  A Perfect Venue for a Wedding!

  Our wedding load has been lightened by the pleasant and experienced staff at Pinewood Country Club. They've worked with us through every detail giving good, well thought through advice. Pinewood had two options for a wedding venue. We chose the ballroom due to it's reflection of "southern charm". We opted for an out of doors wedding ceremony with the option, due to weather, to be able to move it indoors at the last minute if needed!

  Rehearsal Dinner Dec. 14, 2023

  Pinewood County Club was the perfect venue for my son’s rehearsal dinner. Ms. Terri H, the director of operations, answered all my questions and set up a time for us to visit. After seeing how beautiful the dining room decor is and tasting the delicious food we booked it immediately. The staff is friendly and courteous. The steak and Cajun Chicken with crawfish cream sauce were outstanding! The praline bread pudding is delicious! I can’t say enough about our experience! The 3 hours went by so quickly we weren’t ready to leave! If you are looking for a high quality venue that is affordable and beautiful this is the perfect venue!

  Amazinggg!

  Absolutely amazing service and food! We had our wedding taste test here and have been to pinewood many other times. The service and people are always amazing and the food is awesome each time! I 1000/10 recommend booking Pinewood for any get together you may have!

  Evening Wedding

  Pinewood Country Club was absolutely perfect for our 7:00 p.m. wedding. This venue had everything we were looking for. It's spacious beautiful and functional and the staff we're especially helpful. Terri and Maria were crucial for my wedding day. They reminded me of things I had completely forgotten about they kept everyone on schedule and the flow of the day overall would not have happened without them. I cannot recommend this venue enough we had a great time and everything went beautifully!

  Perfect day

  This was such an amazing experience. Highly recommend this menu for anyone who’s looking to get married. With my husband being in the military we had to change the wedding date and I only had three months to plan. I was super stressed, but Miss Terri Coordinator was able to help me with everything that I needed. This is such a beautiful venue that gives you everything that you need all in one place.

  Excellent Experience

  Pinewood delivered such an awesome experience on our wedding day.
  A day-of coordinator is included in the wedding package, food and alcohol is all provided in house or with contracted vendors so you don't have to coordinate with tons of different people. Our wedding was beautiful and so easy! 10/10 recommend!

  Bulris wedding at Pinewood

  This venue was perfect. Staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. They handled all my concerns and made my day memorable. Food was excellent. Guest stated had the best time.

  Amazing, perfect!!

  Terri was so easy to work with. She walked me through everything several times and agin when my mom and best friend wanted to see for themselves. The set up was perfect. The day of coordinator was on point, down to a timeline of events. She made sure my husband and I always had a fresh drink and food at our table! It was a perfect day and Pinewood was a perfect choice for us!

The food was delicious and they were extremely flexible in selecting the menu. The room was set up when we arrived so all we had to do was add our finishing touches. We had a wonderful stress free afternoon celebrating our bride and many memories were made that we will forever cherish.

  Perfect Wedding

  Terri H. and the entire staff gave my daughter the PERFECT wedding. Not exagerating with the word perfect. From planning to the wdding/reception they had it under control. We literally gave Terri our ideas and she completely put it together for the night of our lives. Thank yall.

We never had an empty cup and didn’t go hungry during our reception. She followed the timeline as discussed and kept the entire night flowing smoothly and seamlessly. Since the renovations to the ballroom, the country club is modern and is a beautiful space for any style wedding. I HIGHLY recommend this venue and their wonderful staff for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, or any other event of importance to you. The staff truly cares and goes above and beyond to make sure your vision becomes a reality. Delicious food, beautiful space, and a wonderful group of people to plan along side of!

  Pinewood Ballroom hosted our wedding on 24 hours notice when a category 1 hurricane came barreling down upon our garden party wedding plans. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Further, the space was beautiful, the food was delicious and Louis and his team were incredible. I couldn't have imagined a better wedding experience which is made all the more impressive given they had no time to plan for the party at all, and indeed offered us the space at an incredibly affordable rate. This place is top notch and I cannot recommend it with enough exuberance.

  Pinewood plantation

  There responded right away. They were very professional. She gave me a tour and showed me decorations. She went over the menu and drinks. She answered all my crazy questions. The price is amazing. Its perfect for us. We are really happy with this venue.
