of windows overlooking pretty trees and rolling green hills, and the gorgeous outdoor pavilion and patio area landscaped with colorful flowers. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Everyone from the manager, to the chef, to the servers were so friendly and ready to help in any way possible to make this day a perfect day... and they succeeded. I highly recommend Piney Branch for anyone looking for a wedding venue!

It’s not easy when a Corona bride has to change venues last minute, but Piney made it SO easy and I’m so grateful we were able to have our reception there :) Couldn’t have been better — food, atmosphere, personability, etc!

The venue was beautiful and great. They changed managers during our time as clients; however, the new manager stepped right up. They were accommodating and really worked to make our big day a success. I am more than pleased with our choice of venue!

We had our wedding in September 2019, and the grounds at Piney Branch were the PERFECT backdrop for our special day! Aside from being a beautiful venue, the staff at Piney Branch are superb, and they really helped our day go without a hitch!

Meghan was our coordinator at Piney Branch, and she was a dream to work with. She’s organized, creative, and is always willing to answer your questions (no matter how many there are!) She coordinated with all the vendors and everything went smoothly from the florist to the DJ. She even helped with setting up the reception room on the day of. Meghan made sure everyone was at the correct place at the correct time, and even accompanied us during photos to give our photographers ideas of where to take the best photos. I truly believe every wedding needs a Meghan. Without her, things wouldn’t have gone as smoothly!

Our guests raved about the food, the organization, and the quality of service the staff provided! The staff was attentive and made sure our guests were taken care of. Our dinner was buffet style, and we were able to provide them a list of guests with mobility problems and they brought their plates to them which was very much appreciated. On the same note, we also loved that Piney Branch is on one level which made it very easy for our elderly guests to get around.

We had a lot of little things and changes come up last minute, and Meghan was able to be flexible and help us figure out a solution! It almost sounds cheesy, but it really did feel like anything was possible at Piney Branch!

P.S. We highly recommend lighting the fire pit outside as it was a huge hit with our guests!

Best decision we made choosing this venue!

The team at Piney Branch was very easy work with throughout our planning process. They were extremely helpful with any questions we had along the way, even questions as silly as where we should get our marriage license! It was calling for rain on our big day the entire week before our wedding and we were given great flexibility in choosing when to pull the plug on an outdoor cocktail hour. Our day was perfect, the team was perfect, the crab cake was raved about by every guest! You will not regret choosing to have your big day with the team at Piney Branch!

For the entire year of planning and preparation Meghan Reichly and the staff at Piney Brook helped out in every way we needed, and made sure to help guide us to the best decisions. The wedding itself was very near perfect, with many of our guests saying it was the best wedding that had ever been to. The bar tender for our reception (who's name I forget, apologies), was wonderful-keeping a friendly face and manner no matter how many were waiting, and made each guest feel special. The food was superb, delivered with fast service, everything hot, and prepared with an eye to quality. The chef (who's name I also forgot, apologies again), did a great job.
All in all a beautiful venue, a professional caring staff and great food and drink made for a truly wonderful day for the bride and groom, and everyone who attended.

My wedding went absolutely flawless. Thank you SO much to Emily and Marcey for making sure everything went well, especially since last minute the original coordinator was out and unable to attend for my wedding or rehearsal. I was honestly expecting everything to go wrong, and my stress level was at an all time high, but they made sure it all went perfectly. I can’t thank them

Rachel, my daughter's wedding coordinator was on top of everything from our signing the contract to sending off my daughter and son-in-law at the end of the evening. I was able to talk and dance with our guests all night while she made sure everything went smoothly.
We had the crab cakes and beef tenderloin. Both were outstanding. The bartenders and other waitstaff were great and gave special attention to the wedding party. My daughter told me it was the best wedding ever!!

