From start to finish, Picture This was fantastic to work with. Every email we sent got a prompt, friendly and helpful response, and it was so easy to set up phone calls if we had questions. Matt was incredible at helping us put together the perfect package for our needs and budget, and really made the effort to make us feel happy with what we were paying for. Julie and Kelsey did our photography on our wedding day and we can not say enough good things about them! They were friendly, bubbly, professional, helpful, kept us on time, and put everyone so at ease. They worked together seamlessly and worked so well to get all the shots we wanted, including last minute ideas we threw out. Julie's work on our engagement photos was STUNNING, we are still obsessed. Chuck was our videographer and even our raw footage is fantastic. Every single person from this company we have interacted with was prompt, helpful and friendly. We are so thrilled with what we got for the price we paid, and have already passed along their name to friends and family who are getting married. Truly the only thing I could "complain" about was that we could not get a sneak peak of our wedding photos, but after the experience we have had I would wait a year for them if I had to (Julie assures me it will be far less than that lol). I highly recommend Picture This for wedding photo and video, and am sure all their other services are also incredible. I spent weeks researching photo and video companies and interviewing potential people to work with, and could not be happier that we chose Picture This. It is one thing to have a team that creates beautiful work, but to have administrative staff that help you with every tiny issue or question, and to get compliments from your guests about the personalities of your team? Incredible. Book them for your wedding, it will be one of the best hires you make! -

Our experience with Picture This couldn't have been better! Grace, the client coordinator, was so helpful during the planning process and answered all our many questions. Our lead photographer, Danielle, was truly a pleasure to work with! She was able to capture our personalities in a fun but classic manner. It was so easy to work with her throughout what could have been a stressful day! Even when we were running late with family pictures or unsure of whether to step out during the reception for sunset pictures, she guided us through it all seamlessly! We cannot wait to see all the final products and work with Danielle and PictureThis again for anniversary pictures!! -

We used Picture This for our wedding and couldn't have been happier from start to finish! From the very first conversation we had with our client Grace, she was incredibly friendly, helpful and enthusiastic and that attitude continued even after our wedding. She worked so well with our coordinator leading up to our wedding day. Our main photographer was Anthony and he was FANTASTIC! He was so professional, organized and had such an amazing eye for a perfect shot. Grace told us he "does anything to get a good shot" and she was right! He was incredible and truly helped to make our day so special. We HIGHLY recommend using Picture This! -

Fairytale Photos
We cannot stop raving about how amazing Picture This Wedding was to work with. We were paired with the absolute best group of photographers/videographers. Larry was our head photographer and we cannot say enough good things about him. He was right there to capture every moment, and he interacted with our wedding party and guests like he had been apart of our family forever. We also rented the photo booth as well, and that was a huge hit! We cannot wait to see all of those photos from that as well. I could go on and on and on, but in short, hire them! You won't be disappointed! -

Absolutely amazing company! They were incredibly flexible and understanding of our budget and respected that like no other company we’ve seen! Not only that but we aren’t super comfortable in front of a camera and Jasmine and Kaite made us feel so natural and comfortable and they were amazing! We cannot wait to see what beautiful moments they captured. Absolutely recommend this company to ANYONE! -

Amazing Job!
We were very happy with Picture This and our assigned photographers Rebecca and Khang! The beginning of the process was somewhat stressful as our first assigned photographer ended up leaving the company due to moving / family emergencies, but the Picture This staff was very honest, reassuring, and communicative during the switch. We did our engagement shoot with Rebecca were immediately reassured that we made the right choice. She was so professional and fun to work with and our engagement photos came back quick and looked amazing! Our wedding day was seamless - both photographers arrived early / on time and were so helpful and fun to work with! Our family and friends all mentioned how professional and kind both of them were. Our photos came back in about a month and we are OBSESSED with them! Would love to work with them again in the future! -

Amazing photo, video, and Photo Booth experience!!
Picture This was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process! There was so much communication so I always felt very prepared and calm, knowing exactly how the day was going to go! We booked our photographer, videographer and Photo Booth through them which was the best decision we made—having three major details booked through one vendor made things so much easier on my end. The customer service team was absolutely amazing, with such quick replies! I LOVE how everything came out… I couldn’t be happier with the photos and videos that we will cherish forever. Thank you so much to the entire Picture This team! -

