We had our wedding a year ago in 2023 at "The Pavilion" at Pinehills Golf Club and are STILL raving about it to this day! From start to finish, everything was handled by Kelli with the utmost care and professionalism. Her prompt communication and attention to detail ensured that everything went off without a hitch! The venue's list of suggested vendors made planning so much easier, as I could choose from a curated list of trusted professionals who were familiar with the venue. Additionally, the team was incredibly accommodating to my husband's dietary needs. He has celiac, and they went out of their way to make substitutions to ensure that certain foods were gluten-free. This level of care and flexibility was deeply appreciated and allowed us to enjoy our day without any worries. Not only was Pinehills absolutely stunning, but what really added to the "icing on the cake" was the staff. Kelli and the team went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The staff are the most friendly and flexible people leading up to and especially on your wedding day. My husband and I worked with Kelli and would recommend her to anyone! She is more than a day of coordinator, she is absolutely a wedding planner as well. She walked us through everything and was so responsive with all of our questions. She made us feel at ease leading up to and on our big day.
The venue speaks for itself as soon as you see it. It is absolutely stunning and required no additional decor to make it look up to par.
The food is to DIE FOR! We are still getting compliments on the food and we got married 7 months ago! My only regret from my wedding is not eating more of it! The staff were so flexible with dietary restrictions that came up on the day of and created dishes to accommodate that were not even on the menu. Everything was hot, so tasty and worth every penny and more!

Cannot recommend this venue enough. Everything was absolutely perfect. Kelli the coordinator helped to make sure every process was smooth and easy for us. She was always in contact with us and could answer any questions we needed. The ceremony on site was perfect and made the evening flow perfectly. The pavilion is beautiful and every vendor enjoyed working here. I wish I could do it all over again at ehe Pinehills!

We are so happy that we chose Pinehills for our wedding venue! Our guests are still gushing over how delicious the food was and how big the portions are! Not only that, but our families were so appreciative of the staff. They were so attentive and made sure they were taken care of throughout the night. My husband and I were very well taken care of also. Every time I turned, there was something right there asking me if I needed anything and they made sure we were fed! But I can’t write a review about Pinehills without mentioning our venue coordinator, Kelli. She is the absolute best. She answered all of my emails quickly and thoroughly provided her expertise. We’ll remember our wedding day forever!

My husband and I got married at the Pinehills on May 12, 2023 after booking in February 2022. I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about Katy, her team, the venue, the food, everything. Katy was a dream to work with - she truly possesses a natural talent for everything she does. She is detail oriented and never misses a beat. Throughout the planning process Katy was always speedy to get back to me with full paragraphs of responses offering great insight and opinions where needed. The venue itself is breath taking. The day went SO smoothly and neither my husband nor I ever had to worry about a thing. I could not have dreamed of a more amazing place to get married or a better team to work with. I couldn’t recommend Pinehills enough for a wedding venue!! They exceeded our expectations in every way, and they truly do it all so you can rest assured know that every detail will be handled. I can wholeheartedly say that our wedding day wouldn’t have been anywhere near as amazing as it was without Katy our coordinator. She is the best of the best, both throughout the planning process all the way to the end of the night. She made all of my wedding day dreams come true and then some, and I felt like the most calm bride because I knew that she had everything else under control. I had asked her to snap a few photos on my phone for me and the next morning I realized I had every single memory of our day captured on my camera roll, all thanks to her! I don’t know how she does it but she is an absolute professional. Our guests raved about the raw bar, apps & meals as well as the stunning tented ceremony space. My now, WIFE and I just got married this past Saturday on 10.2.21 and it was an absolute dream come true!

We booked our wedding venue at the Pavilion at Pinehills in Plymouth, Ma and it was without a doubt, the best decision we could have made! From the moment we contacted them to even now, post wedding, they are a TOP NOTCH service venue. Katy was our coordinator and she is the absolute best. Her communication is prompt but even more importantly, her attention to EVERY.SINGLE.DETAIL is unparalleled. You can tell she loves what she does and let me tell you, it makes all the difference in the world when you’re planning something so intricate and important. All through Covid, her guidance was as upfront and clear as possible. Her shining moments, though, were hands down the day of our wedding and post wedding. She was with us from beginning to end. She held our lip gloss, ran all over that venue with us. Held our flowers, fluffed our skirts, positioned my veil, took AMAZING photos and her social media game is fire! I have never seen a coordinator more involved, passionate and so thoughtful. She made sure my FIL had all the Diet Coke he could handle and thoroughly looked like she enjoyed our wedding with us, all while anticipating every need we didn’t even know we had! I could go on and on about Katy, but it’ll never do her enough justice.
Aside from Katy, we had our AMAZING stewardess, Lorie. She was the mama bear we all needed. She made sure our entire family had drinks and were eating all night. She was our biggest fan that day, making us feel absolutely on top of the world. She was our greatest little hype girl and just could not do enough to make our night as great as humanly possible. We adore her!

