We had our wedding (and bridal shower!) at Pine Ridge Country Club with Dino’s Catering, and we couldn’t be happier. Nina and Diane were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process—so kind and easy to work with. The servers were the sweetest, and we even snapped a photo with them on our wedding night! Our guests are still raving about the food from both the shower and the reception. We’re especially grateful to Nina for all she did to make sure our reception ran seamlessly. Highly recommend!

We loved our wedding at Pine Ridge Country Club! I was looking for a rustic/romantic indoor venue and when I walked in to the ballroom I knew this was the perfect setting!! The venue is so beautiful it needed very little decorating. Nina worked with us and helped us with all of the planning. We came in for a food tasting and everything was so delicious. They even accommodated our food allergies by making our meals without dairy. We dropped off our decorations and centerpieces a few days before and it was so nice that they set up everything, cleaned everything at the end of the wedding night, and sent us home with the extra food and cake at the end of the night for no extra charge. The chairs were beautiful as is and did not need covers. The dance floor was large for our guests and we had such a big wedding party that they were very accommodating with making the head table into a U shape for us all to fit. We had our ceremony in the same space and it was so beautiful walking down the aisle and saying our vows on the stage below the chandelier. Then our guests went to cocktail hour in the next rooms while the ballroom was transformed for the reception. Our guests loved the space, 2 bars, room for the photo booth, beautiful winding staircase, and foyer where we had our card box, guest book, and seating chart. The bridal party also enjoyed the getting ready room upstairs and I loved throwing the boquet from one of the beautiful balconies upstairs. We took our photos outside the venue around the golf course. The only issue we ran into was getting permission to take photos where the golf course was but then getting yelled at and turned away on our wedding day because the lady worker didn't believe us that the manager gave us permission. That was upsetting. Everyone had a great time and it was the perfect setting for our wedding!

Had my wedding here in November of 2014 and loved it! Everyone loved the location and especially the food. My husband and I loved the open space and value we got.

I had my bridal shower at Pine Ridge and it was amazing! The service was fantastic, the people there were super helpful, and the food was incredible! It would be absolutely perfect for a wedding!

Pine ridge was my venue for my wedding in November. I am honored they used my pictures on this website! They were amazing to work with! Shelby was beyond professional and easy to work with! Connie, Nina, and Betty were all also so amazing and friendly! You can tell it is family owned and operated because they treat you just like family! The food was absolutely amazing! I still get told to this day from a lot of my friends and family that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to! We added a few touches with the "love" letters and a few other personal details, but the ballroom is so beautiful that it doesn't need much!!! I highly recommend pine ridge and Dino's catering for all of your catered events!!!

We got married at Pine Ridge on 12/12/15 and it was absolutely amazing! The venue is beautiful on its own but being decorated for Christmas made it even better. Everyone that worked there was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The food was delicious and we received multiple compliments on it. The bartenders and servers were very hospitable. We couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding!

Beautiful location, and wonderful staff. Everything was laid out perfectly by the time guests arrived, and cleaned up without incident. Food was absolutely amazing. I would gladly attend a wedding here, and will be recommending it to everyone that I know.

I just had my wedding at Pine Ridge last weekend, and am so amazed at how beautiful and perfect the day was. Nina and Betty were a pleasure to work with and made all of my worries go away. All of my guests commented on how quick and courteous the service was, and how delicious all the food was! I am so incredibly happy i chose pine ridge for my reception, they didn't disappoint and gave me lasting, beautiful memories that will last a lifetime!

Impressive grounds, accommodating staff, beautiful space... truly all you would expect with a venue well seasoned in hosting weddings. The place was set up and very organized. The staff were extremely helpful and the night went without a hitch.

Pine Ridge is absolutely breathtaking. The moment you walk into the main room, you won't want to look anywhere else. It's gorgeous. Plus the food is delicious! I've had Dino's catering multiple times and have not had one bad experience with them. Its ridiculous how delicious their food is.

