Perfect in every way

The most amazing wedding venue anyone could ask for. Their decorating packages saved me! I barely lifted a finger and had the most stress free wedding planning and wedding morning. Our day of coordinator, Carrie, was the most amazing human to work with and showed up for us no matter what. Wendy our night time coordinator was just as sweet and helpful. It was absolutely perfect

Wedding Venue

Pinehall at Eisler Farms was the perfect venue for us! The team we worked with (mostly Carrie as our day of coordinator, and Madison helping us with questions and booking before the coordinator was assigned) was amazing and always prompt with responding to questions. I cannot say enough good things about Carrie! Having a bridal cottage on location to get ready was so nice and convenient! Our guests loved having yard games to keep busy during cocktail hour as well as the bonfire and s’mores late at night. We did add on fireworks and a decorating package which both were amazing. Carrie has so much experience and the place looked great when she was done decorating. Everything ran smoothly with almost no issues the day of (everyone involved in our day really knew what they were doing). I highly recommend Pinehall if you are still in search of a venue! You will not be disappointed!

The most amazing wedding venue ever!

I don’t ever know where to begin. From the very beginning Sara has done an outstanding job organizing, helping with setting arrangement and decorating the venue. The rehearsal the next before went great and was very well organized by Sara. The wedding was absolutely amazing all thanks to Sara and Sharon. They are a DREAM team. The whole day went so smoothly with them decorating and checking on us throughout the day. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. They took us around the property for pictures multiple times. They were such a pleasure to work with. You can tell they really care and they are so sweet and kind.

This venue is breath taking and I had the best time ever 🙌 I would highly recommend the venue and they have the best caterer Mendures that is connected to them as well. This place is pure magic and love.

My husband and I got married there on October 2, and it was an absolute dream. The entire staff there was incredibly friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and professional. Our wedding coordinator, Sara Smith, is amazing. Their entire staff (caterers, coordinators, bartenders) were extremely kind and helpful; we are so grateful for each of them. The venue is absolutely stunning, and there are so many different locations to get photos (dock, woods, trees, etc). From the very beginning of our venue search, Pinehall stood out. The family who owns the property clearly loves what they do and take great pride in their venue. I am so grateful that we chose Pinehall for our wedding. Not only did we love everything about this venue, but our guests raved about it as well. People were stunned when they walked onto the property for our rehearsal the day before. Thank you, Pinehall team, for the wedding of our dreams!

A Dream Come True....

The most incredible day of our lives, we cannot say enough about Pinehall, the staff, the food and our wedding day, it really was a dream come true. Carrie was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too big or small, and she made our whole day run smoothly. A huge selling point for us was their "I do, re do" collection, it meant we didn't have to re invent the wheel, and spend additional time looking for wedding decor. Medures catering was phenomenal, our Guests could not stop raving about the food all night long. Pinehall is truly a stunning wedding venue and we would 100% recommend to anyone. Don't just think about it, do it!

The Perfect Wedding

My husband and I chose Pine Hall for our wedding in July and we could not be more happy with our choice. Not to be cliche, but our wedding was absolutely perfect and the day simply could not have been improved upon. Our Coordinator, Carrie, and her assistants, Alyssa and Madison, and the rest of the crew were extremely attentive to us, our family, and our guests. Carrie listened to what our vision was decor wise and made the ceremony site and barn stunning! She even used decor we had brought on our own to add our own touch. She patiently drove us around the venue for pictures, and made sure the evening ran smoothly. Not a single detail was overlooked. The fireworks and sparkler send off were amazing and I'm so glad we have photos of both! The photobooth was a huge hit with our guests! The bartenders deserve alcolades as well for learning the "Red, White, and Blue Sparkler" signature drink we wanted to serve and pouring them all night long! Eisler Farms gives couples such a huge benefit in providing decor, a caterer, recommended vendors, but the biggest perk is having a Coordinator. Carrie was available to e-mail and talk to for months leading up to our wedding, answered all our of questions, and really insured that we had the best day of our lives. We recommend Pine Hall as a wedding venue without any hesitation!

All around AMAZING!!!

Everything was literally so perfect! The staff was so helpful, they made the day go so smoothly. The venue was set up perfectly, and it was absolutely beautiful 10/10 recommend!!! One thing that was really nice is the decorations were included in the package, so I didn't have to waste money on decorations. Another super nice thing is the ceremony and reception areas are close together, which makes it nice for everyone when transitioning.

Amazing Day

Sherry, Carrie our coordinator, and the whole staff at Pinehall are par none. They have the best energy - calm yet excited for you, organized and able to improvise, they were amazing. So incredibly helpful, and happy to do so, we had the best experience with them, and then there’s the actual venue itself. Absolutely gorgeous, has great flow, so many fun options and such a gorgeous view, we cannot wait to get our pictures! We’re looking forward to a vow renewal just to be back there again. But seriously, we had such a wonderful time and the best day. Thank you!

The absolute best day of our lives

Pinehall was number one on our wedding venue list before we ever even saw it person just from looking at pictures alone. The barn and all of the surrounding areas and scenery are absolutely stunning. I cant even put into words how perfect this venue was for our big day! Our coordinator Meghan made sure every single one of our dreams came true. I cried when I saw it all come to life. Everything was so easy to plan, coordinate, and make come to life because the venue helped with LITERALLY anything and any question you could possibly have. They carry most things that any couple could need while planning their big day including decorations, and games. Our guest couldn’t stop raving about everything from start to finish. This truly was THE BEST day of our lives and we owe it all to Pinehall! I will be smiling from ear to ear with tears in my eyes every time I think about this day.

