This was a beautiful venue. Staff was great to work with, food was amazing. AN overall great experience. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful backdrop for your wedding experience.

Hosting our wedding reception at Pinecrest Country Club was a fantastic decision. As a mostly DIY bride, I aimed to be as low-maintenance as possible, so I wanted to bundle services to reduce stress. While we only had our reception at Pinecrest, I can imagine that having the ceremony there would have made the entire experience even smoother! Here’s a breakdown of our experience:

1. Preparing for the Wedding:

Leading up to the big day, Pinecrest was incredibly communicative. They answered all our questions, checked in regularly, and made sure we were crystal clear on what was included. From the moment we met their team, we knew we were in great hands. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

2. The Food:

The food was *bust down delicious*! We attended a group tasting event with other 2024 couples, which was not only delicious but also gave us the chance to meet the cake vendor and florist. On the wedding day, the cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres were a huge hit—our guests couldn't stop raving about them. And the dinner? It was incredible! (I wish I’d had more myself, lol)

3. Wedding Day Execution:

The day went so smoothly. Pinecrest’s package includes so much—wedding cake, florist, linens, and all the essentials—which minimized the need for extra decorations since the venue is already stunning. We dropped off our placement cards and DIY sweetheart table items the day before, and Pinecrest provided additional supplies we hadn’t even thought of. They coordinated seamlessly with our DJ, and Debbie and her assistant (I wish I remembered her name!) were absolute lifesavers. They treated my family like their own, which meant the world to me.

If you want 100 fewer gray hairs while planning your wedding, I highly recommend Pinecrest Country Club. Seriously, they made everything so much easier! 😂

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the event team at PineCrest. We had our wedding reception there and our guests raved about how great the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and how outstanding the staff was working the night of the party. PineCrest was perfect for our wedding. It's a hidden gem in Montgomery County, PA. We used them for the cocktail hour and reception and they organized so much of the evening it made my life as the bride so much easier. The staff was so attentive and ensured we were taken care of at all times. We received so many compliments on the venue and food and everything. I'm so happy we went with PineCrest and I would absolutely recommend them to another couple (or anyone who needs an event venue!).

Our experience at PineCrest Country Club truly felt like a fairytale come to life. The team at PineCrest Country Club went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was nothing short of magical.

Throughout the planning process, the staff at PineCrest were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Ron was always timely in addressing any questions or concerns we had, providing us with the support we needed to feel confident and reassured.

On the day of our wedding, the beautiful surroundings of PineCrest Country Club provided a stunning backdrop for our celebration. I loved the "I DO" in the sand in front of the outdoor deck. The atmosphere was romantic and elegant, creating the ideal setting for our ceremony and reception. The food served was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, impressing all our guests. The Philly station was an absolute hit at the end of the night.

Of course there were some minor hiccups like the served dinner took a little longer to come out than anticipated. However, these were truly overshadowed by the overall exceptional service and experience we had at PineCrest Country Club. We are grateful for the wonderful memories created at this venue and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a dream wedding location.

In conclusion, PineCrest Country Club exceeded our expectations in creating a fairytale wedding day that we will cherish forever. Thank you to Ron, Debbie, and the whole team for making our special day truly unforgettable.

Coming from a big family, weddings are a big deal and Lots of opinions… Almost a month later and both sides of the family are still raving about what an amazing wedding we had, how great the venue Pine Crest is and how Amazing the food was. From the the appetizers to the meal and drinks EVERYONE enjoyed their meal and the flow from the ceremony on the deck to the cocktail hour in the reception area and then dinner and party throughout the building. Ron and his amazing team did an outstanding job with EVERYTHING and guided us through everything with NO stress. We are already discussing our anniversary and throwing another party at Pine Crest. We recommend 10000%, if your not sure or on the fence, this is your sign… Book with Pine Crest!