Our wedding was everything I wanted and more! Rachel and the staff at Piney Branch were outstanding. They truly made my vision come to life! I especially enjoyed the ease of all the planning and the constant reassurance from Rachel that everything would go smoothly. Rachel was there every step of the way, down to day of set up and tear down! I can't thank her and the staff enough for all of their help. The food was absolutely incredible. Staff even made sure my husband and I had food in between the ceremony and reception! We had our very own plate of hor d'oeuvres waiting after photos. Every last detail of our wedding was taken care of by Rachel and her staff, if there was a problem on our wedding day, I still don't know about it. We truly had the best day and that is because of the incredible staff at Piney Branch! If you're looking for an amazing venue with incredible views for photographs, this is the place! We loved Piney Branch for our wedding! Super affordable, beautiful and accommodating. All the staff, from the bartenders, waiters, office staff and of course Rachel (the coordinator) were all so wonderful, pleasant and efficient. The venue had so much to offer from those sought after chiavari chairs, centerpiece extras to use and all these little things that add up-made things so less stressful. Food was excellent. All of our guests loved it and had a wonderful time which is really what it’s all about. Can’t go wrong with Piney Branch!

Absolutely perfect! I fell in love with Piney Branch as soon as I saw it online...to only confirm it when I visited. Rachel was great! She was very responsive and helpful the entire time. She made the ballroom look beautiful and made sure the day ran smoothly. It was raining the entire day, but luckily stopped for a time period to take pictures outside. The scenery is beautiful. I highly recommend!

I only have good things to say about Piney Branch and their event manager, Rachel. Every moment of service from the day we booked this venue to the day of our wedding was superb! We had a response to every e-mail we sent and question we asked almost instantly and were never made to feel like a burden when we made last minute changes. The food was delicious, venue beautiful, service out of this world - hosting our wedding at Piney Branch was the best decision we made!

Piney Branch Golf course has everything- there were a variety of ceremony locations, ranging from uncovered outdoor, covered outdoor, or indoor locations. The coordinator there, Rachel, is so helpful and on top of things, and she was such a lifesaver when it came to helping us plan for the big day! Everything was scheduled and on time and running smoothly thanks to her detailed timelines and attention to every little thing. The golf course itself is a gorgeous landscape with plenty of options for photography. By booking Piney Branch, we crossed off Ceremony, Reception, Catering, and Coordinator choices all in one! Like an amazing 4 for 1 deal... you can't beat it!

Piney Branch was Amazing! Our wedding day was beautiful and ran like a well oiled machine thanks to our amazing vendors and the professionalism of the Piney Branch Staff. Rachel went above and beyond for us. We had a few unique request (ie. having a orchestra trio) that were all accommodated. The building is set up perfectly for handicap accessibly and the general flow of a wedding. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable, professional and polite. The food was wonderful and well tended, as we had a buffet; and the cake cutting service was a plus. It is a beautifully maintained building and ground with many great picture spots no matter what time of year. Wonderful and Fabulous!!! We cannot thank them enough.

Piney Branch was so accommodating; we had to be Rachel’s most annoying clients, always changing our minds and making last minute decisions, but she always had a smile on her face and took care of everything. The venue is beautiful. The cost is reasonable. The food is amazing (we got complements all night from guests). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t be happier!

My now husband and I had been looking for a venue for quite some time when I came across Piney Branch Golf Club. Needless to say, from beginning to end I was HIGHLY pleased. Rachel Clinton was so helpful. She worked with us beyond belief. Any time I had a question, which was a lot, I would shoot her an email and have a response by the end of the day. We had a guest list of over 250 people, over 200 showed up and that didn't seem to phase her. She kept everything on time and perfect. If anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. I am so thankful for her and all the work she did for us. She made it stress-free and easy! The place is gorgeous also! The scenery there is perfect for pictures! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Rachel and the staff of Piney Branch were wonderful to work with. The location is beautiful and the food was delicious. My guest are still talking about the great time they had. Piney Branch was a wonderful site for a wedding venue! I will start out by saying my husband and I live 6 hours away from where we were getting married (originally from MD but now live and work in NC). That being said, I was incredibly picky when it came to the venue because we had to rely heavily on the venue to be very flexible with our schedule being out of town. We started with Abby who was super helpful, professional, and accommodating. Our wedding was not until October 2016 but since December 2015 was the only time we were home for an extended period of time, we were able to schedule our tasting during then. In September 2016, Abby left and Rachel was her replacement. After our first meeting, I knew right away we were in WONDERFUL hands! Rachel reviewed our contract and clarified any questions that she had to make sure everything was going to go smoothly. Rachel answered every email and phone call immediately and was always able to answer all of our questions. The day before the wedding and the day of the wedding she was available and always there if I had a last minute question. She was professional and accommodating and I could not imagine a more perfect replacement for Abby. She truly made our day as smooth as possible and I have not one change to our day. Piney Branch is a wonderful space with an indoor and outdoor venue, there are spacious bridal party suites, and you have everything at your convenience. The entire staff were incredibly professional and helpful. Everything was set up perfectly. We have not stopped receiving complements on our venue. You cannot go wrong with Piney Branch!