The perfect venue

Pinehall at Eisler Farms was THE venue to go with as soon as we stepped on the property. Everything about the place was beautiful, from the bridal cottage and ceremony location on-site, to the picture-perfect forest and dock that were gorgeous for photos. The inclusion of their “I Do, Redo” collection gave us ample choices to decorate the barn the way we wanted, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all the decor was in place - the owner herself helped us by gathering fresh greenery from the property. The Pinehall team was quick with setup and teardown. Every detail was accounted for, including any decor we brought ourselves. The Team was so kind and helpful. We can’t thank Sherry, Meghan, or Amanda enough for all their help with our day - our wedding was seamless and we both felt calm all day. We could sit back, relax, and take in every moment of the day. All our guests loved the venue, it’s beautiful property, and wonderful atmosphere. Guests also loved playing the lawn games and sitting around the bonfire. We can’t say enough great things about Pinehall!

Exceptional in every way!!

Pinehall at Eisler Farms was the first and only venue we looked at. From the moment we stepped on the property we knew we had to be married here. The staff was so helpful in the planning process and made my vision for my dream wedding come to life, and made it even better. The outdoor venue on the hill provides a dreamy backdrop as you say your vows, and the barn for the reception is so beautiful even before being decorated!

Such a huge help for a covid wedding

When their sister Venue wouldn’t work due to covid restrictions, we were easily moved to pinehall. It turned out to be even more amazing than the original plan! Thank you to the staff and everyone for making our fairy tale a reality!

The only thing I would like brides to know is that the staff gave us a coordinator who we were very comfortable with to be around all day, then just before we were about to be introduced as husband and wife at the reception, they introduced us to a new coordinator who would take over who I never met. She was lovely as well, but it was a big surprise and we were not as comfortable with her as we didn’t know her.

Our dream venue!

Pinehall is an absolutely incredible venue!!! We cannot say enough about the venue itself and the staff. The staff are so nice and helpful, they will do whatever you need to make your day perfect. They have a huge selection of decor for you to use to personalize the barn in your own way. This was a huge selling point for us when deciding on venues, and the decor was all so beautiful. The two large oak trees provided the perfect shade for our guest during the ceremony. The bridal cottage worked perfectly for everyone to get ready(it’s on-site too!!!). Highly recommend pictures on the dock of the one pond and in the fern patch! Did I mention there are goats?! You cannot go wrong with choosing Pinehall at Eisler Farms for your wedding day. It is so beautiful and breathtaking. You will not be disappointed!

Simply the best.

I can not say enough positive things about Pinehall and our coordinator, Christine. She made things feel taken care of every step of the way and took so much pressure off of our planning. We are a pretty low key couple so having a relaxed feeling to our day was something that we were seeking and so grateful to Pinehall for providing. The venue truly felt like our home for the day and our guests felt it, too! Everyone enjoyed having a choice to party on the dance floor, get cozy by the fire pit and have a s’more, or play games outside of the barn. We added on a decoration package so the morning was totally stress free. They gather greenery and fresh flowers from the farm and added some dried greens and flowers that I provided to tie everything together. Their collection of centerpieces and signs made the amount of extras we needed to provide SO minimal so it was also much easier on us for clean up and to head out for our honeymoon the next day. We also added on fireworks and the photobooth and everyone raved about the many ways to stay entertained throughout the evening. They also have the PERFECT spots for photos — gorgeous rows of trees, a dock, a fern patch, beautiful structures... I felt like I was in a fairytale. Thank you Pinehall for making our day carefree and absolutely flawless! No doubt we will be back for a renewal in our future! A Dream Come True

Our experience with Pinehall has been nothing short of incredible. Our journey started in 2019 when we were recently engaged and booked our wedding wedding for May 2020. However, because of Covid, our plans quickly changed and the staff (specifically Christine) was patient and accommodating. They were quick to respond, especially when I was emailing multiple times a day trying to get advice for what to do because of Covid. We ended up having an intimate church ceremony and Pinehall let us use their property on our original wedding day to take gorgeous photos that we will cherish forever. We decided to then continue the fun and move our original reception at Pinehall and to the same date in May 2021 for our one year anniversary. Christine was instrumental in helping us plan every detail of our special day and when that day came, it was nothing short of perfect. The entire day was stress-free as the Pinehall staff ensured we had everything we needed. Thank you again Pinehall for all you’ve done to make not only one, but two of our weddings a dream come true!

Rustic Elegant Barn Wedding

This is such an amazing venue. Its elegant, rustic, simple, spacious, and close to home. We loved everything about this place. It sits back in tree farm surrounded by nature. It really is perfect for your day. The staff are amazing! They kept us organized and on schedule. I can't say enough good things. They really helped us make our day perfect. My husband and I got married at Pinehall last weekend and we cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. From the first tour we took, to planning, to the actual wedding day everyone who worked there was so helpful and patient with every detail. You can really tell that they care about their work. Meghan, our coordinator at Pinehall, was so sweet and helpful through the whole experience. She made everything feel so easy and was extremely organized. She was awesome! Not to mention how absolutely beautiful the property is. Our guests couldn’t say enough about how stunning everything was. Pinehall even allows the option to end the night with fireworks and a sparkler exit and it was the perfect end to the night! We feel so lucky that we found Pinehall :))

Must have for Barn Weddding

My husband and I recently got married at Pinehall and it was the most perfect day! It did rain on our wedding day and was a little colder than usual, but they supplied blankets and heaters which helped a lot. Sherry and her staff were amazing always asking if you need something! They also have tons of decorations to use which makes it so easy on you. I would recommend splurging on the fireworks they are amazing for the end of the night!