From the moment we phoned PineCrest establishment and spoke to Ron Gibson. We knew that we finally found this magical place that would fulfill all the intricate needs of our daughters wedding that she has dreamed of all her life, Hearing from our guests rave about the beautiful scenery , huge porch , accommodating servers, and the delicious dinner/food served . Thank you for making this event a cherished memory to hold close to our hearts.

I had my wedding here early September. It was the first and last venue we looked at in the beginning of our wedding planning journey. We instantly fell in love with this place and Ron the, banquet manager, is the best. The venue itself is beautiful and super spacious. It’s newly renovated so it has a very modern look with pretty chandeliers and a brand new deck. We had the most perfect wedding and everyone absolutely RAVED about the food!! Thank you Ron, Deb, Kiersten, and the entire Pinecrest staff that made our wedding extra special.

Dan and I would like to thank everybody at PineCrest for the absolute best day of our lives! The food was phenomenal, the staff were so courteous and attentive to everybody's needs, and everything was simply perfect! We danced the night away in the beautiful ballroom and are so thrilled to have chosen PineCrest for our wedding. There was even fall decor set up and lavender plants that PineCrest provided which was awesome, and a special thanks to Ron and Debbie for going above and beyond for us. We highly recommend PineCrest CC the experience was tremendous satisfaction. Ron Gibson is amazing with a vibrant personality…he’s actually the reason we chose PineCrest for our daughters wedding.
The staff is fantastic, professional and extremely attentive.
The Vendors they recommended Gordon’s Flowers/Chalfont did a gorgeous job on centerpieces and extras as we requested. The Night Kitchen Bakery/Chestnut Hill was incredible from the cake tasting appointment to the actual wedding cake (5tier) it was the best wedding cake we have ever tasted! The assorted mini deserts were also top notch.
PineCrest offers extras and we chose the Philly Station which was provided at the end of the evening for all our guests to take and enjoy and it was a huge hit!
The grounds at PineCrest CC are impeccable with a large covered deck that is an excellent addition to the indoor space with a well throughout flow.
The PineCrest Room for cocktails was spacious also with a well throughout flow.
The Ballroom is beautiful with large windows that overlook the impeccable grounds and plenty of space and we had 18-19 tables. It’s also laid out very well.
The food selections are remarkable it’s not easy to choose but in the best way! Everything was prepared and cooked to perfection from the numerous h’ouderves to the entree selections (filet, chicken, salmon & vegetarian).
Do yourself a huge service when looking for a venue whether it be for a wedding, a party or whatever you’re looking to host and go to PineCrest CC you won’t be disappointed!!!

The ladies who served the appetizers, and dinners were so professional and sweet to everyone. I was so hungry, and they made sure I had appetizers and a drink in the Bride's room. They served everyone so quickly. Someone told me they never had a "hot" dinner at a function until our wedding. I can't even tell you how many persons told me how delicious the dinners were. The quality and chef were great. I must commend the chef and other persons working in the kitchen. You have a great team!

We had our wedding at this beautiful venue on November 18, 2022 and it was everything we could have imagined! The staff is wonderful. We planned our wedding in less than 3 months, which was extremely stressful, but Ron was very responsive to my millions of questions via email, phone, & in-person. Debbie, the day-of event coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with! And Gail, one of the service members, ensured my husband & I had everything we needed at all times throughout the night! Never went without a drink in hand :) The food was amazing - definitely not your typical banquet food!

The only hiccup of the day was our ceremony had to be moved inside instead of on their brand new, gorgeous, heated deck due to the wind knocking over our arch! Despite this let down, our ceremony was moved into their larger ballroom, which was just refinished & it turned out absolutely stunning!!