So so happy we went with piney branch for our wedding reception!! Abby & her team are absolutely amazing. I want to especially thank Abby for being there every step of the way. She is so kind, professional, and always promptly responded to my calls and emails. She even ordered different chairs for me the DAY BEFORE my wedding because I changed my mind last minute. Her crew had the new chairs in and set up in less than 12 hours! the evening went so smoothly and everyone had a great time. Food was delicious and staff was so friendly! Thanks again, Piney Branch. We recently had our wedding at Piney Branch and had an absolutely perfect experience! We felt like all we had to do was show up. They handled everything and were so attentive and responsive in all of the communication leading up to the wedding as well as on the day. Abby our coordinator could not have been more amazing. Our day went so smoothly and was completely stress free! The food at our reception was awesome, the pavilion was perfect, the ballroom was perfect and the grounds made for stunning outdoor pictures. Piney Branch was the perfect wedding venue! I loved everything about getting married here. First of all, the wedding coordinator, Abby Tate, was absolutely incredible. She was responsive, professional, and extremely helpful! We had the ceremony under the pavilion, had cocktail hour out on the patio, and held the reception inside in the ballroom. I loved that everything happened at one venue, yet it felt so spacious. The hors d'oeuvres, food, drinks, and dessert were all delicious, especially the crabcake! Our wedding was a huge success thanks to Abby and Piney Branch and I highly recommend this venue!

There are no words I can use to express how PERFECT everything was at Piney Branch. Our 3/5/16 wedding was gorgeous and so stress-free thanks to Abby Tate (their AMAZING wedding coordinator) and the entire Piney Branch staff. Every detail - from their beautiful grounds and gorgeous ballroom to the large dance floor and delicious catering - was incredible. We have not stopped receiving compliments, and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. Piney Branch golf club is willing to work with you and give you plenty of support to create the day of your dreams. Abby, in particular, responds to emails at all hours and is always willing to do whatever it takes to make your day just as you envisioned. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Their all inclusive packages (including food, bar, and dessert) is an amazing value and the convenience of having one vendor in charge of so much really helps to simplify the planning process. WE LOVE PINEY BRANCH GOLF CLUB!

We could not have been happier with Piney Branch Golf Club. Our wedding turned out wonderful! When we first booked Piney Branch as our wedding venue last year, Dan was the coordinator. We really liked Dan but then in the early spring, Dan left and Abby became the new coordinator. We had actually worked with Abby when we were considering the Valley Mansion as our venue, so we already knew how great she was. The venue itself is beautiful, but the food and staff take it to a completely new level. Abby was really fabulous to work with. She is so kind and very helpful with some great ideas! She is quick to respond and will go out of her way to help. On our wedding day, Abby was by my side the entire time, keeping everything on schedule and making sure we had everything we needed. She even went outside for our pictures and fixed my dress and jewelry when needed! The rest of the staff at Piney Branch were great as well. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel special. Our bartenders, wait staff, etc. were all excellent.

The food they served was amazing and so delicious! We had chicken Chesapeake for our entrée, which everyone complimented was excellent. We did the spanakopita, mini cheesesteaks, and bacon-wrapped scallops (my favorite) for our passed hor devours. YUM!

Really, I cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else. I would highly recommend Piney Branch!! You will not be disappointed!

We had our wedding at Piney Branch two weeks ago. From the beginning Piney Branch was flexible, offered several options to accommodate our needs and remained professional and responsive throughout the entire process. It was nice to find an affordable venue that included a caterer and provided recommendations for other vendors (photographer, dj, etc.)
We were extremely happy with the way things went on our wedding day. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious and we received numerous compliments on the venue and food. Our day was perfect.
We will certainly recommend Piney Branch to our friends in the future.