Perfection

We were thrilled with Pinehall for our daughters wedding. The setting is beautiful. From the tour of the venue to the wedding Sherry and her staff were helpful and attentive to every question we had. Exactly what we wanted and more!!

We got married at Pinehall 9.6.2020 and it was truly a dream come true for us. The venue and property is beyond beautiful. Our coordinator helped us every step of the way and one of the the things that really helped us with planning and cost was having the option to pick decorations out from Pinehall’s collection of gorgeous table decorations, seating charts, signs and more. Working with Medure’s catering was super simple and the food was amazing. Our guests have not stopped raving about how beautiful our wedding was and we couldn’t have been happier!! Highly recommended venue if you are looking to get the most out of your investment and married on a beautiful farm property.

The BEST hidden secret in Pittsburgh!!!!

Literally if you want an intimate farm wedding, BOOK HERE!!! My husband and I had an absolutely magical wedding here, but we couldn't have done it without the amazing staff at Pinehall. Meghan was an absolute dream to work with!!! I felt like she just snapped her fingers and our dreams became a reality!! Christine even stepped in at the last second to help with my hair when my hair stylist came down with COVID. What a blessing! The decor that they have on hand was extremely beneficial for us and a huge cost saver! The bonfire & s'mores, corn hole, and Adirondack chairs added such a coziness to the entire atmosphere. I'll definitely be recommending this place to literally everyone I meet. Like everyone. Our guests can't stop complimenting how beautiful the whole place was and how friendly the staff was! Seriously, this is the most amazing venue ever!! Love you guys!!! Vow renewal in a few years?? Haha

Beautiful venue!

I feel so fortunate that we had our wedding at Pinehall. While I don't recommend planning a wedding during a pandemic, I felt so lucky to be able to work with such a supporting team. We worked one-on-one with Meghan and she truly is a rockstar! I felt like I had double the emails and questions a typical bride may have due to the pandemic but she was there every step of the way and always available to chat. Not only is this venue absolutely gorgeous, the barn basically comes pre decorated! And if you want more, there basement is literally filled with extra decorations which makes the whole process so much easier. We received so many compliments from guests on the lights and decor and little did they know that half of it was already there! This venue is breathtaking, and our favorite part was the variety of photo scenery opportunities around. We took beautiful portraits in the woods, in a field, by the pond etc etc. Highly recommend

Pinehall was so amazing to work with and so supportive during these weird times and they did everything and anything to allow my husband and i to have the perfect wedding day. Christine with Pinehall is the absolute coolest and sweetest woman to have helped me plan this wedding with. I could not have been luckier to have worked with her. It was like she was part of our family! The property and venue is absolutely breathtaking and we did not stop and i know we will not ever stop getting compliments on how stunning everything was and how it was the perfect place for our wedding! Wedding of my dreams!!

I was one of the many 2020 brides affected by Covid. When my original venue cancelled 38 days before my wedding date, I reached out the Meghan and the Pinehall crew and WOW am I glad I did. Meghan and her crew were so kind, understanding and helpful. We planned our reception in a month and it was everything I could have ever dreamed of. Meghan was in constant contact with me, no matter the time of day. With so many unknowns, it was such a relief having her support. The reception was absolutely gorgeous. They set everything up, decorated and cleaned up after everything was over. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In hindsight, I’m so glad our original venue cancelled because our wedding day was perfect. Thank you Pinehall crew for creating the wedding of our dreams!!

Look no further than Pine Hall

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Pinehall. From the beginning until the end when we were uncertain we were even going to be allowed to have a wedding due to COVID, the Pinehall staff was there for us. They were so flexible, accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to my every question and email. Christine especially made everything a little easier in times of uncertainty.
We got married on July 4th, and our friends and family are still coming up to us and our parents telling us how much they loved the venue, the food from Medure's Catering, and the fact that there was so much SPACE at the venue that people could be inside, outside by the fire pits, on the deck, the list goes on. In times where social distancing is a common practice, our guests really appreciated that. We also added the fireworks package at the of the night and it was perfect. We didn't really know what to expect, but they were on time, they were big, and there was a lot of them!
I honestly cannot say one negative thing about this venue. I would recommend it to any bride looking for an outdoor space, and if I had to do it again I would still choose Pinehall.

Amazing venue & experience

I could not have imagined a more perfect day! The staff was overwhelming loving and helpful through the entire process! The venue was absolutely beautiful and brought more to the table than just dancing and eating; there was horse shoes, cornhole, a bonfire and so much more. Perfect venue!

Let me start by saying, I had to re-plan my wedding several times leading up to the day because of COVID-19. Without Christine at PineHall, I would have been a nervous wreck. She supported every decision I made, whether it was changing my date back for the 3rd time, changing my guest count, changing my timeline... Christine and the entire Pinehall team genuinely care about their couples, just wanting to make the day a memorable one. I would recommend PineHall to ANY bride/groom considering it- it is BREATHTAKINGLY beautiful and the service is just unmatched.