PineCrest was great to work with in laying out the timing for our wedding day as well as hosting our rehearsal dinner and rehearsal the prior day. Debbie who helps day-of is absolutely amazing and made the entire day as stress-free as possible. The venue is beautiful and they're constantly doing upgrades to make it even better! We had a lot of flexibility in our timing and nothing felt rushed. They were accommodating to my millions of questions and our wedding turned out perfect. The food at PineCrest is also one of the best and we've had many compliments from guests about how incredible all the food was and that it was the best food they've had at a wedding, as well as saying how incredible and kind all the staff was! We also heard from numerous of our vendors that the staff at PineCrest was some of the best in how they were treated!

We had a list of 3 choices to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Pinecrest was the first venue we visited and that was because our initial phone call to Ron Gibson, sold us immediately. Ron is down personable, so accommodating and so thorough. He is an excellent representative of Pinecrest.

Pinecrest is such an incredible venue!!! They took care of all of my worries and Kate is so amazing! She really helped our vision come true. And she was great at reassuring me when my anxiety about the day was getting out of control. Don't even get me started on their food (INCREDIBLE) I regret not taking more haha especially the Vegetarian Roulade. You definitely won't be disappointed, all of my family members rave about how beautiful this place was and we didn't' even decorate, the venue is just already that incredible.

PineCrest was amazing! We were a covid couple and they were with us every step of the way, always keeping in communication. Even though we didn’t get the wedding we wanted last year, this years wedding was everything and more. Kate specifically was amazing! I had my wedding reception at Pinecrest Country Club in September 2021. Working with the banquet/event staff was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! They were responsive, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Price point was reasonable compared to other places in the area. They have a newly renovated, gorgeous cocktail hour space. The ballroom carpet, curtains, and light fixtures are a bit outdated-- so depending on personal aesthetic, this might not work for you. Overall, the food, staff, and service was outstanding! I would recommend PineCrest to any other montco, pa bride. A few bonuses include: an outdoor space, 2 bars, spacious ballroom, various food station options, a florist/bakery is included. Call them today, you won’t regret it!

Kate and her Staff were amazing from start to finish and so attentive! Being a covid bride wasn’t easy but Kate made you feel at ease. I will definitely have another event here just so I can work with the staff also the facility has been revamped and it’s gorgeous!

My wife and I got married in April. We were going to have the reception the same day, however, Covid had other ideas. Since capacity was very low at the time, we decided in January that we wanted to switch our date. We spoke with Kate and she told us that would be no issue. We just needed to check the calendar and choose a new date that was open. There wouldn't be any extra cost and that was a big help for us. Pinecrest was able to arrange a food tasting so the couples still had the opportunity to sample many apps and entrees before making all of the food decisions. Our experience in August was unforgettable. Everything was perfect. We received so many compliments on the food and how great everything looked and was set up. The entire staff at Pinecrest did such an amazing job and we can't thank them enough. They are also teacher friendly. Since my wife is a teacher, we were able to get a discount on the total bill. Everything turned out for the best in the end.

Pine Crest Country Club renovations are a must-see! I was hesitant to tour the venue at first (originally looking at barn weddings), but Kate convinced my fiancé and I to stop by to see the renovations. Kate is very professional, responsive, and helpful. With seemingly endless wedding options to choose. We are hooked!

Thank you for the lifelong memories. PineCrest was EXQUISITE from the sales process to the grande finale. Attentive staff, pristine gorgeous rolling golf course views, and our reception room was breathtaking. The lighting, all the candles made it look like a scene from an old world fairytale. I recently had my wedding day at this wonderful venue and I can’t say one bad thing! Kate took care of everything and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Food was incredible, service was great. The venue is beautiful, especially the sunset overlooking the golf course! I highly recommend PineCrest for any kind of event.