The waitstaff was the best in the business. Someone spilled a drink all over my SIL’s dress and Lindsey couldn’t get her water and napkins fast enough. Making sure they brought us all food while they were cleaning it up. Every single girl.. you couldn’t ask for better service and a friendlier staff.

Now the food… I’ve been to top tier wedding venues, and I have never had the food HOT and delicious. Our guests are raving about the food! The raw bar is displayed in an actual rowboat and they kept restocking it all through cocktail hour! It was worth every penny! Every guest had round after round of passed appetizers and not one complaint! The filet was so tender you could cut with a butter knife and the grand mariner butter sauce on the lobster was mouth watering. Even our mashed potatoes were hot. The late night food… Katy recommended the grilled cheese. We were skeptical because we didn’t want them getting cold. I don’t know how they do it, but people were flipping out over these bad boys. They were unreal. Buttery and hot and delicious. Chef Matt and his crew absolutely delivered every item with utmost perfection!
The GM’s name is Jim and he was at our tasting and our wedding day. You can tell that he respects his crew and this is all their second home. My FIL hit it off with him over the Bruins and became fast friends!

Ultimately… if you want an experience unlike any other… The Pavilion at Pinehills is leaps and bounds above any other space like it. It’s rustic but chic and bright and clean and updated. The people there make your day absolute magic and we truly left there feeling like we were part of their family. Our entire family is raving about every aspect of the day. I’m sure I’m forgetting things but do yourself a favor and check this place out if you haven’t. It’s a hidden gem and you won’t regret it!!!

Our coordinator Katy and Pinehills were absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. When our wedding had to be postponed a full year due to Covid-19, Katy was so helpful and flexible. Katy worked with us for over 2 years and was kind and responsive throughout, always making sure we were up to date with what was going on with Covid restrictions. Luckily, by the time our wedding happened, restrictions had been lifted and Katy brought our vision to life so perfectly! The day of our wedding was absolutely amazing and went on without a hitch. All of the food was so delicious and the venue/golf course are beautiful. We are so grateful and to Katy and Pinehills for making our day so special!

Everyone at Pinehills is simply amazing, there’s no other way to put it!! Our original wedding date was in June 2020. Due to Covid uncertainties, we chose to move to August 2021, then for a third/ final time to June 2021. Katy was seriously amazing throughout all of it. She answered every email, call, and any question we could think of (trust me I thought of A LOT) while we were all navigating uncharted territory. She made such a difficult time so much easier and was honestly a ray of sunshine, she kept us hopeful and positive throughout it all! Any request or thought we had, Katy made it happen. She made everything easy, stress-free, and we always felt like we were her top priority. This past June we FINALLY had our wedding of our dreams. Every single detail was perfect and not one thing was overlooked by Katy or her team. We /our families are still receiving calls raving about the food and the service (no joke), everyone had the most amazing time!! Above all, The Pinehills team truly made our dream wedding a reality. Honestly it was more amazing than we could have ever dreamed of. Katy and her team seriously go above and beyond for any of their couples, we are so grateful we were/ are one of them!!!

Katy and her team at the Pinehills are incredibly caring, organized, dedicated, and helpful. They were with us through planning our wedding, and then dealing with the COVID pandemic. The detail-oriented method of planning allowed us to follow state guidelines, and for me to have a stress-free wedding day. Katy and her team went above and beyond to ensure our day was special, from finding the best spots for pictures, to setting up our reception, and to even making sure we got to our hotel safely at the end of the night. Katy & the staff at Pinehills were AMAZING. The venue is gorgeous & everyone was professional, organized, & great to work with. Katy was there for us every step of the way and was super helpful. She really cares about you having the best experience possible and is always available if you have a random question or just want to stop by and take one more look at the layout. On the day of the wedding, they went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The food was incredible and the service was spot on, everything went off without a hitch. If you book your wedding at the Pinehills you will not be disappointed.

We could not have picked a better venue to celebrate our big day! During the planning process, we worked with Kelli and she was incredible. She walked us through all the details, answered any and all questions and was accommodating in every way!

On the day of the wedding, everything was beyond our wildest dreams. The room was amazing, the scenery was beautiful and the new ceremony area is so perfect. The staff was helpful, and Kelli worked her butt off running around to make sure everything went according to plan.

I'd be remiss if I did not talk about the food. We are not talking your run-of-the-mill wedding fare. We chose to have our wedding food in stations, and our guests were treated to prime rib, salmon, scallops, a raw bar, short rib sliders, a full Mediterranean spread and so so so much more! People are still bringing up how delicious and plentiful the food was when we see them.

All in all, the Pinehills Golf Club is the perfect wedding venue. A friendly staff, beautiful set up and delicious food all in one. We highly recommend hosting your big day here!