Made our COVID-19 Day Beautiful

COVID-19 bride here!!! I could write a whole novel about how much we have absolutely loved working with Pinehall for our wedding and our experience working with them isn’t even over yet. Our wedding was on May 2nd, 2020 and a week before, Pinehall said we could still have a mini ceremony there as we had planned when the virus first broke out which meant everything to us. We still wanted our original day to be beautiful and they made sure that happened. We live in a tiny apartment so having any kind of backyard small gathering just isn’t possible for us. We had a gorgeous microceremony in Pinehall’s barn. We can’t thank the owners of Pinehall enough for being so gracious to help us still make our ceremony happen. Christine is incredible and sanitized the barn and bridal cottage for us to use as well as provided hand sanitizer for everyone so anyone could feel safe and comfortable. We even separated chairs by quarantine group. She was there for any need through email/text/call with quick response as well as helped us decorate and gave us any advice to help make the day flawless! She helped us walk through the ceremony the day before to make sure the timing was right since we had to redo our processional song (no bridesmaids/groomsmen to fill time). We rescheduled a separate ceremony and reception for August and I can’t wait to work with them all again with the rest of our vendors. Pinehall has made this nightmare of a time into something truly beautiful. I can’t stress enough that if you are struggling to pick a venue, this is the one you should choose. They will work with you and go out of their way to put you at ease no matter the crazy circumstance.

Don’t even hesitate when booking this venue - just do it!!!

My fiancé and I could not say enough incredible things about this venue and the staff that work here. Our wedding was supposed to be on May 23, 2020, but with the outbreak of Covid-19, we had to change around our plans a little. Christine was EXTREMELY helpful and was available every time I called/texted in a panic about what we should do with the wedding this year. We decided that we were going to postpone our reception until next year on May 23, 2021 and Christine helped us quickly and efficiently to make that happen. Since there is no wedding on the property for our date this year (because we cancelled), they are being so generous as to still let us get ready for our ceremony in the bridal cottage on site and take pictures there. Christine also went out of her way to find answers to a question that I had about about our marriage license by contacting the Butler courthouse for me. In a time of so much uncertainty, it says a lot about vendors who go out of their way to help you make your dream wedding come true, even a second time around! Thank you Pinehall!

Amazing! Everything we wanted and more!

Words can’t convey how very happy we are that we chose Pinehall at Eisler Farms for our wedding. It was everything that we wanted and SO much more. The barn itself is gorgeous and doesn’t need much decorating but the venue has a ton of decorations that can be used. The grounds are very well kept and the photo options are endless. The bridal cottage is perfect. I loved that we could get our hair and makeup done onsite. It’s also not just the barn and grounds that make it a wonderful venue. The staff is super friendly and so easy to work with. Christine, our coordinator, was absolutely amazing. She answered my tons of questions quickly and thoroughly and was such a huge help during the rehearsal and day of. I thought I was going to be super nervous the day of worrying about all the details but nope because of the Pinehall staff I didn’t have a worry at all. Would 100% recommend this venue.

Pinehall 9-28-19

My husband and I got married at Pinehall on 9–28-19. To say it turned out beautifully is an understatement. The venue itself is gorgeous- especially as the fall colors started to come out. The ceremony site is so pretty under the big trees, and the barn itself is beautiful before even being decorated. The venue has lots of nice decorations that you can use for free, which definitely helps once all of the wedding costs start adding up. The barn can be decorated and personalized to your liking- it’s impossible to not love what you see there. The bridal cottage was very convenient for us. The girls got hair and makeup done first, and then both the girls and guys got dressed there prior to the ceremony.

The venue exclusively uses Medure’s catering. Every guest who I spoke with mentioned how great the food was. You won’t be disapointed there, everything was fantastic. They even made a beautiful cookie display for our giant cookie table.

If you want a gorgeous venue with beautiful views, great photo spots, and an amazing dinner, don’t hesitate to choose Pinehall. They have everything you want and all of the little details you didn’t know you wanted or needed!

We loved everything about our wedding at Pine Hall!

As soon as we saw Pine Hall we knew that it was where we wanted to get married. The venue speaks for itself, but what makes it truly amazing is the people who work there. Perfect Venue

I cannot possibly describe how grateful I am to everyone who works at Pinehall for making my dream wedding come true. I had multiple guests tell me that it was the coolest venue that they have ever been to. Simply Amazing!

Wow, where do I even begin? My husband and I were planning our wedding the whole way from Florida, (talk about a headache!) when I came across this venue. The pictures and the reviews looked almost too good to be true. I had to have my barn wedding, and this barn looked absolutely perfect, so we decided to go for it. Are we glad we ever did! The pictures don't even do this property justice. Seeing as we were unable to come from Florida to see the venue we were pleasantly surprised come rehearsal day. What we loved about this venue was the ease of use. They offer a wide variety of decorations for you to use at no extra charge and even set it all up for you. Between our amazing wedding coordinator Christine and our florist Mark, I barely had to lift a finger. The barn and tables were so perfect it literally took our guests breath away as they were let into the space (their words, not ours!) The bridal cottage they have on property was the perfect little space to stage all of our things, including a full bathroom and kitchen and two rooms on either end to get ready in. The property offers a wide variety of picturesque spots to take the most beautiful pictures, and Christine even took us around to the different areas on a golf cart, allowing us to get a nice variety of pictures of our special day. The catering was to die for (and thank God as my husband and most of his friends are actual chefs, with high expectations). The bartenders we're extremely hospitable and quick (my guests did not have to wait long for drinks) and the servers were very attentive and accommodating. I could not say enough great things about this venue. My wedding was PERFECT. Thank you Christine, and thank you medures catering for making our wedding one for the history books!

