Our wedding load has been lightened by the pleasant and experienced staff at Pinewood Country Club. They've worked with us through every detail giving good, well thought through advice. Pinewood had two options for a wedding venue. We chose the ballroom due to it's reflection of "southern charm". We opted for an out of doors wedding ceremony with the option, due to weather, to be able to move it indoors at the last minute if needed! -

The Perfect Venue
My wife and I had the best experience having our wedding at the Pinewood Country Club! This venue was by far the most inexpensive we found in our search, with such a beautiful venue and great staff. The interior looks really nice is very spacious with a large ballroom and joined barroom. There is a bridal suite and groom suite that are very nice. Catering is done through the venue which is very convenient and they include basic decorations with the ability to add your own, and a day of coordinator. The staff (Mrs. Terri and Mrs. Maria) were super easy to work with and accommodated our desires for the floorplan and schedule. They were very sweet and always made us feel like the center of our special day, even getting us water and food throughout the night. We couldn't have had a more perfect experience with the Pinewood. Thank you Mrs. Terri, Mrs. Maria, and Mr. Louis! -

The Sadie Jane is a beautiful wedding venue and it is complemented by their incredible staff! As a wedding planner (and former Sadie Jane bride myself!) I highly recommend considering the Sadie Jane for your wedding or corporate event! The bridal suite and groom's suite is a convenient place for the wedding party to get ready so you can be on site all morning. -

Our 50th wedding anniversary party recently held at Pinewood Country Club was beyond our expectations. This venue offered a very elegant atmosphere to celebrate this special occasion with family and friends. The food was delicious and the bar service was excellent. We have received so many compliments about the quality of service provided to our guest and the wide selection of food offered. The staff at Pinewood Country Club was very professional and knowledgeable in helping us plan and coordinate the details of this event and was always available to discuss any idea and offer any suggestions. We would definitely recommend the Pinewood Country Club for any party, reception or event. Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the staff and management in assuring that our 50th anniversary party was a total success and a very memorable evening.

Absolutely amazing service and food! We had our wedding taste test here and have been to pinewood many other times. The service and people are always amazing and the food is awesome each time! I 1000/10 recommend booking Pinewood for any get together you may have! -

Pinewood County Club was the perfect venue for my son’s rehearsal dinner. Ms. Terri H, the director of operations, answered all my questions and set up a time for us to visit. After seeing how beautiful the dining room decor is and tasting the delicious food we booked it immediately. The staff is friendly and courteous. The steak and Cajun Chicken with crawfish cream sauce were outstanding! The praline bread pudding is delicious! I can’t say enough about our experience! The 3 hours went by so quickly we weren’t ready to leave! If you are looking for a high quality venue that is affordable and beautiful this is the perfect venue!

Perfect day
This was such an amazing experience. Highly recommend this menu for anyone who’s looking to get married. With my husband being in the military we had to change the wedding date and I only had three months to plan. I was super stressed, but Miss Terri Coordinator was able to help me with everything that I needed. This is such a beautiful venue that gives you everything that you need all in one place. -

Pinewood delivered such an awesome experience on our wedding day.
A day-of coordinator is included in the wedding package, food and alcohol is all provided in house or with contracted vendors so you don't have to coordinate with tons of different people. Our wedding was beautiful and so easy! 10/10 recommend! -

Terri was so easy to work with. She walked me through everything several times and agin when my mom and best friend wanted to see for themselves. The set up was perfect. The day of coordinator was on point, down to a timeline of events. She made sure my husband and I always had a fresh drink and food at our table! It was a perfect day and Pinewood was a perfect choice for us! -

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Mrs. Terri and the entire staff were so amazing to work with throughout the planning process, and were even more wonderful on the night of the wedding. We never had an empty cup and didn’t go hungry during our reception. She followed the timeline as discussed and kept the entire night flowing smoothly and seamlessly. Since the renovations to the ballroom, the country club is modern and is a beautiful space for any style wedding. I HIGHLY recommend this venue and their wonderful staff for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, or any other event of importance to you. The staff truly cares and goes above and beyond to make sure your vision becomes a reality. Delicious food, beautiful space, and a wonderful group of people to plan along side of! -