Our wedding at Pinehills was a dream come true. It was the perfect place to get married! Their new ceremony site is absolutely breathtaking, and the reception area is beautiful with its rustic elegance. Not to mention the golf course and grounds are so pretty for pictures! The venue speaks for itself. The food was delicious too. My husband and I already have plans to visit for our first anniversary and eat at the restaurant on-site! However the real reason for such a perfect day was my coordinator, Katy. She is a star! From meeting her on the first day until the big day, she made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. She also kept me calm during the afternoon, leading up to the first look. She is just wonderful! She is attentive to details and always responded to my emails and questions. Her staff is phenomenal too! I cannot say enough great things, and I could go on forever with compliments. I will be forever grateful to her and Pinehills for making me feel so special and for helping me have the wedding of my dreams!

Our experience here was amazing!!!!! My coordinator was Katy, and she did a fabulous job! More than I could ever ask for. She was extremely professional, and on top of everything from beginning to end. She really knows what she is doing, and that made me feel great!! This venue is so beautiful, and they did an amazing job!! We are beyond happy with everything they did! I would highly suggest them, and I would suggest Katy over and over again!! Pinehills was the first venue we looked at--- and every other one we visited after it just didn’t compare! Not only was Pinehills the most picturesque venue, it also had the most AMAZING coordinator, Katy. She was our go-to for the past year and a half of wedding planning, and she never missed a beat! Katy is very professional and personable which made her someone we could trust throughout our whole planning process. She was extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. When the day of our wedding came, Katy was present the entire time. She was there to greet the photographer and helped scope out some spots for our photos, she was ahead of the game catering to the bridal party, and she was there to oversee that all events ran on time and smoothly…which they did!! We were so confident in her abilities that we could relax, live in the moment, and enjoy our special day. Thank you, Katy, for everything you did to help bring our vision to life all while making us feel at ease!

We also owe a sincere THANK YOU to all of the staff at Pinehills…the service was exceptional!!! Everyone was incredibly pleasant and accommodating to guests’ needs and any special requests, all while wearing smiles on their faces. The wait staff went above and beyond the whole evening. We truly felt pampered and knew we were in the best of hands!

Also, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention the DELICIOUS food! The portions were more than generous and everything was cooked to perfection. The appetizers were continuously flowing, the bartenders who made our signature drink did not disappoint, and our meals were superb.

We are so appreciative of everyone that worked together to make our day everything we ever dreamed of, and more! The compliments continue to pour in from our families and friends. WOW, where do I even begin!? My husband and I got married (ceremony & reception) at The Pavilion at Pinehills on January 6, 2018 (the coldest day of the year since 1918!). Our Event Manager, Katy Valentine, was nothing but professional, friendly, and most importantly – HELPFUL! Katy and I worked close together to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch – and that it did! The food was INCREDIBLE by Chef – who worked with me to customize our menu. Our guests couldn’t stop raving how delicious the food was and that the portions for dinner were huge! The venue is gorgeous with breathtaking scenery around the greens, which made it perfect for our wintery photos. The staff during the entire day were extremely accommodating and always had a smile on their faces. My husband and I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect day and it was all thanks to the amazing team at Pinehills. THANK YOU!

We got married on 10/7/17 and it was the best day of our lives. The Pinehills and Kelli were amazing. They were so attentive from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about a thing they had everything handled!

Our October wedding at Pinehills was everything we dreamed of. From the first time we walked into The Pavilion, we fell in love with the rustic, simple, and elegant room and the beautiful outdoor patio. Our coordinator, Katy Valentine, and the other staff were professional, responsive, and helpful from our first conversations, to the tasting and planning, and the wedding day itself. The service and food throughout the evening were excellent and our guests only had positive things to say. Katy went above and beyond to help us with food and linen selection, decor, and even some unexpected guests – no task was too great and she was always there to ease our anxieties. We truly appreciate all that everyone at Pinehills did to make our wedding perfect and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married in the Plymouth area!

From start to finish, Pinehills was an incredible venue for a wedding reception. They are professional courteous, efficient, responsive, a great value, and so easy to work with! They make you feel like yours is the most important event ever! Our daughter’s wedding reception was absolutely perfect, the service we were given was second to none. And, the food was absolutely delicious. If you are considering a south shore venue, you’d make a mistake to miss Pinehills.

5 stars isn't enough! Our daughter's wedding was spectacular! The venue and the staff's professionalism was outstanding and everything was enhanced by perfect weather on an early August evening. However, most importantly, it was the personal, caring attention to every detail by our coordinator, Katy Valentine, that made it all work so well. I’m sure others on the Pinehills wedding staff are very good, but Katy is THE best. Insist on her and you won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Pinehills. All of our guests raved about how great the room looked and Katy was so easy to work with and so accommodating and helpful. The food was amazing, especially the appetizers which our guests also loved.

When we got engaged earlier this year we looked at a several potential reception sites but the Pavilion at the Pine Hills Golf Club blew the others out of the water. The reception room has high ceilings with beautiful wood beams and a lot of natural light. The option of having flowers, cake and linens included in the package price makes things so easy. Abby and Katy are so great to work with and were very responsive to our questions. Our guest repeatedly complimented us on the food and the atmosphere of the venue. It was such a beautiful wedding that we didn’t want to leave. There was nothing that went wrong that day. The staff was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect.