Best venue ever!

AMAZING! From the very first time I saw it in person to the day we got married, we know we made the best decision with this venue. STAFF: The owner, Sherry (who also owns the Atrium in Butler) was so helpful throughout the entire process. She responded to my emails quickly, gave great recommendations, answered any and every question I had and was just so nice! The entire staff at Pinehall truly went above and beyond to make sure we were set with everything we needed to make our day perfect and it was! The venue was perfect for us AND our guests – something for everybody – a fire outside, yard games, places to sit on the deck, AMAZING views and endless on-site locations for beautiful pictures. A big thing for us was to be able to have our dogs in our wedding and Pinehall is very animal-friendly (we got pictures with their goats on our wedding day and no lie, I think those pics make me happiest). Also, the price is very comparable with other barns in the area and I personally think you get a better deal with Pinehall because they have every decoration you could ever need on-site, which brings me to DÉCOR: The absolute BEST part about Pinehall is their “I do, redo” collection. They seriously have all you could ever need and more. I’m such a practical person and I knew I didn’t want to end up with a bunch of decorations I would never use again from one day. Also, I was not interested in going to wedding flea markets or re-selling my things after – none of that appealed to me. We wanted everything to be as easy as possible and not having to buy any decorations was a huge help and saved us a ton of time and money! I’m dead serious, apart from the garland that we rented for our guest tables and our guest book, every bit of décor was Pinehall’s. BRIDAL COTTAGE: Pinehall has the cutest bridal cottage for your use the day of. Our hair stylist set up in one room and make-up artist in the other room and it was perfect. It was so nice to get ready on-site (definitely helped ease some stress) and it was very convenient for the last-minute touches we had to make on the ceremony site. They also have a full bath and I was able to shower there that day – loved that! We got so many compliments on this venue from our guests and I've had so many people reach out after and ask about it.

Everyone is so extremely helpful and willing to work with you! The day of you can put your faith in everyone and just get to enjoy your day! The best perk is they have an abundance of decorations to fit all types of themes that you can use the day of your wedding. The spots on the farm are absolutely beautiful for photos! An amazing venue

Sherry the owner was so very helpful and was very easy to work with! The entire staff were fantastic. We had so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and we agree, the experience, the venue, the decorations, the caterer, everything were absolutely amazing!! It was so awesome how they had an ATV to take us down to the dock and into the ferns patch for amazing pictures!! I can't say enough fantastic things. PERFECT venue and wonderful coordinators!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! It is BEAUTIFUL. You have the entire grounds when you choose this place, including amazing hidden picture spots. They’ll also allow you to use any of their wonderful décor they have in inventory. Christine and Sherry made my visions come to life with such ease. I am the type of person who wants to make sure every little detail is in place, and by the time my wedding day arrived, I had totally handed off everything to these two. Great value!

Pinehall was the best value for the price. We looked at multiple other venues that were more expensive, but not as nice as Pinehall. The rustic barn setting is beautiful so it isn't necessary to have a lot of decorations. Pinehall actually has a bunch of decorations (centerpieces, table numbers, easels, etc) which saves money. This venue allows you to provide your own alcohol which is a huge cost savings over other venues. The setting is a perfect combination of indoor and outdoor. There is plenty of room for ~150 people to sit comfortably inside the barn while also having a large dance floor. However, a lot of people were outside exploring the grounds, which is great for kids. Christine was wonderful throughout the whole planning process and on the day of the wedding. You don't realize how helpful it is to have someone with so much experience helping you through every step. Pinehall was the perfect venue for our wedding, and we highly recommend!

amazing venue!

Pinehall at Eisler Farms is, in a word, the PERFECT place for a wedding! Christina, the wedding coordinator, was fantastic. She was so patient with us, and made some great suggestions, and kept us all calm! The venue is a dream - so many pretty spots for photos, and plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy the place. The food from Medure's was delicious and plentiful. The bridal cottage was a great place for the girls to get ready. From start to finish, it could not have been a better experience! Everyone who attended could not rave enough about the place. So happy our son and daughter-in-law chose Pinehall!

Beautiful venue and extremely helpful staff

Planning and executing a wedding is a very stressful feat. However, Sherry and everyone at Pinehall worked hard to keep things easy, timely, and running smoothly. Sherry gave us a tour of the barn, showed us their extensive collection of decorations available to renters (less stuff for you to worry about - they have a ton of varied decorations to use), and helped us plan everything from day one. The Pinehall staff gave us access to the barn to help set up and plan when we needed it and offered crucial insight into what to expect and accommodate for.

There is a bridal cottage on the property that is available for the bridal party to get ready in on the day of the wedding, which was extremely helpful and comfortable as we didn't have to travel from another location to the venue.

The venue is incredible in and of itself - seeing our loved ones playing games on the yard together while others danced in the barn with all of the doors open on a pleasant summer day will be one of our fondest memories for the rest of our lives. All of this was made all the sweeter by Shery and the Pinehall staff who went far beyond our expectations to keep things running smoothly. We forgot beer taps - no problem, they figured it out! We had some questions on the order of events, so they offered their experiences on what has worked best for others without being pushy at all.

