Pinecroft was an absolutely amazing venue for our wedding day! From the beginning, the staff was very friendly and willing to work with us to make our dream day come to life! The food on the day of the wedding was even better than the day of our tasting (and it was GREAT on tasting day), and the guests were very impressed! The day ran smoothly, and as the bride I was unaware of any complications. Unfortunately, their wifi is a little weak, so we were unable to live stream the wedding ceremony as planned, so it would be nice if they had their WiFi improved, but the ceremony itself was beautiful and the decorations were put together beautifully! We did also have some confusion where the family was not told where the presents were placed so the bride the next day had to contact us about the gifts, but Pinecroft made sure everything was straightened out quickly when they were made aware of the situation. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our experience at Pinecroft and would absolutely choose to celebrate the best day of our lives there again. Thanks so much to the entire team, but especially Kim and Beth who helped make the peacock wedding transform from a dream to reality.

Our wedding at Pinecroft was absolutely perfect. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful and flexible as we planned a wedding during COVID. They thought of all the details and made the day flow perfectly without myself, my husband, or any of our family members having to lift a finger the day of. And of course the food through Funky's is out of this world. I cannot recommend Pinecroft and Funky's enough

Pinecroft is run by Funky's Catering. Everyone involved in the planning of our wedding was excellent. Each person had their own skill - whether it be helping with design, food choices, calming nervousness, or pricing options - they were all excellent and made you feel like your wedding was the only one they had on their plate. I highly recommend them! All food and open bar was included in the price for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

I cannot say enough good things about Pinecroft. The estate is gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous, and the staff is phenomenal! We could not have chosen a better place to have our wedding. Nor could we have asked for better people to work with!

I haven't planned a wedding before this one, but I cannot imagine doing it at any place other than Pinecroft. Besides the fact that it's beautiful, they have the best coordinators, catering and staff in the world. They were so attentive not only to the bride and groom but to every single guest. It is the best place to spend your big day (or any day really).

I will recommend this place to every single person I meet!

We could not be more happy with our selection of Pinecroft Estate for our wedding ceremony and reception! We had the most gorgeous venue in the tristate for our day and arguably in the US in my opinion. The house and grounds are gorgeous for pictures and video. The staff make you feel like your wedding day is the only thing on their priority list. Shannon made all of my wedding dreams come true. From the planning stages she helped select our theme and understood our vision and then she turned them into reality. Getting ready at the estate was surreal, to have our entire wedding party together all day was perfect. The professionalism, care and also dedication to us made us feel like the most special, important people throughout our planning and wedding day. Everything went so smoothly, the only thing I wish is that we could relive the entire day! Thank you Pinecroft for everything, you made our wedding day so perfect! A day we will cherish forever.

Pinecroft was truly a magical venue. Despite less than stellar weather, we experienced excellent service and beautiful surroundings. Our special day turned out as we hoped it would be!

We got married on a Friday in order to save a little because this place is expensive! However, it is so incredibly worth it!!! Everyone we worked with there was willing to help us make our dream wedding come true. The place is also absolutely gorgeous! The only downside is there isn't really a good hotel nearby, but that's not their fault :) truly an exquisite place to be married!

Pinecroft at the Crosley Estate was a great venue for our 4th of July wedding! We were extremely pleased with their attention to detail and team approach in making sure we had everything covered. The management by Funky’s Catering was great to help make the food selection easy. Everything with our day went perfect! Pinecroft runs like a “well oiled machine”. The staff was friendly, on the ball, and very experienced. Our day was so special, and a big reason was due to the involvement of the Pinecroft staff. Thank you!!