Abby was amazing! The food was great! We could not have asked for a more perfect day. Abby made everything go so smoothly and I highly recommend working with her if you can!

We had our wedding reception at Pinehills and it was beautiful!! Abby was so helpful in all stages of wedding planning and made everything perfect for our day. The food was delicious and everyone said how great it was. The venue is beautiful. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day!

Pinehills Golf course was the perfect venue for our wedding. We visited a few others but they needed updating, were too small, or the packages weren't inclusive of what we were looking for. As soon as we saw the Pavilion we knew it was the best choice. The room has a simple elegance. The color palette was neutral and we were able to make it our own. Katy was our coordinator and she was great. She walked us through the options and was able to answer all of our questions. She was very responsive when it came to emails and phone calls. She had solutions for everything.
We knew we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Pinehills had a faux wedding food tasting event where we were able to bring our parents and meet other vendors. It was great!
Katy suggested an extra heater for our outdoor cocktail hour because the temperature had dropped and nights before wedding guests had complained of being cold. I was so happy she did it worked out perfectly.
The room setup was perfect! The timeline worked out great. Plenty of dancing time after dinner. The food was delicious! When we arrived we were met by Katy and a few servers with apps and cocktails. Katy took us out on the course and assisted with photographs.
Then she helped to bustle and pin my dress as someone had spilt something in the back of my dress. She was able to cover it up, thankfully. It was truly a perfect night. We didn't want it to end. Pinehills was the perfect venue for our wedding and will be for yours as well.

We got married in September 2015 and our wedding could not have been more perfect!! We got so many compliments from our guests on everything from the food, to the beautiful location, and the staff. We felt that this venue was by far the best value of all the venues we looked at. The packages include so many extras (centerpieces, cake, linens, etc.) and there were no hidden fees. We got married outside on site, and felt comfortable knowing that we could have a tent put up in case of bad weather as a back up plan (luckily we didn’t need it!). Abby was our coordinator, and she was wonderful. We planned the wedding from out of state, and Abby was very responsive in answering our questions and giving recommendations for vendors, decorations, etc. She has great attention to detail and made sure every detail was just right and the evening went off without a hitch.

We visited a number of venues in eastern MA and by the end of our visit to Pinehills, we knew that this was the right choice. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. We met with Abby on the first day and she was incredibly warm, accommodating, and extremely professional. We knew that we would be in good hands. Katy was assigned as our actual coordinator for our wedding and she was equally as prompt, professional, and a joy to work with. Pinehills is truly unique in having such capable wedding coordinators running their events. When we were stressing over a million other details, we always knew that the Pinehills staff was on top of everything so we didn't have to worry. While the staff was what set Pinehills apart from the rest, the venue is also gorgeous and provided the perfect atmosphere for the big day. We had our ceremony in the outdoor area in front of the gazebo surrounded by pine trees. There were lots of places for us to take photos with the bridal party that went perfectly with our rustic theme. Katy suggested several places that were just perfect, including a gorgeous dirt road winding through the woods, an old wooden fence, and a pond nearby. Pinehills even provided golf carts for us and our bridal party to ride around in to get to each photo location. In looking back on the day, riding around during our photo shoots was one of the unexpected wonderful memories. During the cocktail hour, a server was assigned specifically to us to bring us wine and hors d'oeuvres. The food was wonderful and the guests raved about it. The outdoor space for the cocktail hour was a covered patio overlooking the golf course. We provided lawn games for our guests and the setting provided the perfect casual but elegant atmosphere. The reception inside was warm and rustic with the high vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. I don't even know where to begin! Pine Hills is such a beautiful venue -- we received tons of compliments from our guests! I could not have pictured it anywhere else. Katy was absolutely amazing and made my wedding day so special! From the get-go she was so professional, and helped us out with all of our reception planning. She went above and beyond and truly made our day so perfect. She made us feel so relaxed and ensured us that everything would be taken care of and under control (which it totally was!). A few days before the wedding, we dropped off all of our decorations, and I could not have been more impressed on what Katy did with them. Everything looked amazing -- even better than I expected. She even took these small paper flowers I gave to her and hung them over one of our tables (around where our guest book was). It looked so good! My husband and I walked into the reception room before we took our pictures on the golf course, and I could not stop smiling. Felt so special and happy that everything turned out exactly how we planned -- even better for that matter :) Thanks so much to Katy and the whole Pine Hills team for making our day so memorable and beautiful!

We had our dream wedding at Pinehills. What a gorgeous venue with a staff that is so attentive to your every last detail, I couldn't have been more impressed. Our wedding coordinator Abby was phenomenal. She worked seamlessly with my wedding planner to make our day the best it possibly could. She was so invested in making our day special, she got very creative in helping us get our ring bearer to walk down the aisle, she accommodated every request, and was an absolute joy to work with. Every possible detail was handled and we had the time of our lives. The staff was incredible, even helping us the day after the wedding load up our car with all of the "stuff" we had left over, they probably spent a solid hour helping us do that, which was so unexpected. I would recommend this venue and this staff to everyone.