She worked with us to deal with strict dietary restrictions my sister has. She made every step of the planning process as easy, and stress free, as possible. From the day we met with Sherry she understood our wedding day vision and maintained that focus for the year of planning our daughter's wedding. There was in instant connection with Sherry and her team in our initial meeting and our personalities meshed very well. We walked away from that meeting feeling confident that we would be well taken care of, and our instincts proved right. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome this past August.
Whether you're having a small event or a large lavish wedding PineCrest will will not disappoint. Ours was somewhere in between and I must say we are still the talk of the town! Friends and family were amazed at how calm we seemed throughout the entire process. My guess is that's what you look like when you are confident with the venue you have chosen and the team that has been assigned. PineCrest has wonderful vendors to choose from as well to bring your vision to light. Pine Crest is an amazing location to hold the wedding ceremony and reception. Sherry is a professional in every sense of the word. On our wedding day, everything was well organized and done on time. The golf course offers a picturesque photo opportnities. The deck provided an intimate and beautiful location for the ceremony. The dance floor was spacious while the tables were nicely organized around it. Our guests raved about the hor d’oeuvres (the presentation and the quality of the food) and the dinner was exceptional. The value we received from Pine Crest is second to none. I highly recommend Pine Crest for weddings or any other event.

I’m so sorry it took me so long to write a review for this amazing venue! My husband and I had our wedding at PineCrest in November and we are so glad we did. To say Sherry and Ron are amazing is a complete understatement! Whenever I had any concern, question or idea for our wedding, I would shoot them an email or call and I’d get a response the very same day, most of the time within the hour! As other reviews have mentioned, Sherry and Ron somehow make you feel like you’re their only bride! It was amazing being the only bride at PineCrest on my wedding day. I knew that everyone there that night was there to make our day perfect! Throughout the planning process with Sherry, she takes time to get to know you, get to know what’s important to you on your wedding day and simply makes it happen! We had a couple of special requests that Sherry and Ron were happy to accommodate! We also loved how attentive the entire staff was throughout the evening and how professional they all were! The bars were great and our guests didn’t have to wait long for a drink (which was one of my biggest fears!), the food was delicious, and the ballroom ambiance was exactly what we were looking for! If you have your wedding at PineCrest, Sherry and Ron will make all your dreams come true and accommodate anything and everything they can to make your day perfect! We had our wedding at PineCrest this past weekend. During our search for wedding venues, we looked for a place that we knew could host an amazing party for our friends and family. Sherry, Ron, and the rest of the PineCrest staff EXCEEDED our expectations. Every little detail was perfect. Sherry was amazing to work with. She was VERY responsive to our calls and e-mails; I'm not sure how she did it, but she made me feel like I was the only bride that was contacting her. She will make your every wish come true. We wanted a taco bar and she made it happen. We wanted a margarita for our signature drink, and she made it happen! They helped us to create the wedding of our dreams-- they never said no :)

My husband and I had an amazing experience with PineCrest CC. Sherry, the wedding coordinator, did an amazing job - she gave us everything we asked for and even more. PineCrest CC has a Love Park sign which was a great hit with our guests, everyone was going up to take pictures. The food was so good that my husband was able to cut his filet with a butter knife! Everyone says that at least one thing bad happens on your wedding day but I can honestly say the day went so smooth and everything went as planned - thanks to the wonderful staff and great planning by the venue. Sherry went above and beyond - when I told her it was my mom's birthday a few days after our wedding she made sure to have a tiny cake for her so she felt special. I could go on and on with how pleased we were with our venue but I think you understand. It was the best night of our lives!

My wedding was perfect! We could not have asked for better service!

The staff at Pine Crest are responsive, flexible and professional. They are eager to accommodate and personalize. The food is beautiful and delicious. I felt as though everything was done to make my event flawless!!!