My wedding was BEAUTIFUL!!! the openness of the room with so many windows created the atmosphere I had been searching for. The food was perfect. All of the staff were kind and courteous. They did so much to help - I couldn't have asked for better service!

Beautiful venue with a castle type look. The food was great. The flow through rooms for happy hour is a real plus too.

I am picky and this was the best choice of venue in NE Ohio.Beautiful, classic, historical, high ceilings, separate cocktail room, great ambiance lighting. If you hate mirror windows and fake ivy of most halls this is your place. I can't say enough about the food either. It was delicious as was the dessert buffet. My only complaint was that they shut down a bar during the reception without our knowledge. Betty is great. She doesn't get great reviews but she should because she is flexible and made all of my demands happen. Thanks Pine Ridge for having a memorable location.

pine ridge was amazing! their prices are extremely reasonable, the food was amazing! Every person I spoke with from my wedding raved at how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. I had more food at my wedding than I have ever seen at anyone elses, the cost was significantly less than what alot of people pay for high end weddings in cleveland ohio. Betty who I booked the hall with was honest and understanding. I am in the NAVY and I wasnt sure if i was going to be able to make it home for the wedding , ahead of time there was a clause in my contract incase I was deployed etc that I could not make it home. she was awesome to work with and made it less stressful. If I had to do it over again it would be at pine ridge and not change anything about the venue or food! The staff was also amazing! all the servers etc were incredibly nice and great hard workers!!! they helped out so much during the reception !! just couldnt of been more pleased with the service !

Everything about Pine Ridge is amazing! From the food, to the service, to the venue itself. The staff went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. One of the staff even pulled me aside to show me the room before any of the guests had entered the ballroom - it was great to be able to check everything out in an empty room :) Our reception went perfectly and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Pine Ridge Country Club is amazing! I went to a friend's wedding there and the food and service was great, so I decided to check it out for myself. The staff was super nice. Price range is pretty reasonable, and we got a discount for having a Friday wedding. FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL!! No joke! At the end of the night they had everything packed and ready for us to go home. I HIGHLY recommend this place to any future brides & grooms.

Everything was terrific from beginning to end! Beautiful venue! People raved about it.

I had Betty & Nina both helping with my wedding on May 24th. Everything was organized and they calmed every worry of mine. Nina was the coordinator that day. We did our ceremony there as well as the reception. Everything went very well and I have not heard any complaints from guests! We were very happy with this venue and would recommend it to anyone. We love the atmosphere there and we received many compliments on the character of the venue. The food was delicious also! We did the salmon, stuffed chicken breast and the beef medallions as our dinner choices. Everyone loved the food and the appetizers we chose for cocktail hour. The stuffed mushrooms are to die for! Thank you Pine Ridge for such a wonderful, magical evening!

Betty & Nina were great! They were both very helpful getting ready for the wedding and during the wedding, everything ran so smoothly!

Beautiful, very helpful, set up items

This venue is not only gorgeous, but extremely affordable! The staff was very flexible with accommodating our requests and helping us to make our visions come to life. Our wedding was on a Friday, and they allowed us to come in on Thursday to set up, which was a huge help. The food was delicious as well! We would highly recommend this venue to any bride looking to get married in the Northeast Ohio area.

Everything went as scheduled. The waiters/waitresses were SO responsive and professional. The food was excellent, even better than the tasting. They did an elaborate dessert room at no additional charge. I've received SO many compliments - what an elegant night to remember!!

We had an excellent experience with Pine Ridge Country Club! The food was delicious. We chose family style and did chicken piccata, pecan crusted salmon, and beef....they were all wonderful. The Grande Pastry Display impressed our guests. I tried a berry cream cake and was pleased! The service was friendly, professional, and timely. Nina and Betty were wonderful and very helpful. They gave us guidance and advice throughout the process. The bar was excellent and everything was top quality with a reasonable price. The venue is gorgeous without any decor, however, the staff did an excellent job setting up my additional items (guestbook, table cards, and memorial photos). There is also beautiful balconies, windows, and a quaint room for your bridal party to touch up and relax in. I would absolutely recommend Pine Ridge Country Club!