This all made of experience with this incredible, beautiful venue all the more superb. With so many moving parts, weddings can be a nightmare stressor on the bride and groom. But with the help of the folks at Pinehall, we were able to actually ENJOY our wedding day at such a beautiful venue knowing we were in helping, caring hands.

Simply Amazing!

Words can’t describe how incredible it was to have our wedding at Pinehall at Eisler Farms. From the moment we walked into the venue to look at it, we instantly knew it was the one! The barn is so beautifully decorated on its own that you hardly need to add anything else and the views from around the property are gorgeous! We had our ceremony off site at a church, but Pinehall does offer a lovely ceremony site if you choose to have it there!
The owner Sherry was so kind and welcoming, and made us feel very comfortable which was such a nice feeling!
Their wedding coordinator, Christine, is an absolute sweetheart. She was very attentive and responsive to our needs and made sure that we had everything we wanted for our special day (she even found us silver chargers for the tables!)
The both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and we did not have to worry about a singe thing.
We highly recommend choosing Pinehall for your special day, you will not be disappointed!

Barn Wedding Beyond our Dreams

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding than the one we had at Pinehall at Eisler Farms. Three main reasons why: 1. Venue 2. Service 3. Catering. First, Pinehall is stunning. It was exactly what we were looking for with its classic red barn, beautiful grounds, onsite bridal cottage, and finished restrooms for guests. The covered porch and area around the barn had the outdoor aspects that we wanted for cocktail hour. While the barn is not air conditioned, the exhaust fan in the ceiling kept us comfortable for our August wedding. The bridal cottage is air conditioned. The basement at Pinehall is full of rustic/shabby chic/country decorations that we were able to use, so be sure to ask about them to save yourself from having to order them yourself. Their use was included in the venue fee. Pinehall is also a great choice because of its gravel driveway and paved sidewalk at the upper ceremony site. Just in case it rains earlier in the day or during your wedding, these features will prevent you from becoming muddy. Every photo site is more beautiful than the last. I recommend budgeting more time for photos than you think you need because every direction you look is picture perfect. Sherry has a 4 wheeler to transport you more quickly, and you’ll want to visit each site. I also recommend making sure you know what time the bar shuts down – maybe 30 minutes before the end time is standard, but we weren’t expecting the early close.
Sherry and Ashley were great to work with. They answered our every question quickly and with a lot of patience. You’re welcome to schedule return visits to the venue. You can have the ceremony and reception that you want. You don’t have to follow any set procedure. Sherry and Ashley were really helpful when it came time to iron out the details at our rehearsal. We came in with a plan of what we wanted, and with their expert knowledge of the site, we worked together to make it a reality. Ashley provided us with a sample seating arrangement, and we tweaked it to fit our vision and needs. She made sure that our proposed layout actually fit the space. We were a couple that took it upon ourselves to make a detailed itinerary to the minute of the ceremony and reception. I don’t know what would have happened if we hadn’t done that, but I can only assume that everything would have worked out fine because Sherry knows what she’s doing. Whether you’re a Type A or Type B couple, Sherry and Ashley have the expertise to enable you to have the wedding that you want. Don't hesitate to speak up if you have any questions or wonder how something works.
Finally, the food. Pinehall has an exclusive contract with Medure’s Catering, and it’s the best. Trust us and our guests who are still raving about it months later, that it’s absolutely delicious, and the time you save not looking at caterers can be spent on other things.

Beautiful venue and best service

We booked Pinehall about a year and a half before our date. Since then the venue has continued to add to an already beautiful site. You will not find another venue in the area that provides both quality of service and beauty of venue for an affordable price. Thank you to Sherry and Carrie for making sure our wedding day was a fairytale come true!

This venue is just gorgeous and so accommodating to all of our needs. If we had concerns or saw something was not done or right, they stepped right up with suggestions, solutions and got on it immediately. They are all so very friendly and kept us all together on what was to be done and where. Everyone helped the wedding go without any problems and assisted in every way to make it all possible. We Had so many compliments on how beautiful it was and how nice and friendly everyone was. They have so much to offer even down to decorations that you are able to use. Which can save you a lot of money. After your festivities they will clean up and put away anything that you use that is theirs. The whole environment & surroundings are just beautiful and make everyone feel at home and want to stay for the whole night. My friends and I will be talking about this for a long time! I would highly recommend PineHall to all who are looking for a cool, earthy special place for whatever their occasion would be. We even did our rehearsal dinner there, also. Medures is their caterer and I can not say enough about their service ,quality of their food and total professionalism. The food was awesome! Everyone raved about it being the best they ever had at a wedding.
Thank You again for being a part of our day and making everything so special and unique for our families. Ashley and Sherry always answered our questions and concerns immediately and were absolutely fantastic to work with. I feel like I cannot say enough to express how awesome our special day was for our son and our beautiful new daughter-in-law, Thank you , Thank you, Thank you.

I could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding than Pinehall. The staff was amazing and we had such a stress-free day as they supplied EVERYTHING for us. The food was amazing and the barn was absolutely stunning. Our guests loved the fire pit and games outside to keep them busy in between the ceremony and reception as well. We got so many compliments from our guests that night! The bridal suite was awesome and we had such a great time hanging out and getting ready in there all day. I highly recommend Pinehall for your wedding!

thank you for an absolutely amazing and beautiful night!! Everyone I talked to that night and after has told me how absolutely beautiful and perfect that venue was. They were saying how cute the barn was and how great the grounds were, with the chairs and the fire pit setup...it completely captured how our families are. They have also been saying how great the food was as well!