I found Pinecrest through WeddingWire. We already looked at a few venues, but I wasn’t really satisfied with what I would receive at other wedding venues in our area. I contacted Pinecrest and most of my correspondence was with Sherry. She was super quick to respond and was so accommodating. When we first did a tour and spoke with Sherry, we fell in love with everything! As we left, we all decided this was the place for us! The package we decided on included the flowers, cake, uplighting, toast, dessert table, and buffet dinner. We wanted an on-site ceremony. Having so many vendors in one place made everything super easy to plan! We did a buffet tasting which was amazing. We had two bakery choices for the cake and met with Shannan for the flowers. All of the vendors were easy to work with and to contact. Night Kitchen Bakery was great and our cake was the best! The whole team at Pinecrest made it easy for me to plan the wedding. On the day of the wedding, the staff was so great to the wedding party and all of our guests. They decorated the venue with my items perfectly. The bartenders, servers, and whole staff were friendly and upbeat. We had Debbie with us on the day of the wedding, and she was so nice and attentive. During the whole planning process, we all felt like we were important and our vision of the wedding came out even better than what we thought!

Some Highlights my guests are still talking about: Buffet and cocktail hour food was delicious. Cake looked & tasted amazing. The centerpieces were fresh and beautiful. (I also used Shannan for my bouquets and they were perfect!) The deck was a great place for the ceremony. The cocktail room was sparkling and the bartenders were fast! Uplighting added to the reception! Champagne and our signature drink were delicious!!

As a bride, I am more than happy with the service we received. All of our guests had such a fun time at our wedding! Pinecrest truly allowed me to have a hassle free planning experience.

Love PineCrest!! Sherry was awesome at responding to my million emails and taking care of everything that needed to get done. All I had to do was give her a few instructions and then didn't have to worry about anything for the rest of the night (I mean I did, but that's because I'm a bride and I'm crazy but I didn't have to!). Also, they were great about accommodating my outside vendor -- I used PineCrest's buffet for half my guests and an Indian buffet for the other half. The food from PineCrest was amazing and I was told by a very discerning 5 year old that their mashed potatoes were the best he had ever had. The best part is that the cake, flowers, setting up, table settings all are included so not as much to worry about.

Right from our first visit we felt welcomed and accepted by Sherry, the banquet manager. We absolutely loved that we were able to have our wedding ceremony outside on their covered deck (with space heaters) overlooking the golf course. Our wedding date was November 13, 2016, a day wedding with a brunch reception. We didn't have to worry about a thing with the flowers and wedding cake being part of the "deal". Very reasonable for all we had this day. The entire venue to ourselves for the day, great staff, beautiful flowers, a beautiful and delicious cake, great food, open bar - wow, what more could we ask for! A perfect day, thank you!!

We had our wedding on Sunday September 4th (Labor Day) at PineCrest. PineCrest was the first stop on our list of wedding venues to visit. After we saw it and spoke with Sherry, we knew we'd found our place! We didn't need to look any further. - PineCrest really does it all and that's exactly what we wanted. There is so much included in the packages they offer, it makes planning so much easier and less over-whelming. Sherry was always extremely responsive to any email or question I sent her way. They have amazing in-house vendors, many of which come included in your package! The entire planning process from start to finish went so smoothly, and Sherry was extremely helpful every step of the way as we finalized all of the little details. We were able to attend a food tasting to help us select our menu, and the food was EXCELLENT. My husband is a chef, so Sherry even had their Executive Chef come up and talk over some menu options with us! That made a lasting impression and is a testament to how dedicated PineCrest is to making your wedding day perfect. We got tons of compliments on how great all of the food was on our wedding day, which I'm happy to report we actually got to enjoy as well! They provide a personal assistant who stayed with us all day. She kept us on schedule, and made sure we had plenty to eat and drink throughout the entire day and night. It was also really great to have the bridal suite at PineCrest for the day, as my entire bridal party got ready there that morning (hair, make up). We still talk about how unbelievable the day was, and that it all went off without a hitch. We have Sherry and the entire PineCrest staff to thank for that! I highly recommend PineCrest for Weddings, or any event that you're planning!