From the moment I called Piney Branch I knew I found a winner. Abby Tate is an amazing wedding coordinator there. I had to change my venue 4 months before the big day and Abby could not have been more helpful, calming, and professional. She went way above and beyond. The food was excellent, service professional and the staff very hard working and supportive. I would highly recommend this location. Everyone was extremely complimentary.

We had our wedding reception at PBGC and absolutely loved everything about it! It is a gorgeous golf course and clubhouse and made for the best pictures. Abby was the coordinator and she literally thought of everything and more! One of the MANY things she did that day alone was when we were taking pictures out on the course and running behind schedule, she was very calm and simply called up to the club house to tell the DJ to extend the cocktail hour another 20 minutes. She also made sure that the ballroom looked gorgeous for us and that all of our little details that we put time and effort into showed up and were noticed. Not to mention all the time leading up to the wedding, if we sent her an e-mail with a question or idea, she responded sometimes within minutes and always gave honest and helpful responses. Let's not forget about the food! It was delicious and I'd certainly recommend the mini cheese steaks as an hors d'oeuvre! I don't know what else to say about this venue, except that we loved everything about it and if given the chance to do it all over at PBGC, we most certainly would!

An exceptional experience from the beginning to the end. Every part of the process related to the wedding reception was first class. We felt as if we had our own reception planners due to the personal attention and service we received. I heard the cocktail hour on the open air deck was great--though the wedding party did not make it out to mingle. The food and service were consistently excellent the entire night.

We looked at many places to select the perfect place for our wedding reception and decided to go with Piney Branch. This was the best decision as we have absolutely no complaints about Piney Branch as a location, their food and the outstanding service provided. We worked with Dan and Rose who are very experienced, kind and accommodating every step of the way. The wedding stress seemed to melt away when interacting with the two of them and many of the other great staff. The food was amazing and all of our guests who required special meals were well taken care of at no additional cost. All of my many ideas for the day went very smoothly without any instructions needed on the day. All we had to do was have a good time and take it all in. The location is beautiful and the pictures turned out great. Other locations offer similar services but you’d be greatly losing out if you don’t choose to work with Dan and Rose.

My daughter and I visited wedding venues all over Maryland, from waterfront, to harbor front, to country
settings. We wanted a beautiful setting where the ceremony could be performed outdoors, but we didn't
want the worry of bad weather ruining the day. Piney Branch was perfect. Dan and Rose and Mary paid
attention to every concern, question, need, want, and request that we had. The setting was peaceful and
beautiful, the venue was tastefully decorated, and the food was unbelievable!!!! We received so many positive comments about the original menu choices, the variety of selections, and how great it tasted. Dan worked with us to get us within our budget, but we were able to provide our guests with a reception that they are still talking about. Piney Branch truly deserves the all around 5 rating we have given them. Dan and Rose can feel free to give our my name and telephone number for a reference. We will always have wonderful memories of my daughter's wedding day and the service provided by the staff at Piney Branch.

I do not even know where to start. I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about this venue. My wedding day was everything that I dreamed of and more thanks to Dan and Rose at Piney Branch Golf Club. From the start I was in a crunch because we planned our wedding in just six months. When I called Piney Branch they had my date available and were willing to meet right away to show off their beautiful venue! They were never pushy for an answer and understood wanting to visit a couple venues to make sure we had the perfect fit! From the moment we met Dan and toured the golf club we knew that it was the perfect place. We especially loved the fact that they only do one event a day so we would be their focus for the day. We were married at a church on 7/19/14 and then sent our guests to Piney Branch for a cocktail hour outside under the beautiful pavilion while we had pictures. Then we had our reception inside in the beautiful room overlooking the golf course and it was everything I had ever dreamed of! I can not say enough good things! The food was wonderful (the guests loved everything from the appetizers to the chicken and crab cake sit down dinner we chose) , everything was set up for me and exactly the way that I had imagined, and the communication between Rose (the event coordinator) and I was always open and she was willing to help in any way she could to make sure my day was perfect. Prior to the reception we had pictures outside with the wedding party and then my husband and I were taken by golf cart (my husband got to drive...he loved that part) to a beautiful bridge for some pictures of just the two of us. Dan (the club manager) was with us the entire time and helped with everything from organizing people for pictures to holding the train of my dress while I was walking. It was without a doubt an AMAZING venue and a perfect day that I will never forget thanks to Piney Branch and the wonderful staff!!