WOW…..what negative things can I say about Pinecroft? NOTHING! I think I was the laziest, most pampered bride to walk in the front door. The staff at Funky’s and Pinecroft made me that way. I fell in love with the mansion the minute I saw it. Our guests are still talking about the beauty of the house and property. Our goal was to have a classy, romantic evening with an outstanding meal. That is exactly what we received. The staff at the Pinecroft went above and beyond to contact vendors, dig out donated table numbers and rearrange flowers the morning of our wedding. The tables looked so pretty thanks to them. They served vegetarian meals to vegetarians we didn’t know we had. The staff that served dinner was so kind and thoughtful. The chef or chefs visited the tables to discuss the menu, and then later to make sure everyone was happy. They were awesome!
I would recommend The Pinecroft to any bride that wants a first class venue. My only complaint is that we didn’t starve ourselves the week before our tasting. The food was terrific ! A special thank you to Shannon, Seth, Ralph, Kate and everyone who made our day fantastic!

I was looking for a unique Cincinnati wedding venue, something that had not been done a million times before. When we walked into Pinecroft, we knew it was the special place we had been looking for. It was a beautiful old mansion with history, charm and character. The beauty of the site was met by the passion of the staff. The crew who runs Pinecroft is hands down some of the most thoughtful and helpful staff I've ever come across. They helped me with every detail, including on-site coordination for our big day. And a big day it was...we had over 330 guests, the biggest wedding to date at Pinecroft! They handled it like true professionals and the space accommodated every single one of us! Funky's does all of the catering at Pinecroft. Funky's is fabulous - the food was beyond expectations! I recommend Pinecroft to anyone and everyone I know. It is truly a place where wedding dreams are made!

I don't always plan wedding receptions, but if I did, I would always plan it at the Pinecroft. The staff is both professional and courteous. Attention to detail was a priority. I was most impressed with the detail to security and at the end of the evening the staff pulled my car to the entrance and packed my car with gifts and supplies from the wedding. The facility itself drew raves from our guests.

When I was looking for a wedding venue, Pinecroft blew everyone else out of the water. Eric showed us around the mansion, was very knowledgeable, and professional. The staff is organized and I felt very comfortable knowing my big day would be in their hands. When you book Pinecroft, you do not get a choice in catering companies as Funky's Catering manages the Pinecroft property and they are the sole caterers. This, really, is of little consequence as they do an AMAZING job and prepare fabulous food. We had some pretty specific requests and they were so accommodating. I was never told 'no' or 'we can't do that', their answer was always, 'we will figure out a way to make that happen for you.' I loved having the grounds all day to get ready and to take pictures. We were well taken care of by all of the Pinecroft and Funky's employees. They work like a well oiled machine! One of Funky's owners, Jerin, stopped by our table during the reception to make sure the food and the night were going as expected. Great service!

You can do everything through their wedding coordinator, Cecilia - transportation, flowers, linens, ceremony music, etc. I would recommend doing some of your own research. (ex: I brought in my own linens from an outside vendor for about half the cost of what Pinecroft quoted me.)

The only person I had a complaint about through the whole planning process was Cecilia. She didn't return emails or phone calls and I had to do a lot of checking up on details that I originally thought she would be taking care of. The communication got a lot better once the issue was confronted. She is a lovely person, just didn't meet my expectations.

If you do not have a wedding planner, I would highly recommend designating a 'day of' person to help the bride out!

The first time going to Pinecroft I was soo nervous because it was something I have have never experienced before - by time my tour was over I never wanted to leave. Everyone made us feel like we were home and we were family. 12/10 recommend !!

I had an AMAZING experience with at the Pinecroft! The beautiful mansion and grounds speaks for itself, so I'll focus on their service. The onsite wedding coordinator (Cecilia) was extremely patient with my many questions and last minute changes, and not to mention a wealth of information on everything wedding related. Michael and the crowd at Funky's catering, the caterer affiliated with the Pinecroft, wanted nothing more than to tailor the menu to relfect our specific tastes and cultures (Lebanese and Italian). They did NOT disappoint...I'm still getting compliments on the food :) which I made a point to try all of (not easy for the bride ya know)! The day of was a breeze and I was able to relax and enjoy the time getting ready in the mansion with my friends and family. I really can't say enough about the venue and staff. It is a bit pricey, however much more reasonable than some of the other wedding locations available that offer a similar, elegant atmosphere...and it was worth every penny. I truly had my dream wedding and wouldn't change a single thing about our day!