Right from the initial e-mail request for information, I was given all the information I requested. I work in shifts (not anywhere close to the 9-5 schedule) and Sherri worked around my schedule to accommodate tours, menu preparations, and even had vendors come to me (Sherri has a whole printout on amazing vendors to help make things easier). Sherri and PineCrest even customized my package to add certain beverages, add vegan options, lighting, table linens, you name it.
What I will always remember from everything is that my husband and I were treated like people, not dollar signs. Sherri and her team are genuinely excited about weddings and receptions and want to see their clients enjoy the planning process and their big day. My husband and I could not have been happier with our choice in reception venue, the ease of planning with PineCrest and the value of the cost. The venue was beautiful and the food and drinks were spot on. My husband and I definitely recommend PineCrest Country Club to anyone looking for a reception venue.

We had our wedding a week ago at PineCrest and everything went perfectly. Sherry made the entire planning process easy and stress-free and was extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The entire staff made our reception itself go smoothly - they expedited everything for us and were available to us for any of our needs throughout the evening. All of our guests couldn't stop remarking and complimenting on the venue itself as well as all of the amazing staff at PineCrest!

Our wedding was two weeks ago today and it was fantastic! Sherry made the process of planning so simple and easy! The staff was wonderful, thoughtful and catered to the guests! Sherry was easy to get ahold of, answered emails immediately and was available to meet frequently! The facilities are spotless and the food is fantastic! All my guests commented that the filet "melted in my mouth!" It truly was a wonderful experience working with the staff, especially Sherry, for my wedding!

My reception at PineCrest was AMAZING! The layout was fantastic, the bar served top shelf liquor, the dance floor was large and packed all night. My centerpieces were BEAUTIFUL and my cake was gorgeous and delicious. PineCrest makes planning your wedding as easy as possible with in house caterers and vendors to help you along the way.

Sherry was fantastic, extremely responsive, genuinely sweet and very flexible! She made sure that our day was the best it could possibly be and was there on the day of my reception to make sure that everything went perfectly--from making sure the set up was exactly as I imagined, to helping bustle my dress and making sure we ate enough. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to get married and celebrate with family and friends.

Personalized attention was given to me and my husband throughout the entire planning process; they make you feel like your wedding is the only one they're working on and the only one that matters. It was incredible.

Sherry and staff did an amazing job. I've been referring this venue for years and now have used it myself and couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Sherry and her staff were wonderful to work with. The food was amazing and I was told by many, many guests that the beef was some of the best the ever had. (I'm a vegetarian so I didn't have any). Everyone enjoyed the potatoe bar as well. It was a big hit. Over all the food was top of the line. Debbie did a wonderful job as well as the bartender and all of the staff. All of the staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Everything was just as we wanted it to be. A good time was had by everyone.

The wedding it self was amazing. The entire venue is so beautiful. The food was delicious. The in house florist they use was incredible. My flowers were breath taking and so were the centerpieces! All our guest could not stop raving how wonderful this place was. All the staff that was with us for the day was so nice and always eager to help us and get us food and drinks. The bartender was amazing and so friendly with all our guests!

If I had to do it again I would pick this place in a heartbeat! So glad we picked them!

PineCrest was the PERFECT venue for us. We were late in planning our wedding (started 6 months before the date we wanted), as they are usually booked early, but magically someone had cancelled for the date that we wanted and we were able to reserve our date!! Talk about serendipity!

The venue is just beautiful. I did not notice all the little details initially since what sold us was how inclusive everything was! With the price per person, you are getting food for cocktail hour, seated dinner, table linens/napkins, open bar, champagne toast, beautiful FLORAL Centerpieces!, tea light candles, wedding cake (Gailen's cake is amazing btw!), tip & taxes, table numbers, knife/server set for cutting the cake, card box, and projector with screen (the last few we just asked and they happened to have it!) You pretty much just have to show up because everything else is taken care of for you!