Piney Branch was amazing from the moment we met with them. They worked with us and our budget, they were helpful, patient, and on the ball. Rose, Dan, Mary, and their staff are a top notch group and they know - they REALLY - know weddings. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. They decorated the tables beautifully and at the end of the night everything was packed up beautifully and neatly and sent home. I would recommend Piney Branch for any event - they are the best!!

We recently had a wedding reception for our daughter at Piney Branch. It was without a doubt, the best wedding ever. The staff at Piney Branch couldn't have been more accommodating. Dan Taylor, the general manager, went above and beyond handling all of our requests and making everything perfect. The rest of the staff was so kind of couldn't do enough to make our event perfect. The food was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We have gotten so many calls and emails from our guests telling us that they have never been to a better wedding. We are so happy we chose Piney Branch.

I loved everything about my wedding at Piney Branch! My day was everything I had dreamed it to be. Dan and Rose were wonderful to work with. They made the whole planning process very easy. They were both there with me every step of the way. We had our ceremony there also. That was just perfect too. My pictures are gorgeous! Having good food was also very important aspect to us. I believe that can either make or break a wedding. And, I have to say, that the food was SPECTACULAR!!!! Absolutely wonderful! We loved everything about Piney Branch!

Choosing Piney Branch as our reception sight was one of the best decisions my (then) fiance and I made! Aziz, Rose and Mary were amazing to work with! I am a picky eater and during the tasting Aziz made notes to change sauces and spices on the food without any hassle.
When we arrived we had a nice waiting area for just the bridal party to enjoy cheese and crackers while my new husband and I were off on a golf cart with the photographer and videographer to take scenic pictures on the property. I do believe driving around in the golf card was my husbands favorite part. Aziz did not rush us with pictures even though we were running a little behind. He was so calm and in control that it helped me to remain calm and enjoy the day. The dining room was decorated so nicely and the set up was picture perfect! The food was AMAZING! All our guests are still commenting on how good the food was. It is not typical wedding food at all! Typically you have to sacrifice quality for quantity when doing a buffet, not Piney Branch!
I would recommend Piney Branch to anyone looking for a reception site. You won't find a nicer group of people to work with and the site is absolutely beautiful.

From start to finish I loved working with the owner, who was very involved and was present at the reception, and his amazing staff! The food at the tasting and the actual even were top notch! We chose to do a buffet and picked three 'meals' worth of items for guests to chose from, they could get at much or little as they wanted! They were efficient in replacing diminished dishes and in taking care of guests. There were many more service staff for our event then I was expecting, which only meant more attention was paid to my family, guests, bridal party, and the groom and myself. I could go on forever, but just trust me. Call the venue and set up a meeting asap!

In a word…superb! From the selection of napkin colors to the private sampling of exquisite food prepared by a Chef who obviously takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to accommodate special dietary needs, the planning for the evening went very smoothly. Aziz and his wonderful staff walked us through each step, giving us confidence that everything would go smoothly. And it DID! Their helpful suggestions from years of experience and pleasant demeanor made everything perfect. In addition, I’ve never experienced more competent or attentive wait staff. The evening of the reception found our guests enjoying a lovely cocktail hour on the Gazebo following by the reception in the lovely and spacious hall. We’re still getting rave reviews about the abundant and delectable food and the beauty of the venue two weeks after the event! The golf cart ride for the bride and groom to a gorgeous spot on the golf course for pictures was an added bonus! It’s all thanks to the wonderful professional people at Piney Branch Golf Club and their clean and beautiful facility. They were able to accommodate our every request without hesitation. I’m recommending them to all my friends.

Great venue and great people to work with!

Aziz made our experience with Piney Branch wonderful from the very beginning. During our initial visit, we and our families felt very welcomed by Aziz. We had a specific date in mind, and when we decided to go with Piney Branch for our wedding reception, Aziz went out of his way to accommodate us on that date. During our tasting, we felt at home and were able to try anything and everything we wanted. To make the experience even better, everything we tasted was absolutely delicious!