From the moment I saw the Pavilion at Pine Hills, I knew it was where I wanted to have my wedding reception. The venue itself is gorgeous and such a great balance of casual and elegant, which fit my wedding theme perfectly! After meeting Abby, I was even more sure I had made the right decision. She was so sweet, amazing to work with and extremely professional. I couldn't believe how responsive and knowledgeable she was. The days leading up to the wedding and the day of she put me completely at ease. She was so calm and I knew I was in great hands, and didn't need to worry about anything! During the cocktail hour, my fiance and I took pictures on the golf course and she rode in a golf cart herself, holding my bouquet and even bringing my drink along too in case I wanted it! My fiance and I also had one waitress that was assigned to just us starting at the cocktail hour, throughout the whole night, who was great! She would come over every so often to check on us and see if we needed anything.

The rest of the night was absolutely incredible. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. All of our guests were telling us even after the wedding how much they loved the food. Another huge hit were the bartenders! We had 140 guests and we were told that there was never a line. They were so friendly, quick and made awesome drinks.

Overall, I could not recommend Pine Hills more. They helped make our wedding the most perfect night of our lives!

From the moment we met Abby we knew we would pick the Pavilion at Pinehills as our wedding venue for April wedding! Not only was the venue itself gorgeous, but Abby is just so genuinely nice and a pleasure to work with! Our first meeting with her was wonderful. The place was set up for a wedding later that day and Abby made the time for us to look at photo albums and linens and different types of receptions. We could just see our wedding happening there! Working with Abby throughout the process was a breeze. She continuously helped us where we needed and didn't rush any of our decisions.

The food was absolutely incredible. People still come up to us telling us how amazing the food was!! Abby was so great, she gave us some extra appetizer as part of our meals since we were wrapped up in pictures (lobster mac and cheese is AMAZING)! Every single person that helped us on our wedding day -- and our rehearsal dinner since we had it there as well -- were so attentive and warm to all of our guests. I could not recommend the Pinehills more; they are truly amazing and made our wedding the most perfect night of our lives.

Absolutely beautiful venue! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Pine Hills Pavillion/ Golf Club in May. We could not be more happy to have picked such a beautiful place. From the beginning Katy Valentine and Abby Nolan were fantastic to work with. Anything you needed they were right there to help you, not only that but I felt like I had two extra bridesmaids for the entire day helping the bridal party along with everything! If I could do it all over again I would! Everything went perfectly , the decor was exactly how I imagined it, the food was amazing, just all of it could not have been any better. The ceremony space is in a garden type setting including a gazebo with beautiful landscaping, the reception room has beautiful cathedral vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and chandeliers. The cocktail hour space is outdoors and has all white Adirondack style furniture overlooking the golf course just absolutely a stunning place to have a wedding! I could go on and on .... Definitely a five star and budget friendly. Thank you Katy and Abby for making our wedding day unforgettable!!!

Katy and Abby, the wedding coordinators, were awesome. They were both very helpful and quick to respond when I had concerning questions leading up to the big day. We had a ton of DIY items we brought it; Katy asked us where they should go the day before at the rehearsal, and everything was PERFECT! Exactly how I envisioned it. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful. We had our ceremony and reception here. Everything was beautiful. We needed a bigger dance floor with all our guests (175), but I guess you can't change that with a crazy crowd of dancers! Friends and family keep telling us how incredible the wedding was, and how smoothly everything flowed and that is all because of the amazing staff at Pinehills. I would highly recommend this venue!

My fiance and I spent close to a year looking at different venues trying to make sure we got everything we wanted while staying on a specific budget (we paid for our wedding ourselves). Based on a recommendation from a friend who had attended weddings at Pinehills we went to see the venue and were blown away. From our specific wedding consultant, Abby to picking out linens and attending the annual tasting, were could not be happier with having our wedding at the Pavilion at Pinehills.

The staff was friendly and attentive and Abby was so patient and helpful! We must have emailed dozens of times requesting different quotes, what-ifs based on food and drinks and she was responsive and I really felt like she was happy to help!

The overall design, decor, food and experience was next to none. From all of the guests that I was able to talk to that night they all complimented the venue, the food and the overall experience. We had our wedding in the middle of December and were careful to mention that it wasn't a Christmas themed wedding, rather a winter wedding. I barely had to do more decorations than the centerpieces because the room was stunning. Pinehills left pine trees decorated in white ribbons/decorations around the room and with the blue uplighting from our DJ, it looked like a winter wonderland. What was also really nice was that since our wedding was in the off-season (for golfing) the club was closed, so the only people there were staff and all of my wedding guests!

I am so pleased with how everything turned out and I have Abby to thank for making the planning stress-free and fun! I would definitely recommend Pinehills to any couple looking for a venue that offers attentive consultants, delicious food, a stunning pavilion room and beautiful grounds.