Picture this made my wedding so special! They found me an amazing photographer that came to my wedding all the way in West Virginia! Picture this made the process so pain-free and smooth! Lovely Photos
The team that Picture This Wedding sent for our wedding, made us feel comfortable from the start of the event till the end. The team was punctual, professional, and easy to work with. They always made sure that we felt like superstars. We value professionalism and hold people to high standards. Adam and his team did a great job at keeping things professional while also making it fun and enjoyable. We had many ideas of how we wanted the pictures to be taken, but with all the moving parts of the day all the prep went out of the window. We really relied on the whole team and they gave us great ideas and different styles for pictures. I can't say enough about how good they made us feel during such high pressure day. Through the many locations that we moved around the team was patient and accommodating to all our party members. They coped with all the silly jokes that they were exposed to. Adam and his team were amazing to work with. They captured every beautiful moment of our special day and turned in great photos that will be cherished forever. -

He made me and my husband feel comfortable and at ease. I felt like the most beautiful bride in the universe and I owe it all to him. We would chose Larry 1000 times over as our photographer if given the opportunity. He is an asset to you true this wedding, to say the least. Our day would not have been complete if he weren’t here. When we first started looking for a photographer we didn’t know anything about Main coming from Connecticut. I started searching online and when I came across Pictured this Wedding and I saw Kassandra‘s photos, that was enough for me. I contacted them online. The owner Matt got back to me within a few minutes and we talked about our date and our venue at the Cliff House Maine, he said it was one of their favorite spots to photograph. I requested Kassandra and he said she was available for our date in May 2020. Matt was so friendly and informative, he even told us the best time of day to have our ceremony. Then the Covid happened...Picture This Wedding and Matt worked with us with every date change and every postponement. When we finally settled on a date in August 2020. When I spoke to Kassandra she was amazing, she understood exactly what we were looking for and reassured me everything would be perfect! When she showed up to do our photography she was so sweet and so professional, we loved her right off the bat. She was so fun to work with. She had so many great ideas. I explained to Matt in the beginning that we really didn’t want any portraits but we want to mostly candid shots, our guest never knew she was around you barely noticed her, but when we asked her to do certain pictures she was more than accommodating. She sent us a couple of sneak peaks of our photos and we were stunned. They are the most beautiful pictures I’ve ever seen. I absolutely can’t wait to see the rest. I highly, highly recommend Picture this Wedding, Matt and Kassandra for your wedding or family photos or for any of your photo needs. ♥️ -

Exceeded our expectations
Where do I begin?! This company really does deserve five stars. Matthew was so flexible and accommodating and exceeded our expectations. Our photographer Alessandro and videographer Irma were both so professional, yet made the whole experience enjoyable. We got a little sneak peak of our pictures and we are both so impressed with the quality. If you want quality photography and videography at a low price, stick with Picture this Wedding! -

The price was beyond cheap for the service and quality that we received for my sisters wedding. Our photographer Luke was amazing to work with, but I have yet to see the results of his work. Our contract stated I would receive our wedding photos 90 days after the event. On day 90, I requested an update on the status of our album, the response was that they needed a 10 day extension. I then requested some sneak peek pictures since ive waited so long already, to a response saying they will be ready January 21. Today is January 21, I have yet to receive a single picture, courtesy email, text back or update regarding my photos. We are super disappointed since the planning process was so smooth with their team. I wish I had known I was not going to receive sneak peek pictures, which I understand is something I needed to request but I was so excited to find our photography company it wasn't even on my radar. -

They are a 3rd party who undermine local businesses. They hire any random photographer off the street and pay them pennie’s or don’t pay them at all while pocketing the majority of the cash. They also take 90 days to deliver any photos, which is insane to me. Terrible customer service they were scrambling for a photographer and videographer before the wedding. They’re also extremely rude. -

I think I have literally written one bad review in my entire life, but now it's two. These people just provided me with the worst collection of blurry, unflattering, eyes-closed photos from our wedding that you have ever seen. I am beyond disappointed. I literally do not have a single photo of the two of us (or the four of us...we have two little girls) that I can do ANYTHING with. They are not frame-worthy; they are not even Christmas card-worthy. Seriously.....the iPhone photos from our guests are all better than these. The two photographers that they sent to our wedding were dressed all sloppy and were embarrassing to have there at all. They clearly have no business taking photos of someone's wedding. We cannot ever redo our wedding day and I don't have a single decent photos for $1,600.00!! I specifically (SPECIFICALLY!) asked for no dance party pictures, yet somehow, I still have over 50 of them and as always....they are all terrible. I'm not sure what these experience their "photographers" have, but they must have sent the bottom of the barrel to our wedding.
I contacted them directly and asked them to at least split the cost with me since I have not ONE usable photo, and they told me that they think the photos are "up to their standards". I guess that makes sense since I saw who they sent to our wedding and their response when someone is unhappy.
Do NOT hire these people. Move on and find someone else who knows what they are doing and knows how to run a business and is semi-aware of how important customer satisfaction is.