On the day of the wedding, we were running a bit behind schedule due to a long ceremony and lots of pictures to take. Aziz and his staff shifted our planned timing as needed to ensure our guests were able to enjoy the cocktail hour, and got dinner out as quickly as possible as soon as we were ready. We had steak and crab cake, and our guests raved about the food as we knew they would. The staff were also extremely helpful, and we did not need to worry about a thing. They let us know when it was time for father/daughter and mother/son dances, and directed us when it was time to cut our cake, throw the bouquet and remove the garter. We had such a fun time dancing that we did not want to leave! We asked Aziz if we could extend our reception for an extra hour and he quickly accommodated our request. When the party finally ended, the staff at Piney Branch took care of everything from getting our flowers together to wrapping our cake topper and helping us pack up our things.

Overall, I would recommend Piney Branch to anyone who wants to have a wonderful and worry-free wedding reception! Piney Branch was about a half hour from our ceremony location, but we (and our guests) felt it was well worth the drive. Thank you to Aziz and everyone at Piney Branch for making our wedding reception such an amazing time!

Piney Branch was an amazing venue that provided a picturesque background for our wedding pictures. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the grand ball room is laid out so that all guests can have a great time. Our guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the covered pavilion and were able to walk outside on the porch through out the reception. This is a perfect venue if you're looking to add an element of the outdoors without chancing the weather and still maintain a formal atmosphere. The staff was very inviting and catered to our every need. The food was amazing!! Many of the guests commented on the quality and variety! I highly recommend this venue!

The event planners, Aziz and Rose, were extremely accomodating. Every single email and call I made were responded to in a timely manor (which is HUGE in my book)! Everything I asked for, (and it seemed had I asked for the moon they would have found a way to get it for me) they made sure I had on my wedding day.



On rehearsal day and wedding day (starting at 8:30AM), Aziz was there every step of the way. He worked so hard to have everything we wanted.



We had 150 people attend our ceremony and reception....both held at the golf club. The ceremony was held at the outdoor pavilion, and the reception in the ballroom inside of the clubhouse. Both places were beautiful! We have some absolutely amazing pictures!!



The food at both the cocktail hour and dinner were great! We chose to go with a buffet, and trust me when I tell you that many people were going up for seconds and thirds!



We, and all of our guests had a fantastic time at our wedding....guests ranging 20 years old to 80 years old have complimented the wonderful venue! We and our guests ended up having so much fun that we extend the reception an hour longer than we expected....In the final hour of the reception, my father asked Aziz to extend it one more hour....without hesitation, they "worked it out" :)



Here is just one example of how great they were:

I ordered/rented chair covers separate from an outside vendor (not through Piney Branch)....mistake on my part....when they arrived at Piney Branch, they didn't fit the chairs!!!! Aziz immediately got in contact with another chaircover vendor, had them expedite an order over to the venue, paid the rush fee's, and made sure I did not stress about it one bit....actually, they didn't even tell me until it was too late for me to stress!!! So, my one and only problem on my wedding day was taken care of before I knew it was a problem!!! (and trust me ladies, this could have made me have a major meltdown) The staff there also packed up and sent back both sets of chair covers so we didn't have to worry about it!!



I owe Aziz, Rose, and all of the Staff at Piney Branch Golf Club a HUGE thank you! We would not change anything about our wedding, and we would definitely recommend Piney Branch Golf Club as a wedding venue!