So thank you again for making one special night that much more beautiful and perfect. I will remember it forever!

We couldn’t have picked a better venue for our special day! I would recommend this to everyone around this area that is looking for a rustic, relaxed feel. The ceremony and reception are within walking distance (literally a few steps!), they have nice bathrooms, the caterer they use was AMAZING (not a finger had to be lifted from the family so they were able to enjoy the party, the bartender was great and provided from caterer) and we got to keep all leftovers, the cookie table was set up and refilled by the caterer throughout the night, the barn is so beautiful there’s not much decorating needed! Sherry and Ashley were phenomenal!!! We’re out of state military and they met with our in town family several times to get stuff taken care of. They were easy to work with over phone/email. They were there for rehearsal to help as well as day of. They provided a firepit and games and have SO much decor that we literally didn’t have to buy anything!!! Pinehall, Sherry and Ashley will always have a special place in our hearts. We can’t imagine a better venue ❤️ I could go on forever about how amazing this venue is! (Photos by: Oakwood Photo+Video)

This venue is just AMAZING!!! The ceremony site is stunning, the barn is stunning, the property is stunning. The staff is incredibly and the overnight stay is a must! Can't recommend this place enough-it was our dream wedding and the day couldn't have been anymore perfect!

Pinehall was the perfect venue for our wedding! They allowed us to fully enjoy every aspect of the day. The team at Pinehall made sure we had a stress free wedding day, and they were quick to do anything we mentioned we wanted. Where to start? From our first communications with Sherry and her staff at Pinehall all the way through to our wedding day last Saturday, we had an amazing experience! Everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive, understanding and extremely helpful. I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had from beginning to end. Our coordinator, Carrie, was extremely helpful and very organized. Our wedding weekend went so smoothly thanks to her! The venue itself was also incredible! The onsite bridal cottage was inviting and had more than enough room for all of my girls to get ready in. The barn is beautiful and we really enjoyed the ability to decorate it in a way that made it unique to our day. The setting at Pinehall is so pretty with many locations to take amazing photos. Our guests had a wonderful evening and we’ve gotten so many compliments on our day. Finally, Sherry & her staff have excellent working relationships with many preferred vendors in the Butler area, which makes it very easy to coordinate between the venue/caterer/florist/bakery etc. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Pinehall, and don’t hesitate at all in recommending it to anyone interested in a barn venue for their special day!

Pinehall was the perfect venue for our wedding. Hands down this was the most beautiful venue we visited, and from the moment we stepped foot on the farm we knew we needed to book it. Our guests raved about how fantastic everything looked, and how much they enjoyed the atmosphere. The grounds are very well maintained, the barn requires little decoration to stand apart, and the pond is the perfect backdrop for any wedding ceremony. Pinehall just finished a new bathroom right next to the barn, which was a huge bonus for us and our elderly guests. Sherry was great to work with from the start. She was very accommodating and laid back, and was great to have as a point person the day before the wedding. Having Christine there for us during the day of our wedding was equally as helpful! They both worked together to be as efficient as possible, and even stepped in to guide some of our vendors. From setting up a bonfire, to shuttling our guests in the golf cart and helping us with clean-up, thank you! You made sure our day exceeded our expectations. I recommend Pinehall to anyone considering an upscale barn wedding!

Pinehall at Eisler Farms was the best decision we made during our wedding planning. Sherry is simply fantastic and continues to add new gorgeous amenities, spaces, and design to the barn/farm. We decided to have our wedding on a Friday night and were able to rehearse at the venue (Thursday) without any problem. The original forecast called for 90% chance of rain and during the Thursday rehearsal Sherry and her staff provided several rain plans... however, the weather turned absolutely perfect for Friday evening and we were able to enjoy our ceremony between two beautiful trees and a garland swept arbor alongside our family and friends. The Bridal Cottage is awesome (2 spacious rooms in which the bride/maids got ready in 1 and the grooms/men in the other!). We had a BLAST!!! The decor in the barn was a beautiful touch to our wildflowers and few rustic accents/tablescapes. We had use of the bathrooms, cottage, wrap-around porch, bridal suite (is a MUST for the bride and groom), etc. Our guests enjoyed comfy adirondack chairs around the fire pit as well as our end of the evening fireworks! Pinehall's list of 'preferred vendors' are TOP NOTCH. Seriously, there is some talent in Butler, PA. My groom Tony and I had an incredible day and our guests were amazed with our venue! A day we will remember FOREVER!!!

Perfect, perfect, perfect in every way for our daughter's 5/27/17 wedding!!! You’d be hard pressed to find a more visually impressive site in Western Pennsylvania. The grounds are immaculate. The bridal cottage has every amenity with picture-perfect lighting for photographs. The barn is rustic and intimate while providing plenty of space. The wraparound deck is awesome for mingling with guests while providing breathtaking scenery. Every single guest remarked on the pure beauty of the venue. An added surprise was the new restroom facility that is as stunning as it is convenient. The icing on the cake is Sherry, the owner. She accommodated our every need. From our first meeting to our last she was amazing. She oversaw every detail to perfection. She even came through with helping to transport grandparents!!! She was a pure pleasure to work with from beginning to end. For a slice of time, Pinehall felt like home to us. I would highly recommend Pinehall for any event. You won't be sorry!!