Pine Ridge was absolutely beautiful for our wedding and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The food was out of this world (Chicken Piccata was to die for!!) and the staff was excellent. All my guests were raving about how charasmatic the bartenders were! Betty answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very helpful in making sure our reception was going to flow smoothly. I don't have one single complaint about Pine Ridge!!

This venue is just absolutely gorgeous. Huge, high ceilings with wood beams, gorgeous big windows and beautiful balconies! Good size dance floor, plenty of room for 200+ guests. The food was just to die for! The catering company that works with Pine Ridge is Dino's. Everyone raved about our food. My only complaint would be Pine Ridge's wedding coordinator. They need to get someone in there who likes working with people and someone with lots of ideas. Someone who is easy to work with. We had many issues with the wedding coordinator there; Betty. She got pretty rude on numerous different occasions which left a damper on our experience. If it weren't for her, our experience with Pine Ridge for a wedding would have been absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this venus to anyone who doesn't want the typical "party center" look!

I loved Pine Ridge for my reception! The ballroom and sunroom are beautiful and perfect for what i was looking for. the ballroom has beautiful decorations, but flexibility to do what you want. The food is absolutely great! It was very convienient having a catering company that has great food already on site. The wait-staff is impeccable! Extremely professional! I found Betty, the on-site coordinator to be a bit rough around the edges, but very accommadating to mine and my mother's requests. She's been doing this a long time, and knows exactly what to do. The day of the wedding, however, another manager was on-site. She did not introduce herself to me at all and i would have appreciated that. I only spoke to her in passing and she was a bit rude and barely acknowledged me. I would have liked a friendlier exchange. This experience is the only reason why i'm not giving them 5 stars. other than that, Pine Ridge is GREAT! i would definitely recommend them to any bride looking for a great location in Lake County, and would definitely look at using thier facility for future celebrations! Pine Ridge Country Club is beautiful - doesn't need a lot of additional decor. The balconies are fun - we used it for our entrance! Nina and Betty worked with us to accommodate our drop-offs and set-up schedule. The food was delicious- we only ran into a small issue in that special orders (gluten-free, vegetarian) were not communicated to the kitchen.

I'd say the other reviews here are right on the money. Pine Ridge is gorgeous! Having the multiple rooms on the second floor gives you the opportunity to do all kinds of things you couldn't do in your typical box of a ballroom. Lighting works amazingly in this place, highlighting the awesome architecture. The food is fantastic and the pastry table was perfect. My guests also had great things to say about the bartenders and when I finally made it over there to get some water they were really friendly and attentive. Overall we had a great time. Our guests were really impressed and seemed to have a lot of fun. That being said, I have to agree with other reviews that their event coordinators aren't always the easiest to work with. Betty knows what she's talking about in a lot of instances, but can be disorganized or annoyed by an idea you have the next moment. The first appointment we set to see the hall I made over the phone with Betty. When we arrived, she was not there and no one seemed to know we were coming. They called Betty and she said she was on her way. When she got their she apologized and said that whoever scheduled our appointment forgot to write it in her book...I didn't bother to remind her she set the appointment herself. There were a couple other times they made me nervous when I would mention something we had talked about before and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, but they would always re-agree to it and everything was fine. Overall, I'm glad we went with Pine Ridge. It was exactly the look and feel we were going for. Any headaches or annoyances were worth it.

Having Pine Ridge Country Club as the vendor for our reception was a great choice. The ballroom is a very elegant and beautiful space that hardly any decorating is need. The staff are very experienced and can easy deal with any problems that occur the night of the reception. The lady who runs the place is a little blunt and is not that flexible in dong anything differently than she is used to. But besides from that, our wedding reception went flawlessly and I would recommend this vendor to anyone.