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Piney Branch and we loved EVERYTHING about it. From the first time we met with the event coordinator, Aziz, we felt that we were dealing with experienced professionals. Aziz penciled us in on our prospective date during our first meeting then gave us 2 weeks to think about it which I really liked because it relieved a lot of pressure from the decision without the fear of someone else swooping in and taking our date from us.
We met with Aziz several times to discuss details and he was willing to work with all of my ideas and answer my questions, and even had a few suggestions of his own for how to make the most of the venue. I was very pleased at the level of personalization I was allowed because it kept our wedding from feeling too “cookie cutter” despite the country club setting (which I had previously thought might have that effect).
They only schedule one event a day, so we were able to bring favors, table cards, escort cards, etc. to the rehearsal and the staff set them up early the next day. Also, my bridesmaids and I arrived very early the day of and had our hair and makeup done on site which was very convenient for me (we did not have to fight humidity, car rides, etc. to keep our hair and makeup pristine). The only complaint here is that the bride's room (which serves most days as a conference room) is not pretty so I don't recommend many pictures being taken here, and you should have your makeup artist bring extra lighting because it is not quite bright enough for precise work like this. But the room was spacious (I had myself, 3 bridesmaids, my mother, hair stylist, makeup artist, equipment, and 2 flower girls comfortably in the room) and a safe place to keep all of our belongings for the day. Also, Aziz gave us refreshments and snacks and checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything which was very nice.
The ceremony location is a beautiful covered patio that protects from rain or harsh sunlight and makes a very comfortable setting. The landscape is also very beautiful and made for incredible pictures.
Piney Branch also provides the food (with a few different menu options and the choice of buffet or sit-down) and there wasn't a thing that we ate here that wasn't delicious.
I definitely HIGHLY recommend Piney Branch because it is beautiful and Aziz will make your day completely worry free!

My wedding at Piney Branch Golf Club was picture perfect! I couldn't have asked for anything else - everything went off like clock-work all due the diligent efforts of club manager, Aziz Iskander, and his wonderful staff. The day was beautiful (he promised me it would be) mid-July 84 degrees with a slight breeze! Aziz even carried my train to the end of the aisle. The ceremony pavillion was beautiful - our pictures were gorgeous with the landscaping of the golf club as a backdrop. The food was so delicious. Our guests have said they never had food at a wedding that was so delicious (Thanks Chef Bobby!!). My parents phone range off the hook the next day with calls from guests stating it was the best wedding they've ever attended. Best wedding decision I made!!!

Aziz could not have been more accommodating during the entire planning process. The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff was very attentive. The surrounding area was beautiful for photographs.

We were very happy with our celebration at Piney Branch. The food was good, everyone had a good time, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was especially pleased with the employee who, on her own, got food and drink for my grandmother and looked after her.

We LOVED our June wedding at Piney Branch and are still getting compliments on our venue months later! We wanted to hold our reception indoors but have an outdoor entertaining space for the cocktail hour, and Piney Branch fit our vision perfectly! We loved the outdoor pavilion space and ended up not only using it for our cocktail hour but also for dancing. Because we had an off-site church ceremony, Piney Branch was able to have the pavilion all set up for the cocktail hour upon our guests' arrival. We then moved our guests into the ballroom for the bulk of the reception: the wedding party introduction, first dance (on the main indoor dance floor), dinner, toasts, cake cutting, and father/daughter and mother/son dances. The party was then moved back outside to the pavilion as the dance music was kicked up! Our older guests and parents' friends loved this setup, which allowed those not interested in dancing to continue conversing and visiting with each other in the ballroom, away from the dancing and loud music. We continue to get compliments about how ingenious this creation of two spaces was.

The venue itself was beautiful: stunning grounds, the signature pavilion, a tasteful ballroom, and chiavari chairs. We love all of our wedding photos on the grounds (Rachel, the wedding coordinator, took us and our photographer and videographer around in golf carts for our portraits!).

Overall rating only 4/5 for quality of service because the food could have been better cooked and was definitely inferior to the food at our tasting. The brussel sprouts were significantly undercooked and the beef tenderloin was overcooked; if I were doing it over again, I would have gone with a less adventurous veggie. The crab cakes, however, were divine, as were all the hors d'oeuvres!

My husband and I had our reception at Piney Branch. From the beginning of our planning process up through the reception the staff consistently was extremely helpful, caring, and so accomodating! They truly became our friends during the planning.
What really set Piney Branch apart was how much they cared for my husband and I during our reception. I ended up severely injuring my knee during the event and the care and attention the staff showed was un-paramount; the manager, Dan even left to find me a knee brace in town! Unfortunately I had to leave by ambulance due to the severity of the injury. We will always remember the kindness and attention Piney Branch gave us and cannot wait to plan our next event with them!