More on the details.. when you enter the Foyer, they have the beautiful marble table, shimmery wall, and chandelier with dome which no words can describe, you just have to see it! Then, with the ballroom, the one wall where we had our Sweetheart Table, the wall is actually shimmery and with the lighting (you can choose whichever color you want), it really just makes the place magical. The Bridal Suite is also beautiful! There is a large beautiful mirror as well as a personal bathroom for you and your girls. I also love how they have the 360 views of the venue on their website so you can really see it before you decide to schedule an appointment. You also get a more personalized feel since they only have one event at a time and do not have to worry about bumping into another wedding while you're enjoying your Special Day.

Sherry, Debbie, and especially Christy, and all the staff at Pinecrest were amazing! They truly worked hard to make sure we had the Best Day of our Lives. There is no questioning how they won any of their awards because they do a GREAT job. THANK YOU!!!

PineCrest is awesome!!!!! Sherri and everyone else was so helpful for planning our wedding. And on the day of the wedding, the staff made us feel so special and really made the whole day amazing. I NEVER thought that my wedding day would go off without any problems, but it did and this is because of PineCrest!!

The venue is beautiful...modern, spacious, elegant. The food is delicious! The drinks are amazing and no one ever had to wait! Many of our family and friends told us that our wedding was one of the best they have been to. This is all coming from a bride who was not very good at "planning" and wasn't really on top of the game. The wedding all just seemed to fall together seamlessly and AGAIN this is because of PineCrest.

Lastly, PineCrest will make your wedding AFFORDABLE! My husband and I never dreamed that we would be able to get so much for our money. Our wedding cost thousands less than many of our friends and you would never be able to tell!

Despite torrential rain, the wedding was wonderful. Every employee was courteous and extremely helpful. The ceremony had to be located in the ballroom instead of on the deck. After the ceremony 250 guests went to adjoining room for the cocktail hour. Many servers butlering appetizers & cocktails. The staff converted the ballroom back for the reception during cocktail hour. It was amazing. Everyone raved about the food, beverages & attentive staff. We had compared and visited many potential venues for our daughter's wedding. As soon as we met with Sherry at Pine Crest and had a tour of their beautiful facility, went over their pricing and inclusions, we knew we had found the best place for the wedding. The bridal suite is beautiful and conveniently located, the outdoor deck was just breathtaking as were the cocktail and reception areas. We received a multitude of compliments after the wedding on the great food, staff and the entire Pine Crest experience. Sherry was extremely responsive, as was Ron, and we just had such a fabulous experience -- I think I'll be smiling for many months to come. Prior to the wedding date, Pine Crest also invited us to tastings where we could sample various menu items and cakes from the bakeries they work with --- everything was delicious. They also hosted a vendor event where we could easily obtain pricing from vendors that they recommend and, let me tell you, we were not disappointed with any of the vendors we used. If you want professional, friendly people that know how to produce an amazing event, select Pine Crest. You will have no regrets!

We had an amazing experience with Pine Crest from the initial tour of the venue through the end of our wedding night. Sherry was great to work with and always helpful and accommodating to us. The service was excellent the entire night and the food was great. The cocktail hour views from the balcony was perfect for our summer wedding. We were so happy with our reception venue! Pinecrest was great! Sherri was so accommodating with letting us drop everything off two weeks before - we had cases upon cases of mugs for our favors. and just the simple elegance of the decor was great. we picked some blue lighting for the walls, and it matched our whole look for the night. The bridal suite was perfect for us to hide away out of sight until we were ready to come out for the reception. Debbie and Jackie were so attentive for the night - making sure all of our needs were met, and packaging everything up for us when we were done for the evening. They even brought trays of champagne and martinis for the bridal party while we were finishing up in the bridal suite!
all in all, it was great - one stop shopping! and it is great they have vendors they refer you to for additional services. it made wedding planning much easier.