I cannot rave more about this venue! IT IS AMAZING! From the beginning till the very end, the staff at Pinehills was spot on! Everything ran perfectly. My wedding coordinator Katy, was just a huge stress reliever, she had everything under control. She always responded quickly, answered all my questions, and kept calm with a smile on her face the whole time! She is a A++ wedding coordinator. I put so much detail into all my decorations and I must have emailed her a million times. Even changing my mind from time to time on things and she did everything exactly how I had imaged and beyond. The food was DELICIOUS, it was a wonderful first meal as husband and wife! All the guest loved it, they accommodate our vegan and gluten- free guests also.

Out of the hundreds of places I had looked at, Pinehills stood out right away, because they did not have any hidden fees and were up front and detailed about all the costs. Katy was the ultimate deciding factor for us, from the numerous venues I had emailed, she was the one that responded the fasted and made us feel the most welcome. Once we met her, that was it, we knew she could trust her to make our day super special! Of course, the venue itself is just gorgeous! It poured on our wedding day, and I was so nervous about pictures. But my photographer (ESB Photo- Edward Stonkevitch) used up every inch in the venue and the pictures are even better then they would have been outdoors.

Pinehills, overall is a great value. This is the venue you know you can trust that everything will run smoothly. The staff was amazing and super friendly, our waitress Becky was perfect. I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed my wedding at Pinehills and I highly recommend this venue to any Bride. Trust me when I say, once you book with Pinehills, you will be in good hands. When those stressful planning moments come upon you, you can be certain that the Pinehills team is there to take care of you!!

I did a TON of research before my fiance and I chose Pinehills as our wedding venue, and it was the best decision we made (other than choosing each other). Initially I had my heart set on getting married in the city, and I thought anything outside of Boston would be cheesy or a barn. But after finding some good potentials, my fiance and I visited a few final contenders, and Pinehills blew us away.
Pinehills is actually its own self-contained community, and everything on the property is pristine. The clubhouse itself is gorgeous and very New England-y, and inside is beautiful, too. I also appreciated that the package pricing included the taxes and gratuities that other venues sneak up on you. It made it a lot easier to get a realistic picture of how much our reception would cost. Also, we got a great deal since we chose an "off season" date in December, including a waived room rental, lowered minimum, discount, and having the entire Pavilion for our wedding.
I really cannot recommend Pinehills enough. During the year leading up to our wedding, we worked with Katy Valentine and Abby Nolan (while Katy was on maternity leave). Every time we talked with them was awesome, and Katy ensured everything went smoothly on our wedding day.
I have to also say that when we had our private tasting over the summer, everyone on staff was so friendly and made us feel like VIPs.

I just had my wedding at Pinehills at the beginning of December and don't know where to start. Since our first meeting with Katy Valentine we knew that the planning process was going to be seamless! She is so sweet and made everything so easy. The entire staff the night of went above and beyond and all of our guests loved the food. We also loved all of the Christmas decor, they decorated the trees and wreaths to match our color scheme. We LOVED everything about the night!

We cannot say enough good things about the Pinehills! We had our dream wedding and every single expectation we had was blown. Katy and the Pinehill's team was extremely professional and always responded to any of our questions/needs in a timely manner. When I stepped foot into the room before our wedding ceremony to see everything put together, I was blown away. The room looked absolutely stunning and I received so many compliments on the room, decor, food, service, etc. We wish we could do it over and over again. We had originally wanted to get married on the Cape and because most of the venues were booked, we ended up looking at the Pinehills because my parents lived there -- we fell in love and could not be happier that we picked it for our ceremony and reception. You will not be disappointed!!!

SO HAPPY I found the Pavilion at Pinehills to have my wedding. This location was recommended to me by a friend, and as soon as I went to see it I chose to book immediately. I live in Boston and obviously it is very expensive for a wedding. The value at Pinehills for what you get is the best I could find anywhere in the area. The area for on-site ceremonies is beautiful - like a room cut into the trees with beautiful flowers all around, and a long stone aisle that ends at a gazebo (very private, nice chairs). The cocktail hour area is awesome! It is a mostly covered long patio that connects to the reception room. There are heaters built into the ceiling that covers the patio, which became helpful for my chilly September wedding. It looks out over a beautiful golf course and wooded area. The reception room is awesome. I describe it as a cross between a ballroom and a barn - it has high ceilings and beautiful wooden beams, along with iron chandeilers - so pretty! Also there are huge windows that look out onto the patio - and your guests have access to the patio all night long! It's a perfect size, not outdated, and not tacky like hotel ballrooms can be. Chavari chairs are included. The food is great - catered from a Plymouth restaurant called East Bay Grille. The staff is exceptional! The wedding coordinators, Katy Valentine and Abby Nolan are both amazingggg. In the face of a stressed out bride and family they are so calm, and have an answer to every question. They are great at communicating throughout the process. Also just the bar and event staff are SO nice, more than you would even expect. We did a lot of our own decorations and it made me nervous to drop them off with written instructions to staff who maybe didn't care as much as I did. I was so wrong! They decorated with such care and thought - it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! The compliments are non-stop since our wedding at Pinehills - everyone loved it! Get married here!!