These comments are coming from the bride's mother. Our daughter, Rachel married Eric Potts and held their reception at Piney Branch. This club facility is fantastic in many ways: beautiful grounds, lovely-cozy-and welcoming inside. The food is awesome and served with outstanding expertise. Many of the guests complimented the chef to us. The wait staff showed extreme courtesy and dedication as they performed their duties to make everyone comfortable. Dan is terrific in preparing the family with details to make the event wonderful and memorable. My deepest appreciation goes to the staff at Piney Branch for making us feel at ease; we are grateful for every service extended. Mary the "hostess with the mostess" was extremely helpful. We have only two regrets: 1) The rose petals remained in the refrigerator and did not get used and 2) Another hour or two should have been booked to extend the celebration time. Time went by so quickly. Many thanks for providing a fabulous facility to make a wedding very beautiful and memorable.

Aziz and the rest of the staff at Piney Branch made our wedding perfect! So many people came up to me that night and afterward, asking how we found such a nice place and commented on how they never knew it was there! One of my guests is considering booking her wedding there, now. The food was delicious, the space was set-up perfectly, and Aziz made sure everything ran smoothly from the start of planning until we walked out the door after the reception.

I was not going to write this, but some of our incidents with the venue were exactly the kinds of details I was looking for when searching for a venue.  So, I hope this helps.

None of these examples are deal breakers individually.  However, when I look back I am still frustrated with the lack of communication and empathy on Emily's part.

1-There was another coordinator when we booked,  she was an absolute delight.  Emily came around in January-February so she is who we dealt with 99% of the time.  Her initial introduction email reminded us a lot of the previous coordinator, bubbly and excited to get to work.  However this was not the vibe we got on the phone and in person.  I can say with 100% confidence we were not bride/groom zillas AT ALL, but we were getting married in the midst of a pandemic so yes, we did have occasional questions.  I dealt with her once on the phone and she was so off-putting, dismissive, and cold that I made that my husband's job from then on.  It was the same for him-she always sounded like "I was interrupting something very important or she was just about to leave for the day."

2-He called her a few times throughout the pandemic to make sure no guideline or rules/laws had changed and her response was "No, I will let you know if anything changes."  Fast forward to August, our tasting, two months until the wedding.  Within 5 minutes of sitting down she tells us that masks are required the entire day/night inside and outside.  We were livid.  When he asked her why she didn't call us she said "Well, I mean, it was on the news..." We still felt that it was her job to call us and review how this pandemic would impact our wedding.  It's too late to back out, so we decided to fork up extra money to rent siding for the pavilion and some outdoor heaters-we would have rather had it outside than make everyone wear masks all night.  We ran around like crazy people (and put down a lot of extra money) adjusting several aspects of our wedding to make this new plan work.  Fast forward to one month later-one month until the wedding.  I visit the club one more time and when I sit down with her she tells me that masks are no longer a rule because no one follows it once they start drinking. Sooooo #1-she made it sounds like it was Hogan's law and I should have known better, when it was in fact THE COUNTRY CLUBS RULE and #2, once again, no call when there was a change.

#3-The small-time siding/heater company had jumped through hoops for us and we felt terrible for cancelling, so even though we didn't need them, we decided to keep the heaters.  Fast forward to cocktail hour (this happened during wedding portraits)  a groomsmen saw old people who were clearly cold try to turn on one of the heaters...that was off.  He asked Emily why and she responded "They're broken."  He knew a company would not send two broken heaters so he opened up the bottom and basically flipped a switch and they were on, it took seconds.  #1 she almost wasted the extra money we spent, which we would not have spent in the first place if it weren't for her.  #2, instead of "I can't figure out how to turn them on" she either lied or made a ridiculous assumption that BOTH were broken (and when the company dropped them off they told me they SHOWED HER how to use them.)

These were the three big things that still stick with me.  This does not count the small incidents like eye rolls to my bridal party and guests when they would ask very simple and harmless questions.  Overall, Emily seems to despise her job and doesn't like to go out of her way to volunteer information.  I completely understand it's a crazy pandemic, but this is your job.  

Would I book here again?  Yes, but knowing what I know now I would have been less passive and non-confrontational.  We were so shocked by her unprofessionalism that I don't think we would have handled it the same way if we were expecting it.  If you book with her, be assertive and ready to demand answers, because it's like pulling teeth to get information.  And be ready for a major attitude.

OTHER THAN THAT(:  The rest of the staff was WONDERFUL!!! Bartenders, waiters, everyone!!!