WHERE do I even begin.... I can not express in words the time and patience Sherry & her staff had with me and extra touches to make my daughters wedding day so great.

Pinehall at Eisler Farms is a picturesque, cozy venue and perfect in every way.
Sherry and her staff went above and beyond our expectations to make my daughters day EXTRA SPECIAL.
I asked to have things changed several times, because as the crazy mother of the bride, it's what we do. In asking so many changes with table count, RSVP changes, etc., Sherry made sure everything was done on time and with extra special care.

We highly recommend this venue for a wedding, dinner party, shower celebration, birthday party, family reunion or simple gathering of friends and family.

The Catering was provided by Medures Catering in New Castle to which Pete & his staff were very professional and the food was VERY good. We definetly will use Medures Catering & Pinehall at Eislers Farms again if ever the need arises.

Thank you so much for everything you did for us to make Tarra & Travis wedding so spectacular.
Sincerely loved every minute of the weekend.

Pinehall was the perfect venue for our wedding! Carrie and Sherry were both wonderful! Pinehall may be a relatively new venue, but both Carrie and Sherry have years of experience in the wedding business. From one year out, to the day of, they were always able to answer our questions (no matter how small), and they were happy to arrange several in-person meetings as we finalized the details for our big day. Carrie helped watch YouTube videos to figure out how to fold our napkins like a picture we found on Pinterest, and when we realized that we needed a steamer the day of our wedding, Sherry was able to drop off the one that they had at the Atrium so that we didn’t have to run to Walmart. I think the biggest help was Carrie and Sherry handling all of the details with the vendors the day of our wedding. They were able to greet the caterer and DJ and relay information about how we envisioned the tables (cake table, cookie table, guest dining tables, bar, drinks station, etc.) being set. Pinehall had a ton of centerpieces, cake stands, and other decorations available for us to use, and the barn was so beautifully decorated that we were able to save a lot of money on decorations. Also, since no one was renting the barn the day before our wedding, we were given full access to the barn and bridal cottage the day before to setup and rehearse. We received endless compliments from our guests regarding how gorgeous the venue and surrounding property were. There were so many scenic backdrops on the property that we were able to get a large assortment of photos without ever leaving the property.

We booked Pinehall in January of 2017 for our May 27, 2018 wedding. They provided a wonderful tour even in the frigid temperatures! All of the information was up front with no grey areas. One of my favorite parts of Pinehall is how they are flexible to do what ever you want! At the time of our booking, they did not have the ceremony cite completed and we envisioned our ceremony elsewhere. Even now that the ceremony spot is completed they let us bring in our own arbor and have the ceremony in the grass. I would ask questions like, "What do you think is best?" to our coordinator and she would say "This is your day! How do you envision it?" After our reception we stayed in the bridal cottage and it was the best decision! The fridge was stocked with drinks, snacks and items to make breakfast the next morning. The bed was comfortable and it was so nice to relax on the couch and soak in the day. We had Medure's catering and the food was amazing! The service was even better! We had so many compliments about our day. I would recommend Pinehall to anyone! Well worth the money!

Pinehall was great to work with. You get a day-of coordinator with your package and our girl, Christine was awesome. Could not have done it without her. The package also comes with full access to their entire basement filled with decor. It saved us so much money! Beautiful grounds, helpful employees. And Medures, their caterer, was also great. Food was delicious.

We had our wedding at pinehall on the 26th. They are absolutely amazing, and made sure we had someone every step of the way. The venue is beyond amazing, and they have a ton of different places to get those jaw dropping wedding photos!

My wedding day

I would like to start by saying the venue was beautiful and that is the only good thing I have to say at this point. A worker I did not even know started talking about my bridal party and accusing one of underage drinking at the bar but we were still getting ready in the cottage so that never occurred. From that point on we were harassed by all of the staff, including the very unfriendly bartenders. I am disappointed because I had heard great things about this venue but due to the employee Maddie causing issues it destroyed the morale for the whole night. From that point on they purposely put all of my decorations in the wrong locations including my seating charts somewhere that none of my guests could even find. The staff harassed me and my husband as soon as we made it down the aisle on our special day that we cannot get back. So disappointed my wedding was a full of purposeful mistakes, harassment, and completely unprofessional behavior. Would never recommend this venue due to the way the staff treated us, our guests, and our bridal party so poorly. As I have stated it is a shame because I cannot get that day back. The employee Maddie also posted an inappropriate video of my bridal party on her Snapchat that I had sent to me by multiple people. I hope the owners will give her consequences because someone looking out to ruin someone’s wedding should not be employed at a wedding venue for what should be the best day of our lives, and she did everything she could to ruin the day. Still shocked by the horrific treatment we received after paying a large amount for this day and venue.

Disgraceful

We had planned to have our wedding celebration here since 2019, but covid19 came in 2020. They did not return our down payment of $1000.00 because we could not go through with our big wedding. They told us we can reschedule, but we can't get our money back. We couldn't wait till 2021 for very important reasons. Half our family comes from Asian countries. My sister who isn't even allowed to leave her country is from Australia. Further more, we had to apply for my husband’s citizenship, so we had no choice but to do it this year. Pinehall did absolutely nothing for us and they are keeping our money, which could have helped my husband apply for his citizenship. It's sickening that these people would do this to us. Try elsewhere. The White Barn has been fair and respectful to some of our friends in the area who had to cancel.