We recently held our wedding at Pinehills golf club this summer (Aug 2014) and couldn't be happier with our decision! The entire day was perfect: the room was decorated exactly as I described and pictured it would be, cocktail hour on the outdoor patio has gorgeous views, the food was AMAZING, the staff was attentive - everything about the venue was an absolute dream!

Our wedding coordinator, Abby, was such a pleasure to work with and she was so helpful throughout the planning process. She made sure to note every little detail for the wedding day and executed things to perfection!

Pinehills also offers a a great and very reasonable wedding package, which is wonderful if you are a bride looking to bundle together some of those stressful vendor decisions. The vendors included in the package were all amazing to work with, and provided us with quality services for our big day.

Pinehills did an amazing job with our wedding! Everything was perfect to the service, food and set up. I couldn't be more happy with them. Abby was our wedding coordinator and she was great. I cannot say enough good things about this venue! First I have to compliment the wedding coordinators, I worked with Katy but the other one Abby was also very helpful. They were always quick to answer any questions I had throughout the year of planning, and were so helpful with everything. On the actual day of the wedding they were so calm and listened to every request I had and executed them perfectly. They kept the wedding day extremely stress free for me. Next I have to compliment the venue itself. I looked at countless venues trying to find something that didn't look outdated and dingy and I really found exactly what I was looking for here. I love the big windows, high ceilings, chiavari chairs and the outside areas for the ceremony and cocktail hour are GORGEOUS. There is nothing about this venue that will look outdated in years to come. The dance floor seems a little but small but I had a band and 160 guests (most of which were on the dance floor) and it was not a problem for me at all! I HIGHLY recommend this venue!!!!!

I can not say enough good things about Katy and her Team at The Pavilion at Pinehills Country Club. If you are looking for a breathtaking winter wedding...this is your venue! Katy was extremely responsive to all my questions, concerns. The week before my wedding, I showed up with 2 car loads of "extras" for my wedding and Katy and Team executed my vision beyond my expectations! Paper Lanterns hanging from the ceiling, lanterns and Xmas lights outsides, beauifully decorated trees in ivory tuile to match my wedding colors. She transformed that reception room beyond anything that I could have imagined! Candelit wedding ceremony was intimiate and elegant. The food was amazing! East Bay Grille did an amazing job! I married into an Italian Family and the Italian Wedding Soup got rave reviews! I'm still hearing from my guests how good the food was! The wait staff was so accomodating and they even commented on how beautiful the room was! I was over the moon the day of my wedding!

Not one complaint here. Katy and her staff were tremendous throughout the planning process. Their organization made the process very easy, with the set dates for tastings and flexibility for meeting with us to finalize last minute decisions. We provided various decor for the reception hall the day before the wedding including the flowers. They did a great job taking our thoughts and improving on them for the layout of various decor. The venue looked truly beautiful. During the reception, the staff was attentive to our every need.

We had Abby as our consultant and she was awesome. She responded to emails right away. She was very accommodating and very helpful day of the wedding. At the reception she would always check in on us making sure everything is going well and if we needed anything. During dinner the Chief came out and asked my father in law to see if the food was good and if he had any complaints. Abby and the staff made our reception really fun and relaxed for me and my husband. I didn't have to worry about anything b/c it was actually taken care of and I trusted Abby in handling problems that came up that I didn't know of.

Pinehills could not have been a better place to host our wedding reception. The venue is beautiful and the grounds are meticulously taken care of. It is such a beautiful spot that you don't even need to bring in a lot of decor. The service was top notch. Katy, the venue coordinator, was beyond helpful. She was always available to answer my questions before, during, and after. The woman who was assigned as our steward for the day, Becky, could not have been better. She had drinks for us before we were even able to blink. And though we missed our cocktail hour due to pictures taking longer than expected, all of the appetizers were brought to me. And when I decided to skip some that had a sauce or dressing with it that I feared would spill on my dress, a new round was brought back to me moments later without the sauce or dressing.
I anticipate that our pictures will be beyond amazing. Especially, the ones that we took when my husband and I went out on the course alone as the sun was setting.
In closing, I would definitely recommend this venue. The value for the money was unbelievable. We got a top notch facility for a fraction of the price that we would on the Cape or in the Boston area.

My husband and I got married at PineHills on 6/8/2013 and the event could not have been better thanks to Katy & her team. We looked at several venues in the area and PineHills made the most sense from 1) Katy is not a pushy event manager and goes above and beyond to help her clients. Katy responds to all requests even when out of the office. Shes amazing! 2) the venue layout is perfect 3) the bartender, Liz, is awesome and helped us with signature drinks. A lot of weddings you go to the bar cant handle all the guests but there was no issue here. 3) the service and staff are amazing. guests were able to have service when needed and the flow of the wedding was seamless 4) The food! The food was great especially for wedding food. For our cocktail hour we had a raw bar and the unlimited package for guests which was more than enough and guests loved. Dinner was great and the fish and steak was cooked perfectly.