awesome experience! Everyone was so helpful and patient at Pinecrest. Sherry answered all of my questions and really helped me through the journey of planning a wedding. My wedding was perfect, the food was great, there was never a line at the bar, and everyone was so polite. For the night I was given a personal assistant, Jackie and she was wonderful! I actually ate my whole meal (I know this is shocking) and she made sure I never had an empty drink. I really don't think any other venue would have accommodated me like this. Also a plus is that there is only one wedding a night. Definitely would recommend, I have never heard a bad thing about Pinecrest

Our reception was so beautiful at Pinecrest Country Club, my husband and I could not be happier with our choice to have our reception at such a beautiful place. Sherry was so hands on and was quick to respond via email and phone in order to have our day exactly the way we wanted it. Our cocktail hour was so wonderful and our guests loved the food during the cocktail hour and our food during the reception was so delicious. The room was so beautiful and we had up-lighting which added extra flare to the room, our cake and flowers that were included in the package and they blew us away. Our reception was perfect!

My daughter had her wedding at Pinecrest Country Club on July 5, 2014. All I can say is that it was awesome from start to finish. A huge thank you goes out to Sherry, Jackie, Debbie, Walter, Jeff and all the servers for their professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail. From the time that we booked our daughter's wedding to the day of the event Sherry made sure that all my daughters wishes and details were executed. The day of her wedding couldn't have been any better. The venue looked amazing with the colors of the tables and napkins, chairs, uplighting, and flowers. The head butterfly table was perfect and I received a lot of positive comments about how beautiful it was. A big shout out for Shannan Holland and Pam for the gorgeous flowers arrangements throughout the venue and all the flowers for the wedding party. I definitely need to thank Barrie who decorated the golf cart and being meticulous about the detail and how it looked. Sherry thank you for the added touches to the golf cart it made it very personalized and special. I also need to thank Amy from The Night Kitchen for her absolutely gorgeous cake and it was delicious. The food was delicious from the hors d'oeuvres, dinner, candy bar and coffee bar. I must say I really enjoyed the coffee bar. Scott from Signature DJs was awesome and kept everyone up and dancing all night. The photo booth with Melissa was a big hit and I loved that Nicole and Matt received the photo album of all the pictures. What a great keepsake! If you are reading this review please do not hesitate to book your event at Pinecrest Country Club you will not be disappointed. Pinecrest was the perfect venue for my wedding! The wedding coordinator, Sherri, could not have been more helpful through the whole process! They accommodated everything I asked for :) My husband and I had our own person assistants with us while we took pictures out on the golf course, they held our drinks and had appetizers for us. It was like royalty! My wedding venue was set up exactly the way I dreamt it would be! It was an incredible day and I would 100% recommend PineCrest for a wedding venue!!

Sherry provided such a fantastic event. Every detail and every aspect was thought out and planned to a T. She listened and delivered every thing that my wife wanted and helped the party become even more then we thought. Scott's food and menu he put together for us was absolutely amazing, My family, almost a week later, is still talking about how good it was. An amazing job. Lastly the service provided by Debbie and the other server was perfect. We worked with Sherry from start to finish for our wedding. She is so responsive with e-mails, I was shocked by the quick responses to any questions I had. She told me Pinecrest was flexible and accommodating and they really did deliver. The preparation went so smooth and it was very easy to plan a wedding there.

The service the day of the event was top notch. When we arrived we were ushered everywhere we needed to be. I didn't have to think about a thing - they directed me in the kindest way to each part of the reception. Also, the wait staff was amazing since my husband missed the cocktail food - they brought him a plate to our table so he could taste everything too. It was amazing! They also made it very easy to end the night, they packed up any supplies and gifts that we needed to take home. I felt like a guest at my wedding!

The cake was from Knight Bakery which they recommended. It was beautiful and it was delicious!

I worked with Shannon for the bridal bouquets and table flowers. They were stunning! I received so many compliments. Shannon was so helpful with selecting flowers and colors since I was trying to match the right shade of orange with purple.

I would highly recommend Pinecrest for a wedding. The space was beautifully decorated - I still can't get over how amazing the pictures turned out.