Pine Ridge Country Club, and Dino's Catering did an excellent job of meeting our needs and expectations. The venue is beautiful and adds a feeling of elegance to the reception. I would recommend them anytime!!!

Venue is beautiful and a good value. Had some communication issues and differences in procedure and process between Dino's representatives. Ask lots of questions and make sure you know what they will be doing/providing. Overall they were very flexible and helped make our wedding beautiful.

We had such a beautiful wedding at Pine Ridge! The food was excellent and the wait/bar staff was quick and courteous. The room was beautiful, and all our guests had a great time. The hurricane lamps were perfect, all we had to by was the candles and placemats to go under them. We did have a very difficult time with Betty though. She was not very friendly and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. She gave us a very hard time about having our wedding rehearsal the day before. My husband and I did not enjoy working with her and neither did our parents. Other than that, we would recommend Pine Ridge to anyone getting married.

Naturally beautiful room so we were able to save on decorations. Hurricane glasses were provided, we just had to purchase candles. The food is excellent and the service was fast, professional, and very nice.

Let me start by saying that I loved Pine Ridge as a venue. The facility itself was classic, charming and had so much character, much more than a typical reception hall, yet around the same price. I still constantly receive compliments on how stunning it was on our wedding day. The facility itself was clean, as well as the restrooms and the surrounding area. It was a good size for our 150 guests, although I'm not quite sure how they would fit many more than that in the room (although they say it is possible). Pine Ridge is catered by a local restaurant Dino's catering, which had great food (again, I still recieve tons of compliments on it and how it didn't taste at all like "wedding food"). My love for Pine Ridge confessed, I must say I was extremely unhappy with the service provided by the catering manager who was in charge of the wedding events. Betty was extremely difficult to work with throughout the entire wedding process. She was very abrupt and not helpful throughout the process. Often it seemed like she just expected us to know how things worked (such as seating and timing) and all our questions were major inconveniences. We requested some special meals for some guests with allergies and dietary restrictions and they never received them. She inaccurately wrote down our menu selections on our catering contract and when we corrected her, she did not care one bit that we had already printed our menus based on the incorrect food item. She was extremely inflexible with times to meet for menu tastings and to drop off items for the wedding; We both work during the day and she refused to stay in the evenings for us, our parents ended up having to drop off all our stuff on their day off before the wedding. And she was rude to our parents on the day of the wedding because some of the vendors showed up earlier than the time they were supposed to (which, I understand it was in the contract and I informed them of this time, but obviously we only had so much control over the situation, it was not our parents fault and they should not have been made to feel guilty on wedding day). I don't mean attack her as a person, but I feel like if I had known these things about the "customer service" from Dino's Catering/Pine Ridge, and if I didn't love the facility of Pine Ridge as much as I did, I would have made a different decision about where I held my reception.

Very stressful during planning. Pricing is good but I guess you get what you pay for. They refused to set extra chairs at tables for bridal party to be able to sit with spouses after dinner (didn't even ask for plate settings for these extra chairs). They told me the bridal party could pick up the chairs and move them to the other tables themselves after dinner. I showed up with my centerpieces and didn't have tea lights in the votives and was treated horribly. No one told me that was expected or it would have been done. Future MIL offered to come by the following day to put them in for them and they had an attitude and said they would just figure it out. Often impatient and rude especially for people who have never planned a wedding before and are just learning as they go. I would not recommend to a friend unless you don't get offended or stressed easily (hard to not when you're planning a wedding).

My son had his wedding reception at Pine Ridge. Everything was wonderful except for the food service. Myself and other guests had a problem with their dinners being taken away when it was obvious that we had just got them. Our dinner plates were full and when guests got up to either use the restroom or grab a drink, when they got back to their table to eat, their plates were gone! I couldnt believe this. Warning...take your dinner plate with you.

Nina has been really difficult to work with. She has taken the joy out of our wedding.