My husband & I couldnt have asked for more and we are 100% happy that we chose PineHills. Thank you Katy!

Katy was a dream come true to work with. The wedding ran seamlessly (besides the rain) because of her hard work. She was so easy to work with & is truly a wedding expert & professional. The pavilion was perfect for our wedding reception. We had 100 guests (13 tables & 1 sweetheart). Katy worked with us to reach the minimum price point. We were able to add a raw bar & open bar to a capped $$. I had a lot of requests for Katy because I had a very specific vision for my wedding- she accommodated me in every way. All of my guests said it was by far the best food they'd ever had at a wedding.

But more than the beautiful landscape (which is incredible and holds endless areas of photo opportunities!) was the lady in charge and responsible for making sure everything went smoothly. And her name is Katy.

Katy is such a fantastic person because no matter what we needed or asked for, she was ALWAYS there to make sure that all of our requests were met. Nothing we requested was ever too big, too small, too hard, too much, aggravating, etc etc etc... If you want something to be done, Katy is there 110% making sure that you, your fiancé, your families, and your guests, have smiles on there faces - start to finish.

Looking back, from the moment we signed our contract for Pinehills to host our wedding, to the day we became Mr. and Mrs.,-- Katy and the entire Pinehills staff made everything a smooth, stress-free, and pleasant experience. All of our guests LOVED our wedding. It was so much fun! And the food.... AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGG. I'm not even exaggerating! You can have anything you want, from A La Carte, to an endless buffet (which we chose), that features something for anyone!

In closing, I will never forget our perfect wedding and always be grateful to everyone at the Pinehills Golf Club.

The Pavillion at Pinehills was wonderful! It was such a gorgeous site for both the ceremony and the reception. My guests loved the location and of course the ease of an outdoor ceremony and moving indoors for the reception with no travel required. Both Abby and Katy were attentive and made every aspect of the wedding flow. Since I was an out-of-state bride, it was difficult planning everything and finding people to hold my wedding decorations or favors, but Abby and Katy allowed me to send things to them which helped a substantial amount! They were great and the wedding was amazing. I could not imagine it at any other location!

Katy Valentine was my wedding coordinator at the Pinehills Golf Club. She was excellent; very professional, easy to reach, very flexible and extremely knowledgable. Katy is amazing at her job and you can tell she truly enjoys her work. In addition to their very talented wedding coordinating staff, Pinehills weddings are catered by East Bay Grill. The food came out hot and was delicious! My wedding reception hosted 200 people and the Pinehills staff handled that volume with ease. The scenery at Pinehills is very beautiful and provided the perfect surroundings for my wedding pictures! We had an amazing experience with Katy and the staff at Pinehills Golf Club. Everyone was very outgoing and accommodating, we could not have asked for a better wedding ceremony/reception venue! We are so thankful to them for making our wedding day so perfect!

People always want country clubs for spring and summer weddings but let me tell you how beautiful this venue is in December!!! Elegant holiday decorations adorn the foyer and hallways! My wedding colors were jewel tones (navy and gold) and I couldn’t have planned how well everything matched and enhanced the ambiance I was going for!!! From the first moment my fiancé and I met Katy our event coordinator we felt confident and excited everything would be perfect! We had amazing staff and bartenders (Liz is PHENOMENAL!!!) and our guests were treated like royalty!

In a time where having a wedding costs as much as a down payment on a house, we were so surprised to find the quality Pinehills provides at the incredibly reasonable price they offer!! We even had an open bar which was fully utilized by our guests and we received a check from Pinehills for the amount leftover from our upfront payment!!! We were beyond shocked and incredibly thankful Pinehills is not out to take every penny they can from you… you can’t say that about a lot of wedding venues these days!

Pine Hills was amazing!! Katy Valentine is a fantastic wedding coordinator. Whenever I had a question or was nervous about some aspect of the wedding, she was always there to answer and reassure that everything would be perfect, which it was!! They were so accomodating with any request we made. We had looked at several other venues in the area in the same price range and this place just blew it out of the water.
The food was incredible. We got the unlimited appetizers and they were amazing!! The food was perfect. The prime rib was cooked just right and the chicken marsala was unbelievable! So happy with everything they did there!

I was married at Pinehills this past April. I cannot say enough good and positive things about my experience. I worked with Abby who was my wedding coordinator. She was amazing at helping me plan everything the way I wanted. She also even brought some of her own decorations from home to help coordinate with the theme i was going for. She made sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to do and when and made me feel confident in my choice from day one when we met. My parents had nothing but amazing compliments from all of their friends after our wedding. It is such a beautiful venue.

We selected Pine Hills because it was reasonably priced, and it offered both an indoor and an outdoor space. The coordinator, Katy, is very helpful, and she made sure everything was in order for the wedding day. The food was great, and it came out right away, so our guests were happy. They only allow one wedding per day which is nice, but several golf carts drove by during our outdoor ceremony. It was a nice day, so a lot of golfers were around. We do have lots of beautiful photos, and the guests loved being able to sit on the patio.
